I am a burn survivor. As a result, I have scars on many parts of my body, including my face. When I decided to get married, I knew I needed some extra help to cover the scars on my face. Shawna is the daughter of one of our very good friends, and I asked if she would help. Not only did she help, she made my face a canvas. A literal masterpiece. I have never felt more beautiful in my entire life!! Shawna is extremely talented, and makes you feel like you are the most special person in the world. She includes several “extras” clear down to relaxing music, that make you feel like the most pampered thing in the Universe. When I was nervous on my wedding day, getting my glam done was the most relaxing event of the entire day. I was ready to meet the challenge! I highly recommend Shawna to anyone!! At almost 60 years old, she made me the most beautiful bride… to the point where my husband cried. I think that tells the story well enough. -

Oh Shawna! You made my sisters wedding day so special, along with myself and my mothers makeup! You were on time, so kind, such a fun vibe with your music and personality! The cherry on top? Your makeup artistry talent! Wow. You took the exact direction of what we all wanted. We all felt so beautiful and radiant! Everyone complimented the makeup, which was fun to experience too. Thank you for your talent and personality to match! Oh also the makeup stated on all night ( we danced a lot) and nothing needed to be touched up and lashes stayed on. It was perfect! We got the delux package for the bride and it was all worth it.
If you’re someone reading reviews, stressed out, overwhelmed, and on the fence…. here’s your sign to look no further and hire her! You’ll thank me later :) -

Great Listener & Artist!
Shawna truly is an artist! I ended up doing two makeup trials with her to get the look I wanted for my wedding. Mostly because I didn’t know what I wanted the first time. What stood out about Shawna was her attentiveness to my concerns. She really listened to what I wanted. By the second trial run I felt like we were on the right track and on the day of the wedding, Shawna really nailed it!!! I was so happy with the final look! Shawna loves her work and that really makes all the difference. -

Shawna was my makeup artist for myself, my bridesmaids, and my mother on my wedding day. I also got facials with her leading up to the wedding and I cannot recommend her enough. She customized everyone's look to what they wanted and what looked best on them and we all felt so beautiful. I cried when I saw how beautiful my mother looked. One of my bridesmaids exact words after she left was "Dangggg she was so gooooood." That's not even to mention how sweet, encouraging, and fun she was. I felt like she was another one of my close friends getting ready with us. I will be continuing to get facials with her and if i ever need any makeup done she will be my go to. You will definitely not regret booking her. -

Amazing!
Shawna is absolutely amazing at what she does! She did my makeup for 2 weddings, engagement photos and my own wedding and it was beautiful and stayed out the whole time. She’s so sweet and professional and makes you feel so special on your big day! She knows what she’s doing when it comes to weddings and keeping things in order! I never had to worry once ❤️ -

Shawna is the best ever
Shawna is absolutely incredible. I can’t say enough good things about her. I was battling horrible cystic acne the week of my wedding and she covered it all and made me look amazing. During my trial appointments we honed down exactly what I wanted, and she made sure I loved my look before my big day. She was professional, kind, and really fun to be around. I am so glad she did my wedding makeup and I would hire her again in a heart beat. Highly recommend her and her services!!!! I can’t say enough good things about her -

Julian Sent on 10/10/2018I Booked Shawna for 6 bridesmaids and the execution was so amazing I had another bridesmaid who was previously going to do her own decide she also wanted hers done by Shawna is well… Shawnas work was so good and efficient that she had enough time to do all seven bridesmaids and touch up the two mother-in-law‘s with lashes!!!! I would definitely recommend Shawna to multiple people especially weddings because with all the stress she was definitely a calming factor.

Shannon Sent on 08/28/2018Shawna did a fantastic job for us in a last minute pinch! After a last minute cancellation of makeup artists I found Shawna for one of my friend’s weddings. She drove over an hour for the wedding and even showed up early! She was super sweet, well prepared, and most importantly clearly a master at her craft. Everyone of us looked flawless for the enitre day. When I say all day, I mean she did my makeup at 7am and it stayed out until after midnight. You might be thinking, ok that’s normal, but let me tell you more of the circumstances. The wedding was an outdoor wedding in the heat of summer with temperatures in the high 90’s and a TON of humidity. I was dripping by the time the service was over but yet my makeup remained matte and in place for the entire night - even through the dancing! I was blown away! Shawna will be called again if I need makeup done for any occasion, though I do think her specialty is weddings.

Shawna came bright and early, absolutely fully prepared and from 9am to 200 pm did SEVEN bridesmaids, 2 mothers of the groom, and herself to absolute perfection. She did the most stunning contour job of me, my makeup did not move (and it mid 90s all afternoon) and it looked so natural but made my eyes pop and my cheek bones perfectly sculpted. I was very impressed with her ability to keep to a schedule, come totally prepared for any skin tone, and make each lady look as perfect as they could possibly get. Six months pregnant and I felt prettier than I have in years. -

Shawna is amazing! She did my make up for my cousin’s wedding and it looked perfect. I have super oily skin too, and the make up never got messed up. I would definitely recommend!!
