  My Fiance and I went ring shopping together at their Bucktown location. Peggy was so helpful. No one was pushy, she listened to exactly what I wanted my ring to look like. Peggy really went above and beyond to help make everything feel so special, she even had loose diamonds delivered to the Bucktown location so we could pick out a center stone that I would really like and so I'd be able to see it before my fiance made the big purchase at another time.

  They are wonderful. We bought engagement rings from the lincoln park location and from start to finish, they were great! Ashley helped us customize our rings, was not pushy and made sure to only show us things within our budget. I recently had a concern about my ring and went in and they were willing to work with me to make sure I was happy. I was over joyed by the service, professionalism and friendliness I felt every time I walked into the store.

  I first purchased my partner's engagement ring here. I used a family diamond and they did not balk one bit and worked really well with me to make the right vintage look. We went back in Spring 2015 to purchase our wedding rings. Margaret was awesome! We are so happy with the way they turned out. They were appreciative of our sale expressed not only verbally but with a goody bag as we left the store!

  did 4.5 on value because i didnt buy the engagement ring (my fiance did) nor do i know how much he spent so hard for me to say but he has said it was great value. they are very nice and friendly and i like that they are a local place not mass chain. very nice every time we go in to look at wedding bands and clean my ring.

  The team at Steve Quick Jewelers was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. We bought our wedding bands at the Lincoln Park location and enjoyed every part of the experience. The best part about the store, other than the beautiful jewelry, is dogs are allowed in and treated like royalty. Many thanks to Sarah and her team for wonderful service.

When we went in after getting engaged, he had been able to develop a working relationship with the woman who'd helped him design my ring (Ellen), who then helped us with ring cleanings, repairs, picking out the wedding bands, and engraving. So professional, really beautiful selection, personalized service (they will bend over backward to make you happy), and a range of prices.

  My fiance had my engagement ring custom made at Steve Quick in Lincoln Park. Without input from me - he nailed it. We had such a good experience we went back to get our wedding bands. I loved my engagement ring so much I got a matching band for my wedding band Sarah who has helped us is a pleasure.

  CAUTION: I normally take a quick look at reviews and read the worst couple reviews prior to purchasing anything, but I will caution you to read carefully and PLEASE don't purchase anything from Steve Quick that you feel might be representative of a special occasion such as your wedding.
  
  We purchased my wife's wedding ring along with my wedding ring for our June 2018 wedding around April 2018.
  
  Within days on our honeymoon (not even wearing it 1 week) a diamond fell out of her ring before we even got to our destination. Thinking this was an isolated incident we contacted Steve Quick Jeweler and he had one of of his people "fix" the ring Multiple weeks later (yes weeks) my wife received her wedding ring back.
  
  To our surprise within days another diamond fell out of the ring. This time I took to email and sent Steve Quick a note himself. He was apologetic via email and said they would fix the ring again.
  
  A couple weeks later...received the ring back and 3RD time the wedding ring is loosing diamonds again! Unbelievable his only solution is to "remake" her wedding ring.
  
  At no point did Steve Quick pick up the phone to call either of us and left his people to deal with our issues. In full disclosure we spent less than $5000 with him between both rings so maybe we just aren't a priority. Maybe this just isn't what Steve classifies as an important client or worth rectifying the quality issues with his jewelry?
  
  This issue is still not resolved and Steve's employees made what I consider weak concessions such as "free jewelry cleaning" which isn't really useful when his shop has had our ring more time than my wife has had it on her hand since getting married in June.
  
  I would find another jeweler. Steve Quick is pathetic at customer resolution and the quality of his products are ridiculous. I couldn't encourage you to take your business to a more responsible small business owner.
