Incredible Vision and Easy to work with

Styled was wonderful to work with for our wedding. We had a vision of the messy autumn look we were going for based on our colors for the wedding, but Jess at Styled really out did herself with the creation she put together. We did a walk through with her prior to the wedding and we were extremely impressed by how well she listened to our vision and guided us to what we were looking for. We would highly recommend Styled not only for their creativity and taste, but they set everything up and took everything back so I didn't need to lift a finger.

Beautiful flowers and fantastic team!

Jess and her team are amazing! So organized, helpful, fun, and create beautiful displays. We did all our flowers and wedding rentals through Styled and it was beyond perfect. From our first conversation to sample day to the wedding day, Jess made sure everything was beautiful! Can’t thank her enough!

Styled Creates Dream Wedding

The Styled team is simply perfect. Through months of wedding planning, they helped us create the perfect look, and were more than happy to alter and change plans along the way. I did not know what style I wanted for my wedding, but through a haphazard Pinterest board, they found and made the wedding of my dreams. Jess, Carly, and Jim are incredibly professional, responsive, and also personal. No detail is too small for them. Their "total package" deal with Coastal Tents and Make My Day event planning simplified the vendor process, and saved us a ton of time. Our venue (Fort Miles) was an open slate and they had the foresight and vision to turn an empty pad into a fairytale reception. They are generous, kind, and have exquisite taste. Gorgeous decor!

I cannot say enough about Jim and the whole Styled team!!! We had a traditional indian wedding and therefore needed a florist to decorate our mandap. Originally, I had talked to Jim about just the florals, but after talking about my 'vision' with him, he advised that the wooden mandap size we had would not fit the amount of people I was discussing. He then offered to build the whole wooden mandap according to the proper size!! I also discussed my color scheme for the florals, the aisle decor, ideas for my bouquet and bridesmaids bouquet and then left the rest up to him and the Styled team to come up with! On the day of my wedding, when I first saw everything come together, I was in shock - they made my dream come to life! The team also went above and beyond and decorated a wagon we had for one of my flower girls with leftover florals they had - this was so sweet of them! I had also requested for my dog a floral piece for her color and greenery to wrap her leash and it turned out beautiful! Jim was very prompt during the whole process with communication and email correspondence, which I appreciated very much. I would HIGHLY recommend the whole Styled team for any occasion!! They made the best day of my life the most beautiful day of my life :)

Beautiful work!

I am very happy I went with The City Florist for my wedding. Jim made my vision come to life and more. The bouquets, centerpieces, and many other details turned out stunning. He was easy to communicate with and stuck to my budget.

Jim, the owner promised my daughter her wedding would be beautiful and he delivered! The venue was at a Yacht Club with high ceilings overlooking the bay. The room looked breathtaking, with draping and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and high vases of overflowing flowers. The bouquets were gorgeous. The only thing I thought was a bit unfair was the ceiling was done the day before and another wedding took place, so they used our decorations for free. Don’t know who was responsible for that, but when you are paying $1200. for the ceiling alone, It would have been nice to get a discount. Our venue coordinator never mentioned it either.

Jim was FANTASTIC! He is incredibly responsive, seriously, he will put all your other vendors to shame with how fast he gets back to you. Not only that, he has such a great vision. He can completely transform your event space. I was so excited for our decoration plan for my outdoor wedding ceremony and reception. Unfortunately due to weather we had to move indoors, but Jim and his team took elements from our original plan and transferred them indoors, and then added others based on their professional expertise. The end result was amazing. The day was beautiful, and it was great having no worries about how everything would physically look, because I had the utmost trust in Jim and his team, for good reason!!!

Jim is a magic man! He made our wedding absolutely PERFECT on May 19. He completely transformed our venue. Our venue was a golf club and a beautiful setting but it looked like a golf club, when what I wanted was an elegant and beautiful reception venue. Jim absolutely transformed it. Don’t like the florist name fool you he does not only do flowers! He was beautiful speciality linens he provided to our head table and cake table, he creates a beautiful foyer look with drapery and lights and hung a beautiful chandelier over the head table. Now, the flowers. Just beautiful! The bouquets were perfect. The arrangements were perfect and the massive arrangements on the bar were beautiful. He also provided bouteneers, bracelets and flower crowns for my flower girls! A mix of blush and white roses and some tulips make a beautiful delicate look. Worth every single penny, I would recommend Jim to any and everyone!

My wedding was yesterday and Jim, The City Florist did a spectacular job! My husband and I are so grateful that we were able to capture his work with a videographer and photographer! I created a Pinterest board and sent photos of images that included the types of flowers that I wanted him to work with. He well-executed my vision of a classy, wildflower bouquet that reminded me of something that was handpicked from a garden. Everything from the colors to the textures of the flowers were exactly how I described to Jim! I wanted to go with peach and soft yellows, the tables looked gorgeous, loved the summer colors! Jim is such a creative florist, he has amazing vision! I'm amazed at how well he was able to work with our limited budget. He performed 5 star work! He's a one man band most days, so every now and then it may be hard to reach him during the wedding season--but, he did get right back to me when I reached out by phone/e-mail within a day or so. When I was anxious and very stressed about everything--he reassured me that we would have a beautiful wedding day with amazing flowers! I'm very thankful that everything looked so great and he creatively executed the vision that I had and ran with it! I highly recommend The City Florist.

Our wedding was on June 3, 2016. And The City Florist was on charge of our wedding flowers, they did an amazing job. My bouquet was gorgeous. Mr Jim knows want he is doing.

Jim was amazing!! We were recommended him by the Ocean Pines Yacht Club where we got married as he does beautiful draping with chandeliers. We received a quote for the draping and decided to also have Jim do all the flowers. He was so easy to work with. I enjoyed every meeting we had. He was always interested in my vision with perfect suggestions to go with. Everything turned out beyond perfect. I didn't have to worry about anything with Jim which is such a great feeling when trying to plan a wedding. Thank you so much Jim! I can't recommend him enough!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Jim is a flower genius! For our wedding we wanted a more unique textural garden-ish look and he took the theme and went with it! My mother does flower arranging and had a hard time giving up the reigns for flowers especially because she has wholesale connections. However, the day of the wedding, even she admitted that she never could have created the absolutely beautiful arrangements Jim was able to. They were beyond stunning! He even utilized fabric we had used throughout the reception! Jim, we beyond appreciate everything you did for our wedding! He truly created a dream venue scene!

My venue did most of the communication with the City Florist for my pinspotting so I didn't have the pleasure of dealing with them too much. However, the pinspots were amazing and really accented the centerpieces perfectly! Very please with this vendor!

If you want amazing decorations / florals / lighting and need someone you can trust... go with The City Florist.

I had an Indian wedding but didn't want to have very traditional decorations. I was told by my venue to contact The City Florist and I couldn't have been happier. I was able to give Jim loads of information of what I was looking for (and some was very random) and he gave me more than I could dream of. I wanted trees indoors for my reception, he gave me trees indoors. I wanted to have a rustic Indian ceremony, he gave me a rustic Indian ceremony. My bouquet was unique color and beautiful and the center pieces for my reception were unique and fun and fit my personality as well as my vision for my reception.

Without Jim / The City Florist, I probably would have been completely anxious the entire day of my wedding and wondering if my decorations came out at all. With the City Florist, I was able to let go and know that everything would go as planned.

Where do I even begin on complimenting and recommending Jim's work?! From our first meeting to the finished product at the wedding, I have been blown away. Jim is someone who I was able to trust immediately and he simply does the best work in the area. I would ask him for something and he would exceed my expectations. He does so much more than flower arrangements too. He built gorgeous draping with lights on the ceiling of our venue. Literally every person commented on it to me. Jim was always on time and provided recommendations whenever I asked him to. I know when I was looking, it was hard to tell what feedback would be relevant to what I cared about or meet my level of expectations. I can tell you, this florist will not disappoint. Jim provided suggestions that truly made a different to the decorations of the wedding. I'm so thankful for what he did to make my special day so perfect!

Was blown away by Jim's work. We spent a significant portion of our budget on flowers and it was well worth the money. Jim did an amazing job! We had originally started working with another florist but that florist backed out when they thought our ideas for the flowers were too complicated. After finding Jim everything just fell into place. He was very accommodating and easy to working with ... allowing us plenty of opportunity to ask for adjustments and changes. The final product was amazing! Nothing short of spectacular! His eye for detail and his ability to bring your ideas to life was beyond our expectations. Thanks Jim!

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were outstanding! Jim worked with the items I supplied and made everything absolutely gorgeous. I was overwhelmed by how beautiful all bouquets were. He was flexible and listened to my and especially my daughter's requests.

My husband and I used City Florist for our wedding in October. We met with Jim twice prior to our wedding. He showed us a number of samples and other things that he had done. He listened to us, asked to see my pinterest page, and really came up with some great floral displays. There was some confusion with the contract, but it turned out to be a computer glitch; however, he was very flexible in making sure we stayed within our budget. I gave him a lot of leeway and was so thrilled with final result. The flowers were beautiful and we were able to keep the vases (so we gave away the centerpieces as gifts). I would highly recommend The City Florist.

Jim and his team did it again! I am very familiar with their work and they did such a wonderful job with my flowers for my wedding. I asked him to make me a brooch and flower bouquet and it turned out even better then I could have imagined. The flowers were gorgeous and of course smelled heavenly. I love city florist and will keep using them in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs flowers.

The most beautiful flower arrangements my family or I have ever seen! I contacted Jim for my wedding flowers by recommendation of Molly Taylor at the Hyatt Chesapeake Bay Resort. Jim was responsive, professional and excited to work with me. The pricing was more than fair and when I met with him before the wedding to put together some samples he was on point with what I wanted. I left our meeting very excited but relaxed because I could tell we were in good, capable hands. On our wedding day, I was stunned when I saw the flowers for the first time. It was like he took my wishes and turned them into a masterpiece! They were WAY more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! They were the most lush, fresh, carefully arranged flowers I have ever laid my eyes on and they were for MY wedding! It was simply amazing. From the bouquets to the vases on shepherd hooks for the ceremony, and the centerpieces, it was all so beautiful and matched our color scheme perfectly. When I look at our pictures, I can't help but feel an infinite amount of gratitude for Jim and his crew at The City Florist! Thank you all for decorating my wedding and making it simply stunning!

Jim and his staff were incredible. He exceeded all our expectations. He decorated our tent with beautiful lights in addition to the flowers. It was gorgeous and exactly what we had envisioned!

I used The City Florist for my wedding in August. I called Jim 4 weeks before my wedding and told him what my wedding colors were and what ideas I had. Jim hit it right on the mark!! Jim was SUPER nice, friendly and soooo easy to work with. Jim is just AMAZING to work with!! I will be using The City Florist for all my future floral needs. Jim, Mallory and the team did a fantastic job with our venue. My wedding was a few weeks ago and they transformed our venue beautifully. The centerpieces turned out better than I could have imagined. The flowers for the wedding party were beautiful, as well. Mallory was great to work with and stayed on top of the details, she even gave me a call a few weeks before the wedding to let me know the flowers for my bouquet I originally wanted weren't blooming very well because they were out of season. She and the team worked with me to find other flowers that turned out to be even more beautiful than the flowers I originally wanted. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule since I was planning the wedding from out of town. They did multiple proposals for me and really worked with our budget. I would definitely recommend working with them. They were very professional and friendly throughout the whole process.

We worked with Mallory at The City Florist and she couldn't have had a beter "consultant". She was able to look at all the pictures my daughter had and provide a cohesive plan and proposal for us. They were very flexible in terms of any changes we needed or wanted to make. Mallory made some wonderful suggestions about lighting and types of flowers that just proved stunning in the venue. Even the venue was impressed! Don't be foled by their "store front" which is older.....they are in the business of event planning and do a fantastic job!

This review is easy Mallory and her staff did a beautiful job. The flowers were breathtaking. I can't imagine using anyone else. If you want tropical or fresh flowers DO NOT go anyplace but city florist.

Our flowers were absolutely amazing! Every person at the wedding and reception commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I could not have asked for more. I gave Jim from City Florist some ideas of what I liked and pictures of the wedding dress and wedding party attire and let him put his own touches on the flowers and he really did an outstanding job. We will definitely reccomend City Florist to everyone and we will be using them again!

The City Florsit (Jim Gray) is by far the best florist that we were fortunate enough to have meet and used. He had been to Hertiage Shores and knew what type of look we were looking for. We had already bought glass cylinders and lights. He knew how to make them look beyond words can say. We had lighted drapery behind the head tables and it looked stunning. He even did lighted drapery over top the dance floor as well! He has a creativity that is unbelievable. People at our daughter's wedding we just blown away. The exact words used was "This Is Something You See In A New York Wedding). People at the Hertiage Shores said it was the prettiest wedding that they had ever seen. We are just so happy that we meet and had The City Florist! His staff is just wonderful to work with as well. The are all super nice to work with and treat you as though this is their daughter's wedding as well. They are the best anywhere!

Jim totally got my vision and took it to the next level. He was in charge of all of our decor- ceremony, cocktail hour, chairs, linens, centerpieces, cake table, lighting, etc. and everything was amazing. I cried when I saw our reception room!

I've always known that City Florist is an amazing florist and I was so excited when Jim said he would travel to NC for our special day! They are so much more than just a florist. They are the complete event design team. When I met with Jim, I walked in with 3 strips of ribbons and he created every detail just based on that. Jim Gray at City Florist was so great! Our first meeting with him, I brought a purse full of magazine clippings and ideas. He immediately picked up on what I was going for and elaborated to include things I never would have dreamed of. He is experienced with many of the local vendors (ceremony/reception site, baker) and so was able to work effectively with them to figure out timing, quantity, etc. Very professional and an amazing artist...way beyond just flowers!

Jim at The City Florist did an amazing job on all of our floral for our wedding in September. He was always willing to meet with us to get all the details of what we wanted and to show us samples. We had gorgeous high centerpieces which coordinated so well with all of our bridal party flowers and the floral for the ceremony. We also used the company for draping around the room and on the ceiling as well as two chandeliers. This really brought the whole look of our formal, elegant, romantic wedding together. Jim even dropped off the girls' flowers at the house where we were getting ready so we could include them in our bridesmaids pictures before the ceremony. He also worked well with our cake vendor to add real flowers to our cake. Jim truly helped to make our day so special and beautiful!

Jim's flexibility, patience, and willingness to make sure the flowers matched what we envisioned for a beach wedding was incredible. Jim and his team at The City Florist did an AMAZING job for our wedding! The flowers we saw when meeting with him a few months before the wedding were gorgeous, and his additions for our ceremony and reception were absolutely gorgeous. He also added some special touches at the last minute, including leaving up string lights that another customer had used, helped to make our ceremony look perfect. I would gladly recommend Jim and The City Florist to anyone looking for wonderful arrangements, particularly at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. City Florist was recommended by our caterer, Blue Moon, because we wanted a very elegant garden theme, but I also really wanted chandeliers in the reception tent, and Jim could provide both of those services. He worked with all of my requests to create beautiful settings at the ceremony and reception. He responded to all of my email modifications of the proposal and budget, so that I could decide what was most important, and we got glowing compliments on everything (bouquets, ceremony urns/garland, ferns in the aisle, centerpieces, and most definitely the chandeliers). We did have a minor issue with one meeting, but we were able to visit the Evolution Brewery instead since we were traveling from an hour out of town. But even with that miscommunication, the outcome of working with City Florist as a wedding florist was absolutely worth it.

It took a couple emails to get them to email the quote, but I was very pleased when they did. The lanterns were gorgeous and matched our colors perfectly. The lights were just the right amount of coverage for the tent and the time of day we had our wedding.

Jim and his team were really great! From the very beginning they worked with our wedding coordinator to stay within our budget, and yet give us the look and idea that we were going for. He did mostly exactly what we asked for. There were only a few things that were a bit off and not exactly what I wanted, but for the most part, everything turned out beautifully and he really helped to make it happen.

His team stayed on site to set-up, and even help my wedding cordinator where she needed help or extra hands. They showed up the next day to take everything down.

They did great with setting up our draping for our altar, and even the lighting. Jim's team can truly do it all! And what they can't do, he'll find someone who will in your budget. This was one of the few vendors in which I could completely trust! He was amazing, and I would work with him again in the future! =D

We loved our flowers! Got so many compliments on them, many folks said they were the best wedding flowers they had ever seen. They were fresh and beautiful. We met with Jim once in person and he showed us some sample centerpieces and bouquets -- and some other options for our ceremony. He was familiar with our venue which was a plus.

Jim was so easy to work with and understood our vision. Our flowers were bright and beautiful - and our centerpieces were unique. I only wish we could have enjoyed our flowers for longer!

Jim also did our chuppah (with flowers) and uplighting in the ballroom. All worth the money!

Jim at The City Florist came recommended by my wedding coordinator. We met at the shop with Jim, and as I talked, he listened to what I was looking for, and then described some of his ideas to me. It was as if he picked the images right out of my head! He whisked away for a moment, bringing back samples of flowers which he assembled into a gorgeous little bouquet right before my eyes! I knew my floral arrangements were in very good hands. Day of, he came out to my venue to deliver the flowers and set up, including some extra lighting for the barn my reception was to be held in. When my and my bridesmaids' flowers arrived, I had an idea but didn't know precisely what they would look like, and receiving that delivery was like Christmas! They quite honestly took my breath away. The men's boutonnieres were EXACTLY what I had asked for. I was so happy and would definitely recommend this florist!!

Jim got me! I met with hiim once and talked about what I was thinking and who I am. He got it! I let him and my mom go from there and when I walked into the room on the day of the wedding, my mouth dropped. Jim at The City Florist was a great guy to work with. He and my mom hit it off immediately. Because I don't know my way around a flower shop, my mom mostly worked with him. However, I was able to tell him what I liked or did not like from the samples and he came up with beautiful bouquets. The most amazing being mine (obviously) but also my hair piece. I did not know exactly what I wanted but he took my thoughts and made it stunning.

There were one or two points where it took a few days for him to respond but when he did it was always with my interest in mind.

He was also very good about working within our budget and reusing flowers where we could. I would definitely recommend him for Eastern Shore brides.

Jim and Mallory created a beautiful scene for my wedding at Lighthouse Sound. I planned my wedding from afar and so only got to meet with them a few times, but the final product came out better than I had imagined. Jim worked with my budget and actually made the less expensive centerpiece more beautiful than the more expensive option would have looked. Everyone at the wedding commented on how striking the flowers and decor were.

I did struggle a bit with communication -- it took a few weeks to get an initial proposal and it sometimes took a few days (or even weeks on one occasion) to hear back from Jim, which was frustrating. I am not sure if this is normal though -- perhaps florists only focus on the details a few weeks out, and it certainly didn't help that I lived 250 miles away. Still, if there's one thing I'd improve upon, it's the speed of response from City Florist, even if it's just a "got your email, working on it". I also wasn't entirely clear on his vision because I never got some pictures that were promised of our centerpiece (again, living far away didn't help) and so I basically had to wait until our wedding day to see what the table arrangement looked like. Again, it was simply stunning -- no one on the Eastern Shore could have done a better job. It just required me to have a lot of faith in his vision!

Jim did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job for my wedding at Nassau Valley Vineyards. I mostly worked with Mallory and she was great. My mom and I met with her and she was able to take our ideas and run with them. I absolutely loved my bouquet and all the bridesmaids bouquets. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the flowers were.
I do have a couple complaints though. I had discussed with Mallory about using hanging baskets for the ceremony and using clear stones for our centerpieces. Instead, she gave us regular flat baskets and brown stones. Luckily, some of my bridesmaides were able to play around with the flowers in the baskets, so they didn't look that bad; just not what I had asked for. Overall though, the team at City Florist are very creative and great to work with.

City Florist is a little pricier than other places, but they do beautiful work. Our flowers were even prettier than I could have imagined. We did negotiate a little on the price and did some things ourselves to get the cost down. The quality of the flowers was great.

An Ode to Spring Florals

Jess and the team at Styled made my vision board come to life! I always thought I’d have a fall wedding, so when we pivoted to a spring wedding I was a bit out of sorts envisioning what the day may look like. After a couple conversations with Jess and discussing florals and color scheme, she delighted me with a preview of florals I couldn’t wait to see in real time on the big day. And Styled certainly did not disappoint! I absolutely loved all our details: the floral and greenery arch at the ceremony, floral box welcome sign at our cocktail hour, the disco ball and floral installment over the dance floor, and the copious and varying small arrangement bouquets lined the guest tables with oyster shell details. Simply put, it was all like a chef’s kiss. 👌🏻 I highly recommend working Styled for their inspiration, creativity, and execution.

Our flowers turned out absolutely beautiful and were exactly what we wanted. Our initial meeting Jim was fantastic, he special ordered in the flowers I was looking for just to show me a few ideas.

The time in between that initial meeting and the wedding was sometimes a rocky road though. There were multiple times I emailed Jim (this is how we had been communicating and I was in a different time zone) three times over a few week span about the same issue with no response. I finally had to call the shop, but then they couldn't do anything for me because Jim had my proposal on his personal computer so I had to wait again for him to get back to me.

Also I called to confirm our delivery time a few weeks away from the wedding and we decided on 12:00pm, however the flowers weren't delivered until an hour late the day of the wedding.

Overall I thought our flowers were fantastic, but be prepared for a little bit of stress associated with not being able to get in touch.

Jim Gray is the best florist on the Eastern Shore. That being said, there was definitely some downsides to working with them. He did very well with capturing the overall feel that I was going for with the wedding flowers! The centerpieces on the tables were stunning. All table flower arrangements were beautiful. The hand-held flowers, not so much. I only had a handful of things that I was firm on: No purples (I didn’t like the way the color went with our wedding colors), No daisies (I hate them), and a sold neutral color for the bridesmaid bouquets (they had bright multicolor dresses and I didn’t want any clashing). So…most bouquets had purple and it was the main accent color in the bride’s bouquet. An entire arrangement for the church was made of daisies (one that was supposed to be entirely made of greenery branches), and the bridesmaid bouquets were bright and multi-colored. With everything else being so beautiful it is hard to complain, but when you are dropping $4000 on flowers, you expect the few requests you do make to be honored. It was very frustrating. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were so bad that I wanted to scramble and cut flowers from the garden for the bridesmaids to carry instead, but we ran out of time to get it done. Pew markers were also put in the wrong places so there wasn't much room for the parents to sit. So my review is this…..If you just have a general idea of what you want and are willing to leave everything in their hands, you will be happy with 90% of what The City Florist comes up with. But if you have any special requests or want any input on color or flower type, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, they are awful at answering emails and getting back to you. Overall I am relatively satisfied with my experience.

Beautiful Floral Designs, Disappointing Post-Event Handling

We engaged Styled. for our wedding, and were impressed by the stunning floral arrangements they provided for bouquets, table decor, and wedding arch. The florist's work truly enhanced the ambiance of the celebration.

However, I must highlight a significant issue we encountered after the event. Despite clear agreements with both our family and the venue to collect the flowers by noon the following day, I arrived promptly at 11:50 AM to find all the flowers had already been removed by the florist without our consent or notification. This was disappointing and not what we had agreed upon.

It wasn’t until the following Monday that the florist suggested we pick up the flowers from their shop, which unfortunately was located 2-1/2 hours away from us and not feasible. This added to our frustration with the post-event handling.

While the floral designs were beautiful and well-executed, there were challenges with communication and organization throughout the planning process, which caused some frustration. For future customers, I would recommend ensuring all agreements are clearly documented to avoid any misunderstandings.

VERY hard to get a hold of. I was given a very vague proposal based on a detailed conversation we had. I tried to schedule a final meeting to make sure we were actually on the same page, and was told they were too busy. (I was long distance so my time frame for meeting was limited.) I should have insisted on it, because I was VERY VERY disappointed on the day of the wedding. (Flowers were sparse and looked cheap, and they weren't!)

The initial meeting was great and Jim was so nice and helpful. Our centerpieces came out wonderful. That said the other items were not what we ordered or paid for and did not look good. I was really upset with them being at the alter. If I would have seen them ahead of time I would have chosen nothing and demanded money back. He was also rude the day of the wedding. So sad that it turned out that way.

I hesitate to write this review…. I contacted city florist months before my August wedding. I had my heart set on peonies. In our consultation I let one of Jim's employees know that I wanted to have peonies, that I was aware they were out of season in August, but I did not care how much it would cost. I was ASSURED that I would have those flowers in my bridal bouquet. However, I was emailed FOUR DAYS before my wedding! Four days! Via email! I was notified that I would not be getting peonies because they were out of season….. I was heat broken. It may be dramatic, but I cried for those four days leading up to my wedding. I was assured again that they would make some other flower choices that would be comparable… ON my wedding day, they delivered the flowers WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANYONE. They left them on the table in boxes…. They were hideous… I had my wedding coordinator call them. I was willing to pay anything for them to bring more pink roses to make the bouquet fuller and to take out the grey/green LEAVES that filled the bouquet. However, they did not answer their phones or emails… I had to have my bridesmaid run out to the store, only hours before the wedding, to buy gems to place throughout the bouquet. I paid hundreds of dollars on these flowers, yet I had to go to the store to make them acceptable. I had a panic attack on my wedding day because of this vendor. I would not recommend them. It was the lowest point of the day. I may have been dramatic that day from the stress, but even looking back now, two months later, I am so disappointed in the product they gave me. I wish I could post a picture here of how ugly they were. The roses weren't even opened and no one took the time to look at them. Save yourself the heartbreak, and go with another florist ladies.

I used this vedor for my ceremony. The bouquets were beautiful and the alter piece was nice. However I did not get my staircase drapped in lines instead they used Tulle and they did not provide me with my center piece for my foyer table. They were not very customer friendly with answering emails. Requested 1000.00 deposit before any work was done and that was just to hold a date. Beautiful work with terrible customer relations skills. They did not try to contact me until 2 weeks before my wedding to discuss my reception pieces and that was only because I called them. If your spending your money with a vendor communication is key. Over priced and not very friendly. If you are a bride and its your day you do want someone who will talk to you once you have written the check.
