Ultimate Venue
Sterling Stables has so much to offer. The bridal cottage and the groom’s room provided the perfect setting for the bridal party to prep for the day. The back porch was a great location for cocktail hour, the horses and cows even arrived for pictures. The barn was beautiful and had ample space. There is a variety of beautiful lighting in the barn. The bathrooms and kitchen were conveniently located and very clean. The grounds have lots of space. We were able to set up cornhole and Jenga during cocktail hour. There are so many beautiful settings that make great photo backdrops, from the loft doors, posing with the horses to antique trucks and even a claw foot tub in the bridal cottage. Kathy is easy to work with. -

Exceeded expectations
We originally picked this venue because they were the best value for a barn/farm venue in our area and they had a December date available. But we were so happy we chose them! The team was wonderful and Kathy was very responsive and helpful
to any and all questions we had along the way. So many of our friends complimented the venue. They offer a great preferred vendors list that helps plan out the big day, as well. -

Awesome, Beautiful not just a normal venue
Our son and new daughter in law was married here. It was fantastic and simply beautiful and elegant. The owners were very responsive and everything went off extremely well. The bride and grooms quarters were awesome, venue staff, caterers, DJ, photo booth vendors and bartenders knew exactly where to set up and very familiar with the venue.
The photo opportunities were incredible and the horses kept the guests memorized. I would highly recommend this venue the ambiance is so much more than just a barn . -

Perfect barn
This venue is perfect! It offers so much more than the other barns. Awesome country ranch atmosphere, loved the cows and horses. We loved the beautiful open indoor air condition barn. They have a beautiful bride suite and a cool groom suite, plenty of space to get ready. The location is not far from Orlando or Cocoa beach. -

We had our wedding this this past weekend and it was absolutely phenomenal!!!! I could not have asked for a more beautiful spot for our special day!! They were right on top of everything and there were no issues at all. Everything ran so smoothly with all their assistance. I would book them again over and over!!! -

Let me first start off by saying that if you can find a venue owner who values you just as much as they value their venue, then you are in the right place. Kathy does just that. When we first met Kathy at Sterling Stables, I felt as if we were already friends. She welcomes you with open arms. She is friendly, sweet, accommodating and very responsive. She is passionate about her venue. The barn is the perfect rustic wedding setting that is presented with elegance and offers so much. A beautiful chandelier with lighting that bounces perfectly off the gorgeous handmade wood tables. A beautiful full Bridal Suite set up with the perfect rustic/antique accents and characteristics. Her staff is courtesy, friendly and tends to your needs at all times. To put it simply, it was the perfect day and the perfect venue. -

If I ever dreamed of my wedding growing up, it was to have it at Sterling Stables. Having grown up on a farm in Ohio and showing cows in 4-H this definitely brought out my inner farm girl. The natural decor is stunning. I cannot wait to get married here.

This venue is beautiful and includes almost everything our first choice venue (Ever After Farms) includes at almost half the cost. Kathy has also been awesomely accommodating so far, taking multiple calls a day, altering personal plans to allow me to see the property in a more timely manner, etc. I couldn't ask for more, and I can't wait to marry my soulmate at this beautiful location. They also offer LEO discounts! Thank you! -

This is my first wedding and this venue has been nothing short of amazing. When I got engaged, I enjoyed it for 1 week and then had to take in a child family member. Planning my wedding has been nothing but easy. Kathy at Sterling Stables has been available for every phone call and text. She is the sweetest and has worked with me on everything. She has answered all of my crazy texts, accommodated my disabled family members and I cannot wait to have my wedding there in almost 30 days. I have told every bride I have met about the venue : ) ! -

My fiancé and I are getting married at this beautiful venue in November 2020. Kat and all the other staff have been so wonderful, professional, and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and well kept with lots of wedding photo opportunities. I am impressed with how much is included for the the price of this venue! It is a truly a great value! We are looking forward to have our special day at this amazing venue! If you are looking for a venue with a "rustic elegance" feel, I highly recommend Sterling Stables! -

I love this place! My husband and I fell in love with the look of this place – a perfect mix of classy and relaxed. Having indoor and outdoor options is necessary, depending on the season in Florida. There are lots of decorations for rent. Kathy Lynn is super helpful and responded to all my texts and emails quickly. Others have mentioned that having a rehearsal the day before costs a significant amount - this is true, but you have the venue from 9am on the day of the wedding. We were able to run a quick rehearsal before going off to do hair and makeup and it worked perfectly. We got tons of comments about how beautiful the venue was, and how thankful my guests were for the air conditioning! Highly recommend! -

Alexandra Sent on 06/07/2018Sterling Stables is one of the best barn/farm venues in Brevard County. My husband and I wanted to get married with this setting in mind. It is a well kept venue and it was perfect for what we had in mind! We got married in front of the barn, had the reception inside the barn, and cocktail hour behind the barn. It worked perfect and it was all beautiful the day off! The only complaint I have is there are a lot of rules in their contract. We signed this knowing but be sure you are aware of them and what you have in mind for your wedding prior to signing. We had to change some things we had in mind for our reception. The venue also does not allow a rehearsal on site or set up prior to the morning of event at 9am. You could have the option if you pay an extra $1,000 for 5 hours; which could include set up time/ or a rehearsal. We worked around these small details and our wedding was beautiful. We would highly recommend this venue to others looking to get married on a farm/barn in Brevard County. -
