Couldn’t be more happy with choosing Stonebridge for our wedding. Diana is the absolute best. She’s the first person you’ll meet when touring the venue and the last person you’ll see the day after your wedding, but every day and every question in between, she is there for you. Our wedding went so smooth (and even if it didn’t, me and my husband had no idea about it- as it should be). Every need and every want we had was attended to. Terrance and Tracey were phenomenal the day of our wedding. The ambiance of the ball room is amazing. The food is incredible, especially the cocktail hour. We had 250 people attend and everyone keeps telling us “best wedding ever”. 1,000 stars!!! -

We had our DREAM wedding at Stonebridge Country Club. From the first meeting with Diana to the day after our wedding and every day in between, everything was perfect. Any time I emailed or called, my questions were answered. Everyone was beyond helpful and kind. Stonebridge is a great venue for many reasons. Some of our favorite parts were that it is a one wedding venue, they have a beautiful outdoor or indoor ceremony area, the venue holds a lot of people, the wrap around bar in cocktail hour room stays open all night long, they have beautiful getting ready suites and we knew we would be in great hands.
The day of our wedding was perfect. We got ready in the beautifully updated bridal and grooms suites. Dinora was our bridal attendant. She is absolutely AMAZING. Not only did she remember mine and my husbands family members names but she was acknowledging everyone by their names; my bridesmaids, groomsmen & the kids. Whenever I needed something she was there to assist. She is truly phenomenal and made our wedding perfect and seamless.
Terrence/T- Money, is another amazing part of getting married at Stonebridge. He was our maître d’ but truly he wears so many hats. He and Dinora worked perfectly together. Terrence was helpful in so many ways. He helped my husband cool down with frozen towels which was perfect. He made sure we both had a drink, glass of water or anything we needed. He ran our ceremony and was there to cheer us on. I can’t imagine him not being a part of our special day.
And lastly, Diana was very helpful from the moment we booked until the day after the wedding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive and always willing to help. She always made time for us. She was genuinely excited for our wedding day and she felt like family.
My husband and I are so thankful that we got married at Stonebridge. We can’t wait to come back again as guests! Stonebridge will always be a special place for us. -

Stonebridge was absolutely extraordinary, truly a once in a lifetime experience from start to finish. From the moment we met with Diana, we knew we had found something special. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail instantly gave us complete confidence. And beyond that first impression, the venue itself is breathtaking, stunning in every sense of the word, with every space designed to feel elegant, elevated, and unforgettable. It doesn’t just look beautiful, it feels like luxury the second you walk in.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the people. The entire team brings an unmatched level of care and excellence that makes you feel like royalty. On top of the incredible planning experience, the day-of execution was beyond anything we could have imagined.
I am still blown away by Terrence and Tracy, absolute professionals in every sense. Their presence was calm, organized, and flawless. Every detail was handled before we even had to think about it. My husband and I didn’t have a single worry in the world on our wedding day because they had everything under control from beginning to end.
We got to be fully present, fully happy, and fully in the moment. I was marrying my best friend, surrounded by the most beautiful setting and the most incredible staff, and I never once had to stress about a thing. My drink was never empty, my needs were always anticipated, and everything ran smoother than I ever thought possible. -

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue! From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect.
A special thank you to Carmelo, our Maître D', who was truly incredible. He kept everything on schedule, made sure every detail was taken care of, and was always there whenever we needed anything. By the end of the night, he felt more like a friend than just someone working our wedding. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made such a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our day.
The staff was outstanding, the food was delicious, and every aspect of the event was executed flawlessly. We never had to worry about a thing because we knew we were in great hands. -

Stonebridge was the best venue we could have asked for and one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding. The space is beautiful and everything we could have wanted. The cocktail area had enough space for everyone, and the reception space is unmatched with its large windows all around. The bridal suites are to die for. The bridal suite was perfect for all of our bridesmaids to get ready in, spacious enough for everyone and so beautiful.
From the beginning, we knew were were in the best hands. Diana was so welcoming and helpful. She answered every question we had throughout the entire process, always replying to emails quickly or hopping on a phone call whenever needed. On the wedding day, Tracy and Terrence worked together to make sure we had everything we needed and that the day ran smoothly. They kept us informed throughout the day and were there to help with anything that came up. We had heard so many amazing things about Terrence, and he absolutely lived up to them. He was so fun, helpful, and truly made our day even more special.
They set up the venue exactly how we wanted, while also offering helpful input about what would work best in the space. Throughout the entire day, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They made sure we ate and always had a drink whenever we needed one, which meant so much during such a busy day. At the end of the night, they packed everything up for us so we did not have to worry about a thing and could simply pick it up the next day. Our guests raved about the venue, especially the food. The cocktail stations were incredible, and many of our guests were already full by the time dinner started because everything was so delicious.
The whole team at Stonebridge truly makes you feel special and like family. They are truly the best!! -

The best decision we made in wedding planning was booking at Stonebridge. From start to finish the process was flawless and the communication was amazing. The staff at Stonebridge is first class and ensured every detail of our day was perfect, even the things we didn’t think of. Diana made the booking and planning amazing, Terrence made the day flawless, and D, our bridal attendant SAVED the day with a dress repair. Lucky in Love!
My husband and I got married on St Patricks day in 2023. Our wedding was the best day of our lives! Gregg, Terrence and the rest of the staff made everything go do smooth and according to our plans. The food is amazing and the bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous! Everything about Stonebridge is beautiful! I still talk about how amazing Stonebridge is 3 years later. The staff is so professional and so kind and honest. I wish I can turn back time and relive this day! -

Our wedding at Stonebridge Country Club was absolutely incredible. The moment we arrived, we were taken back by how gorgeous the grounds looked. The venue as a whole was stunning, and the food was amazing, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. In fact, so many people told us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to! What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and completely dedicated to making sure everything went flawlessly. A huge shoutout to Diana, Terrance, and the entire Stonebridge team for going above and beyond and making our wedding day truly amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

We are beyond thrilled that we chose Stonebridge Country Club to celebrate our wedding on June 28, 2025. From the very beginning to the final dance, the entire experience was flawless—and that’s thanks to the incredible team at Stonebridge who truly go above and beyond.
In the months leading up to the wedding, we had the pleasure of working with Diana, who is an absolute gem. She’s professional, responsive, and pays close attention to every detail. She truly understood how important this day was for us and made sure we felt calm and confident at every step. Diana reassured us that everything would run smoothly, and it absolutely did—her organization and experience made the planning process seamless and enjoyable.
In the final days before the wedding, Brianna also stepped in and was incredibly helpful with a few last-minute changes that, admittedly, felt quite stressful for me. But she handled everything with such ease and positivity, and her reassurance meant so much. Thanks to her support, everything fell into place perfectly.
On the day of the wedding, we were lucky enough to be taken care of by Terrance, who we had heard amazing things about—and now we completely understand why. From the second we arrived at Stonebridge after our offsite ceremony, Terrance made sure we were comfortable and that our families were well taken care of. He kept us hydrated, made sure we tasted all of our cocktail hour and dinner selections, and was constantly one step ahead of our needs. One of the most memorable moments of the night was when Terrance ran onto the dance floor with a cold towel and wrapped it around my husband’s head to cool him down. That kind of attentiveness and care is something we’ll never forget. He is truly exceptional!
Aside from the incredible service, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ballroom features two full walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, giving the room a bright, open feel that made for a beautiful atmosphere all night long. It felt elegant, inviting, and unlike any traditional catering hall.
And the food—our guests can’t stop raving about it. From cocktail hour to dinner, everything was delicious and beautifully presented.
If you’re still deciding on a venue, I highly recommend taking the time to visit Stonebridge and meet their team. You’ll be in the best hands, and your wedding day will be everything you dreamed of and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we are so grateful to the entire Stonebridge team for making our day truly unforgettable. -

My wedding at the Stonebridge on 5/18/25 was absolutely perfect. Diana helped us with everything planning wise and threw in some extras on the house. Diana is so professional, authentic and personal. She really gets to know you and your partner. Terrance was also amazing. He made sure the day went smooth. He always made sure we had a drink in our hand. Our bridal attendant was Ari. she was so sweet and made sure everything ran smoothly. Me and my husband are foodies, and the food was just perfect. From day one of our contract with Stonebridge we were met with guidance and support. Diana was so helpful and attentive to make sure our special day was everything we had envisioned.
When it came to the wedding day all staff was also so supportive & attentive. Terrence & our bridal attendant Denora were a dream team!! Making sure us (bride and groom), our wedding party & even the mother of the bride's needs were met. They were outstanding and I can't brag about them enough!!
Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious all the food was (cocktail hour, dinner and our chosen passed desserts).
It was such a memorable day that exceeded my expectations & I don't have any complaints what so ever. Our wedding was perfect in every way. I would recommend Stonebridge a million times to anyone!! -

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our wedding was at Stonebridge Country Club on Friday, 10/11/2024. My husband and I worked with Diana from start to finished. Diana is truly the best of the best. She goes above and beyond for her couples to ensure they have the most incredible wedding day. She answered every question that we had and was there for us every step of the way. Diana's turnaround time with getting back to you is truly remarkable and her professional guidance helped answer all our questions, especially the last few weeks and days leading up to the wedding. Terence, where do I even start. Terence made sure that our day ran smoothly and everything was on time. Terence was constantly checking in on us and making sure we were having the best time and everything that we needed. He brought me water and made sure I drank the whole glass before enjoying another one of our signature cocktails. My husband's and I glasses were never empty. My bridal attendant Tracy, was a dream. If you have your wedding at Stonebridge and are lucky enough to have Tracy as your bridal attendant, you will be in the best hands. Tracy met me at my car at
6:45am and didn't leave my side until I left for the night. She kept me calm, sane and confident that our wedding day was going to be perfect. And she was not wrong. It's truly was the most perfect day. Tracy helped me with everything I needed. From getting into my dress, bustling it, straightening up the bridal suite, and everything in between. Stonebridge is a one wedding at a time venue and boy let me tell you that the team makes sure you feel like the most important people in world on your wedding day. The food was and is incredible! From our cocktail hour, reception and then dessert, no one left hungry. The grounds are immaculate and I cannot wait to get our professional photos back.
There are two BEAUTIFUL bridal suites that both my husband and I used and choose to get ready for our day in. I have two different hair and make up teams getting myself and my bridesmaids ready. There was PLENTY of room and no one was uncomfortable or on top of each other. Deciding to get ready at Stonebridge the morning of was the best decision we could have made.
If you are on the fence about having your wedding at Stonebridge, I hope that this review helps to solidify your decision. We will forever be grateful for Diana, Terence, Tracy and the whole staff at Stonebridge for truly making our wedding day the most perfect, most memorable, most incredible day!! -

The Deem’s Wedding August 24th 2024
Wow, just wow where do I even begin? The venue was just absolutely incredible and amazing! Me and my husband are so grateful to have Terrence, Gregg and the staff that absolutely made our wedding so special! And so memorable. They made our day run so smoothly and didn’t let us miss one moment of anything. We are still so emotionally moved by how Beautiful our day was, and it was the most amazing day of our lives. My family and friends were blown away by staff food and service. We love you guys and would HIGHLY recommend people to get married at this gorgeous venue we just wanted to say thank you guys so much again for everything you’ve done for us!

I cannot say enough about how incredible Stonebridge Country Club was for our wedding. The entire process was so easy and took so much stress off of myself and my husband when it came to wedding planning, especially because we were moving cross country to California trying to plan our wedding in NY!
First, the staff - because they truly made the entire process so easy. We worked with Diana who was there to answer all of my questions every step of the way. Every time I spoke to her or asked her opinion on something, I immediately felt so relieved afterward. She was available at all times leading up to the wedding and even answered my random questions through text!
Closer to/on the day of the wedding we worked with Terrence the maitre'd who helped get us set up with our signature drinks and seating charts, etc. Dinora was our bridal attendant. Those two made our day PERFECT. I don't really know how to explain to you how incredible they were. From our arrival at 8AM, Dinora steamed my wedding dress, my bridesmaids dresses, set everything aside, was there to make sure I was eating and drinking and had everything I needed. She helped with dress snafus within my bridal party and helped me get into my second dress. During the wedding, she made sure I remembered to change into my comfy shoes as soon as I could after my first dance with my father. Terrence was there with a cold towel for my husband when he was sweating it out on the dance floor. There wasn't a moment where I didn't have a drink in my hand and whatever I needed. At the end of the night all of our belongings were organized for us to easily take home. The day truly was so special because of these two.
Of course I can't do a review without talking about the venue and food. When we came to tour the venue, we immediately knew this was the place for us. the floor to ceiling windows are incredible and it's such a huge space for JUST your party. Our guests are still raving about the food from both cocktail hour and dinner.
My experience with Stonebridge absolutely made my wedding so special; I'd do it over and over again if I could at this venue and recommend all brides book at Stonebridge! -

Truly the most incredible venue, with even more incredible staff. From the moment we first reached out to tour, everyone at Stonebridge was kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We worked with Diana, who truly is a fairy godmother. She made every wish I had come true. She is kind, honest, and a true pleasure to work with. She was always smiling, and truly made us feel like family. Tracy was my bridal attendant on the day of my wedding. She was AMAZING. She was so prepared, so kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect day. Tracy took care of our entire family from when we started at 6:30am all the way until we left at midnight. She took care of everything, and we never had to worry. When our florist delivered only 4 bridesmaids bouquets and not 5, she and Terrence hand made a 5th bouquet using the others within minutes - and it looked perfect!! She even had a pair of pliers to help close the tricky eyelet clasp on my dress. She was always there to help, and such a positive presence on such a busy day. She kept us on track, and I never once felt rushed or behind. She was a huge reason why the day ran so smoothly. Another huge reason was our Maitre'D, Terrence. He is even more amazing than I ever could have imagined. He orchestrated the day magnificently. Diana, Tracy, and Terrence are the reason our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I owe all the wonderful memories to them and their incredible team. Stonebridge as a whole was equally as amazing. Everyone is still raving that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. The food was to die for!! There were so many options, everything was delicious! Stonebridge was such a dream come true and I will truly miss working with their incredible team. I can not recommend this venue and staff more. Our wedding day was perfect, all thanks to Stonebridge and staff!!! -

Wedding of our dreams
After visiting many wedding venues, we are so happy we chose Stonebridge to host our wedding ceremony and reception this past March. The team was incredibly professional, responsive, and accommodating to all of our requests during the planning process. On our wedding day, we didn't need to worry about anything except enjoying the celebration. Terrance and the team took care of every detail, decorated the venue beautifully, and catered to our every need. From the venue to the menu, Stonebridge offers a plethora of options to customize your special day to your liking and timeline. We utilized the bridal suites to get ready for the day. While the rooms could use some updating, they offer plenty of space to accommodate your bridal party and families while getting ready and relaxing during the morning. We had our ceremony on-site in the ballroom. The space is a beautiful option if the weather doesn't cooperate and the team seamlessly transitions the space for your reception. Our guests have had nothing but amazing things to say about the venue, the food, and the staff. Take advantage of their seasonal wedding showcases to sample various menu options and meet local vendors. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Stonebridge. I got married last Friday and have not stopped thinking about it. We toured Stonebridge last summer and from the second we walked in, Diana made us feel like family. She is huge reason we decided to book and did not disappoint. She was always there to answer any questions that I had and that my vendors had. My husband and I both got ready in the incredible bridal/groom suites and I would highly recommend. My bridal attendant, Julia, was with me all day and tended to everything we needed. Terrence was absolutely incredible. I would turn around throughout the day and he would be there waiting with a drink or whatever else I needed, before I even said I neeeed anything. He truly made the day run smoothly. The entire staff at Stonebridge is unmatched and I could not be more thankful for them. I had no worries and had the best night of my life thanks to them. There were so many food choices and everything was delicious. We had some pretty rough critics attend our wedding and they had nothing but great things to say about the food. The bar staff was so fun and the drinks were amazing. The venue stands for itself, but the entire staff here really made all of our dreams come true. I wish I could relive our wedding day a million times. I am so happy we chose Stonebridge and could not recommend them enough! -

No need to look further
This review may be two years later (sorry guys), but we were just looking back at our wedding day at Stonebridge, and how perfect it was. We knew as soon as we visited for the first time that it was going to be our venue. It is absolutely beautiful, a perfect balance of rustic and traditional, and the floor to ceiling windows looking out to the golf course steal the show. The cocktail hour also has beautiful displays for each station, not just a basic table, which takes the room to another level. The ballroom is spacious, plenty of room for a large wedding and still have enough space for a big dance floor. The bridal suites have to be the biggest I've ever seen. The ladies were all able to get ready there, hair, make-up, everything, and the bridal attendants were so helpful from morning till night.
The staff at Stonebridge was a joy to work with, Gregg is there for you from beginning to wedding day with any information you need, or questions you have. He was incredibly helpful and understanding, and worked with us every step of the way. Terrence, man what can we say, he is absolutely the life of the party. He is by far the best Maitre D' I've ever witnessed. He keeps the party going from beginning to end during the reception, no time wasted sitting around bored. Like others here have said, he makes you feel like you've been friends for years, he brings smiles and laughs to the whole bridal party throughout. He attended to us, our parents, and the whole bridal party, always made sure we all had any drinks or food we wanted. He also gave us a private moment to relax and enjoy a full spread of every cocktail hour food just the two of us in the bridal suite. It was perfect to relax, unwind, and enjoy the two of us for a moment before dancing and partying the rest of the night.
Speaking of the food, there are so many options and they are all fantastic. They do a private tasting before the wedding so you can try different main courses, and also they have showcases where they have many of the the cocktail hour foods. Your toughest decision of your wedding at Stonebridge will be trying to narrow down your food options haha. Overall Stonebridge is a 10/10 and would choose them again in a heartbeat. -

Stonebridge was a literal dream. They say your wedding day is the best day ever, and Stonebridge was that and more. It was beyond my wildest dreams and everything was beyond perfect. The venue is beautiful from its floor to ceiling windows in the reception room, to big bar in the cocktail hour room, and huge and stunning bridal suite. The grounds are gorgeous with a well-manicured green, pretty flowers, and waterfall. The food was AMAZING. Cocktail hour stations, pass-arounds, salads, main courses, and desserts were all out of this world. There is so much to choose from and you can always add anything you want. Our guests are still raving about it all and can’t stop talking about how good it was (we have some VERY critical guests when it comes to food too). From the very start, Gregg, the general manger, was the best to work with. His calm and easy-going nature was a breath of fresh air. He will do absolutely anything you want, all you have to do is tell him. He was never pushy and was always very honest. He was always extremely responsive and patient, and always put my nerves at ease. Terrance, the maitre’d, is an absolute GEM. He ran the show and made everything go off without one hitch. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for you, that everything is on schedule, and that your drink and plates are never empty. He makes you feel that your wedding is as special and important to him as it is to you. My bridal attendant “D” was such a doll. She was at the door waiting for us as soon as we got to the venue at 7am. She was always by my side the entire day making sure I had everything I needed, was drinking enough water and eating, helped me carry the very heavy train of my dress during photos, and helped to bustle my dress perfectly. Stonebridge is ON IT, and they know EXACTLY what they are doing!! I would choose Stonebridge again and again. -

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Stonebridge! Gregg & Terrence were absolutely incredible-very responsive and helpful! I wasn't worried about anything, everything was taken care of. The staff here is incredible, all my guests raved about how kind, happy and helpful they were. My bridal attendant Stephanie was so sweet and there whenever we needed her. I wouldn't have had such an amazing day if it weren't for everyone here! Even through postponement this venue was incredible. I was hearing horror stories from other brides and I have to say Stonebridge came through for us! They were so easy going and happy to help, I would choose them again and again! The bridal suites, the ballroom, everything was perfect! This bride HIGHLY recommends this venue-my guests do too! -

We booked our wedding at Stonebridge in October 2018 for March 2020. Just 12 days before we were to get married, we had to postpone. Gregg and Terrence quickly reassured me it would be okay and set us up with a new date. We finally could get married July 24, 2021. Leading up to that day and the day of, everything was FLAWLESS. Terrence, Gregg and Julia (our bridal attendant) we’re so attentive, so accommodating and took away any stress I had. The day went on without any issues. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and the venue was absolutely perfect. A month later and people are still telling us how much they loved it and how great of a time they had and how attentive the staff was. I am so lucky I picked such an amazing venue to marry the love of my life. If you book Stonebridge as your venue, you will have NO regrets! I highly recommend this venue! -

Stonebridge was the perfect place for our dream wedding. We have to reschedule due to COVID, and Gregg and Terrence have been with us every step of the way. Everything we wanted, they made it happen no problem. During the wedding, Alexandra was the bridal attendant and she was awesome. Very attentive, used our notes to a tee, and even sewed up my stuff wife’s wedding dress so she could dance during the reception. The food was amazing-everyone was raving about cocktail hour and the dessert! The venue is just beautiful-very pretty cocktail room and gorgeous ball room! From start to finish, everyone said it was the best wedding they had been to! Thanks again Stonebridge! -

We had our wedding on 1/3/2020 and Stonebridge was the perfect venue for our special day. We booked our wedding on July 25th 2019 and planning the wedding in 6 months was the easiest process with them. Ariana was available 24/7 for us and always making sure our needs were met. As the day got closer and the anxiety kicked in she made sure to help us have everything ready before Christmas. The day of the wedding Allison our bridal attendant was there since 9:30am making sure we were fed and hydrated all morning in their beautiful bridal suite (ITS A MOST GET!!) she made sure i had everything i needed before leaving for church and that my dress was always properly staged for pictures.. Terrence and Allison are the dream team! during cocktail hour and all the reception they made sure my husband and I ate and drank and enjoyed the night without any worries.. Terrence even tie my shoes!! and he help my dad surprise us with a Mariachi Band!!
All our guest continue on talking about the food and the pass around desserts. the S'mores TO GO were a hit and the service was excellent.

My husband and I got married at Stonebridge this past August. The service you will receive from the staff here cannot be compared with any other venue. They treat you like family throughout the entire process. Gregg was caring and easy to work with and we enjoyed every meeting we had with him along the way. Terrence was by far the best maitre d’ any of us have ever encountered. On the day of, he made sure everything ran smoothly and kept his eye on us the entire time to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed ourselves. My bridal attendant Emily helped with the decor and made sure I was taken care of at all times. We are forever grateful for the staff at stonebridge for helping us have the most perfect wedding. Our friends and family are still raving about the food and service! It was by far the best day of our lives! -

From the moment we first contacted Stonebridge to the final farewell as we gathered our items after our wedding, the staff at Stonebridge was exceptional. Every person we encountered (whether the event specialist, manager, maitre ‘d, bridal attendant, wait staff or bartender) was sincere, caring, attentive, honest and fun to be around! We were guided through the planning process seamlessly as all of our numerous questions were answered completely and promptly. We were able to capitalize on their vast experience by going to them for event execution advice and we trusted their suggestions. The journey with Stonebridge was extremely enjoyable from the showcase, to the tasting, to the rehearsal and of course the wedding! The on-site bridal suite enabled the bridal party ample space to get ready and the lighting and classy decor created the perfect atmosphere for photos. Every detail of our special day was well thought out and executed with consideration for what was best for us (the bride and groom) and our guests. The food was abundant and phenomenal! The options to choose from were endless and we were able to create a menu that was diverse, yet cohesive. The cocktail hour was well received by our guests with fresh, cold raw seafood and delectable coconut shrimp rolls. The food was served hot, was cooked to perfection and our guests continue to rave about the cuisine. We will always be grateful for our experience with Stonebridge as we look back on our wedding day. -

I can not say enough amazing things about the staff both Gregg and Terrance they are such amazing people and so good at what they do. They help make everything go so seamless from the minute you sign on with them to the day of. Our guests could not stop raving about the venue, the food and the service. This place is truly the best on Long Island! Literally Terrance never let us be without a drink in our hand he is beyond amazing he made me feel so taken care of and comfortable throughout the whole process. I even had to get some last minute flowers and decor the day of and he decorated my cake for me free of charge! Also my bridal attendant Alex was an absolute sweetheart! She was so attentive and caring I adore her. -

I got married at Stonebridge a little over a week ago, and I can not say enough good things about the wedding and venue! The day after the wedding when I was asked how the wedding was, I could not find the right words and instead would start to cry (happy tears!).
From the first meeting with Gregg and Terrance, they were incredibly accommodating. Every question we had was answered promptly, and they made it so that the booking process was not overwhelming at all. Leading up to the wedding, they were available to help via phone and email, and in the final week were extremely helpful with last minute things that came up.
The day of our wedding, they made us feel at home. We had access to the immense bridal suite upstairs (which was very helpful with a large bridal party). Initially, the staff was setting up for an outdoor wedding, but when I noticed how windy it was and asked if the ceremony could be inside, it was immediately moved.
The ceremony was beautiful, the floor to ceiling windows make it feel as though you're outside on the beautiful grounds, even if the weather doesn't allow for it.
The cocktail hour was amazing, the bar is big, which is important with a large (approx. 200 person) wedding, it never felt too crowded or busy, the food was delicious as well. My husband and I were able to spend our cocktail hour greeting our guests, and at the end of the cocktail hour were told that there was an assortment of our appetizers in the bridal suite, so that we could sit and eat together before the reception.
The reception itself was the best part of the day. The food again was amazing, we had picked some of our favorites from the food tasting (which was not easy, because everything we had tried was great). Throughout the entire reception, Terrance was checking in on myself and my husband and our parent tables. At one point, I was looking for a bridesmaid to help with my bustle that had fallen out, and Terrance saw me looking, and immediately found one of my girls to help me. We also never were without our "signature drinks" thanks to Terrance. The ballroom is beautiful, and simple, allowing you to truly bring your own wedding style without having to worry about curtains/rugs/etc. that are already in place (something I never thought I would worry about, but in the end made a huge difference).
Since our wedding, many people have told us it was one of the best/the best weddings they had ever been to, and my husband and I feel we owe a huge part of that to Stonebridge. -

My husband and I were married at Stonebridge Country on a picture perfect day earlier this month and it was the most extraordinary experience. Watching the staff of Stonebridge work is a master class on how weddings should be. Gregg and Terrence handled everything for our 215 person wedding - from start to finish. Their warmth, professionalism, and generosity were astonishing. They were both always willing to work with us, hear our concerns and immediately get to work to make our vision come to life. They were patient, kind, and candid, making for as stress-free a process as can be with a (fairly) nervous bride at the helm. The day of our wedding was seamless. Truly perfect. Terrence and his staff, as well as the incredible bridal attendant, were always there to make sure we were on schedule, looking our best, and most of all, having fun at our wedding without worry. That was the best gift of all! The room was gorgeous, our guests couldn't stop raving about the food (both the quality and the sheer amount of it! Our cocktail hour left many of our guests already feeling stuffed! DEFINITELY add the sushi bar as a station - it was fresh and fantastic), and the grounds of Stonebridge are just gorgeous for photographs. Really, there's nothing more I can say about Stonebridge: They gave us the perfect wedding -a day we'll never forget - and we're so grateful for it. -

Knowing we would be the only wedding at the venue and how picture perfect the grounds were even on a cold November day it was exactly what we were looking for. We met with Gregg who from the first day to our wedding day was so helpful. We planned our wedding in 6 months and Gregg made the process so much easier then I thought by answering all my (and my families) questions and reassuring me anything I needed he would help me with. I got married on May 11th and I could not have asked for a more beautiful day. That day Terrence the maître d was amazing, he was always one step ahead making sure everything we needed was taken care. We had a large wedding of 275 people and he made sure every basis was covered. Danielle my bridal attendant was great, she was with me from 8am and pulled me away at the perfect moments to do the things that needed to be done but also gave me my space to make sure I enjoyed the party. I heard no complaints from friends about my wedding and kept hearing the food was amazing. I was actually sad the day after my wedding leaving Stonebridge with our belongings knowing it was the end of the road with Gregg and Terrence, they made us feel like family and I couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Rachelle Sent on 04/21/2018Stonebridge (SCC) was one of the first venues I saved in my extensive online search, stayed in our top 3 out of the 10 venues we visited across Long Island, and made the cut as our top choice for many reasons #1) they made us feel special & wanted our patronage (some venues made it feel like a transaction or didn't care if we said yes or no- you do not want to work with someone who will roll their eyes or feel bothered by your questions) #2) they host only 1 wedding at a time for the ENTIRE day aka no running into other brides and ALL focus is on our party (other venues felt like wedding factories with multiple events happening in other floors or rooms) #3) Bridal Suite included 2 HUGE MULTI-BEDROOM spaces?! (Other venues had 1 bridal room as big as SCC bridal bathroom lol) this included bar area, full kitchen/fridge/sink, 3 beds, dining area, couches, and WINDOWS galore - it was perfect space for our 20 person bridal party & to host our special Chinese tea ceremony that involved 30 guests!! #4) negotiations & understanding- they were SO flexible with so many of our questions & random requests. SCC was honestly out of our budget, but they worked with us to ensure that we were happy & knew the worth we were signing up for #WorthIt #5) food/drinks- we were nervous at first that we don't get to taste the food before signing contract but they do have regular bridal showcase each season with food, drinks & vendors! During our tasting (2 months before wedding) )we had a glimpse of the presentation & really helped us choose. During the day of the wedding the favorites were: Skirt steak, seared tuna/saki bar, chicken and waffles, & brisket! Plus all our guests were so happy of how much the bartenders took care of their drinks (s/o to Mikael who worked the bar on his bday lol) they saw me at the bar wanting to offer the chocolate liquor cups so they took initiative to prepare a whole tray and bring them to our table for more guests to enjoy!! Melissa Sent on 01/31/2018I can not say enough amazing things about this venue!!! We were looking for a venue that wasn’t your traditional hall, and had that different feel. The moment we walked into Stonebridge we fell in love!!! Everything about this venue was gorgeous. The entrance was warm and inviting, the bar area was open and spacious with a beautiful huge fire place and the reception area was beautiful!!!! Windows lined the floor over looking the golf course. The outside patio had that nice bistro feeling where even in January with the heating lamps was super cozy. And let me take a moment to tell all of you about their bridal suite!!!! (This May have been the thing that sold us above all haha) it’s BEYOND GORGEOUS AND HUGE! I had a large bridal party and it fit all of us getting ready as well as the groomsmen with no problem! Plus they only do one wedding at a time so you really are there only concern!
We met with Steve Kirschbaum and from the moment we met with him we wanted to book. He was so accommodating and listened to all the wants and concerns we had about booking. Right from the get go, no matter how many questions we had we would email and get a response super quick. We knew we had to look no further. As time went on we met with Virginia who was beyond sweet and also Gregg. He was just as accommodating as everyone else. The day we went for our tasting we were blown away with the food prepared by chef Eddie. The service and the over all feeling that they really cared about us as a couple and not another wedding made us even more happy we booked with them. We also met our Maitre d Terrance and captain Paul this day. Terrance took the wheel and him and his team took care of every small detail and concern we had leading up to our special day. There is so much more I want to write about this venue but it won’t give me enough characters to finish. Bottom line, hands down best decision we made!!! -
