We got married at Stone Crest Venue on 4/8/22. From the moment we walked in on the day of our tour, we knew that Stone Crest was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful, but the land and breathtaking scenery was what won us over. It truly feels like you have been transported to the Texas Hill Country one you walk outside. We absolutely loved the various outdoor areas for guests to mingle, the fire pit, and the lounge (which we used for table games!). The bride and groom suites are also spacious and newly-renovated. One of the biggest selling points was that we were able to bring in our own vendors, which allowed us to have the exact wedding of our dreams as well as save some money in the long run. We received so many compliments on this venue! -

We had such a wonderful wedding experience here at Stone Crest in March! Ryan was always super responsive anytime we had questions, and the entire planning and layout process was easy and organized. Everything was ready for us the morning of the wedding, which made the day feel so smooth and stress-free.
Nichole Alexander was also incredible to work with. Before the wedding, she let me quickly bring in some décor pieces to test in the aisle area, which I really appreciated. On the wedding day, she was so helpful directing our large wedding party of 8 bridesmaids and 8 groomsmen and answering any questions that came up throughout the day.
The entire team was friendly, organized, and genuinely helpful, and we’re so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding day amazing! -

Stone Crest is such a beautiful venue! Every time we have the pleasure of having a wedding there we are blown away. From the inside to the outside (with the incredible views) we enjoy every minute of it! Our couples have been in love with Stone Crest and we understand why! The staff is always kind and ready to work! We recommend Stone Crest to any couple! -

We hosted our son & daughter in law's wedding at Stone Crest Venue in McKinney, TX & it by far was the best venue out of all that we visited. First off, the venue is just stunning, beautiful & tastefully designed! The owners, Ryan & Linda were wonderful to work with & the event attendant, Cathy, went above & beyond to make our day worry free! The accommodations for hosting the wedding, the rooms for the bridal party to use during the day, and the outdoor landscape & stunning view for the outdoor wedding was spectacular! You definitely feel like you are in the Hill Country! Definitely 5 Stars!!! -

From the moment we saw Stone Crest we knew we had to have our wedding there. The ceremony space is absolutely breathtaking and the reception space was perfect. One big thing for us was having a bar area that was accessible to our guests without moving them too far away from the dancefloor and stone crest checked that box perfectly.
Additionally we had to move our wedding inside a week before but again stone crest has an indoor ceremony space almost as beautiful as the one outside. Their staff was very helpful the day of and we could not be more happy with how everything turned out. -

Naturally Beautiful venue
Our wedding was in April so we had the beautiful blue bonnets and all the green trees for our outdoor ceremony. I loved everything about this venue. They even had additional decor free to use. -

We looked at so many venues and while so many were gorgeous, none stood a chance against Stone Crest. One of the problems we were having when booking a venue was so many of them did not have the date we were looking for, available. Stone Crest did not have it available either, but after touring the venue we knew we would rather sacrifice the date than the venue. The staff is so kind and friendly. My husband and I asked them a million questions and they always answered and were willing to work with us. We received so many compliments on such a beautiful venue and I honestly believe we wouldn't have gotten all of those comments had we chosen a different venue. We always tell people about this amazing venue and we will continue to do so. 100% recommend! -

Absolutely Perfect!
This venue is so perfect in every way imaginable. The natural beauty is breathtaking and all of our guests are still raving about the amazing view. The staff at Stone Crest are so sincere and welcoming. I’m so glad that my husband and I decided to have our wedding here. There is no other venue in DFW that could compare to the natural beauty of Stone Crest and their AMAZING customer service. If you’re looking for an elegant-rustic venue with an emphasis on nature, this is the place for you. Our wedding day was so perfect! -

Our wedding at Stone Crest was incredible! The venue is beautiful on its own so you really don't have to do much to decorate. It's the perfect level of rustic that fits so many different styles. We knew right away this was the venue for us!
I really wanted a mountain-esque wedding but that's just never going to happen in super-flat North-Texas, but the different elevations and the scenery at Stone Crest really give you that vibe.
The staff is super nice, let us tour the venue multiple times, and overall very easy to work with. -

I love how there are no little add-ons to the total cost, everything provided by the venue is included in the price. That and we had the sweetest and mist helpful lady help made sure everything was perfect for us. If you have never visited please take a tour, its so stunning, the moment I walked in I had that “this is it” moment, I fell in love with the 100 year old barn wood, the stone fireplace, the beautiful archway by the cliff, the waterfall on the cliff, and fire pit down below. it honestly gave me some slight Colorado wilderness vibes right here in Texas! will recommend to everyone, thank you for the wonderful memories ❤️ -

Stone crest is the most beautiful venue. When touring, it instantly reminded us of the hill country and we were hooked, we couldn't believe there was something this beautiful right outside of the city. I love that stone crest lets you bring in all your own food and alcohol with the vendors of your choosing so you don't feel trapped into vendors you don't want. They were so helpful working with me reschedule my date due to COVID-19 and kept me in the loop of how the venue would be effected and kept their facebook up to date with any changes. I would 100% recommend this venue, our big day was a dream. -

I’m so glad that I picked here to have my wedding
The venue staff is extremely polite and nice! They worked with me through out my 2 year long engagement to make sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. And it’s truly the most beautiful place I’ve ever seen/been to!Stone Crest Venue's reply:

Taylor Sent on 12/17/2017This venue is hands down the most amazing wedding venue I’ve seen. I toured 4 other venues that were beautiful but never had the feeling of “this is it!”. When my fiancé and I walked through the doors, I knew this was the one. The architecture is exquisite, the outdoor ceremony site makes you feel like you’re in Hill country, the string lights are beautiful, and the bar/patio are set up perfectly for a cocktail hour. Not to mention all the amenities that are already included. Dimmed lights, up lights that change colors to match your wedding theme, gobo projector, outside PA/stereo system, etc. This eliminated a ton of things we otherwise would of had to find from outside vendors. Linda has out done herself with this venue and is so friendly and easy to work with. Choose this venue, you won’t regret it.

The moment my husband and I walked into the venue for our tour, we knew we had found our wedding venue. It is THE most stunning wedding venue in DFW metroplex! I honestly could not have imagined getting married anywhere else - it was perfect!!! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. The owners are so wonderful and flexible, and let me come visit the venue multiple times before my wedding. The only issue we had was on our wedding day the sound system for their TV wasn't working. I had made a video slideshow to play during dinner, and my husband had secretly made a sweet video to surprise me with right before our first dance, both of which needed sound. Both were tested at the venue beforehand and the sound worked great. The staff was informed that the videos needed sound before our big day, but unfortunately when the time rolled around they couldn't get the sound to work. Everyone awkwardly watched the video that my husband made but sadly since it was SO quiet I couldn't hear it and his sweet surprise was ruined. We also couldn't play the video slideshow that I spent months making. HOWEVER, aside from that mishap this venue did not disappoint and I would absolutely choose to get married there again if I had to do it over!!!! It really was a dream and I am so happy we found this venue!Stone Crest Venue's reply:

This venue is very beautiful. I loved the new bridal suite and new grooms suite. It allowed for a lot of room and for the groom to be in a different area than the bride.
Very beautiful scenery and I liked that I was able to use their decorations. -
