We wanted a small, casual wedding somewhere in the woods of Northern Virginia. The only must-haves were a) a place our immediate family could stay for the weekend and not have to get a hotel, and b) a ceremony site in the woods. Airbnb efficiently handled the former, but the latter proved to be more challenging...
Until we found Stone Manor Inn Boutique in Lovettsville, VA, and met Erin & team.
What started as a visit to discuss an elopement package quickly evolved into much grander ideas. From the moment we were met at the door by Erin, we absolutely fell in love with everything Stone Manor has to offer. It took about 5 minutes on the ride home to realize we had met the perfect match for everything we wanted for our wedding.
We opted for the White Peacock Butterfly package, which provided us with the entire estate for the weekend. The family not only received beautiful lodging but also enjoyed excellent catering, which offered everyone delicious breakfasts every morning, along with a personalized rehearsal dinner. The catering, managed by Parth, was nothing short of amazing.
We also added the wedding planning services offered by Erin, and we did not regret a single penny spent! We cannot imagine having gone through this process without her assistance and planning. The trust we established with her from the very beginning was incredible, and every vendor she suggested to us was just as great as she had advertised. On top of everything, along with her excellent assistant, Brecken, she also served as our day-of coordinator, ensuring we didn't stress about a single thing on our special day, starting from our arrival to the last song of the reception in their beautiful outdoor tent.
Needless to say, our entire weekend was utterly perfect, and we wouldn't change a thing. Erin, Parth, Manisha, Prashant, and the entire Stone Manor staff took fantastic care of us, our family, and our special day, surpassing our wildest dreams. We chose Stone Manor as our wedding venue for our April wedding. It was the best decision we could have made! The venue is gorgeous and well maintained. The main draw for us was the wooded ceremony site which turned out to be so magical and whimsical. Our wedding day could not have gone better all down to the amazing food provided by their in house catering, the comfortable rooms, the efficient and kind staff, and the flexibility they offered due to rain on the day of. It is hard to put in to words how appreciative we are of everything they did for us in making our day perfect! They took the time to even take candid photos and videos of us throughout the day which was so special for us to see afterwards. Our guests and family were so impressed by the property and delicious food. We recommend doing a full weekend for your wedding as it was so nice to relax and have the space to prepare. A huge thank you to Erin and Autumn who coordinated the day and executed everything perfectly!! The venue is so affordable for all of the amazing amenities and add ons that you get. Something that sets them apart is their massive library of decor items that are free to use. It is hard to find a venue with this caliber of incredible value! Our wedding at Stone Manor was absolutely magical. A few standouts for us: the setting, the food, and the staff.
What first attracted us to Stone Manor was the fact that we could book the spot for the entire weekend, stay there and have everything on the premise, and it was the perfect setting for our storybook / fairytale theme. It turned out to be even better than pictures could capture. As one of the only true foresty venues in the Northern Virginia area, I would have looked past any other things that didn't quite tick our boxes for the setting alone, but fortunately with Stone Manor, we didn't have to!
The food was incredible. Everything at Stone Manor is made in-house and after our first tasting, we knew we didn't have to worry about whether or not our guests would enjoy the food. The staff was also very accommodating to any dishes we wanted that were outside of their recommended menu, which we really appreciated.
The staff was kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Anytime we hit a potential snag (like figuring out bus transportation or worrying about rain), they handled it quickly and with genuine care and communication. They were incredibly flexible with other things outside of the menu, such as decor and timing, which truly allowed us to make the day our own. It never felt like we were being boxed into a "standard" wedding package.

The perfect venue for our perfect fairytale!
Our wedding at Stone Manor was absolutely magical. A couple of stand outs for us: the location, the food, and the staff.
We originally chose Stone Manor because of the unique setting it offered. It was perfect for our fairytale / storybook theme and I believe one of the only (or few) of its kind in the Northern Virginia region. I would have looked past any other issues with the venue for the setting alone, but fortunately with Stone Manor, we didn't have to!
The food was incredible. Everything at Stone Manor is made in-house, and is made well. You don't have to worry about whether or not the guests will love the food – whether for the welcome party, cocktail hour, or reception – and the staff is flexible when it comes to making certain dishes that aren't on their recommended menu.
The staff was incredibly kind, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Anytime we hit a potential snag (like figuring out bus transportation or worrying about rain), they handled it quickly and with genuine care and communication. We also appreciated how flexible they were – from food options (as mentioned) to decor, to timing... they truly let us make the day our own. It never felt like we were being boxed into a "standard" wedding package. We were also able to add-in some last minute adjustments and they were more than accommodating.

Perfect Fantasy location!
Great place if you want a fantasy wedding. Every where you turn theres always something interesting you didnt catch the first time seeing it. The whole place is great for a photoshoot. The ceremony space is gorgeous year round. At night they turn on all the lights making the land sparkle. Their food is good, and have their own catering. The scones and juice are delicious. My husband and I got to book the whole place for 4 days straight (1 rehearsal night and 3 events) for a fraction of the price other venues offer for just 1 day so well worth the money. Every room feels so fancy staying there and are cleanly. The bnb is family owned and everyone youll meet there is incredible at what they do. They are so nice and make sure your well taken care of. My husband and I are avid campers and knew we wanted to get married in the woods: what we didn't expect was that this could be possible next to such a gorgeous venue! Parth the owner was so accommodating even with our 200+ guest list and Erin the coordinator took care of each detail the day of our wedding for an absolutely worry-free day. Our families stayed in the opulent manor rooms, and Parth let us and our friends camp in tents and grill on the grounds for a chill fourth of july weekend. We had a Saturday evening summer wedding with delicious food, full bar, and firespinning to end the night. The grounds are gorgeous and we covered them in LED lighting for a magical, burning-man like feel. We just had our wedding at Stone Manor and it was more then we could have ever imagined! We had about 90 guests and they all said as soon as they stepped on the property it felt like they walked into a storybook. The forest ceremony space was breathtaking and they were so accommodating and flexible towards our needs. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is as personal as your love story you need to book here. Fantastic Dreamy Fairy Tale Wedding
We had our wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn on May 31st, 2025. And we absolutely loved it!! We had our wedding here with Butterfly Package (we have the venue for the whole weekend from Friday to Sunday) and it was absolutely amazing!! It has everything and more than what we had expected 🥰. The venue is beyond beautiful and LOVED by each one of our guests. The ceremony site in the forest was extremely gorgeous and dreamy. Many of our guests said it was fairy tale like! The butterfly garden for cocktail hour is absolutely beautiful, especially with all the flowers blooming. The reception place is also lovely. We truly appreciate our day of coordinator Erin for making everything so easy so we could truly enjoy the ceremony!! And our chef Parth for making our meals so delicious. We recently had our wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn in Lovettsville, VA, and it was an absolutely magical experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The wedding coordinator, Erin, was exceptional. She thought of every detail that we hadn't even considered, ensuring that our special day went off without a single hitch!
The venue itself was like something out of a fairytale. The rolling hills, the wooded cutout leading up the ceremony alter, beautiful flower beds in full bloom, and of course the historic manor.
The reception was conveniently tented a short walk away, allowing our guests to easily transition from the ceremony to the celebration. Cocktail hour in the garden paired with delicious empanadas and charcuterie was a great transition for our guests, while the grounds made for beautiful photos that we will have forever. The firepit was a fantastic addition, providing a great pitstop for guests as they were leaving or needed to recharge for more dancing.
It was great having the ability to have the entire wedding party stay at the same location for the whole weekend. Each room had its own unique layout and antique furniture that really fit the space. The shared spaces were very thoughtfully laid out and offered great spots to relax and catch up with our friends.
The food was absolutely delicious! Parth and his amazing team crafted up an amazingly spiced Indian themed rehearsal dinner, the best morning brunch we have had in years, and an absolutely unforgettable reception menu. Every detail was perfect, right down to the fresh made chutney!

Our daughter recently had her wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! The venue offers incredible value, providing top-notch service, breathtaking surroundings, and thoughtful details at a reasonable price. The owners, Manisha and Prashant, and their wedding coordinator, Erin, are so kind and courteous, well organized, and attentive to details. The entire staff made sure our special day went very smoothly!
One of the best parts of the experience was having the bridal party stay at the venue both the night of the rehearsal and the wedding night. It made everything so much more convenient and enjoyable—giving them time to relax, bond, and fully soak in the excitement before the big day. The accommodations were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, making it feel like a true getaway. A full breakfast was served on the wedding day, along with a mid-day snack of mimosas, cheese, crackers, fruit and sandwiches.
The venue itself is stunning, including the magical woodland ceremony site, the elegant historic stone inn where the cocktail hour took place, the beautifully landscaped grounds and patio, and the lovely white tent where the reception was held. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the ambiance and how beautifully everything was set up.
Not only was the setting perfect, but the on-site catering was also phenomenal. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and tailored to our preferences. Our guests raved about the meal! The attention to detail made all the difference, and we felt truly taken care of.

Stone Manor was absolutely wonderful to work with. We chose the package where we rented out the entire place for the weekend and included catering and bar service. It was TOTALLY worth it. We were able to have both of our families stay in the house for the weekend. They provide food for the rehearsal dinner and all of the meals the day of the wedding + breakfast the day after. Also, Erin is AMAZING. She made our wedding day flow perfectly and made sure that the bride and the groom were able to get enough food all day. Honestly, we could not recommend them more. The food was incredible, the ceremony site is gorgeous, and everyone is very sweet to work with. -

We found this venue and immediately fell in love. It was whimsical and magical. The wooded venue site was absolutely perfect! The venue staff was super friendly. We just had our wedding at Stone Manor on 9/21/24, and could not recommend it enough! We're still over the moon in awe of the incredible weekend we had. From the generous wedding package that allowed us exclusive access to the property all weekend, to the gourmet food, friendly staff, & late night bonfire following our reception-there were too many highlights to name! We decided to plan our wedding in less than 4 months after visiting Stone Manor (solely because it was the first and ONLY place we came across in our search that actually embodied everything we wanted in a venue & they happened to have a last minute fall date open up). They are so well equipped with inclusive catering, lodging, bar options, & an in-house wedding coordinator, which took a huge weight off of us in the planning process, and is part of the reason we were able to pull it all off so beautifully in such a short period of time!
The Stone Manor venue & team worked very hard to meet our every need/request to bring our dream wedding to life and they far exceeded our expectations!! We searched high and low in both Colorado and Virginia and did not come across any other venue that even came close to the pricing and value Stone Manor had to offer in their packages. Beyond that, they truly care about bringing your visions to life & making sure you have the best day ever. The genuine care & effort they put into your event shows on every level. The amount of people we have had whole-heartedly tell us it was “the best/most fun wedding they’ve ever attended” and the "most magical venue they've been to" is too many to count.
Parth (manager and executive chef), was so friendly and flexible in accommodating our needs from the start, so easy to communicate with, & set us up with the MOST delicious wedding catering-we got so many compliments from guests on how good the food was-several even asked for the 7 Chakras catering (their in house team) contact info. Even the bartenders were so friendly and fun. Definitely go for the tasting if you choose this venue-honestly the hardest part was deciding between which dishes to serve because they were all so good at the tasting!
The property itself is absolutely stunning-our theme was woodland fairy ball & it couldn’t have been a more perfect backdrop! The grounds are so beautiful in any weather, as is the manor itself. Comfy beds, clean atmosphere, amazing breakfast that can be served at the dining table or sent up to your rooms, lovely timeless decor…I could go on and on!! Manisha (owner), was available throughout the weekend checking in, and treating us along with all of our guests, like family-I greatly enjoyed my chats with her as I know others did throughout the weekend too. Erin-their in house coordinator was fun, reassuring, assertive, and grounding throughout the weekend-she even brought my husband & I snacks and drinks from the cocktail hour while we were doing portraits after the ceremony which was greatly appreciated! The late night bonfire with family and bridal party was definitely another highlight where we made more memories that we’ll cherish forever.
There were a few unintentional hiccups throughout the wedding weekend (as every wedding has), but their team was always so quick, kind, understanding, and helpful at addressing any issues that arose. The main challenge we came across was due to a seating/table assignment mixup during the setup process. Our recommendation/learning takeaway regardless of the venue, would just be for either the bride or groom to make sure they go over to the reception site in person on the morning of setup to ensure & confirm important tables (like parents/immediate family) are in the correct places to avoid any possibility of mixups or stress come reception time.
If you are thinking about hosting your wedding here, I highly recommend a visit. We are SO glad we found Stone Manor and cannot wait to return for one of their events in the future! Thank you so much to the entire Stone Manor team for making our dream day come to fruition!

An Amazing Wedding Experience
We had an incredible experience at Stone Manor. We opted for the white peacock butterfly package, which rented out the entire B&B for the weekend. Our guests commented to us many times how special and magical the wedding was. The food was nothing short of incredible. The chef, Parth, worked with us on creating the perfect menu and catered to our vegetarian only personal preferences. The venue is absolutely beautiful and the forest setting provided for a One of a Kind marriage experience even with a little rain. The staff at Stone Manor Boutique Inn were highly responsive, professional, and helpful. A Magical Day
We had our wedding at Stone Manor and couldn't have been happier. The venue was beautiful, the food was great and the staff were all incredibly helpful. The great thing about Stone Manor was that we had the venue for the whole weekend and were able to have a welcome party on Friday night for out of town guests and then the wedding on Saturday. I had my wedding here on May 6, 2023 and I could not have found a better venue. In VA, we were surprised at how rare it was to find a ceremony site in the woods, and this location is STUNNING. Every aspect of the day was covered, from in-house catering that was entirely bespoke to our ideas and preferences, to the freedom to decorate and create a unique floorplan! I can't wait to come back and stay at the Bed & Breakfast to celebrate our anniversaries in the future! -

TLDR: The venue is gorgeous, the owners are a breeze to work with, the catering is delicious, and you get a lot of bang for your buck!
We choose this venue because we fell in love with location and especially the landscaping. We got married here on July 1, which was a perfect time to see the gardens and forest in all their glory. The manor itself is also gorgeous and feels very inviting. We stayed for the weekend and were able to have our rehearsal and wedding day on site. We loved our suite and our wedding party also liked their rooms.
Parth and Manisha were so easy to work with! They were very flexible and also very knowledgeable, so they answered all of our questions and made recommendations that helped our special day go smoothly.
Catering and bar were included in the package we purchased and it was a great investment. There were plenty of food options to choose from and there's something for everyone. We worked with Parth to create a delicious spread for our guests. The food was delicious, and we got lots of compliments from our guests. The breakfast and lunch the wedding party had was so tasty as well!
I felt the pricing was incredibly reasonable for the everything we got and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this venue for your special event. My husband and I are already thinking of visiting again! -

We celebrated our wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn on New Year's Eve 2022. It was a second marriage for both of us and we wanted to make planning for a smaller wedding as easy as possible. Our good experience with Stone Manor began with sending them an enquiry online regarding availability; they called back within 30 minutes to let us know they could host our wedding. We went to see them the very next day. Not only did we have a good comprehensive tour--they also offered us homemade scones and juice. No other venue we visited did this! It was an easy decision once we spoke with them. We were looking for an all-inclusive venue and this was it! We wanted to be able to book the whole weekend (rooms and all) for the weekend of NYE: checking in on Dec. 30 and staying through the morning of January 2. They helped us all along the planning stages (and we did book them and plan everything within 6-7 months-so a fairly short turn around). They gave us a list of recommended local vendors, which made it so easy for finding terrific local talent! They were definitely partners with us as we asked questions about the planning and they answered. Our goal was to plan everything so that on the wedding weekend, so that when we checked in we could just enjoy. Stone Manor and Seven Chakras Catering hosting our Rehearsal Dinner, our wedding and reception and a dinner on New Year’s Day for the guests staying at the Inn. We were not disappointed at all. We had the opportunity to come and stay for a weekend and enjoy the Inn as well as doing a tasting for our reception menu. Seven Chakras was willing to work with us on the reception in terms of vegetarian food—which as a long-term vegetarian was a big plus! When it came to the wedding weekend, we were warmly welcomed and everything happened just as we planned! The owners and staff of Stone Manor couldn’t have been any kinder or any more professional—they made our wedding weekend special! We really can’t recommend Stone Manor Boutique Inn highly enough! We’ve already been thinking about celebrating our first anniversary here!

We started out with a visit with Manisha, and then with our main POC, Parth. Both are consummate professionals and worked with us throughout the process to perfect our dream and make it come it life! From the planning stage to the day of, Parth was there to help us with all our many questions, and work with our day of event coordinator as well. The guests said it was the best wedding they ever attended and the food was so delicious, many of them went back for seconds. The rooms at the Manor were very luxurious and comfortable. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Stone Manor for our wedding day! I was looking for a venue that could provide lodging, catering, and ceremony and reception spaces as well as help with coordination and planning. Stone Manor had all of these things and did an amazing job making the wedding day run smoothly. We rented the entire inn for the whole weekend and were able to house the bridal party and a few family members for the weekend. Everyone LOVED the unique and comfortable rooms they stayed in, and I loved the giant bridal suite where we spent the morning getting ready. Katherine, Parth, Manisha, Prashanth and the entire staff were super helpful from planning to supporting during the rehearsal dinner and day of. Everything was taken care of and we always felt like they had our best interest in mind. We ended up with 100 guests for the wedding and held the reception in the new tent outside for extra space, which was a great option for a bigger wedding size. The food, from the breakfasts to the rehearsal and reception dinner was all great! I would highly recommend their butter chicken and scones! Wonerful Wedding Venue
I had my wedding at the Stone Manor Boutique Inn in May 2022 and it was absolutely amazing. The staff are wonderful, very accommodating, and made sure everything was perfect. The grounds were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and elegantly decorated. They have their entire B&B available to rent out as a package deal for your family/wedding party to stay for the weekend. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an outdoor, all-inclusive wedding venue in northern Virginia. Absolutely amazing experience.Stone Manor Boutique Inn's reply:

I got married here on 12/3/2021 and it was more spectacular than I imagined! I had a 15 people guest list, mostly immediate family and they RAVED about the accomodations, service, friendliness, and the FOOD (omg the food...)

Having our wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn was a terrific choice for our small wedding. The Inn is family-owned and operated. Our guests were extremely pleased with the food cooked at the Stone Manor. The menu provided many vegetarian options and even had gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. The staff at the inn were courteous and professional. The gardens were popular with everyone, and I believe the owners do the garden work themselves. Expectations were clear early on and if we had any questions, Mr. Parth Shah, was a tremendous help. I highly recommend an overnight or two day stay at Stone Manor Boutique Inn. -

When it comes to writing a review about Stone Manor, there simply aren’t enough words. To put it simply, it could not have been more perfect.
I found Stone Manor here on Wedding Wire and while I had planned to see other venues, once we met Parth and toured the grounds, I knew there was no other place for our wedding than Stone Manor. I did not tour another venue...
When it came to a wedding menu, I literally had no idea what I wanted. I ended up googling wedding menus and came up with a list of ideas that I sent to Parth. What he came back with for me sounded delicious and when we came to our tasting, I was so excited about how wonderful everything tasted. One thing that made the world to me is that I had four guests that are vegan and Parth assured me that he would make something just for them.
Our Wedding Party and family from out of town arrived on Friday night. Manisha greeted us with smiles and showed everyone their rooms. We were able to decorate the reception hall to get everything ready so that we didn’t have to worry about it the day of the wedding. Prashant was so nice to have set up the wood at the fire pit, we had pizza ordered for dinner and we had ourselves an old fashioned campfire well in to the morning. The fact that we had the entire manor and nine rooms for everyone was so amazing! Did I mention that my Bridal Suite was 1500 square feet? There was a couch in the massive bathroom!
After a delicious six course breakfast, the bridal party had plenty of room in the suite for hair and makeup, so there was no need for the bride to go anywhere before the ceremony...not that I was allowed, because the groom thought it would be bad luck.
Our ceremony took place in what others have dubbed “the cathedral in the woods” that was so peaceful and just simply gorgeous. While we had pictures taken, the guests were served hors d’ oeuvres and drinks in the bar and were then seated before we made our way in to the reception hall. There was enough space, not only for our guests to be seated comfortably at the tables, but for those of us that ventured on the dance floor after our delicious meal. I had many guests tell me how great the food was and who even went for seconds.
As I look back and read this, I swear to you, it tells you not even a fraction of the wonderful weekend that was our wedding. Manisha, Prashant and Parth literally catered to our every need, sometimes before we even asked. The entire grounds were picture perfect. Everything about the wedding weekend in its entirety was well, absolutely perfect!
I would hands down recommend Stone Manor to anyone looking for an amazing wedding and actually already have!Stone Manor Boutique Inn's reply:

Amazing place for our special event.
We booked the entire manor for 3 days. We stayed there for all 3 days and had a really wonderful time with family and friends. The people here are very friendly and supportive. They did whatever they could to make our wedding smooth and wonderful during the pandemic. We had a very traditional Indian wedding with 4 events (Mehandi, Haldi, Wedding, Reception). -

*Perfect for small to medium -large size weddings*
Like thousands of others, during the Covid Crisis, we had to scale down our wedding. This venue could not have been more perfect for a such a wedding. Although Stone Manor can accompany many more guests, we found it perfect for our tiny family wedding. There are several unique places on the property to get married, both inside and out.
*The food! WOW!*
The joke is it should be renamed "Scone Manor Inn"! We stumbled upon the Inn by googling "elopement packages" and decided to visit it. We were greeted with amazing Coconut Scones and Chai Tea for our first visit. Since we are appreciative of the diversity and multiculturalism in our area (Northern Virginia), that was the hook that made us seriously consider it the venue for hosting our tiny, socially distanced wedding.
We chose the Italian Menu (plated) for our wedding night dinner and the Indian Menu (family style) for our second night. We have a Vegan family member who said it was the best Vegan food she'd ever had (both dinners and two breakfasts). After conversations with Parth, we found out they have hosted many multi-cultural weddings and can accommodate a variety of diets. We even were able to have Gluten-free food for family members with Celiac disease. They are so welcoming and gracious with the property-sharing all aspects of the Inn. Parth's mother even welcomed my Vegan stepdaughter into the kitchen to share how she made the delicious dishes-sending her home with spices to cook with and recipes!
*The Gardens and the Inside of the Inn are Gorgeous!*
Our photographer scouted out the property ahead of time and found the areas with the perfect lighting to take pictures (we were married in the "Cathedral in the Woods" (as we called it) at 5:00 in the afternoon. Much cooler there in the summer than in the spectacular gardens. We had plan B in case of rain-we would be married in the Manor itself. We spent both nights of the weekend there. It is very spacious, so we had the three young adult children stay each in their own rooms. They were excited at the luxury of the accommodations inside.
In short, give Stone Manor Boutique Inn a visit! You won't be disappointed! -

Elopement Package
We were looking for a low-key wedding without the fuss and expense of planning a large wedding, while still looking for a memorable and lovely event. We were looking for this all in the middle of everything closed down due to the 2020 pandemic, when there were lots of unknowns in proceeding with any events. We had the PERFECT venue and accommodations at Stone Manor Boutique Inn. The gardens were spectacular in mid-summer, the woods and grounds are also breathtaking. The fresh, in-season flower wedding bouquet was beyond expectations. The manor house was beautiful, everything from the suites to the dining hall, parlors, and the bar. Everything is incredibly well done. Parth was very responsive and accommodating for our requests as we planned the special day. The wedding dinner, small wedding cake with toasting wine, and chocolate-covered strawberries couldn’t have been better. The two-night stay in the Manor Suite was a perfect getaway. Our wedding day, event, and stay was truly lovely at Stone Manor, and all very reasonably priced with their elopement package, all exactly what we had hoped for. They seem to love giving couple’s their special day! -

When you’re searching for that perfect place for that most perfect moment in very little time, you start to get tunnel vision. Every venue starts to look the same, every planner gives you the same spiel, and nothing has that authentic feel to it like you had hoped for. After all the appointments and back and forth emails of more disappointment we saw less of a vision and more of a headache.
Like most newly engaged couples the only thing that wanted to know were the basics; Where are we sleeping, where are we getting married, and what does the hall look like, and of course, what is this going to cost us? But then like a light in a dark room there was hope. After seeing just a few photos we decided to give it a shot. Then we arrived.
My husband will tell you that as soon as I got out of the car I couldn’t contain my excitement. The Manor reminds me of the home I’ve always wanted. Tucked away in the foothills of the mountains with maples surrounding the property, a beautiful garden to enjoy an afternoon with monarch butterflies while laying out by the cabana, and the peaceful sounds of nature to truly take in Virginia’s beauty.
Walking into the Manor of course my jaw dropped even more! We had a tour of the entire facility, becoming more and more confident that THIS was the venue. Each room was unique from the colors and theme to the furniture and amenities and each room showed so much character. Jessica, who we had seen briefly, had prepared the rooms before the tour and had done a marvelous job with making each room exquisite with personalized attention. We knew our families were going to feel pampered and so were we. We booked the date, September 21st, 2019.
All of the planning went uphill from there. Parth and his family were so accommodating to our needs. I wanted to make sure that everyone in our wedding felt that we were thinking about them. Their recommendations and tips were extremely helpful in our planning process and got us back on the right path every time we felt like we were stumbling. Parth and Aditi were so helpful they even met us for cocktails and dinner to discuss the final details for the rehearsal dinner and wedding day. We had gone over a variety of options with the cuisine for our guests to make sure our plan was the ultimate plan. We had so much fun just being able to hang out with them casually even when we were under the pressure of time.
If you happen to visit for just a 1 night’s trip or for a special event you MUST meet Manisha! She makes the BEST scones and brownies and she’s laid back and is so much fun. She was so personable and you can just tell that she has a lot of care and love in her heart and it shows with a passion in what she does. She showed us pictures of her children’s wedding and catered to my mother as my husband and I were going over the details of our wedding day.
2 days before our wedding we started to decorate the ceremony site and the reception hall. This felt so easy to do because the details of the whole property were already so beautiful that all we really had to do was hang lights and have fun. But of course being the bride, I have to worry about something and stress on it until the end of time. Parth and Prashant had helped out by making sure the fire pit was stocked for our family gathering after the rehearsal dinner and provided supplies for decorations. We really felt like we were all set and the only thing left to do was just sit back and relax.
Of course the rehearsal was amazing. We had around 20 family members join us and the dinner was displayed beautifully. As we were finishing up dinner Parth and Prashant were making sure the fire pit was lit and s’mores were provided for everyone. No one had to wait, the correct amount of amenities were provided, and everything planned had impeccable timing.
We had made a schedule for our wedding day. Every minute we had something planned, even breaks. The morning started off with plated breakfast for the family members, which they raved about) then off to my hair and makeup and then photo shoots of the groomsmen and bridesmaids. I could see everyone arriving from my suite and saw everything being orchestrated from the parking detail to the guests being directed to the ceremony. After having a full day of nothing but scheduling my anxiety was through the roof.
My husband and I decided to finish the day the way we wanted to and trash the schedule we worked so hard on. Something that no one every wants to hear on a wedding day, but worked out perfectly. Parth, Prashant, Manish, Aditi, Jessica, everyone was on top of their game. They knew we had scrapped the schedule and they worked with what we wanted to do at that time.
The night went on with beautiful speeches and lots of dancing and singing. The Solarium where we had our reception was the perfect size and had a romantic atmosphere with the dim lighting on the chandeliers and the string lighting bordering the room. Just the most perfect night you could ever imagine.
Not only were we provided with the ultimate wedding experience and personalized attention, but we made friends. All thanks to the wonderful family that hosted our wedding and helped make this happen we were left with unforgettable memories. Thank you Parth, Aditi, Prashant and Manisha. We will be back for another visit!

Dream come true venue
Great value, impeccable staff, and a dream come true venue. Not enough can be said of this little pocket of joy in the woods of VA. The energy here brings to life any and all love in your heart and shines it. Could say no higher praise than to say it was a dream made real.

Gina Sent on 08/29/2018Stone Manor is an absolutely beautiful venue, and also very reasonably priced for the DC area. If you're looking for something with picturesque outdoor options, but different from the standard country/golf club venue, please consider Stone Manor. The "wooded glen" ceremony site is what sealed it for us. Who wouldn't want to get married in what feels like your own personal magical forest?? Several guests commented on how the setting was so unique and peaceful, and perfect for a wedding.
The Solarium offered a nice, air-conditioned reception space for our August wedding. Although we lucked out with the weather. 80 degrees and sunny meant we could also set up our outdoor games like giant Jenga and Croquet, which the Stone Manor team were fully supportive of! Additionally, the venue is dog-friendly, so our corgi was able to attend our wedding as well :)
The inn itself is comfortable and downright luxurious. Our immediate family and wedding party had rented all the rooms, so we had the whole property to ourselves for the weekend, which was really great.
Lori, Beth & Spencer were excellent during the planning process and made us feel right at home during the big weekend. We plan to return to the B&B for our 1st anniversary! -

First of all, Spencer and Elizabeth and their staff make their guests feel so welcome the moment they walk in the door. The Inn itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed with lots of little luxuries. They were able to provide us with recommendations for other vendors, and they made sure we were getting everything we needed from those vendors, up to and including the day of the wedding/reception. They serve the best breakfast anywhere - very creative and completely delicious. We also held our rehearsal dinner in the Inn and they did the catering for it. Their food was delightful and much more reasonably priced than some of the other caterers and restaurants with whom we had spoken. They were easily able to accommodate food allergies and related issues and were extremely careful in doing so. I cannot say enough about their hospitality, the friendliness and helpfulness of their staff, and the beautiful Inn and grounds surrounding it. We plan to return as often as possible to stay at Stone Manor! -

beautiful venue
We truly enjoyed having our wedding at Stone Manor Boutique Inn. The staff and the owner was very nice and they were very accommodating with my food allergies. We had to reschedule the wedding twice because of COVID-19, but they were flexible with changing our date and guest count. The Inn was beautiful in July with flowers and butterflies everywhere and a gorgeous ceremony site. The staff even lit citronella candles an hour before the ceremony so we had no problem with bugs. Such a memorable weekend!! -

Lovely, charming and perfect venue
We chose the Stone Manor because it has it all. We used the wooded glen for the ceremony, the house for the cocktail party and the solarium for the reception. We were able to fill all 8 rooms of the inn with close family for the entire weekend.
The owners are efficient, communicative and very welcoming. They made sure we were happy every minute. I would highly recommend. -
