Best service ever!
We got married in mid January during a snow & freezing rain storm. We hired Sterling for transportation of the bridal party in their newest limo bus, as well as a shuttle bus for guests. The first thing our driver, Chris, said to me when I got on the limo was how pretty our pictures were going to be because of the snow & not to worry about a thing, he would get us there no problem. He did just that! The limo bus fit our entire 27 person bridal party & it was stocked with all the essentials. Chris went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves but more importantly that we arrived safely. Sterling was everything we hoped more and SO much more! I can’t recommend them enough!

Sterling Shuttle
We hired Sterling to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. They had excellent communication from the start and was an easy thing to mark as done on my checklist of things to do. In our wedding day, I did not have to worry at all about our guests getting to and from our wedding. Excellent service and communication!! Very good driver!! Thank you!

Sterling Limo did an above and beyond job. They were on time, professional and the vehicles were all very clean. They made sure that all our guests were taken care of at the end of the night. I also really appreciate the SUV driver. We arrived early to church and guests were still arriving so he stood outside the car to block the windows so no one would see my dress early. It felt like having private security!

Beautiful Limo for Wedding
I would highly recommend Sterling for your wedding transportation. We booked the limo bus, which was a perfect option for our wedding day. From the first phone call I made until the last email, Sterling Limousine was amazing. Their customer service and communication was excellent, to say the least. I hired them for my daughter's wedding and needed transportation service from two different hotels to the venue and back. All ran so well, without a problem. The constant communication was a highlight. Rose handled our event from my initial telephone call, and she went above and beyond my expectations to " satisfy" the customer, a lost art these days. Everything was perfect ! I highly recommend Sterling Limousine without any reservations whatsoever! A+ in my book and I will also contact them for personal use in the future. OH .. and they actually answer their telephones a major plus!

The Sterling team was wonderful to work with from start to finish. They not only were extremely responsive but also worked with us to create a customized quote that fit our wedding day's timeline. Sterling was such a great vendor. They were on top of communicating with me through out the whole wedding process. They covered bringing my heists back to the hotel once the reception ended and they ran the entirety of our after party. This allowed our guests to stay for a little or a lot of the after party. Sterling Limo knocked it out the park! It was very important to us that the transportation was as seamless and easy as possible for our guests before and after our event, and Sterling Limo's services did not disappoint. The whole team was kind, professional, and thoughtful with our numbers and location. We feel that they made intentional and appropriate recommendations for our guest size, and in effect, the transportation went off without a hitch. One of the drivers even came to our after-party to made a final call for the last shuttle, as to ensure everyone was aware and accounted for to get home safely and smoothly. As a very type A bride, I reached out numerous times with questions and updates and always had a great experience with their responsiveness and customer service. They were on top of the game, making sure everything was set and timed up the days leading up to my wedding and I honestly never once had to think about the transportation the day of the wedding, which is a relief considering there was such much else on my plate. They were timely and professional. They were also very kind and searched the vehicle the day after the wedding since my husband had lost his wedding band that night! I would highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend Sterling. I used them for my wedding day. I arranged for three limos. A stretch limo to take the bridal party to the venue in two trips, a shuttle bus to take the guests to the venue and the back to the hotel at the end of the night, and limo bus to take the wedding party back to the hotel. Sterling was very easy to work with. It was easy to book the limos, adjust the itinerary, and communicate with the drivers. All the drivers were very professional, kind, and patient with the craziness of the day. The vehicles were all very clean and in excellent condition. When I first started my search I quickly became worried about the cost of trying to provide transportation but then I found Sterling which had lots of affordable options. I would definitely use their services again.

One Less Thing to Worry About!
We are so happy we used Sterling Limo for our September 2023 wedding! Ivy, our driver, was incredible and made an extra trip at the end of the wedding to pick us (the bride & groom) up when we weren't ready to leave with the last shuttle. All drivers were on time, helpful, and delivered us safely to all of our locations. They texted us to make sure that we were aware of their arrival times and when the shuttle services would begin. We booked Sterling for our wedding to shuttle our guests between the hotel and our venue, which was about 30 minutes away from Center City. They were communicative leading up to our event and the day of our event. Our drivers were all so friendly and made sure to arrive early for pick up to avoid possible delays due to traffic. Sterling Limousine was booked for my son's wedding day(May 2023), which included two vehicles from their fleet at different times. From the onset of the reservations, the company communicated and verified dates, times and specifics. Both driver's were prompt, courteous, professional. The vehicles were clean and provided the perfect transportation for the entire wedding party and guests. If there is a need for this type of transportation, or other similar transportation needs, there is no need to look anywhere else. I don't usually write these reviews, but felt this company was worthy of such a review. Outstanding job by schedulers, dispatch, drivers, fleet maintenance, and the owner. FIVE STARS!

Transportation is The Key
Sterling reservations was fantastic. They made decisions on what vehicles would be needed easy and affordable. Over the two day event, we utilized, multiple SUV's, the limo bus and several coaches. All the vehicles were on site with time to spare and every driver was impeccable.
The day of the wedding brought heavy rain and wind. Knowing that guests would arrive rested and relaxed to the event was one less stressor to be concerned with. And the trips back were equally as enjoyable.
Sterling is our go to for all of our transportations needs going forward.

Could Not Have Asked for Better Experience
Used Sterling for a wedding (in Lambertville, NJ) to shuttle guests from/to a local hotel. I can't say enough. My guests were extremely pleased with the service. We had guests of all ages. So the drivers were extremely professional and caring. Had 2 vans running a loop prior to and after the event. The dispatcher handled all the moving parts with ease. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They helped me organize the times and even offered to go above and beyond to make sure everything went as planned. The communication was superb. Was notified about pick-ups and drop-offs. The service allowed my guests to enjoy their time at the wedding, without the worries about getting back to an offsite hotel.

Dennis was our chauffer for our wedding day and we cannot possibly say enough great things abut him! The car was stunning and immaculate! He was early and ready to go whenever we were! He was patient with me and my bridal party as it took us a bit to load up the car, but when we were ready to get in he was an absolute gentleman helping me and my gigantic dress all in! We did a first look where he was sitting for about 1to 1 1/2 hours waiting for us, he was awesome and just went with the flow!! Sterling Limousine provided top notch service for our big day! Not only was the booking process super easy, they were super accommodating when I needed to add more time with only 2 weeks to go till the wedding! On the day of our wedding, our chauffeur Matt (aka Falcon as he prefers), sent me, my husband, and our points of contact a group text letting us know when he was at our hotel and again when he was at our venue, ready and pleasantly waiting. He never made us feel rushed and he provided all of the comic relief on what can sometimes be a stressful day! He helped all of my girls with their dresses upon boarding and made sure everyone was accounted for. Not to mention the minibus itself was spotless and kept at a cool temperature, especially since it was so humid for our wedding day. I cannot recommend Sterling Limousine enough to take care of anyone’s big day, regardless of the event! With other companies, it was difficult to speak to a representative on the phone but their team is always a phone call or a quick email away. Sterling has an incredible fleet of vehicles to fit any guest count, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of service that they provide. On the wedding day, Sterling will inform your point of contact that the driver is on the way and give contact info for the driver. They also have someone working 24/7 and provide a phone number directly to the office for issues/emergencies. I used a Cadillac Escalade to get to the ceremony, and the driver got us there at the time projected on the GPS with traffic. He was safe, smooth, relaxed driver- exactly who you would want on your wedding day. After the ceremony, a 20-person bus picked up guests from their hotels to drive them both to and from the reception, and we added a 14-passenger bus to shuttle guests home from the afterparty. Sterling understands the logistics of big events and has helpful packages that allow you to split your reservation into blocks so you’re not overpaying for a driver to stage all night. Drivers are reliable and professional- we had a slight miscommunication with our last trip to the hotels (at 3 am) but it was instantly resolved by my point of contact who simply called the driver. My wedding day went smoothly but I trust that Sterling could and would have handled any big issues with ease. For a highly professional company that you can depend on: book with Sterling!

Sterling Limousine Company had amazing communication and were spot on, providing friendly drivers! I received texts when they were on the way, when they arrived, and when they had dropped off the passengers. We had a mini coach bus for the bridal party and guests who were going to the Rehearsal Dinner as well as a limo for the bridal party the next day. Two separate trips for the groomsmen and bridesmaids. Sterling was perfect!

Wonderful Wedding Shuttle
Sterling Limousine was phenomenal to work with! The shuttle was clean and the driver, Adrian, was absolutely fantastic! We truly appreciated his timeliness and service! Everyone loved the shuttle! 10/10 would recommend!

Every guest said the Sterling shuttle was great and very professional. We went a bit over time when returning to the hotel and Frank didn't hesitate to offer to come back to make sure everyone got back safely. Every interaction with the team was excellent! 10/10

Sterling is the best - Professional & Reliable
This was the second time we used Sterling for a wedding. They are fantastic! Our driver, Richard, texted us when he arrived...early of course!!! He was professional and polite. The 28 passenger bus was clean & perfect for our needs. He transported the Groom & his family from their hotel to the Cathedral in Phila and came back to transport the bride & her bridesmaids from their hotel to the Cathedral. Afterwards, he took the bridal party to locations for photos and dropped them off for the reception on time. It was nice not to have to worry about transportation. Thank you!
