  The Greatest Wedding Venue on Long Island!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  My husband and I could not be happier with the hospitality, warmth, care, professionalism, and attention to detail that the team at Stewart Manor Country Club provided for our wedding.
  
  John, Lisa, and James (and Dani!) are absolutely amazing at what they do. Not only do they have the ability to execute any ideas that you may have, they have a wealth of knowledge (and seemingly endless warehouse of decorations) that they are more than happy to share to make your wedding day absolutely perfect.
  
  Leading up to our wedding, we gave James our general design plan and supplied decorations that we thought fit the theme (winter library), but otherwise gave little specific guidance on how to set up ceremony space or the various spaces within the venue (since we had neither the energy nor artistic eye to plan out those details). What James was able to put together for us was absolutely stunning and better than anything we could have imagined. In fact, we have had multiple guests describe the ambiance James was able to create for us as “stunning” and “magical.”
  
  On the day of our wedding, my husband and I wanted for nothing. Indeed, without ever having to ask for anything, the team at SMCC anticipated our every need. James, in particular, had everything we never knew we needed within arms reach (including, among other things, fashion tape, a scrunchy, and bobby pins, all of which James kept stored in his fashion-forward utility vest), and did everything he possibly could (including holding the train of my dress outside in the rain while we were outside smoking) to ensure my husband and I were as comfortable as possible. We’ve heard from many guests that their experience with SMCC’s team was no less amazing.
  
  Our guests all raved about the food, particularly the filet mignon and chicken francaise, and marveled at the table service for bar drinks (which seems all but unheard of these days). My husband happened to be partial to the spinach ravioli alfredo served with dinner, and I loved the mac & cheese included in the BBQ station and the buffalo chicken pizza included in the pizza station.
  
  When my husband and I were choosing between wedding venues, many venues we looked at seemed to be nothing more than wedding factories. Almost every venue we visited or contacted focused their sales pitch on one thing: what services they could sell us from their catalogue of cookie-cutter wedding options. SMCC was different. In fact, after a long day of visiting venues, we realized that Lisa of SMCC was the only person we had met at any venue who bothered to ask my husband and I about our relationship and our interests—e.g., how we met, how my husband had proposed, what we did for a living, what we did for fun, and what we were looking for in a wedding venue. It was this human touch that made SMCC stand out among the sea of venue options. And it is this human touch that I believe makes the team at SMCC excel at what they do. Simply put, the SMCC team cares, which makes all the difference.
  
  We highly recommend anyone looking for an intimate, personalized wedding with a human touch to check out SMCC! We guarantee you will not be disappointed.

  Literally incredible

  It’s been a little over a week since our wedding and we are still glowing with joy from such a perfect day. It’s cliche, but RUN don’t walk to book your wedding or event at Stewart Manor Country Club. Lisa, James and John are not only incessantly helpful, they make you feel like family and that they are throwing a wedding for one of their own. Up until the day, we must have called Lisa 900 times and she never got sick of us. From our first of the 900 calls to our last appointment for decor drop off, she made a nervous bride feel at ease. If you know me, that is not an easy task. She was our point person until the day of our wedding and crucial to making it the magical day it was.
  
  Fast forward to wedding day. Every last detail was impeccable - from when I got there with grass stains on my dress and James tide penned it out to when I stayed at least a half an hour past our time with not one mention of it from the staff. My outdoor ceremony was breathtaking because they keep the grounds absolutely perfect. During cocktail hour, John watched as we happily greeted all of our guests but also was kind enough to make us heaping plates of all the food we had to offer our guests. Because of his attention and care we got to enjoy our cocktail hour to the utmost, which every bride knows is nearly impossible. The food itself is phenomenal - everything - but I’d die for their ravioli Alfredo. James is a mixology wizard and due to his creativity we had 2 signature drinks that our guests have not stopped talking about (mine was a margarita that changed colors)! We added as many personal touches as we could throughout the wedding. We had a unique seating chart that James had to set up without our input, signs candles frames lights flowers the whole shebang. Every single piece of decor was arranged exactly as I had envisioned in each space, with care and an artful eye.
  
  The reception space is gorgeous and while it fits 150+ people, every second felt wonderfully intimate. The way it is set up allowed me to see and dance with all of my guests. The waitstaff took such excellent care of my guests and I was not in need for even one second. John James and Sandy made sure I always had a drink in my hand and food on my plate, and my husband even got a second filet mignon. He even went to refuse it, and was reminded that he was the man of the hour and could have anything he wanted. The staff treats you exactly how you want to be treated on your wedding day.
  
  Without going into detail, I had a bit of family drama unfold and James saved the day with that as well. You are just in the best hands and the best company with SMCC. There are too many good things to say. I will be forever grateful for the incredible day and night these guys gave us. We will miss them, but we’ll see them for our baby shower and anniversary and any other excuse we have!!

  The most perfect wedding venue

  Words cannot totally capture how special this place is or how much they did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the moment we met James and John at our first visit, we know this place was where we wanted to get married. It was clear that they take a very personal approach to couples and will go above and beyond to help you create your dream wedding. We literally both left in tears, because we knew we found the venue that felt like home to us both. This only became more true throughout the planning process and on the day of. Our tasting was phenomenal, and getting to bring our parents made it so much more special (they even packed stuff up for my dad who was home with COVID). The day we dropped everything off James made me feel so comfortable and excited. I trusted him completely, and for good reason. He seriously knows what he is doing, and will make sure your day is perfect. The day of our wedding, I swear he knew I needed a glass of water before my brain could even recognize I was thirsty and appeared with my sneakers the second my feet had had enough of my heels.
  Just another example of how this venue goes above and beyond for their brides. My table numbers did not fit into the wooden stands that they came with, which John told me during cocktail hour because I had never thought to even check. I was so happy and so in love with the day already that I said I was totally fine with whatever they put out, and I meant it. When we walked into the reception hall, all of my table numbers were out. They shaved down the slot in the wooden stands of each one during the cocktail hour to make my vision come to life. Truly unbelievable and so so special! From start to finish our day was perfect, and so much of that is thanks to everyone at SMCC!

  Above and Beyond Service!

  The staff and service at Stewart Manor is EXCEPTIONAL! Our wedding was beyond what we’ve imagine. It was truly perfect thanks to the staff at Stewart Manor! John, James, Lisa went above and beyond for us in order to ensure we have a perfect wedding, and the result… absolutely PERFECT! We highly recommend this venue because they really care about the couple.

  The staff and service at Stewart Manor is EXCEPTIONAL! Our wedding was beyond what we’ve imagine. It was truly perfect thanks to the staff at Stewart Manor!   Perfect & Intimate Wedding Venue

  SMCC, John & James undeniably made my wedding day on 6/25/22 beyond perfect. Every little detail was taken care of beautifully by the staff. The grounds were absolutely incredible on a beautiful, sunny, HOT June day with the flowers and the newly renovated pathway from the entrance to the gazebo for our ceremony. Dani, one of the young staff members, was so patient and helpful in preparation to walk down the aisle, she really calmed all of the last minute nerves! We were even able to have our puppy niece there to walk down the aisle as our flower girl! Having the cocktail hour indoor/outdoor was wonderful for guests to navigate and find a place to comfortably enjoy the amazing food stations such as Asian, Taste of Italy & MORE! John Parks accommodated our 200 person wedding by ordering a huge tent for guests who wanted shade or incase of any weather inclement (luckily, there weren't any!) From the second I arrived at the SMCC, James was outstanding to not only myself, but the entire bridal party, both families, and our guests. What other bridal attendant SPRINTS around the venue to grant your request, bustles a wedding dress perfectly without watching a video, and knows everyones name and how they are related to you in such a short amount of time?! Lastly, the reception was so beautiful in the main dining room, perfectly decorated to personalize the space for us, and we have NOT stopped receiving compliments about the FOOD! Highly recommend the filet minon and the chicken cordon bleu. How could I forget the churro, pretzel, and water station as guests left the venue?! Amazing! I would get married at this venue all over again every weekend if I could. It was SO beyond all of my expectations. Thank you SO much SMCC & Staff.

  Patient and phenomenal

  SMCC absolutely made my dream come true. James and John are the best people you will ever meet. Me and my husband were treated like a king and a queen. James was there for us every step of the way during the reception and ceremony. Even pre and post wedding. John is so patient and kind and made this process that much easier. We couldn’t have chose a better venue for our happily ever after. Our guests could not stop speaking about the venue and the staffs exceptional service. 10000/10 would recommend.

  The best place to have a wedding!

  My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at Stewart Manor Country Club. From the moment we visited the venue for the first time, we fell in love and immediately knew that we wanted to get married here. From the very beginning, we were treated like family. We were even invited to have a menu tasting with our Maid-of-Honor and Best Man before signing our contract.
  
  The service we received was unparalleled. John, the owner, and James, the maître d', were amazing and helped us plan our ceremony and reception every step of the way. They took their time to answer all our questions with charm and grace, and we had a lot of them! James took his time to help us outline the run of show and saw to it that every detail was taken care of, from the bar customizations to the special food requests.
  
  Our wedding day was truly a dream, and everything was executed seamlessly and beautifully. The venue was beautiful. The gazebo was perfect for our ceremony and the dining room for our reception was stunning. James and John were there to ensure everything went smoothly. James anticipated our every need that day. He worked with our photographer to coordinate our first look, managed our onsite vendors, pinned the boutonnières on our groomsmen, ensured that everything was decorated to our specifications, and even helped reformat our ceremony precession and reception introductions when one of my bridesmaids dropped out the night before the wedding.
  
  During our reception, James always made himself available; he bustled my dress and pinned it up when it was stepped on, helped me in and out of my wedding shoes, and refilled my glass with sparkling rosé before I even asked. He is truly a gem, and I was so grateful to have him as our day-of coordinator.
  
  I could go on and on about how fabulous this venue is. Until this day, our guests are still talking about how much they loved the drinks, food, and atmosphere. Our wedding was one for the books and it’s all thanks to the love and care that John, James, and their staff put into giving us the best day of our lives.

  Best day of my life thanks to SMCC

  I looked at six venues before deciding where to have my wedding. The moment I walked in the door at Stewart Manor I knew it was the place that I was going to have my wedding day. James and John are literally angels on earth. James is the fairy godfather of weddings without a doubt. He took every vision and brought it to life even better than I could’ve possibly imagined. On the day of the wedding they made sure that everything went off without a hitch. James learned every single person in my bridal parties name within 10 minutes of being at the venue he knew what we needed some times before we even knew we needed it and was always ready to help. The wait staff was attentive and so sweet. The bartenders made the best drinks. The food was to die for , people are raving about the cocktail hour and dinner. The dinner size portions were insane.For dessert we decided to go with the pie bar… It was amazing. I don’t know how to put into words how amazing this venue and the people that work there are. If I could go back and relive this day I would 100% do it over and over again because of Stewart Manor.

  Best Wedding Venue!

  Our wedding at Stewart Manor Country Club on 8/13/21 was a dream. Besides the beauty of the venue, owner John Parks and maître d’ James Poirot were extremely accommodating, helpful, and caring throughout the whole process (despite having to reschedule twice due to COVID). The venue treated us like family from start to finish. We can’t state that enough.
  
  If you’re looking for an intimate, rustic feel for your wedding, Stewart Manor is the place for you. The food was excellent. The outdoor space for ceremony and cocktail hour is gorgeous. The ballroom has been renovated and looks charming and elegant.

  Made it all easy

  Any review of the Stewart Manor Country Club should start out with a shout-out to John and James. John was always in touch and helped us make some of the best decisions for our day, and if something came up, they were quick to assist (especially when planning a wedding during these times!). And our day would not have run half as smooth without James--he was always there before we even knew we needed anything and kept everyone and everything in order! We can't say enough amazing things about the food--and neither could our guests! (seriously, we're still hearing stories about how much people loved the food). James and John helped us create perfect signature cocktails (and didn't seem to mind when we said we wanted not one, not two, but three). Stepping foot into the Country Club for the first time, we knew it was our perfect venue and it was from start to finish.

  Absolutely Perfect!!!

  If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. John and James treated us like family from the very start. James made sure every moment during our wedding was perfect. He went above and beyond as did every member of the staff.

  Our Wedding was Amazing despite COVID

  My Husband and I could not be more impressed with the Stewart Manor Country Club. John and James have been more than accommodating and understanding throughout the COVID pandemic and went above and beyond to make our day special. Every little detail we planned was accounted for and the Stewart Manor did everything they could to follow guidelines and keep everyone safe and healthy. Although we couldn't dance, I couldn't have asked for a better wedding celebration. It was intimate and perfect in every possible way. I would highly recommend the Stewart Manor and I hope to use them again In the future.

  Best Venue on Long Island

  I tear up thinking about how wonderful our wedding was because of Stewart Manor Country Club. Right off the bat, it is such a gorgeous and unique venue that my now husband and I didn't even have to think twice about booking it. From the first step inside James, the best coordinator, made us feel heard about our dreams for the wedding. From the last step out, I can tell you all of our dreams were met and then some. We loved the aesthetics of the place, and it now newly renovated and looks like a dream.(Also you are guaranteed to be the only wedding of the day. As someone who has been to weddings ruined by multiple weddings being hosted there this is a must!) On top of that, the week of the wedding the absolute most stressful week, James alleviated most of our stress by handling so much of the decor for us. The day of went by so well. All of the staff handled everything so well, everyone felt like they were completely taken care of (including us). And let's not ever forget about the food. The part the guests truly care about, was beyond amazing. They even packed some to go for us (which we were very grateful for on our honeymoon). The day of the wedding, everything was handled so well by James who took care of us from the second we considered booking, the entire planning process, and the day of. There are no words to describe how supported we were, he even had us sit with champagne while they cleaned up to wait for the ride to the hotel.   Amazing and memorable! Excellent service

  We recently had our wedding reception at the Stewart Manor Country Club and could not be happier with our experience. James executed every detail we wanted and the venue was everything we dreamed for our wedding.  The food from both cocktail hour and dinner was delicious and guests are still commenting on the wonderful experience of the venue.  James listened and worked with us to execute our vision and to make our wedding unique and memorable. For example, we wanted to have a Philadelphia cheese-steak station during cocktail hour, which is not on the menu. James was very excited to make this happen and it was a huge hit among guests (and delicious).  James and Theresa, as well the rest of the staff, ensured we had everything we needed throughout the evening and took away all the stress of such a big day.  Leading up to the big day, and from the moment we walked in the door of our reception to when we left after the party was over, we felt so comfortable and in good hands.  The cozy feel of the Stewart Manor Country Club was perfect for us, as we were looking for something different from the "wedding factory" feel of many venues in the area.  We were the only event at the venue and the space felt like it was truly our own.

  Dreams do come true... at Stewart Manor Country Club

  As i was reviewing online at least 100 venues i came across Stewart manor country club and it quickly went into my top 3 that i had to visit. I booked my appointment and my husband and i spoke with james. As he gave us a tour i tried to play it cool for what i have no idea. The place was just so beautiful and had a rustic charm that was so hard to find. So many places are white ballroom which is beautiful, but i just love the woodsy fairytale it makes me feel like a ethereal princess. I had that moment as james gave us the tour the, this is the one feeling, of pure joy. The one many brides get with finding the dress i got with the venue. They have a beautiful bar and the bridal suite was so cozy and the wooden floors and beam with the lights omg just so gorgeous. Outside has the beautiful gazebo and the light posts with all the pretty flowers. It just takes your breathe away. The food was so tasty and excellent! I am very picky with vodka sauce and they are for sure top 3 ive ever had, and boy have i tried alot. The parm crusted chicken breast and filet mignon are so delicious and perfectly done. I loved it all. Now i saved the best for last, the piece de resistance, James. James is so amazing. I could say a million nice things just about james. He helps you from start to finish. He patiently answers all your questions and yes he knows u will have many lol i thought i wouldnt but i did and he was so kind with each and every email, and as we got closer .... the phone calls. He was very organized and attentive to my wants and needs. He understood my husband and i's personality right away and was able to talk to us in our way. He was able to lighten the mood and able to have a good time with us. I thank god he works there bc i cant imagine my wedding would have been as amazing as it was if it wasnt for james. I had a vision of what i wanted and james executed everything better than that. He is just so creative and completely deserves all the praise i got for having the best wedding (this according to many guests). Stewart Manor Country Club went above and beyond for us and we couldnt be more appreciative of how wonderful they were not only to us but to all our guests. This place is truly a dream come true.

  My wedding here from start to finish was an absolute dream. The real heart of the whole operation is James. His charm, class and kindness went beyond my expectations. James was always available to answer every email or phone call and on our wedding night he was one step ahead of us at all times. Every time I needed something, it seemed like I turned around and James had already taken care of it. You can really tell he loves what he does and he is wonderful at it. All our decor was DIY and James decorated flawlessly and completely made my vision come true. On top of that, the food was great and plentiful for the price and the waitstaff was great (especially Barbara who was an angel!). The space is truly breath taking. The Edison lights in the reception room are romantic, cozy, classic and dreamy! We got married at the gazebo at night and the soft string lights were beautiful. A unique space with such a special vibe. Thank you, James, and the rest of the staff for making our wedding day a dream!

  I can not give this place enough praise! It honestly made my wedding. Staff is absolutely amazing and took care of all my guests. All my guests raved about the amazing food and selection. And best of all is they have James. James kept my day going smoothly and never made me or my groom feel like we had to stay on a tight schedule. It felt very fluid and we were able to enjoy ourselves. James took care of everything from fixing my dress bustle to grabbing the family for photos to making sure we had a drink in our hands. Even when it came to planning, my groom and I were stressed until we sat down with James and went through everything. And everything came out exactly how we wanted. Best of all, this place was a steal. I am sad to hear they are modeling the main ballroom as that was the initial reason we chose it. It set it apart from other Long Island wedding venues. I'm so thankful my mother in law found this gem because we got to have our dream wedding.

  Great Staff!

  I have worked with Stewart Manor in the past (we had my aunts baby shower there) so it was a no brainer i wanted them for my wedding too. Its a beautiful place and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

  James and SMCC

  James was amazing!!!! Stewart Manor was great, we fell in love with the wood beams on the ceiling and that the venue was smaller and not running multiple weddings at once. We received excellent service and did not feel like we were being "worked over" for a couple extra bucks. James had great ideas when we were stuck or trying to decide on something. We loved it there!

  Gary and June were absolutely AMAZING! We planned our wedding in 5 weeks, and also had a tragic death in the family during that time. The understanding and patience from the Club was incredible. June and Gary took care of so much for us just to keep our stress down. The pricing was perfect in our tight budget, the food was GREAT and the ambiance- OMG. The history that is behind this building is awesome (opened 7/4/1927). Even today the building is original. We were in love with the fireplace in the dining room, very cozy feel. The exposed beams are beautiful. There is also an ACTUAL bar! No roll-away bars here! Our guests LOVED that. The Club is tucked away in the residential area of Stewart Manor which gives an exclusive feel to your event. I am looking for another party to plan just to work with these guys again! Gary and June are truly unbelievable. Very down to Earth people. When you are their Bride- nothing will ruin your day because they WILL NOT ALLOW IT!! Husband and I had issues with our DJ(Friend referred). He decided to ignore our song instructions for Cake Cutting and started disrupting our Photographer (Joseph Mancuso). June and Gary were so well prepared for the event that as soon as they heard our Cake cutting song starting to play during dinner they knew something was wrong. And when the DJ decided to tell them "Whatever, I'll play something else for the cake," June went into instant Mama-Bear Mode. No one messes with her brides! The situation was handled firmly and professionally. Gary also took care of some issues with the MC. These two were so well prepared to handle any glitch in the most respectable way, our guests had no clue anything even happened. All that being said, it was a beautiful night. I had the Wedding of my dreams. Steward Manor Country Club and its Team is truly a hidden gem of Long Island. Unlike many major reception halls that pump out weddings like factories on steroids, SMCC offers the most intimate wedding you could ask for!!!

  Gary and June were absolutely AMAZING! We planned our wedding in 5 weeks, and also had a tragic death in the family during that time. The understanding and patience from the Club was incredible. June and Gary took care of so much for us just to keep our stress down. The pricing was perfect in our tight budget, the food was GREAT and the ambiance- OMG. The history that is behind this building is awesome (opened 7/4/1927). Even today the building is original. We were in love with the fireplace in the dining room, very cozy feel. The exposed beams are beautiful. There is also an ACTUAL bar! No roll-away bars here! Our guests LOVED that. The Club is tucked away in the residential area of Stewart Manor which gives an exclusive feel to your event. I am looking for another party to plan just to work with these guys again!   This was a great hidden gem of a place. The food and the service was great. The wedding coordinator June is a sweet heart she made everything so easy! I am constantly referring people here. Great place!
