David and Michaels Wedding at Still Water Hollow

We had our wedding at Still Water Hollow, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue is stunning, offering a beautiful blend of rustic charm and elegance with its breathtaking landscape, serene pond, and welcoming atmosphere. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed which created a romantic feeling for our entire special day.

What truly set our experience apart was the incredible Emily Heithecker. Emily wore many hats for our wedding—she was not only the venue manager but also our bar manager and wedding planner! From the moment we booked the venue, Emily was there to guide us every step of the way. She helped us navigate the logistics with ease, offering incredible advice on timelines, layouts, and everything in between. Her organizational skills are unmatched, and she made sure that no detail was overlooked!

On the day of the wedding, Emily was a calming presence, seamlessly coordinating everything behind the scenes so we could enjoy our day without worry. Whether it was ensuring our vendors were in place, setting up the ceremony space, or managing the timing with efficiency and grace, Emily handled it all flawlessly. She was always available to answer questions and made us feel like our wedding was her top priority.

We can’t thank Emily and the entire team at Still Water Hollow enough for making our wedding day truly magical. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beauty with exceptional service, I would absolutely choose them without hesitation. Still Water Hollow exceeded all our expectations, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable experience and the most amazing wedding day ♥️

Awesome Experiences

I have attended several events at Still Water Hollow. It is such an amazing venue with the old iconic chapel and new barn with indoor reception hall. It is so beautiful in every season. Service and communication are always excellent and I would highly recommend Still Water Hollow as a little oasis for any occasion.

Best Venue in Idaho

I loved having Still Water as my wedding venue because they had absolutely everything i needed. The ceremony and reception are locations were within a few feet of each other. They supply chairs, tables, and the most amazing dressing rooms! Everything was so beautiful and I was so impressed with management as well.

a gorgeous rustic wonderland

Still Water Hollow is a rustic wonderland. There is no shortage of places to have your special day. We opted to do a ceremony inside the large barn and have a reception in the outdoor village area. It was so gorgeous and I love how they have lights and some flowers already for the decor. It was seriously breathtaking on the night of the big day. The owners were easy to work with and the online payments were helpful. The vendors were all aware of the venue as it is one of the more popular ones but that made it easy to get everything in and out smoothly They have a groom and bridal suite in the large barn you can get ready in and relax in. It's seriously like a hotel suite. My friends and I spent the last hour before the ceremony hiding in their taking selfies and messing about. Still Water is strict on their 'outside' liquor policy so be aware of that although it has more to do with Idaho's liquor laws than them trying to be stingy. I highly recommend this venue as well as their in house beverage service Raising Our Bar.

The BEST venue around!!

My husband and I could not be MORE blessed with the opportunity to be married at this venue! Every piece of it is truly stunning from the moment you arrive, to the moment that you leave with you new Husband/wife! Walking into the bridal loft almost brings you to tears as you feel like the most beautiful person on the planet! The chapel was the perfect amount of classic, with emotional feels that had us in tears as we saw on another for the first time. The amount of photo locations/opportunities at the property are countless! Everything you need in one little hidden oasis! The staff was over the top accommodating and assured us that even during COVID-19, we would still be able to have our own best day ever! The grounds are so well taken care of as is every building, etc. I could go on for days about this venue!!

My son and daughter in law had their wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. There is nothing we would of changed. The whole venue was beautiful and the people we dealt with were professional and awesome. The location is perfect because you feel like you have all the privacy in the world but its easy to get to and located close to hotels, restaurants etc for family that came in from out of town. I would recommend this venue to any and everyone.

I had my wedding here a week and a half ago and it was INCREDIBLE! Yes, we waited over a year from time of booking to our event date, but it was well worth the wait. Breanne and Kelley went so far above and beyond to help me out anytime I needed them. I do not live in the area, and they were always so helpful to me when I was in town - accommodating my request to come out and look around several times, meeting with me while I was in town to ensure everything was taken care of, answering every call/email in a timely manner and always with such kindness and compassion. The venue is absolutely beautiful and arranged perfectly to allow for the bridal party to get ready on the day of. There are plenty of options as to where to hold the ceremony/reception to accommodate nearly any size guest list! Absolutely worth every single penny we spent and well worth the wait to have our special day here!

Okay, the snow on the day of my wedding was insane! But you guys made sure everyone was warm and that the sidewalks were cleared even though it was a nonstop job. The entire property is gorgeous, and it doesn't matter what season it is this is the best wedding venue in my honest opinion!

From the beginning they were absolutely fantastic, working with Bri and her family was such a delight! They made everything so easy and care free, even when myself and the moms had many questions they always had an answer. When we were worried about certain details, they were mentors to help guide us through the process and made us feel assured that our wedding day would be nothing but smooth sailing. The venue was all I ever hoped for and more. I can't count the amount of times our wedding guest complimented how beautiful and peaceful it was it's like a hidden gem! I knew the second I toured the venue that THIS WAS WHERE I WAS GOING TO MARRY MY BEST FRIEND! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!!

Such a beautiful venue, with an incredible, God glorifying staff. They worked with me to make my vision come true and were supportive throughout the whole process. What a gorgeous place! Instantly knew that was the right venue the minute we got there! The family takes such great pride and care of that place! Pictures of it are beautiful but it still doesn't compare in person!

This Venue has so much to offer. Your options are endless which makes it easy to plan according to your own personal style and wants. With the new barn being just built is gives a romantic feel. I walked into this venue and immediately got chills due to the peaceful and perfect scenery.
Not only is the Venue amazing the owners and employees are as well. I have had so many positive moments with owners I just knew they would do anything to make my day as stress free and amazing as possible.
I cannot wait until my big day comes and I can show all my family and friends how amazing still water is!

Still Water Hollow was an absolute dream for our wedding day. Amazing to work with and always in contact to make your event seem effortless. We didn't have a single issue and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. They were very flexible in helping achieve the perfect day. The venue has so much natural beauty and has had a lot of work put into it by the owners that we didn't have to decorate at all, so many flowers!! The owner, Brianne and her family really got to know us personally and she did her absolute best to create a stress free environment for our event. She was wonderful in helping make our wedding even more then we could have hoped for. I would recommend Still Water Hollow to anyone looking for a venue, and not just for weddings. If you looking for a venue, no matter what the occasion, you should definitely consider Still Water Hollow.

Still Water Hollow.. What can I say.. The service I received from SWH was not like a vendor to a client. It was like family. Everything was set up perfectly. My input was taken into consideration and I was treated with care and respect. The venue is one of the most beautiful places in the treasure valley area. We had my daughter's wedding at SWH and I can't say enough good things! The chapel on the property was so cute and very quaint. All the guests absolutely loved the boats to play with after the ceremony. It was really warm out, but thanks to the umbrellas we had for shade, you hardly noticed and could just enjoy the beauty of this venue.

We had our wedding and reception at Still Water Hollow. Brianne and her family were very helpful in answering our questions. We were able to get a great value on the venue because we had our wedding in the winter. Everything was clean and ready to go on our wedding day. The venue was absolutely beautiful. Brianne's husband and mother were there to help us with the last minute details on the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend Still Water Hollow!

We looked at several venues for my daughter's wedding. We needed a large venue to hold the 250 guests we were expecting. We found everything we wanted at Still Water Hollow. What a beautiful facility! We were truly happy with the venue and it is arranged so that everyone can feel part of the festivities and comfortable and relaxed. Still Water Hollow is that "something special" that you look for in a wedding venue. I even dare say that the moment you walk around the venue you honestly feel the "magic" that you want for that special day.

The only part of the wedding I was disappointed with was that the owners of the venue did not come to grab a bite to eat with us! Everything was beyond perfect! It was truly a special day for both of us! We can't 'thank you' enough!

Still Water Hollow was AMAZING to work with. We ended up changing the date of our wedding, and they were totally willing to work with us on that. The venue rental price was absolutely worth every penny, and our wedding was so much fun, largely because of this location. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone looking for an unforgettable place to get married!

Absolutely Beautiful. If you haven't seen this venue and want somewhere you aren't restricted you HAVE to check it out. Not only is the entire venue absolutely gorgeous and spacious, Brianne and Tyler and so easy to work with! I would recommend Still Water Hollow to anyone and everyone for ANY special event!

Stillwater Hollow was the perfect venue for a fall wedding- tucked into the rural landscape, it affords fantastic backdrops for wedding photos. The lovely vignettes Brianne has created will amuse your guests, and there's plenty of room for children to play without needing to be told to "hush". Whether you decide on a ceremony in the perfect white church or by the lake, you'll have an experience everyone will remember and cherish for years to come.

I absolutely loved my experience with Still Water Hollow! We got married there Sept. 30th and I really could not have asked for more. Brianne was a pleasure to work with. She always responded quickly to my questions and was very professional & flexible. The venue was exactly what I was searching for rustic & unique. The venue provides so much opportunity to individualize your wedding at one location. My wedding day was amazing and much of that was due to Still Water. Brianne and her husband are very flexible in the use of the facilities and don't have catering restricitions like some other venues. I would highly reccomend Still Water Hollow to anyone considering this type of venue!

This is the most beautiful place to have a wedding. They have really turned it into something special. My husband wanted to get married in a church, and I wanted to get married outside. The little chapel there was perfect, and we got to have our reception under the twinkling white lights. Brianne was great to work with. She always got back to me quickly and was very flexible. I still have people talking about how beautiful the venue was. Can't wait to see where they go with it in the future.

I absolutely LOVED getting married at Still Water and so did all of my guests! Brianne was great to work with and very flexible and caring to all of my needs as well as for the photographer and caterer. She was very patient with me the week prior to my wedding with all of my phone calls, texts and questions. The grounds were very clean and tended to. All the kids had a great time exploring the Western Town and were entertained during the reception. I really enjoyed the private bride and groom suites to get ready in and appreciated the indoor restrooms. I had viewed other venues and porta potties were the expected usage for guests and that is just not classy for a wedding. Thank you Brianne for helping make our day very special and personal. We had our Christmas dinner for our guests (businesss customers) at Still Water Hollow. Tyler and Brie were very easy to work with. Still Water Hollow had the chairs and tables and other accessories but they allowed us to choose our own catering service for the meal. Our customers were very thrilled with the setting and being able to have a venue where they were able to relax and visit with no pressure of having to hurry and leave. Some of the guests stayed for over 2 hours. Before they left many of them strolled around the pond and took in the beautiful setting that is also a part of Still Water Hollow.

We used Still Water Hollow for our company party and it had everything we needed (tables, chairs, etc). We were able to bring in all of our own food and set up the way we wanted. Tyler and Brianne were very easy to work with and the reception hall was the perfect setting. We went for a more informal venue but people could also dress it up depending on what their needs are for their event.
It was very relaxing evening and our guests felt that since it wasn’t in a restaurant they could stay around and visit and so it made the night very enjoyable for all. Many of the couples took a stroll around the pond before they left as Still Water has a gorgeous setting.
Thanks Tyler and Brianne for making our Christmas party so special for our guests!

Still water hollow was the perfect venue for our company Casino Party. We had a delicious buffet with Black Jack, Roulette and Craps going all night. What I heard from many of our employees was how great it was for the couples that wanted to enjoy a breath of fresh air and some alone time. A walk around the pond and waterfall or it was so nice of Tyler and Brianne to leave the beautifully restored church built in 1899 open so we could just sit and talk... only wish it wouldn't have not been so cool I would have been out on the pond in a paddle boat, oh well next time, Thank you Grays

We loved this venue!!! It is absolutely gorgeous!!! There are so many options for everything there. Indoor, outdoor, by the gazebo, in front of the church, behind the church, by the water and many other options !!

I met Brianne at one of the local Wedding shows and we have been great friends and collaborators ever since. I have worked a few events with Brianne at Still Water Hollow and my experience has always been an exciting and inspiring one. Brianne is such a sweet and caring person that she puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Brianne and her team which includes her wonderful family have worked hard to make Still Water Hollow such an amazing venue. It's absolutely beautiful and allows her clients to have so many options, whether it's a wedding, a cooperate event, children's party or just a BSU party with all your friends, Still Water Hollow can accommodate any event with its uniqueness and class. Everyone will enjoy working with Brianne and her team, they go above and beyond to make sure their clients' needs are met every time.

I loved every minute of my wedding and wedding planning. This venue has so many great things to offer and every feature of the property is picturesque. Still Water Hollow places no restrictions on vendors and helps brides in any way possible. Full Day Rental is the best feature and the property has many amenities, including power throughout, air conditioned chapel, and paddle boats!The owners are willing to help meet the bride's goals and are so easy to get along with. I cannot say enough good about this place and it's just a special place to be a part of.

I have attended several events at Still Water Hollow and recently attended a wedding, and was also a caterer for the wedding. It is an absolute gorgeous venue, and it was so much easier to cater at than other venues I have done. There was a covered area not part of the action that I could set up and store my supplies and not be in the way. After asking how much the venue was to rent, I was shocked at the super affordable price for such a beautiful venue with so many different options for events that could take place there. I wish still water hollow had been around when I got married, so I make it my first reccommendation when people are looking for a venue for a wedding, business party, graduation party, or showcase events.

Still Water Hollow venue was the perfect place for our daughter's wedding. Bri was super easy to work with; she gave us her time, lots of tips, and directed us to other services when we needed. We were so nervous for all the details to come together, they were patient and encouraging for us. We must have gone out four or five times just to measure and re-measure to make sure we had everything just right! Each time Bri greeted us and encouraged us. We had the perfect wedding. Two months later, friends that attended the wedding are still telling us that it was the best, most fun wedding that they had ever attended!

Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful, with it's serene and rustic feel, the owners, Tyler and Brianne, put in so much time and effort to make my wedding day all that I dreamed it to be. They were so willing to help with anything I needed and were very personable. I remember getting a phone call from Brianne just asking me how the planning was going and hoping that I was stress-free... Ty and Bre care about every person that they come in contact with, though they need not to. They truly make it their number one priority to make your dreams a reality, which is so important.... It is, afterall, one of the most important days of your life. Trust me when I say that you can't go wrong with this amazing venue.

We had our wedding and reception at Still Water Hollow a few days ago and I simply can’t say enough about the experience. First, let me say, if you are considering this venue, YES, go for it, but do it now as they book up fast and up to a year out.
Your first experience will be with Kelley in the office and she couldn’t be nicer; she will be the one that guides you through most of your experience as you plan, prepare, and execute your perfect event. Although Kelley is the main point of contact, several of our emails were answered by the owners directly and the day of our wedding, the family members came down to the reception hall to ensure we had everything we needed; this kind of personalized care is rare these days.
When you reserve the venue, you are getting the entire property with all of the quaint buildings to take pictures in, the pond with the beautiful foot bridge, and most impressive is the old-fashioned church that was built in 1899 and refurbished on site for a perfect wedding ceremony setting. The reception hall is only a year or two old and holds plenty of people; they provide the chairs and tables and even have an A/V system you are allowed to use if you want to show a slideshow (no sound, just video). They have 2 beautiful rooms upstairs for the bridal party to use (most other places charge extra for this) which allowed us a perfect area to get ready and stay hidden away until we were ready to make our entrance.
All in all, this venue has everything you need (you provide your own decorations), is very beautiful, and the staff is beyond great to work with; I simply can’t recommend them enough.

Still Water Hollow is absolutely beautiful and Brianne and her family are always working to make the venue even better. They are super accommodating and make you feel like you are a part of a family. Still Water Hollow was a fantastic venue for our wedding. Brianne and her family were great to work with. Summed up, Still Water Hollow= Great People, Great Place!!
Still Water Hollow comes highly recommended by me and my family! Before my June wedding, I called numerous other venues and never found anywhere that made me feel comfortable and at ease. The owners of Still Water make you feel like part of their family; they take time to answer all of your questions and are extremely flexible to your wants/needs. They answered emails, phone calls (even texts!) very quickly and always acted excited and friendly when I would see them in person.

This venue was the perfect location for our early morning wedding and pancake reception. With the sun coming up over the chapel when we spoke our vows, it was an unforgettable moment. Brianne and her husband rolled with the punches as we waited until the last moment to decide whether our pancake reception was going to be outside in the country village or inside their spacious and well-decorated reception hall. They accommodated us in opening the venue two hours early so we could decorate before our 8 a.m. donut mixer. The kids and adults alike loved exploring the buildings and testing out the paddleboats. This venue is spectacular and does not require a lot of decor to make it look amazing -- which is perfect for early morning weddings. Whether you are planning a reunion or wedding, this location can't be beat! Plus, we were planning our wedding from Canada and Brianne sent us information, pictures and details as needed so we could plan our big day.

The place was so beautiful already that it made decorating so simple! It was great to get there in the morning and be able to get dressed, go to the ceremony, take pictures and then go to the reception- and not have to leave for any of it!

I couldn't think of a more perfect and beautiful location other than Still Water Hollow to have my wedding! With the rustic and country feel, all of our guests so welcome and warmed and still talk about how wonderful the location was. Our guests enjoyed the fact they could get up and walk around the pond, ride in the paddle-boats, or even explore the many buildings Still Water has on their property. We definitely will always go to Still Water Hollow for our events no matter what it may be due to friendly service and the pure beauty of this hidden treasure.

We have had many company functions at Still Water, and they have been incredibly accommodating!
With the exception of when there was a wedding already scheduled, it was very easy for us to find a good date for our functions.
The amenities they provided were far beyond what we expected, and the Grays are such a wonderful family to work with.

Beautiful venue in every way! Its pricey but worth it for such a special setting. Plus they set up the tables/chairs how you want them. Lots of communication over the last year and it helped us DIY'ers alot! Book early!!

This venue is absolutely gorgeous! There is nothing I can complain about when it comes to the landscape. We had perfect weather on our wedding day (not that Still Water had any control of that of course), so we got to enjoy the venue in its full glory. We had a few minor hiccups with planning around setup, what with it being a Sunday wedding, but nothing terribly negative so much as inconvenient. It was too bad there wasn't a lot of indoor space other than the shacks when our wedding happened, but they are working on a new building currently! We got a lot of compliments for our reception and we didn't really NEED to do much decorating to make it breathtaking.

Beautiful but Pricey

We loved the convenience of our venue, it had the reception and the ceremony space right where we needed it. It's also hands down one of the most beautiful venues, but it is pricey! I can't wait to get my photos back. It's a wonderful place for indoor or outdoor. We were really bummed about the bar options being limited and no liquor allowed but we go to makeup for it with hand picking our wine/beer options.

Customer Service is well below average

My fiance and I were so excited to have our wedding at Still Water Hollow on June 5th of 2020. When COVID hit, we knew we'd have to make some changes or postpone the wedding. Working with the owners of Still Water Hollow was a nightmare. The options given for rescheduling was any date available within 90 days of our original date or any Mon-Thurs within a year of our date. There are multiple reasons those are terrible options (ex. within 90 days COVID most likely would still be present, a year out most dates already booked as this is a highly sought venue, etc.). We didn't understand why if we paid $5,000 and an unforeseen PANDEMIC is the reason we would have to be flexible why we could not choose any available date to postpone. In addition, I have heard from other brides that their booking rate increased for next year and if you rescheduled for next year you would have to pay the difference! I understand that during this time many businesses lost money, but it was incredibly frustrating and that Still Water Hollow was unable to accommodate customers who had already paid in full. We opted out of using the venue that we had already paid for and instead went elsewhere. Still Water Hollow does not care about it's clients and only cares about money.
