Stone Oak Ranch was the perfect choice for our wedding this summer! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They helped us pick out vendors and helped us piece together the ceremony. Not only was the venue stunning (and we got a ton of compliments on it from guests) but having a coordinator to help us on the day was invaluable. I would recommend Stone Oak Ranch to any couple, they are the best in East Texas! -

I’m so happy we decided to have our wedding at Stone Oak Ranch. They were so organized and experienced. I had very little stress during the whole planning process and a lot of that was because of how experienced they are. Plus the place is absolutely beautiful. -

Stone Oak Ranch was a dream come true for my husband and I! We had been searching and searching for a venue that was not outrageous in price but still gave us our dream wedding. We struck out a lot, until we stumbled upon Stone Oak Ranch. After looking at the pictures, we knew this was our dream venue. We went out the next day and did a tour and fell in love, it was even more beautiful in person and the staff was so nice and helpful!
We chose a package that included the venue, food, D.J., and cake. The price was just right and all of the vendors exceeded our expectations. From the moment we picked Stone Oak Ranch , wedding planning because easy. We picked what we wanted, told the coordinator and she handled the rest!
Our day was perfect and exactly what we dreamed of. The staff was great at keeping everything moving and on time. They even waited out a HUGE thunderstorm, so I got my dream of being married at their chapel.
I cannot say enough good things about this venue. -

Timely responses. Explanation of prices and services offered. Day of coordinator is so helpful with their list they use. Easy set up since they have the tables/chairs already. Venue is beautiful on its own!! -

Stone Oak Ranch Experience
Tierny and I cannot express how thankful we are for the staff at Stone Oak. Everything from our first venue visit, to the 30 day meeting to the day of our wedding was nothing but pleasant.
Prior to choosing Stone Oak we visited half a dozen other East Texas venues. Stone Oak offered everything and more that each other venue had to offer. We would recommend Stone Oak to any couple who is looking for a venue to host their special night.

Worth Every Penny
Rhonda and her team are fantastic at what they do. With over 700 weddings under their belt, they have really gotten this party thing down. Stone Oak Ranch is the ONLY venue we left feeling relieved, not stressed when we were looking for our perfect spot! Anything that went "wrong", I never even knew about. They handle business and do everything they can to make the day perfect for you and your partner! Also, they made us a bag of cake,cookies, and dinner to take home with 2 bottles of water (you will want this). It seems expensive, but once we priced a caterer, cake, DJ, it actually was pretty reasonable to just let SOR do all that and sit back and relax! Do your homework, pick someone who has done hundreds of weddings. You won't regret it! -

They answered all emails in a timely manner and provided the best advice when i needed it. They made planning a wedding an easy experience! I highly reccomend this venue
