They have the most beautiful flowers here and talented staff. We worked with Mary and she is so awesome. She’s so friendly and easy going. She also provided us such a beautiful floral mock up that I knew we were in good hands here. The big day did not disappoint. First off, my bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were drop dead gorgeous. Later we did a sneak peak of the reception room and I was brought to tears. Steve’s brought my vision to life, the centerpieces were better than I could have ever imagined. They used the very best florals and placed everything perfectly. I would recommend Steve’s Flower Market to everyone and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Mary and everyone else at Steve’s! -

If you are getting married (or just need a bouquet for any occasion) you need to go to Steve’s florals!! We were supposed to get married in June of 2021 and postponed the wedding due to COVID-19. Throughout the initial planning process, to postponing, to re-planning the wedding a year later, Mary at Steve’s Florals made our process easy, smooth, and took all of the chaos and guessing out of the entire process! Not only were the florals amazing quality, they were so helpful in discussing table scapes and helping to put together the event of our dreams. From the bottom of our heart, thank you so much Mary and your entire team! The day was beyond beautiful and more than we could ask for. If you are a bride or groom trying to figure out what florist to go with, Steve’s is the way to go! They are affordable with high quality and high end product, thank you again for making our wedding perfect!!! -

Beautiful arrangements and affordable prices!
I cannot rave enough about Steve's Flower Market!!!! Flowers are so expensive and Wendy worked with me on our floral budget to create the most beautiful arrangements while staying within budget. They are a full service florist and came to our venue TWICE to help with floral sets up (we had our ceremony and reception in the same space). They listened to what I wanted with flowers and executed them perfectly. -

We highly recommend Steve’s Flower Market for any event! When looking for wedding flowers, Steve’s Flower Market was on top of our list due to the beautiful bouquets that they always do for special events. We could not be happier with all the arrangements that Steve’s Flower Market did for our wedding. Andrea, who was our contact person, was very flexible and listened to our vision and made it a reality. The team went above our expectations with the quality of flowers and work that they put in to make our reception hall even more beautiful! Mary and her team were incredible! Mary is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is also extremely talented and great at what she does. I still can't get over how beautiful our wedding day was and a big part of that was because of Mary and her team. I'm obviously biased, but everything Mary and her team did was so beautiful! We are having another celebration in May and will be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! :) -

I am so happy I chose Steve's Flower Market for my wedding! I worked with Andrea and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, patient and she designs the most beautiful arrangements!! I switched my bridal bouquet last minute and thanks to Andrea it turned out absolutely perfect ! She was so accommodating and let me come in to the shop a few times to pick the perfect shade of burgundy for the flowers to match my bridesmaids dresses.
Andrea captured my vision perfectly and brought it to life. Walking into my ceremony room and seeing how perfect she set it up actually took my breath away. I cannot say enough amazing things about Andrea and the Steve's Flower Market team! Thank you for making our wedding so beautiful!!! -

We used Steve's for our 2/29/20 wedding and I only have positive things to say about them!
I worked closely with Mary during the whole process. We planned the wedding from out of town so Mary spent hours on the phone with me helping my vision come true. She is very knowledgable and was not pushy whatsoever. She listened to me and gave multiple options when it came to certain styles.
The price was very reasonable and the flowers were BEAUTIFUL!! I was IN LOVE with my bouquet! I would recommend Steve's to anyone. -

Mary was an absolute dream to work with. My husband and I are pretty uninformed when it comes to types of flowers, we just knew we didn’t want to do anything cookie cutter or have a certain color that had to be prominent. We had a Jewish/Mexican wedding that fell on the weekend of day of the dead. So we came into our discussion of flowers with a fall color scheme with the incorporation of marigolds (the flower representative of day of the dead). Mary was so enthusiastic and creative in her flower choices for the bouquet, boutonnieres, and her decoration of the day of the dead ofrenda (altar) and chuppah. Everything turned out more beautifully than I could have imagined. The care and attention to detail she put into the decoration of our ofrenda and the display of photos of our loved ones brought me and my husband to tears on the day. Not only was the end result better than I could have dreamed, working with Mary was so easy. She is enthusiastic and passionate about what she does. She made herself available for walk-throughs and created centerpiece examples for us, and she was always super responsive via email. I HIGHLY recommend working with Steve’s for any wedding or big event!!!! -

I'm not too familiar with fancy flowers but Kaylee at Steve's was so great to work with! She listened to my wedding vision (or lack thereof) and picked beautiful flowers that went beautifully with our venue and vibe. I got so many compliments on my bouquet from both guests and from pictures posted. The service was great and far exceeded my expectations for flowers! -

The team at Steve's went above and beyond! When some of the flowers weren't ready for me to arrange them myself, they came to the venue to put the arrangements together with no extra costs. They were so flexible and responsive. I would recommend them many times over. -

They were very reasonably priced compared to the dozen other floral companies I spoke with, and they were incredibly easy to communicate and work with. They tracked all of my changes and requests via email and on my contract (so it was in writing) and they were always available to talk on the phone as well. My florist was Andrea and I felt that she truly understood my vision for my flowers. She even made me a sample centerpiece and bridesmaid bouquet that I could use for our tasting/venue preview, so that I could see exactly what we’d be getting. I simply cannot express how pleased I was with my flowers, and because of how happy I was, I’ve used Steve’s for all my other flower orders since the wedding! I have even had guests tell me after the wedding how pretty all the flowers were, which I think is a major compliment.

Mary is a passionate, smart women and did an amazing job of integrating my view for the wedding with her own knowledge of what works in different settings. From day one I wanted my wedding to play up the winter feeling of lights, so not much added color or bling. Mary took my vision and made it better with what she did with my flowers. My bouquet was stunning (blush garden roses, smelled amazing too) and the arrangements at the guest tables (either a few roses or hydrangeas in gold vases) and my head table were perfect. Mary knew how to accent my venue with subtle touches of color and candles to make it all shine. Mary and her team do all the set up for you and drop off your bouquets to you the day of so you do not have to worry about anything. To top it all off, even though you don't need more of a reason to use Mary, is the price was way below I ever anticipated. I loved Mary and her team and will definitely use her again if I ever need flowers.

Anna Sent on 08/11/2017Wow!! The flower arrangements were the most beautiful creations I’ve seen at any wedding (or anywhere else for that matter). I did not have the pleasure of dealing with the shop as all my wedding arrangements were a gift from my MOD, but the end result was certainly exceptional!! I had some arrangement ideas from pinterest with figs and grapes, the actual bouquets turned out to be more beautiful than anything I saw on Pinterest. I was so excited to see the flowers, definitely exceeded my high expectations!!! Would definitely use Steve’s flowers in the future. -

They were very reasonably priced, worked with our budget, and everything came out exactly as we had planned. I loved working with Jon during our consultation because he was professional and friendly, and broke down all the flower business in a way that we knew what we were doing. It's amazing how things range in prices depending on what flowers you get, and Jon was awesome at giving us options. Our bouquets were absolutely stunning, I still can't believe how good of a job they did. We rented their vases for the centerpieces and the process was very easy. -

To say that Mary and Steve went above and beyond to provide us with amazing arrangements for our wedding is an understatement. They completely delivered on our vision, but also provided added value by working so closely with our planner when a Plan B was needed due to weather. Steve's will forever be our favorite florist in Chicago and we would recommend using them for any occasion. -

We were able to stay in our budget (which was very low according to every other florist), we had beautiful roses in every arrangement, and the service was amazing! Mary and Steve were so wonderful to work with! The flowers were stunning, and lasted weeks! Everyone at the wedding raved about how beautiful the flowers were! -

Incredible Florals and Service!
Working with Mary was an incredible experience!! We had a multi-day Indian / Western fusion wedding, and she made our vision of colorful yet elevated florals, greenery elephants, a beautiful hanging mandap that turned to dance floor décor for the evening come true so seamlessly! She was engaged throughout the process working with us as our preferences changed and ensured we were happy with the end result! Would recommend booking Steve’s for all your wedding needs! -

Response times to emails as we got closer to the date slowed a tad, but they were super responsive once I called and let them know I hadn't heard a response from the email. They were so flexible and also very knowledgable about what would look good to complete my vision. They were so, so great!

Taylor Sent on 10/08/2018I decided to go with Steve's for my wedding on Labor Day Weekend. They have beautiful flowers and a great price point. However, I am disappointed with the service I was provided by my florist, Max. We went back and forth several times on the contract, with Max making several errors regarding ribbons and types of flowers. After adding photographs of specific boutonnieres and bouquets I felt confident everything would be perfect. When the measurements for the table arrangements had to be modified a month before the wedding, I e-mailed Max and he continued to send me "old copies" with the previous measurements. When it came time to settle my balance I went in to the shop to pay and verify that the contract was correct and had the updated measurements. Max was not present but another florist assisted me and everything was correct. On the day of my wedding the bouquets arrived at the hotel wrapped in pink ribbon (contract stated ivory) and the boutonnieres had succulents attached to comically large ranunculus (no mention of succulents on the contract). I sent the flowers back to Steve's and called Max to have him correct these errors. At this point, my wedding day was moving forward and we would begin taking pictures without the flowers. Steve's made the corrections in under an hour and brought the flowers to the new location - which is the reason I will give them 4 starts, despite the hiccup. They were incredibly quick to correct the mistakes and accepted responsibility. The greenery at the venue was beautiful; and we appeared to have more garland than originally ordered.
