Outstanding Service, Clarity, and Results
We received the Finao albums from Storybook Pages and were absolutely thrilled! The attention to every detail reflected the level of experience and expertise that we were looking for. The bride's album is exactly what she wanted and the parents' album was precisely to our specification. The imprint on the bride's album cover in a clear emboss was an artistic touch that surpassed our expectation. We truly had a great experience working with Storybook Pages and handling every detail efficiently and easily through telephonic and e-mail communications that were personal and prompt. -

My wife and I are very happy with our wedding album from Storybook Pages. It was an absolute pleasure to work with John from start to finish! He is very professional, responsive, and personable. He made things simple for us when getting started, and from there, happily accommodated each small detail we thought of during the design process. We desired a matted album and were able to find one through Storybook Pages. It was simple to upload the photos. We had a couple of them touched up and they turned out wonderfully. We were really impressed with the design on the inside cover, which John did himself! Also, we achieved some unique layouts of the photos on a couple of pages. You can see in our attached photos what I'm talking about. We actually experienced a quality issue upon receiving the album - a small dab of glue was left on one of the photos! John quickly and kindly addressed the problem by taking it back to be refinished professionally at no cost to us. In the end, we have a high quality wedding album we will be proud of through the decades ahead. And we couldn't be more satisfied working with Storybook Pages to create our album! -

John with Storybook Pages was incredibly helpful and responsive from the start. I didn't know much about albums, only that I wanted something super traditional and a "matted" album. Matted is so hard to find these days! Most companies have stopped making them, so I was thrilled to find someone who had experience and was willing to help me design an old-school matted wedding album. John worked with me for 8 months through nearly 10 revisions (I'm sorry!) and the final product turned out better than I had expected. I was scarred by my photography experience as my photographer really dropped the ball, but John was able to work with our limited photos and created something lovely! Highly recommend. -

I cannot say enough about how incredible this experience was working with John at Storybook Pages! I had a slightly more difficult task in that I was creating an album using old photographs that had been digitized to create a wedding album for my parents. Unlike modern digital images, there were some that were grainy or otherwise not as clear as you would expect from images today.
From the very first phone call through the final product, John communicated with me clearly about every step of the process, with emails and phone calls to keep things moving along...and always asking for my input and feedback to make sure it was just right. I researched a lot of companies before trusting this album creation to them, and was SO pleased with the outcome! It was fantastic working together and John listened to my every comment and change to make sure we got all the details right. He went above and beyond to make sure I had swatches from the album vendor for the leather covers so I could be sure it was exactly what I wanted. He always sent back multiple options, whether it was for page spread changes, background images, or overall page design. I had a vision, but they made it a reality and the album turned out better than I could have imagined! My parents were absolutely thrilled with the end result and so moved to finally have a "proper" wedding album! I am so very grateful to Storybook Pages - I highly recommend to anyone who wants a personalized and custom experience!! -

My wedding photographer was a nightmare to work with, therefore when it came time to get a wedding photo album for my parents, I did not want to give my photographer any more business or money, then I found these guys. Their response rate was lightening fast, they answered all my questions with a snap of finger, and my album was created and shipped so freaking quickly. The process was so easy and a complete breeze. Everything was done via email. I highly recommend this company. Amazing work and even better customer service. Five stars!!!
