We chose the Stroudsmoor Country Inn Lawnhaven's venue for our wedding. It is a beautiful setting and easy to access for any guests with mobility problems.

Our wedding planner, Malia Kasperkevic, was professional, informative and so helpful to us when we were choosing an officiant, photographer, and DJ.

We stayed at the Inn the night before the wedding and the night of it. On our wedding eve, we were treated to a surprise, private champagne dinner, thanks to Malia's request. We then retired to our cozy room at the main Inn.

We selected Journeys of the Heart's Susanne Wilson for our officiant, initially meeting with her to discuss our preferences, then communicating by email to help her create the ceremony that we wished from readings that she provided. Our guests remarked on how inclusive and thoughtful she was.

For our photographer and DJ, we hired Frankie Carll Productions. We first met with Mr. Carll to review our music choices, and he selected Corey for our photographer and Ricky for our DJ. Both were professional, personable and fun. Corey made us feel at ease through our photo shoots. Ricky got everyone up and dancing, and also played all of our requests.

The hors d'oeuvre were spectacular, and the dinners and cake were delicious and beautifully presented. The servers and bartenders were attentive and considerate of any special needs or requests made by our guests.

Our floral arrangements were lovely, and the centerpiece flowers were able to be taken home by our guests. The colors of my bouquet and the groom's boutonniere were matched by the ones in our centerpieces.

I used the Stroudsmoor's salon for my hair and makeup. Gina did a terrific job incorporating my baby's breath headpiece into my styled hair and made me up in an understated fashion as suited me very well.

My daughter's wedding at Lawnhaven at Stroudsmoor Country Inn last weekend was an absolute dream come true! From the impeccable service to the delicious food, every detail was just perfect. Ryan, the manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His communication skills and dedication to exceeding our expectations were truly commendable. Ryan is just a pleasure to work with! The staff, including Margie, Maddie, and Ann, were all outstanding - attentive, hardworking, and always with a smile on their faces. Margie, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service throughout the night.

Despite a last-minute change in wedding planners, Kaylie seamlessly took over and handled everything flawlessly, making the transition seamless. The venue itself was stunning, with meticulously manicured grounds, creating the perfect backdrop for a magical day. The convenience of having the ceremony and reception at the same location was a huge bonus and made the day even more special.

The food was another highlight of the evening, with guests raving about the delicious appetizers, dinner, and desserts. The prompt drink service was also greatly appreciated, ensuring no one had to wait long for a refreshment.







In conclusion, our experience at Stroudsmoor Country Inn was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible team led by Ryan. We are truly grateful for the unforgettable memories created on our special day. Thank you to everyone at Stroudsmoor for making our wedding day so perfect!

Of course, the wedding itself is always stressful to plan. However, in comparison to other couples experiences (family that have been recently married) we had a very flawless experience. Linda was our coordinator and she captured every detail effortlessly. I will say that you will come in higher than your estimated budget but you will notice a lot of complimentary luxuries on the night of. We chose to stay at the venue sight and book the suites for our immediate family and close friends and that took a lot of stress off of getting ready and being punctual. The rooms were very cute and classy. The food is absolutely amazing (which is hard to find at weddings. From our experience, the entrees are usually bland and the meats are dry). Stroudmoor had a huge variety of options when it came to foods. We opted in for a s’mores bar and cannolis with coffee for the evening and noticed complimentary cookies (- variety of cookies that were adorable). The flowers were gorgeous (thank you, Grayson). You get a bridal assistant as well, which really is a game changer. We personally had Belkis and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Coming from a couple who have attended approximately 5 weddings in the last 4 years, we had the most stress free and seamless process because of the venue we chose. I have to recommend Stroudsmoor to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful wedding. A special thank you to Kerry, Corrine, Belkis, and Linda & all of the extraordinary staff who made it possible.

A wonderful, beautiful experience, we had the great fortune of attending a wedding the first week in June 2024 at The Stroudsmoor Inn in Stroudsburg, PA. A gorgeous setting with multiple options for wedding services and celebrations after, the weather was perfect, the staff VERY friendly and accommodating, highly engaged and sincerely thrilled that we were there! From rehearsal dinner to the wedding night dinner, the food was excellent with options for everyone. In addition to wedding cake, there was even an ice cream sundae bar with huge cookies. Accommodations were onsite, so no driving and rooms spacious. It was a glorious place…easy to make lifetime memories!

We had the most beautiful wedding reception at the Stroudsmoor. The team was professional and easy to work with. They listen to your ideas and give you suggestions to make your wedding the most perfect day. Everything was beyond exceptional from the florals to the food to the bar service and desserts. We truly could not have asked for a better day and are so thankful We celebrated our wedding day at the Stroudsmoor.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting my wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn on Memorial Day, and I am beyond thrilled with the experience. From start to finish, the entire event was nothing short of magical.

Before our wedding, I often heard people say their wedding day was the happiest day of their lives, but I never truly understood that sentiment—until now. Thanks to the impeccable team at Stroudsmoor, I can wholeheartedly say it was the happiest day of my life.

The approach at Stroudsmoor is exceptionally organized. Linda, with her vast experience, ensures that every detail is perfect. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the unexpected heavy rains on our wedding day, we seamlessly adapted and moved the ceremony indoors to a beautiful location inside the Lawnhaven Pavilion. The transition was smooth, and the indoor setup was just as stunning as the original outdoor plan.

The environment Linda and her team created was like a dream come true. She has cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that is palpable as soon as you step onto the property. The surprises they planned were beyond amazing! Growing up in India, I had only read about s'mores and imagined the sound of ice cream trucks. Experiencing these delightful touches for the first time on our special day was phenomenal. These unexpected details made us feel incredibly loved and cherished.

I want to extend a special thank you to the incredible "I Do Crew"—Belkis, Jess, and Ann—who did an outstanding job on the day. Laura’s kindness also did not go unnoticed. And finally, a heartfelt thank you to Linda, whose efforts in fostering such a positive and welcoming atmosphere at Stroudsmoor truly made all the difference. Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels worldwide could learn a thing or two about true hospitality from her and her team.

Our wedding experience at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn was nothing short of exceptional. From our very first meeting, the staff was incredibly attentive to our needs, eager to help us plan the perfect day, and genuinely invested in us as a couple. We felt right at home every time we visited to plan our special day! Every department at the Stroudsmoor was outstanding, but there are a few individuals who truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable.

Alex DiGrazia, our wedding event planner, exceeded all expectations. She was hands down the most incredible person we worked with throughout our wedding planning experience. Her attention to detail, enthusiasm, and dedication ensured that every aspect of our wedding day was flawless. Alex went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and make sure everything ran smoothly. Her expertise and warm demeanor made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions, calm our nerves, and handle any unexpected challenges that arose. Her dedication to our happiness was evident in every interaction and decision she made. We are going to miss the constant interactions with her, but will always keep in touch because we see her more as a close friend than an event planner.

Colleen Denehan, who assisted with accommodations and logistics, also deserves a special shout-out. Colleen not only ensured that all of our family, friends, and guests were comfortably accommodated for our wedding weekend, but she also helped coordinate food arrangements for the wedding day. She even went so far as to check in with us in the days that followed to wish us well. Her proactive approach and thoughtful assistance were invaluable. She is another remarkable individual that the Stroudsmoor has to offer.

Miss Belkis was another standout member of the Stroudsmoor team. She truly was a jack of all trades, coming to the rescue multiple times throughout our wedding day and night. From sewing up a broken bustle to fixing a missing button on a tuxedo, (and even personally blow-drying my train!), Miss Belkis went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure everything went off without a hitch. My only regret was that I couldn't give her a bigger hug at the end of the night to thank her for all of her help!

And lastly, I'd be remiss not to thank Linda, the owner of the Stroudsmoor, who so graciously oversaw our entire planning process, consistently checked in with us, and promptly assisted with any questions or concerns that arose. Linda's guidance and support were invaluable as she helped us research vendors, officiants, and other resources. Her personal touch and dedication to ensuring our happiness truly made Stroudsmoor feel like home.

You are immediately assigned to a senior Wedding Planner that will guide you angelically through the wedding planning process. Basically, relieving the stress off you and your spouse's shoulders.

Stroudsmoor Country Inn is an elegant, traditional wedding venue with a modern way of crafting a memorable wedding planning and wedding day for any bride and groom. Every step of wedding planning with Stroudsmoor has been wonderful, from our first tour around the property to the follow-up meetings with our event planner, the staff has been very dedicated and great with communication. What really drew us to Stroudsmoor is that no two weddings are alike. There are many ways to customize your wedding, through their in-house Floral & Décor department to on property dining options, like custom stations that range from champagne to even milk & cookies. We are only at the beginning stages of our wedding planning, but there is no one I would feel safer with than the dedicated event staff at Stroudsmoor.

Our special day wouldn’t have been this amazing or special without this vendor.

Everyone at Stroudsmoor was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our coordinator, Danica was fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She answered every single question me, my husband, and our families asked along the way. The actual wedding night went so smoothly and was totally stress free. Not to mention the amazing food! So many of our guests came up to us to say it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.
Our special day was truly a dream come true and we can’t thank Stroudsmoor enough for all they did to make it happen.

From start to finish the team at the Stroudsmoor was amazing to deal with. Friendly professional and prompt. The cocktail hour with 30 butler served appetizers was incredible and guests are still talking about it. The floral department and the bakery also helped bring our vision to life!

My husband and I were married at the Stroudsmoor (Woodsgate) on 9/15/23. Woodsgate venue is absolutely gorgeous, as is the entire establishment. Our event coordinator, Linda, was incredibly helpful and ensured that everything leading up to and on our wedding day was taken care of. She was so helpful in regards to floral and decor and ensured that everything was exactly in the right place on the day of. The food, cake, and our s'mores station were amazing also. My bridesmaids and I had appointments at their salon for hair & everyone's turned out perfect. The lodging is also beautiful - my husband and I stayed in the Ledgemere Loft and we didn't want to leave! Our lodging coordinator, Colleen, was so helpful when it came to booking rooms for us and our guests. Our couple's coordinator Geri was amazing on the day of as well as our day of coordinator Emma. My husband and I didn't feel stressed at all on our wedding day and were able to have fun and enjoy ourselves due to the staff at Stroudsmoor. They made everything so seamless and truly helped to make our wedding day the best day of our lives. My husband and I are forever grateful and we recommend Stroudsmoor to anyone getting married.

We were lucky enough to celebrate our daughters wedding here on September 9th, 2023. This venue is absolutely beautiful. It is nestled in a wooded area with all the best nature has to offer. The views are spectacular! There are several different venues within the property. The one we chose was Ridgecrest. Linda, who supported us through the process, made sure every detail was attended to. On the day of the wedding, we arrived at the venue and we were greeted by a staff that was so outstanding it is hard to put into words. First, Id like to mention Belkis. Belkis was not only sweet and kind but took us under her wing and made sure everything was perfect for us. She wore a belt around her waist with everything you could possible need. She had tissues, needle, thread, essential oils and so much more. She took such good care of us. I'll never forget her kindness. Then there was Kerry who made sure we always had drinks, food, and anything else we needed. She checked on us constantly and we had so much fun together. Those women and the rest of the staff took care of the wedding party and the rest of the guests like we were royalty. Grayson who is the on staff floral manager, did such an amazing job with the flowers. I could go on, but I would like to conclude by saying I HIGHLY recommend Stroudsmoor for a wedding. The venue and staff are a cut above. Our wedding was pure magic and one of the best days of my life.

We couldn’t have had a better vendor for our wedding. After planning with them for the past year, they felt like family. Linda, Malia, Colleen, and Belkis were incredible. Our day was perfect! Our coordinator, Danica Johnson, worked with us from day 1, picking out a venue all the way to the ceremony, and she did it with candor, patience, and flexibility. She was a joy to work with, and her colleagues were no different.
Grayson Davis, who worked with us to pick out our florals, also knocked it out of the park. She helped us pick out the exact designs and flowers we'd want. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were breathtaking. Our guests were eager to accept our centerpieces as gifts.

We got married at Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor on September 2nd, 2023. We first fell in love with the natural setting and cozy reception area at the Woodsgate location while touring all of the available locations offered by Stroudsmoor (all of them wonderful in their own right).

Booking at the Stroudsmoor you get assigned an amazing wedding planner and we had the pleasure of working with both Cathleen and Malia. Malia began helping us half way through our planning process, but hit the ground running, as she knew exactly what we needed and by when. She made the wedding of our dreams happen. Having her not only as a planner, but as a same-day coordinator made a usually stressful event extremely smooth, and she was on top of every detail, from what music should be playing, and what should be happening at each time stamp of the night. She even helped decorate the venue with decorations and favors we had brought in ourselves, using her own vision, and everything looked even better than what we could have imagined.

We also had an amazing on-site floral department staff (a very talented, Grayson) who put together a bouquet so beautiful you would be surprised we only spoke to her for about 30 minutes total regarding our preferred flowers/color palette.

The night wouldn't have been complete without the amazing wait staff (shoutout to Cameron and Ann) that were making sure we (bride and groom) were being appropriately fed and had our cups full at every point of the night. We couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience, and we hope one day we can attend another wedding or event here as a guest so we can truly experience this all over again.

My wedding was at Woodsgate on 7/29 and it exceeded my expectations. I can’t believe how amazing the day went. Danica, Colleen, Grayson, and the countless others that I didn’t get names for made our day the most beautiful stress free and most fun day of my life. We just had our wedding here 8/19/23 at the Lawnhaven venue and we couldn’t have picked a better venue! From the day we signed our contract to the day of our wedding they made the whole process stress free. The staff is amazing and so is the food! We had our dream wedding thanks to them!

Our wedding was just on Monday, July 10th and we had the BEST experience. From the beginning of the planning stages, our coordinator, Malia, and the owner, Linda, ensured we were satisfied with the tastings and the planning process, keeping us on track with everything that needed to be done. They worked with us to accommodate our Monday schedule so we could celebrate on our 8 year anniversary, and helped build a package that worked for us.

But once we got to the rehearsal and day of, I was truly blown away by the incredible staff. Every single guest told us that the service was unparalleled, the appetizers during cocktail hour were plentiful and delicious, and it was the best wedding they have ever attended. As it was our wedding I’m a bit biased, but it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced!

Malia went above and beyond to ensure all of my DIY centerpieces, decor, and sola wood flowers were set up even more beautifully than I could ever imagine! I truly cried as soon as I walked in to preview it. She has an incredible eye for design and I’m so grateful to her. Grayson also made sure our ceremony space was beautifully lined with flower petals and set-up to perfection. She was so kind through the process and quick to respond, too!

Malia also kept us on schedule and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. And my bridal attendant, Belkis, was also AMAZING! One of our groomsmen ripped his pants right before walking down the aisle and she sewed them easily, and I had no idea until the wedding was over. She fixed my veil that was pulling off the comb and reinforced that. She had drinks ready for us as soon as the ceremony was over. She made sure my father had his specialty drink of choice. She fanned me during the reception when she could tell I was hot, got my fiancé water and a towel after his surprise tap dance to help with the sweat, got him dressed back into his vest in time for cake cutting, and even offered to help me in the restroom and manage my giant ballgown. My bustle was also so complicated and she worked in tandem with my sister to get it up and under my dress. Truly the most amazing and attentive service of my life, and I truly felt like a princess. If anything went wrong, I really didn’t know about it because both Malia and Belkis fixed it before I could even notice.

Emma and Anne Marie our supervisors for the evening were also so sweet and made sure the night went smoothly after Malia had left. They all packed up my DIY so carefully with Belkis (vases, books, photo frames) so I could take it home without worry. They packed it even better than I had when I brought it! And also a shoutout to Tyler who was a server and received compliments from several of our guests about his amazing service and kind personality.

I am still in awe of the day. We were able to enjoy every moment because Stroudsmoor and the staff took care of everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger or think about anything more than celebrating the man who is now my husband! And it doesn’t hurt that the views from Terraview are absolutely stunning! So many incredible photos! Thank you so much for making our day a true fairytale!
