It was a fun, stressfull, complicated, and overwhelming experience that ended up being magical thanks to Nena! It was not easy by any measure! Destination Wedding in Greece!
I honestly don’t even know where to begin—Nena was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, she was so patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make our day feel like a dream. We had a small, intimate wedding at Island Resort on the Athens Riviera with fewer than 20 people, but somehow it still felt magical—like something out of a movie.
I didn’t have to worry about a single detail. Nena took care of everything. All we had were a few Zoom calls where she asked the right questions, and somehow the wedding turned out exactly how I had pictured it… actually, even better! And let me just say—I’m super picky, a bit of a perfectionist, and I like things done a very specific way. So the fact that she absolutely nailed it says everything.
Her taste, her attention to detail, her calm presence—it was everything I needed and more. I truly wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. I cannot thank Nena Papadopoulou and her amazing team at Style Concept for the amazing work they did creating a perfect, unforgettable, and majestic wedding for my daughter. Not only did the wedding at Island Athens Riviera surpass our expectations thanks to Nena, but she also planned a pre-wedding dinner at Moorings and a beach party at Alopigua that amazed our guests. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and accommodating nature made planning a wedding from New York a breeze. Through our many emails and zoom calls, Nena fulfilled every aspect of our vision. She even provides you with an online platform, Aisle Planner, through which you have online access to your guest list, creating a seating chart, budget charts, calendar, payment schedules and reminders, etc. I loved everything about her online platform. Nena paid attention to every single detail from the harp player to all our special requests about the menu, to the fireworks, to negotiating with all our venues. Remarkable Wedding Experience with Style Concept in Athens Riviera
I'm not certain where to begin in describing this truly remarkable experience! We booked Style Concept as our wedding planner at the Athens Riviera a year in advance based mainly on the great reviews we read online and their Insta feed!
A few months before our wedding date we travelled to Greece from Chicago and had our first in-person meeting with Nena who arranged a detailed schedule of meetings with all the booked vendors and a visit to the venue. We discussed all the details of our wedding and every person Nena introduced us to was a ray of sunshine! Their kindness and eagerness to assist made us feel as if we had known them for years.
On the big day, we were so happy and relaxed by how flawlessly everything came together! We highly recommend Style Concept to anyone looking to tie the knot in Greece! Nena's got your back!

Nena and Style Concept - Our Athens Fairytale!
Oh, where do I even begin with our fabulous wedding planner, Nena from Style Concept? 🌟 She's an absolute rockstar, and if I could give her more than 5 stars, I totally would!
Planning a destination wedding in Athens had me a bit jittery, but Nena made the whole experience a breeze. From day one, she brought so much professionalism and savvy advice to the table, turning our dreams into a reality.
Nena went above and beyond and even secured fairy lights that we were certain couldn't fit with our budget. She hustled throughout the whole process and the results were absolutely phenomenal. I still remember the feeling looking over the balcony with my now husband and we were both pinching ourselves that this was OUR wedding! IT WAS INCREDIBLE! A seriously stunning day that left all of our guests in awe!
I've even gone as far as hooking up my brother and future sister-in-law to work with Nena and Style Concept and can't wait to see what beauty Nena creates for them!

Intimate Wedding
We had a small intimate wedding on November 2021.
Ms.Nena (fluent in English) helped us throughout our planning period and was present the whole time on our wedding day, to make sure everything was perfect. We thought, we would be very nervous on the big day but instead we felt very confident and it’s because we knew that she would be there with us.

Beautiful destination wedding planned in short period of time!
Nena and her team were amazing and we would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding- especially if you're planning a destination wedding! She made all of our wedding dreams a reality, and people are still talking about how much they enjoyed it!
From the moment I reached out to her, she was always very responsive and easily looked into every detail we needed help with (even things that weren't originally part of our agreement). I say this because as we were planning a destination wedding from the U.S. it was overwhelming to decide which wedding planner to go with. Initially I looked into 3 others that were a little more well known by mutual friends etc. However, despite doing incredible work, you would be surprised how long it took them to respond (if at all!) and how expensive their fees were. Nena's fees were incredibly reasonable without sacrificing an absolutely beautiful result!
I think one of the more difficult aspects of planning a destination wedding is of course deciding on which vendors to work with (without being close-by to meet with them). We had our wedding planning/site-visit trip only 1 month prior to our wedding (which is when we met with these vendors) and we were able to comfortably trust Nena's suggestions. There was only one that I didn't like (makeup artist) as it wasn't really the style I was going for (and to be fair Nena had to make suggestions in a short period of time). But she always made me feel like what I wanted was most important, and was flexible in making other suggestions. She never made me feel bad about going outside of what she initially suggested. I think this is important, because at the end of the day it's your wedding, and a good planner will never make you feel bad about not taking their suggestions of vendors they have worked with before.
As with all weddings there are hiccups along the way, but Nena and her team were very fair and reasonable in finding alternative solutions. Additionally, we were dealing with Covid regulations and a short planning process (Nena pulled everything together in ONLY 2 months)!!
The end result came out beautifully, and was within a reasonable budget. Her team was with us from early in the morning for set-up until almost midnight I think. She was with us throughout every moment of the day, making sure everything was executed perfectly. Planning a wedding can be incredibly stressful up until the day of. But the best feeling in the world was that I was able to trust that Nena had everything covered and there was no reason to worry, because of all her hard work behind the scenes. We were able to enjoy our special day without worrying about anything, which was the biggest relief and best feeling!
I would definitely hire Nena again, maybe next time for a christening in Greece! :)

A Dream Come True!
My husband and I interviewed several wedding planners before making the decision to hire Nena and Style Concept to plan our destination wedding in Greece. We are from the US and were planning the wedding during COVID. Also, we wound up having 100 people attending so the planning and coordination was no easy task. The initial reason we chose Nena amongst the other planners was her obvious attention to detail and meticulous organization. I also just really liked her vibe. If you are planning to get married in Greece, do yourself a favor and hire Style Concept. I cannot stress enough the absolute perfection that Nena and her team delivered for our special day. We hired the Style Concept team to assist us with bringing to life and coordinating our vision for our daughter's baptism in Greece. Since we currently live in the US, we were looking for someone who would be flexible enough to communicate remotely and who could take care of the logistics that we could not attend to. Nena was courteous, responsive, and resourceful and helped us brainstorm, develop our ideas, and deliver a joyous, memorable day. She assisted us with everything from the decoration (flowers, tablescapes, venue and church decoration), custom-designed party favors (bombonieres) and programs for our guests, an amazing refreshment table with drinks and treats at the church, and elegant martyrika (witness bracelets) from her e-shop. A magical experience to remain in our memories forever
A pre-wedding cocktail event and a wedding party for over 300 guests flying in from all over the world (Egypt, Germany, Switzerland, US, Dubai). A challenging organization entailing perfect coordination with a great number of vendors (sound and light, florist, DJ, 2 furniture rental companies, entertainment, fireworks, photographers, and management of the hotel venue) over 2 days of events and handled by Style concept on the ground as we live abroad. Do yourself a favor and book them right away: Nena is absolutely the best! You'll never regret the money you spent on your wedding planner, believe me. Lovely planner, attention to detail!
I started planning my wedding from the UK and I discovered that it would be seriously stressful and confusing to plan a wedding in Greece without the help of a local planner. I asked the venue I had booked for recommendations they had for planners and Style Concept was one of them. I contacted a few planners (some of them never bothered to reply) and when I spoke with Nena, I immediately knew she would be the right fit for my wedding. She was kind and clear about what she would offer and about the entire process. Working with Nena and her brilliant team, took a huge weight off my shoulders. Beautiful work for our wedding
Our wedding in Athens was perfectly planned and coordinated by Style Concept. We came across their website and after our initial call on Skype, Cheng (my future husband) and I agreed that this would be our choice for a wedding planner. Nena is the manager and head planner of the agency and she has a ton of experience with weddings and international couples like us. She was helpful all the way through and she gave us great advise on the details, like for example when is the best time to cut the cake and take beautiful pictures before the sunset, what is the best color palette for our wedding flowers and how the entrance order would be. No worries at all during our wedding day, everything was wonderful!

The best memories ever! Nena planned our wedding at the Athens Riviera last summer and we can’t be more grateful and happy. Our guests had a unique experience with delicious Greek food, the party was amazing and the fireworks was the moment that everyone loved! I used style concept to plan my son s christening, and it was a bit last notice since I dropped the original event company I had booked. From the get go, the service was entirely different. Nena is amazing and runs the entire company like a true professional. The prices were reasonable and when things didn't work out within our budget, Nena was quick to come up with an alternative. I would use this event planning company again in the future and highly recommend working with Nena to anyone who wants to plan a party worry free!

Organizing our wedding with Nena & Style Concept Event Solutions was an amazing journey! As a couple we knew exactly how we wanted our wedding to be and along with Nena and her ideas we made this day a dream one!! Nena has a massive experience and expertise on what she is doing. Nena is a true professional- a warm and friendly person that makes everything run with a perfect timeline and schedule. For our wedding, she was extremely organized but also flexible with our requirements and I’m grateful to have found her. Throughout the time we worked for my wedding, Nena always listened carefully to our needs (it was very important for us to know that our planner listened to us and could understand probably more than what we said with words). At certain points, she strongly insisted, for example on how the tables should be arranged, about the wedding cake shape and decor and about the size and design of the florals but at the end we realized that she had done well to guide us with details that we didn’t know beforehand. She was always sincere and clear and kept a positive attitude, helping us find solutions when needed. Our wedding was the best time of our lives because we felt that we were in good hands with Nena and her team at Style Concept. They managed to make everything happen and it was all so beautiful and magical! Thank you once more, Nena & Style Concept!

When I started looking for a wedding planner and coordinator, I got confused from all the information I found online. I suppose it was a difficult decision to choose a wedding planner just from their presentation on their website and to be honest, I wasn’t sure if the extra expense of a wedding planner was necessary. Moreover, I had at the back of my head that my family (we are Greek) would offer me helping hands and I could make it all work on my own, so what would be the use of a planner? Until I realized that if all my close people stayed busy with the preparations (since the party would take place at our home garden), they would not enjoy a bit of my big day and I would be totally exhausted at the end trying to plan every single detail. For me, the personal contact was very important and I thought I would trust someone to plan and coordinate my wedding only if I knew and liked her- as a professional and as a person, too. Nena from Style Concept went far above and beyond what I had expected one planner would do, and was so patient with me throughout. Her down to earth personality but also creative side made me feel comfortable and I truly enjoyed my wedding from day one until the moment I took off my shoes at the end of the night. Everything was fabulous and if you ever hear that random mishaps might occur on your wedding day, don’t listen…with Style Concept and Nena, you can relax and enjoy your big day as you dreamt it!

We highly recommend working with Nena to any couple planning to get married in Greece. While I and my husband are both Greek and we wanted a relatively small wedding (around 100 persons), considering that we live abroad we felt that finding a wedding planner was essential. After doing research online and speaking with various wedding planners, we decided that Nena was the most professional and the one who clearly explained how she would manage to plan our wedding in only 4.5 months - we contacted her in mid-January 2017 and our wedding was planned for early June 2017.
We were extremely happy with Nena's work. She developed a timeline with all the tasks that needed to be done and by when, reminding us of them when we were late; she arranged two full-day meetings in Athens with all the professionals that would be helping us in order to discuss in person with them what we wanted. Nena had many ideas about the wedding - but she was also very understanding of what we wanted and adapted her ideas to our wishes. Her choice of professionals was excellent; a particular mention goes to the photographer she recommended whom, even though we did not know before, took excellent, artistic photos of us and our friends and families.
During the preparation, Nena was always available to speak with us at short time and provide solutions where we felt there was an issue. She was the interlocutor with all the professionals working for our wedding (essential, as it would have been very difficult for us to coordinate all these people). On the day of the wedding, Nena and her assistants took care of everything so that we and our families did not have to deal with practical issues: she was very considerate in the way she dealt with our families and very kind and professional with our guests, half of whom were not Greeks.
All in all, we highly recommend Nena and we would be more than happy to work with her should we have other events we need help with.

Nena is the best wedding planner ever. She brings help and precious advices but she let the couple free to choose their own wedding. She is always smiling and full of joy, and supportive even when the tasks seem overwhelming. She was welcoming before the event and present throughout the day. Nena was an amazing wedding planner! We are from Canada, and had our wedding in Crete. She was able to plan the entire wedding through skype meetings, and was able to work around our schedule with the 7 hour time difference. It was great having her there on our special day. We didn't have to worry about anything the day of because she had it taken care of. I wouldn't change anything our wedding, and all our guests had a great time. I would reccommend her, and would use her again if we had another event to plan.

We absolutely recommend Style Concept for any type of event planning. We were doing a destination wedding in Greece, and Nena did everything to make our big day an amazing, stress-free, absolutely beautiful one! As we are not Greek, the administrative part was quite challenging, and her resourcefulness proved handy! Style Concept was recommended to us by a close friend and now a year later we can say that this was one of the best weeding advice we got! Nena is very friendly and professional. Despite the long distance and time zone difference (we live in the US and Nena was helping us plan our wedding in Athens, Greece) Nena was making her self available via emails, phone calls, skype calls to address our requests. She helped us plan every detail of our wedding: reception venue, personalized invitations, decoration, activities for our guests from all over the world, ceremony details, marriage license paperwork... All guests felt welcome and we had a great time celebrating with everyone knowing all details were taken care of.

I was very happy having chosen Style Concept for planning and coordinating my wedding event in Athens. We had several guests travelling from Canada, UK and Germany and we needed someone to handle the details and help us with the endless questions that we had throughout. Nena is such a friendly person who offers creative ideas and implements them in coordination with her innovative team.My first encounter with her occurred over the phone as I stumbled across her website and was amazed with the presentation and her competence.
I was impressed with Nena and her attention to detail as she kept us (my husband and I) aware with her progress through frequent appointments and brainstorming ideas that captured our individuality completely. I found Style Concept's Facebook page by chance and I really wanted to see what they have to propose to me for my little girl's birthday party, that I wanted to be unique.
So I visit their offices and I met Nena Papadopoulou (owner) who really was a great surprise for me as far as it concerns her professionalism and her warm smile. She gave me a lot of ideas and she was really helpful. The mothers and the children loved all the products I bought for the party and the atmosphere that was created, was really great. Next year I visited Style Concept once more for my daughter's Bday and I have to say that everything was perfect at the party! Great ideas, great service, high professionalism, great prices and a really great Nena, are the ingredients of Style Concept!

It was a unique expeience working with Nena and her team at Style and Concept! We had a very tricky wedding to organise: more than 200 guests from 3 different countries and we came to her 3 months before the wedding date! However, her proffessionalism was incredible! She is so experienced that within a week of working with her most of our decisions had been made! She knew all the venues, caterers, florists and wedding dress makers. We had a lovely small olive tree on each table (which were subesquently given to our guests living locally as presents). The olive tree as well as the whole concept of our wedding was the original ideas of Nena and her team!
We really cant thank her enough!

The most amazing party for my son Anthony..!! He loved the dinosaur thematic party and the classic museum look. My son loves fossils and dinosaur skeletons, so the idea of our event planner Nena to celebrate his birthday with a dinosaur dig party was gorgeous!!! An adorable dinosaur cake, lovely decoration to all tables with dinosaur skeletons on them and magnificent wooden dinosaur puzzles for gifts for all of his friends!! The candy bar was delicious with Dino egg cookies and a selection of other sweets.. Among them, chocolate rocks inside glass bottles!!! An EXCELLENT party!!! Don't forget to mention the coloring Wall poster were children drew for a long time!!

Το style concept οργάνωσε την βάφτιση του γιού μου το καλοκαίρι του 2012.
Αυτό που έχω να πω είναι οτι πραγματικά η Νένα και οι συνεργάτες της κατάλαβαν πολύ γρήγορα τι θέλω και την αισθητική μου και οι προτάσεις τους εξέλιξαν με τον καλύτερο τρόπο την επιθυμία μου σε σχέδια, χρώματα και ιδέες οικονομικές, πολύ ωραίες και πρακτικές.
Δεν αγχώθηκα ούτε μια στιγμή, όλα κύλησαν ιδανικά και συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το style concept για οποιαδήποτε εκδήλωση!

Style Concept had organized the baptism ceremony and reception for our daughter in 2008. We were very pleased with the efficient cooperation, the variety of ideas offered to us, the end result was simply astonishing!!!!
We are still cooperating with Style Concept for the birthday parties, each year a different theme, as well as on a corporate level with Children's Christmas parties. Every year it is a nice surprise, everybody is looking forward to our parties.

8 years go Nena and her team helped plan our wedding in Greece. To this day my husband and I, along with our guests, still remember our day fondly. While we lived and worked in New York City, Nena helped us plan a beautiful wedding at the Nasouzik Museum with guests from Greece, Asia, and Europe.

A few days ago my husband and I had our 54th wedding anniversary, an event entirely planned by Style Concept. The daughter of our friends recommended her wedding planner, Nena, to help us organize this very special day for us. So, we had an initial meeting with Nena at her office, where we had a conversation about how we imagined this celebration...actually it would be a good occasion to meet with some old friends, gather our family and add some sparkle in our life! We were shown pictures and actual samples of flowers, decorations and favors for our 60 guests and in a few days we received catering offers in order to compare menus, drinks, cake & prices and choose. The result was above our expectations and we enjoyed an amazing evening. Thank you, Nena for being a part of this very special day and for all your help and understanding!

Although the reviews are in general very good, I would not recommend Style Concept. Planning a destination wedding is hard, but it's even harder when you have to explain the same things over and over again, and discuss every minor detail repeatedly, only because they didn't pay attention in the first place. Our guests were left astounded by the bad service, that almost left the ceremony without vital parts. We were asked for a budget that was never respected and ended up spending almost double the money, although we were constantly reminding Nena that we are over the limit.
All in all, maybe it's good service for people who are not Greek and don't know the drill, but for us was a constant source of anxiety and stress.
