Found the Perfect Dress and Groomsmen Attire

Stone Manor Bridal was my first and my last bridal store I went to. The staff was extremely helpful when trying on dresses. I liked that they recommended trying on styles that I wasn't looking for. It broadened my views and some of the styles I fell in love with! I ended up finding a dress that I was not originally looking for and I couldn't be happier! I truly felt comfortable during the entire process and felt that they valued my opinion. Our groomsmen also got their suites there. We had a lot of very broad big-shouldered men in our wedding party, and Stone Manor did a great job of altering each suit jacket and undershirt for every one of these guys including my husband. There was an incident where their original seamstress had a major health incident and I had to cancel my appointment. I ended up going in for two appointments instead of three. They were extremely accommodating and did everything they could to get me in. Their other seamstress did an incredible job. I could not have wished for a better experience, very pleased!

Thank you for helping me find my dream dress!

I cannot recommend Stone Manor Bridal enough! I found my dream dress at Stone Manor Bridal for much less than at a different bridal shop I had gone to in the area. Even with COVID delaying many orders, my dress arrived within three months of my visit. I then had plenty of time for in-house alterations. They were very flexible with my schedule and everyone working there was so generous and helpful. The natural lighting in the shop was great and made me feel beautiful. I tried on a ton of beautiful dresses and it was a blast! Thanks so much to Stone Manor Bridal for helping to make me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!

Amazing Experience

You will love your experience at Stone Manor Bridal Salon!!

I am speaking as the mother-of-the-bride. From the time that you walk through the door, someone will work with you on selecting your dresses, trying on your dresses, and giving you options on how to make the dress work for you. And when you find your dress…the excitement in the room, not only from your family, but from the ladies working there, makes you know that coming to Stone Manor was the best decision!!
When it is time to go in for alterations, Stone Manor is known for having very good seamstresses. My daughter worked with Gail, and absolutely loved working with her. She always made my daughter feel good during her appointments, and my daughter always felt comfortable knowing that Gail would take care of things.
My daughters dress was beautiful and she looked gorgeous on her wedding day.
We did have a couple issues that came up, and Kate, the owner, went above and beyond to rectify the problem. She was there cheering my daughter on when she chose her dress, and she was there to the end. I can’t say enough about Kate and her employees at Stone Manor Bridal Salon!

Amazing Experience!

Stone Manor was the fourth and final bridal shop I visited (they say save the best for last!). The staff members were so kind and helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect dress! They kept my budget in mind and were reassuring without being pushy. My appointment was on a Tuesday, and I was extremely grateful the staff helped me beyond my appointment time. I ended up finding the perfect dress and can't wait to wear it next year for my wedding.

Wonderful!

Great wedding dress experience

I had such a wonderful experience working with Stone Manor Bridal. The attendant helped me try on around 10-12 dresses until we found the perfect one! She was so attentive and I could really tell that she loved her job. Any time I had to make an appointment with Stone Manor they were really accommodating and made me feel special each time. My dress was absolutely stunning and fit right in my budget - thanks again to the attendant who kept within that.

Beautiful shop & great staff!

I'm very happy that I chose to purchase my dress at Stone Manor. The shop is beautiful and has a wonderful selection of gowns to choose from! Every time I went in for alterations it was always a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Gail did my alterations and she did a great job, even when we asked her to bustle my dress in a way that she wasn't used to doing, it turned out perfect! Special thank you to Allie who I worked with the first time we came to the shop, she was so sweet and really made my first dressing shopping experience special :) ultimately one of the huge reasons I decided to get my dress from Stone Manor, as several other shops I went to also had the dress I chose. Highly recommend this shop! Thank you!

This was such a great experience! I really had no clue what I liked and what I wanted. My attendant listened and was able to find my prefect dress! I only needed to try on 5! I would go back here in a heartbeat!

I live in Illinois but went to School at Cardinal Stritch. My experiences in Illinois with bridal shoppes were being herded through and I did not know what I really wanted, my mom would not say one way or another she wanted me to find 'my' dress. Mom told me there had to be small shoppes in WI that would be a better environment to look at dresses. I found several, but my first and favorite by far was Stone Manor. Michelle - who is no longer there, spoke with me about likes, wants, total no's and what I wanted to look like. We all picked dresses and I tried them on - saved Michelle's two for last... needless to say she was spot on! It was the perfect dress! I never would have picked it for myself, I was so happy and grateful to her for being the knowledgeable sales person she was. She made my dream come true, and I loved how I looked in my dress! Alterations were a breeze, the staff fun and helpful. It is so worth the drive! Best place ever!

OUTSTANDING!! I cannot say enough great things about this bridal store! I got my wedding dress, tuxedos, and bridesmaid dresses through them. They were phenomenal to work with. Every time I came in I was welcomed with smile and everyone was eager to help me. I am a petite woman so I wanted to make a few drastic changes on my dress during the alterations - one of them being taking the skirt off and raising it up 5-6 inches. I had 3-4 appointments with Gail and she was amazing. I had so many compliments the day of and I didn't want to take it off at the end of the night. All the bridesmaids LOVED their dresses and again so many compliments! Lastly, the tuxedos were AWESOME! We had 13-14 tuxedo rentals, all living around the state of Wisconsin. Some called their measurements in, while others stopped in to get measured. They were accommodating and explained that alterations are sometimes needed - rightfully so. They came in on time and a few alterations were needed on the hem of pants. They all looked smashing! I just loved everything! I cannot wait to see pictures. I'd recommend them to anyone!!!

I visited Stone Manor 4 times throughout my planning. 3 times for myself and once for my bridesmaids. They were always fun, upbeat, and flexible. I tried on as many dresses as I wanted with them. They were honest- allow you to see the designer and the price up front. In fact- you can see all the dresses yourself. Everything about Stone Manor was great and I would recommend them to everyone!

beautiful dresses, great prices, great staff. LOVE the new location! The loft is gorgeous, the natural light is amazing. Love the accessories too. I am picky and this was the only (out of 5 bridal boutiques) place where I could find more than one dress that I thought would be acceptable. At Stone Manor, I found 5 dresses that I would have loved to have gotten married in. It was wonderful to have choices and at the end of the day, walk away with the dress of my dreams for my Sept 2015 wedding! Best bridal selection and service in the greater MKE area, hands down. Loved everything, even bought my earrings, hair comb, and veil from them! Will recommend to EVERYONE I know in MKE.

My bridesmaids and I had checked out three Milwaukee area bridal shops, though Stone Manor was the only place to make our experience special. I had ten attendee's for dress shopping, including mom's, a junior bridesmaid, and my bridesmaids, so I'm sure we were daunting to the staff, though you would never know it. They were respectful of my budget and allowed me to try on a variety of dresses, giving me adequate time to make my decision. Gail, the seamstress, is also amazing. She is "no fuss, no muss" and absolutely amazing to work with.

I found the deal of a lifetime at Stone Manor Bridal. The staff at Stone Manor were very helpful and very fun to be around. They helped me feel comfortable, important, and welcome every time I stepped in the door. The seamstress was amazing; very fun and very knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I visited six different bridal salons during my search for a dress, including in Milwaukee and Chicago, and Stone Manor was my favorite. They have a large selection of dresses and also more unique choices than any other shop I visited. The consultants were very helpful and knowledgeable, but also let you take your time browsing and trying on. I never felt pressured or rushed. It is also very nice that they have evening hours during the week. There was a lot to choose from in my price range; I wanted to stay under $1,500. I actually went three times before purchasing my gown. I am so excited about it, as it is just like the vision I had in my head. I highly recommend this salon and can't wait to go back for my first fitting!

I came to SMB because all of my friends had found their dresses there. They have soooo many great dresses to choose from with a wide variety of sizes! The whole experience was very pleasant and I really loved my dress that I found! Gail the seamstress does an awesome job and is fun to work with! I would definitely recommend this store!!

I purchased my dress and hair accessory from Stone Manor Bridal. The employees at Stone Manor are amazing. They are patient and give wonderful feedback. They make the entire experience fun! They have a wonderful selection of dresses. The dresses are beautiful. They are not the cheapest in the area but certainly are reasonable.

I also had the tailoring for my dress done there. The tailor was also wonderful to work with. She was timely, flexible and did a great job.

I could not imagine buying a dress anywhere else. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot be more happy with Stone Manor Bridal in WI. I live in Boston, but I am originally from Wisconsin and wanted to do some wedding dress shopping with my mom. My sister purchased her gown here three years ago and suggested I check them out since I had not had any luck in Boston.

I went to many bridal salons in and around the Boston area and I did not receive the quality of service anywhere near what I received at Stone Manor. They also had the best selection of gowns in a wide range of styles and prices.

They were knowledgeable, helpful, attentive, patient and made sure that my wedding gown shopping experience was an extremely special day for me and my family. Even though I lived far away I would not have imagined purchasing my gown anywhere else, the level of service I received at Stone Manor Bridal was more than enough to outweigh the shipping of the gown back to my current residence.

I went to Stone Manor Bridal based on reviews that said I wouldn't be kicked out after an hour and that I wouldn't have to fight for a mirror with other brides. I wanted a really good first experience and I got it--and I found my dress! My appointment ended up just over 2 hours. My consultant was patient and sweet. I had my own room with a pedestal and a huge mirror and I got to look through their reasonably priced stock with my mom. They never put me in something I couldn't afford and they had a ton of dresses in my price range.

After I bought the dress, they were great in fittings. My dress needed some alterations at the neckline and they came up with solutions that worked perfectly. They even helped me take it to my car and make sure it was safe for the ride home. Totally worth the long drive from Chicago!

I knew from the moment I walked into Stone Manor that I was going to buy my dress there. It is such a quaint building and the service was impecable. They had a very large selection of beautiful dresses that I also knew could not be found at other bridal stores. The customer service is really what sold me on this location. Since it is a smaller store, you did not have the high-pressure sales team, nor the huge display area like you see at other stores. They did a wonderful job of coordinating their schedule so I was typically the only bride in the store during my appointment. I loved this, so I never felt like I was "on display" or felt like there may be another bride sneeking a peak to possibly "steal" my dress :) The saleswomen were so sweet & were genuinely happy to help me find the dress of my dreams. The alterations were reasonable and they did a fantastic job making the dress fit me like a glove. I would highly recommend any bride-to-be to go to Stone Manor to buy their wedding gown and other bridal accessories. I plan to send in a picture too so I can hopefully make the wall o' weddings.

Stone Manor Bridal was great. The only problem I had was after I found my dress, I was going to wait a few months until it went on sale. I came back to order it, but by then, the dress was discontinued, which they did not tell me about. Luckily, I was able to purchase the sample dress and have alterations done, which was a lot less expensive. It ended up being perfect!

Stone Manor Bridal was fantastic for wedding dress shopping! I had been to several stores before coming here and was impressed with cleanliness and organization of the shop. The dressing rooms are big with plenty of mirrors and room for people to sit. They have a lot of dresses there to try on, and the sample dresses are clean and well taken care of (as much as sample dresses can be). The staff was incredibly friendly each time I went in, and patient! I tried on a lot of dresses, and they were patient with helping me in and out of each on, and suggesting accessories. My dress came in sooner than what they had originally said and right away I got a call to come look at it and try it on. I did not get alterations done at the store, but have heard good things about their seamstress. They also didn't ask any questions or pressure me about altering the dress in house. Definitely a great experience, and I got a great deal on the dress.

Shopping here was fabulous, I had such a good time (which is how wedding dress shopping should be!). I loved looking through their dresses and making a decision was tough, but it was the right one! I shopped at several other stores in the area before coming to Stone Manor and I'm so glad that I held out. For anyone else looking for a dress, this is the place to go!

I got my wedding dress at Stone Manor Bridal and was absolutely impressed by their responsiveness. I found a better deal on my dress in a different state, but wanted the convenience of Stone Manor, even though it was still an hour drive from my house. The ladies at the store were always super friendly and made the experience fantastic. I loved the seamstress Gayle! She was fantastic and helpful. My dress was gorgeous and I received tons of compliments on it.

I got my dress from Stone Manor Bridal for my wedding in July. They were wonderful! Katie, the store manager, helped me from beginning to end. She made me feel like I was the only bride getting married! Whenever I would email or call, they answered my questions promptly. All of the workers there were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend Stone Manor to future brides. They were fabulous!!

Stone Manor was fantastic. A must stop in any search for a bridal gown. Their selection is unique and varied. We went there twice looking for the perfect dress. The staff was always very helpful and patient while I tried on tons of dresses. We found my dress on our second visit and it was actually quite a bit cheaper than another local store. We got all the bridesmaid dresses and the flower girl dress there as well. The flower girl dress took a while in coming from the vendor and they called me often keeping me updated on it's progress and called the vendor to sped up the delivery. The alterations were perfect too. I didn't like my bustle to first time and she did it over again, without charging extra. They were great!!

I love Stone Manor! I had gone shopping in Green Bay at first (that is where I am originally from) and ended up at a trunk show. I found THE dress that day. The sales rep informed me that I had to purchase that day because it was on the new line and I wouldn't be able to find it in any other store. I was like, "I'm not going to be able to find it in Milwaukee?" That surprised me. She assured me that my best bet would be to buy that day. Normally, my husband has to reason with me when I want to buy something right away. Not to mention the shop was giving away a free weekend at a resort if you put half down. I was so tempted, but I didn't.

I looked online and decided that it would be best for me to purchase from a shop that was closer to where I live (Milwaukee). I found that they had THE dress at Stone Manor. I called them to be sure, and was totally flabbergasted that this sales rep FROM THE COMPANY would tell me that I wouldn't be able to find it no matter what. Also, it was NOT on the new line. It was on last year's.

I went to Stone Manor to try on THE dress and wanted to try on some others just to be sure. I ended getting THE dress from Stone Manor. It is gorgeous!

The staff was nothing but wonderful. Not snooty at all, which was wonderfully refreshing! I shared my story about this rep and they knew who I was talking about right away. They even called the company just to say that they were hearing some less than savory things about their rep.

They made the alteration process easy, and were even okay with me coming in one time just to try it on. My alterations were done by Gail and she was wonderful. The day I picked up I was being picky about one edge that was turning up a bit. They pressed it again. I got my shoes, veil, bra and slip from them. I feel like I absolutely got my money's worth. This was the most important day of my life, and the staff at Stone Manor truly cherished it as much as I did.

I would highly recommend Stone Manor to any bride-to-be.

GREAT! The store checked my dress once it came in from the manufacture. They noteices that the dress had a snag and immediately sent it back and had a new one ordered. They kept my dress and pressed it. The alterations were very resonable and looked great. I also bought a hand made veil for an amazing price. This store has a wide range of prices. I tried on many dresses but ended up falling in love with a dress that was 475.00. Never once did I feel pressure when I decided not to buy the 1000.00 dress. This is a great vendor.

Stone Manor Bridal was fabulous. They were very friendly, not snooty at all! They gladly accepted us without an appointment and were very attentive throughout the entire process. They also have dresses for all price ranges.

My mom and I went into Stone Manor without an appointment on a whim since we were in the area. Angela was kind enough to help us try on a couple of dresses before her next appointment, and I ended up falling in love with a dress that day and buying it off the rack. Gail did a good job with the alterations, bringing the size 10 dress down to my size 4 frame. Alteration appointments were easy to make, and their hours are conducive to those of us who work during the day. When I went to pick my dress up, Angela was even kind enough to bring it downstairs and wait for me, since there was no room to park in the parking lot that afternoon.

I'm going to miss Stone Manor Bridal! From trying on dresses there, picking out my BEAUTIFUL gown, to all of my fitting appointments, I'm going to miss my drive up to Cedarburg! I loved this shop! They were always so kind, fast, and of course they had a great selection of dresses! I found my dream dress here and it was one of a kind- thank you! Also, Gale did great work on my dress to make sure that it fit me. I was so worried about it falling down that in the end it ended up being too tight- but It was so gorgeous and I didn't have to worry about it falling down. I recommend Stone Manor Bridal to all!

I purchased my dress from Stone Manor after visiting a number of other vendors in the Milwaukee area. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and made the process so enjoyable for myself and my family. They were able to custom tailor parts of the dress to fit better to what I was looking for on site which was a huge help. I'd recommend to anyone dress shopping to make a visit here.

I loved everything about my experience at Stone Manor. The staff was very friendly and assisted me a great deal as I narrowed down my dress choices. I went to two other bridal salons and Stone Manor was, by far, the best. I appreciated having my own room in which I not only tried the dresses on, but was also able to move around and view myself in a large mirror. Additionally, I believe all of the dresses in the store were within my budget, so I had plenty to choose from. I also ordered 5 different bridesmaids' dresses from them and 2 flower girl dresses, and all of them, including mine, arrived within a timely manner. The seamstress who worked on my dress was wonderful, as well. She listened to all of my requests and my dress fit perfectly. She also sewed in a small patch that I had made for my "Something Blue." The salon recently moved to a newer space, in Grafton, and it is so beautiful and much more modern than the old space, although it still possesses the charm of the Cedarburg location.

Stone Manor was absolutely wonderful! I bought my wedding dress from them and my bridesmaids (7 of them) also found bridesmaid dresses there they absolutely LOVED! There staff will provide as much or as little assistance as you'd like, and they're very accommodating for placing orders. Three of my bridesmaids are from out of state, but they made it super easy to call in and give their measurements. It really was a great team to work with, I'd highly advise you to check them out if you're in search for a dress.

I’m so glad I found Stone Manor Bridal for my wedding dress. The staff was absolutely wonderful and they had a great selection of quality wedding dresses. After visiting 4 bridal shops in our area and not having any luck, I decided to drive an hour and a half to give Stone Manor Bridal a try. I’m so glad I did! They have a great selection of quality wedding dresses (I found so many I loved) and the staff is WONDERFUL. Unlike the other bridal shops I went to, I didn’t feel pressured at all and they offered just the right balance of extra help and privacy. It was also the first shop where the salesperson let my mom help me get in and out of dresses in private, which was so nice (afterwards, our salesperson would come in and adjust the buttons, fit, etc.). And Katie (the manager) was wonderful – she was extremely professional and personable. Unfortunately, my alterations were a little expensive, but they did an amazing job so I can’t complain! Overall, I was very impressed and my dress was perfect!

I love Stone Manor Bridal. My dress was so unique and beautiful. I was able to try on as many dresses as I wanted and I had a whole bedroom as a dressing room. I had someone to help me and she was very professional. I did not feel rushed like I did at some of the chain stores. The selection was incredible. If you are looking for a one of a kind dress this is the place to go. My dress was amazing!

Found My Dream Dress Four Months Before the Wedding

I went all over NE Wisconsin looking for a dress. I probably tried on about 50 dresses, but I couldn’t find a thing I loved. Cue Stone Manor Bridal. I stopped in on a whim on a Monday afternoon and they were so attentive. I loved that everything was organized by designer and price. They weren’t pushy at all and even encouraged me to look for a deal. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I put on and they brought a seamstress out immediately to talk about how to tailor it in time. Gail tailored the dress for me over the course of four or five evenings throughout the fall. I am so glad I chose Stone Manor Bridal!!

The store has a great selection. There was some confusion about my appointment (we thought we booked for a Friday, but had actually been scheduled for a Saturday -- our mistake), and they were very accommodating and fit us in first thing. The dresses are beautiful and very reasonably priced. They also had a lot of selection. I did not end up getting my dress here, but I have two cousins who did and they both had great experiences.

We used Stone Manor for the tuxedo rental. The process itself was great, however the tuxes themselves had some issues. The majority of the tuxes had an issue with them, although this is a problem I more attribute to the service they use.

Great selection of bridal gowns here! They are very sweet and helpful. They made it a great experience. I got alterations done here too for the convenience. The seamstress did a great job but it cost more to get alterations done here vs taking it to a seamstress. I would recommend taking a look here to find your dress!

Beautiful Dresses!! I absolutely loved my dress! The dresses and people that work there are TOP quality!
My only complaint is I had my dress altered at a different place. They put my wedding dress in a plastic bag and STAPLED it shut. They should know better than to staple anything around a wedding dress! I wish they would have offered us to purchase a cloth bridal bag so we would not have to deal with staples. My advice, bring your own bag!
Overall, I would go back in a heartbeat!!!

Stone Manor has a great selections of dresses. The fitting rooms are big rooms and each appt is personalized. No fighting crowds for the mirror. I went with my heart set on one dress and left with a completely different one. SO happy they made me try it on!

As a December bride I have my heart set on having full sleeves on my wedding gown. I had talked to several bridal shops and all of them balked at this request - that they didn't have that many dresses, and that its really expensive to add sleeves. They all tried to steer me away from my vision. Angela at Stone Manor listened to my request and budget, discussed my options, and ultimately helped me find the perfect dress. She even found ways to show me how the sleeves would end up looking, through use of veils and other accessories within the store. We found the perfect dress with enough room in the budget to work with the in-house tailor to create sleeves. I'm so happy with my experience and can't recommend Stone Manor enough!

Both my sister and my wife got their dresses from Stone Manor Bridal, and both were extremely happy. In both cases, Stone Manor had *the* dress for a fraction of the cost of other places they had looked. My one complaint is that the price for the alteration was significantly higher than quoted over the phone. But all in all, an amazing value without compromise!

Love the owner

This was the 4th and final dress shop I stopped at. It was clean and there were so many options! The dress I got there was GORGEOUS. the owner was amazing since the first visit. I had many people with me and she walked me away to just breathe and see how I felt in my top two dresses. When we picked up the dress there were some issues, but the owner was very accommodating and made me still love the place. I Would recommend this place to everyone. They own up to their mistakes and fix them.

I have to say that I agree with all of the comments regarding my initial dress shopping experience. It was wonderful! We had a fairly large group and the shop was very accommodating. Even though there were a couple of other bridal appointments simultaneously, each bride has their own area where you can't really see or hear the others, so it felt very private and made the moment I chose my dress very intimate! I got a great deal on a sample dress that was on clearance that my wonderful dress consultant picked for me to try on. She was truly top notch. The reason I only rated a 4 for the value and professionalism is upon my return to pick up my dress several months later. The employee who checked me out was a little cold and my dress was still by no means cheap, but was given to me in a plastic bag made of a very thin and easily rippable material. My husband bought his suit for $250 from Mens Wearhouse and got a very nice garment bag, but my $1000 dress gets wrapped in saran wrap? I thought this was a bit unprofessional and overall made me feel like they didn't really care about my dress post payment.

I loved my experience when finding my dress. The woman was very kind- she was extremely professional and helpful and spent plenty of time with me. I have also enjoyed my experience in finding tuxes for my fiancé and his groomsmen. I felt that Melissa has gotten back to me so quickly every time and tried to be flexible in helping me find what I would like, even when I changed my mind. I was a little more unhappy with my bridesmaid experience. We were told the dresses all came in every color. However, when I said the color I was looking at again the woman told us that only one brand came in that color about an hour after my bridesmaids had narrowed down choices, none of which were that company. Then someone who appeared to be in charge came over and whispered not so quietly that the woman had to move on to her next appointment- after I have spent several thousand there on my dress and accessories. I was pretty upset by this because we felt rushed and there had been no real direction after I had come in saying I wanted all dresses in one color. My bridesmaids did end up purchasing their dresses from the store and they are all very high quality. Overall, my service there has been excellent. I would definitely recommend getting a wedding dress there.

After I got engaged, Stone Manor was the first place I called to start shopping for my dress. My family and friends have gotten their dresses in the past from them and I knew they wouldn't disappoint. I found my dress after only trying on a few, and I cancelled an appointment I had after the Stone Manor visit because I knew I had found the one. The store is beautiful with a very large selection, and their seamstress Gail was amazing! She turned an already beautiful gown into one that felt made only for me. My bridal party and mom also found their dresses at the same store.

I was lucky to find a dress off the sale rack for $350! However, alterations cost me almost $800, but it was a pretty crazy dress (you can't even imagine the amount of tulle that was involved) and I'm short so I wasn't too surprised at the cost. The alterations lady was great (considering the amount of time she had to spend pinning up the 10 layers of tulle!). The dress looked great and my photos look awesome!

I would totally go back again. The only thing I didn't love about it is that every time I went for a fitting the seamstress told me it would more done that it was. My last fitting which should have been completely done, still needed work on the straps/back and there were little holes in the lace along the bottom. When I picked my dress up, everything was perfect but it would have been nice to see the finished product and try it on.

We had a very mixed experience with Stone Manor. When I went to try on my dress I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The whole staff was very kind and helpful. Alteration appointments were very quick and easy as well. They had all the necessary accessories and a beautiful dress selection. Things started to fall apart when we worked with them for the tuxes. The groom was sent the wrong bowtie, two groomsmen got the wrong size shoe, and one groomsmen received pants with a giant hole on the inseam. We also figured that with ordering a slim fit tuxedo, the shirts should have been slim fit as well. The shirts were very baggy on the groomsmen. All in all, a great place to go as a bride, but would recommend somewhere else for tuxes.

I purchased my wedding dress from Stone Manor but was not 100% satisfied with the service. I did my research into the designers they carried and had a few that I wanted to try on, I knew the style I wanted for my wedding, I thought I was a pretty straight forward bride. I was not told of the designer event happening, I was not told that they were extremely booked and I had to share my space with another bride.

I tried on the dress me and my party pulled and I had 3 contenders. The manager and designer rep pulled additional ones for me to try on. I had specifically said I did not want fit and flare or beading and that's what they had pulled. I was not made aware of how we were doing on time, that wasn't my job.

There was one dress pulled that made it to the top two so I went back and wanted to try on my favorites again to make a decision. I tried on this beautiful gown that was getting close to the top of my budget, they offered an extra 5% off on it. When I was getting ready to try on my favorite, I was told I had 5 minutes left and they had already extended my appointment so they really had to cut off my appointment.

I felt like I wasted time trying on dresses that I specifically said I did not care for when I apparently didn't have time. I had already said I wouldn't try on 6 dresses that were pulled. I felt rushed. And my moment of realizing I had found the dress was quickly over when they said they had to take measurements and take me to the counter. I spent 2 minutes in my gown in front of my family and friends, in tears, so happy, and then I had to take it off. I wasn't given the option of taking a picture with the "Say Yes" sign.

Apparently my consultant was new, but the manager was part of my appointment and my time should have been better managed. I loved the selection of dresses but it was a poorly managed appointment.

I bought my dress from this store for my April wedding-there is a HUGE selection to choose from and a wide variety of sizes compared to other places that I have been. I looked at most of the other stores in MKE and this had the most variety. I did not feel rushed and was treated very well. I will say that some of this changed once I purchased the dress. I started feeling rushed and was not met with the same friendliness at further visits. I would have liked to have felt happy and welcomed during such a special time. My bridesmaids had a negative experience as well. Overall: wide selection for Milwaukee, but some of the staff are not pleasant to work with.

First off the I looked for a dress for EVER! I read about this place and heard of it's wonders so to speak, so I went there with a friend and after trying on many dresses (with this wonderful ladies patience that was helping me) she took so many of my ideas of the dress I wanted until I found the one I wanted, it was between two and those two were perfect visions of my perfect dream dress. However the only issue with the attitude and kicker of the store was I had been to many dress shops over a two day period. I was leaving for vacation in a few days for a week. And the places that I did go to prior would take my measurements and write down the dress style and vendor and send them with me along with a credit card authorization form if I so choose to place the order for that dress in a couple days or on the plane. What I'm trying to say is "ALL" of the other stores were accomodating that why, however this one was not, they stated I had to order right then and there for it wouldn't be here in time if I waited, and that they didn't do measurements unless you bought. So I left there so frazzled because I had to buy it kinda spur of the moment and just did it. The price was higher than I wanted to spend and then ontop of it the alterations were very expensive and nothing was thrown in like other places were willing to do. For I ended up getting everything there, my dress, all 6 bridesmaids, my hair accessories and shoes. It was amazing to me after doing all of that at one store you'd think they'd at least throw something in, shoes, bra anything but no I had to pay out of pocket every last red cent. Then when my bridesmaids dresses started to arrive they didn't bother calling anyone to let them know so they were crunched for alteration times, my one nieces when fitted and orderd was ordered WAY to big, you could of fit 2 1/2 of her in that dress and then to pay that much to get it altered was ridiculous. Everytime I'd call there I'd get a rude person after I placed all the orders and such. I recieved a call from a lady 3 weeks after stating that I hadn't placed my order for my dress and that she had a note to call me. WELL hello I ordered and paid in full the night I was there 3 weeks ago... It just seemed to be a nightmare after the first evening on.
When I went for my final fitting there was another girl there that tried her dress on for the first time here it came in WAY to short someone ordered it wrong,,,,, Man alive that was crazy so be careful words and reviews of a high end bridal store isn't always what it is underneath.

Attitude screams "We don't care."

If my daughter so chooses she can write her own review about her wedding dress experience (ordered a size larger than needed and then charged for FIVE alterations for it to fit properly). As father of the bride I'll just focus on the nightmare of the tux rentals.

First, ALL of the vests came in the wrong color. While the length of my pants was fine when I went to pick it up on Thursday for a Saturday wedding, the waist was just tight enough that the pockets puckered a bit. They told me they could have another pair of pants in on Friday. That would work since both of my sons would pick their tuxes up that day. Friday afternoon, my son delivers the pants to me which are now so large in the waist that even tightened as far as they will go, they are still a bit loose and the length has also increased two inches and now no time to get another pair for the wedding the next afternoon and was left to try to use fabric tape to re-hem the pants.

I, also, unfortunately didn't pay close enough to the shoes that came with the tux. I have wide feet so properly fitting shoes is always tough. When I tried on the shoes, I noticed they were a bit snug, but I could deal with that. What I didn't notice when I picked up the tux that the shoes were so badly worn that each heel was 1/4 inch lower on one side than the other, they soles were badly worn, but worst of all - the inside of the shoes were so badly warn it was like walking on a corrugated medal. It hurt to walk. It hurt to dance. When I returned tuxes on Monday, and mentioned the condition of the shoes, the response I got was, "Rentals, what can I say?" For a place in the "rental" business, hardly an appropriate response. I found out that one of my sons had received a similar response about his coat fitting across the shoulders, but being so baggy in the stomach and chest that he could have stuffed himself like a department store Santa.

One usher got the wrong shoes with his tux so he didn't match the bridal party. Groomsmen dealing with pants too long or too short. Visible lines where coats and pants had been altered before. All topped by an attitude of "we don't care" despite a $2,500 wedding dress and eleven tuxes (plus two "free" ones) at over $200 each.

A bad experience.

My wife bought her dress from here. So we got a discount on the ladies dresses and men's suits. The process for the ladies went well. It all fell apart when it came to the guys. Stone Manor was extremely disorganized. They had extra and incorrect names of the guys written down that needed to get sized. They lost one guys measurements, lost the best mans phone number and shoe size, our suits didn't arrive until 2 days before the wedding, and when they did some didn't fit correctly. If your bride falls in love with a dress here, my suggestion would be to get your suits at a chain that has more locations, better hours, and is way better organized. Otherwise you will have undue stress right before your wedding.

I went there to look at bridesmaid dresses and I was not impressed with anything about the store. The dresses were unorganized and the staff were not friendly. They did not step in to help since I had no idea what dresses to pull.
