Stephanie is a great photographer to work with. She has a unique style to her work that makes it timeless. She is willing to travel to new locations and areas that are not as accessible to get the best shot. I don't know how she does it, but her editing and staging of the photos are fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable during the whole process. While I originally had worked with Stephanie in a previous job, there was no doubt in my mind that when I got engaged I wanted her to do my photos. She is very open to giving vendor recommendations based on her vast experience in the Ohio area. I align well with Stephanie's values and this helps the customer feel respected and in good hands for the capturing of the memories on any occasion. Whether for weddings, baby showers, or family shoots, Stephanie is a photographer that I will keep in mind! -

Our officiant recommended Stephanie to us and I can’t thank her enough! She’s fantastic, I added an additional hour to our package the day before the wedding and she was so flexible about it and it just lifted a weight off my shoulders. Her and Faith were so helpful the day of working with our videographer on the wedding party, detail, and family photos. By far my favorite thing she did though was before she left at the end of the night she surprised us with a little photo book of Polaroid shots she snuck in throughout the day. They were beautiful and perfect and I’ll cherish them for the rest of my life. I can’t wait to see how the rest of the photos turned out! -

I can’t say enough about Stephanie and her team! Stephanie is highly communicative, organized, and enthusiastic about her job. You can tell that she genuinely wants to make your experience great and leave you with photos that you’ll love forever, and she did just that. She made sure all of my needs as a bride were met while also being efficient and flexible. She was willing to meet with me several times to make sure we were on the same page with every aspect of the schedule and my priorities. Stephanie truly captured each part of my wedding day and made me feel like a beautiful bride! And the pictures are STUNNING. I’m so glad I went with Stephanie and her team, I highly recommend to anyone! -

I reached out to Stephanie after a friend shared her GORGEOUS wedding pictures. She responded so quickly to set something up and within minutes of chatting with her, I knew I wanted to work with her! Not only is her work incredible, but she is so fun to work with. We initially were planning to get married at the courthouse and changed the plan to a family-only ceremony in our backyard. Throughout the planning process, it was clear that Stephanie would have brought the same professionalism, thoughtfulness, and fun regardless of whether we were getting married alone at the courthouse or in a huge ceremony at a lavish venue. Working with Stephanie was easy as pie - she is incredibly responsive, and communicates quickly either through Honeybook or via text.
On the day of our wedding, I had a bit of anxiety that our wedding wasn't enough to come through beautifully in pictures (think every bride can relate to the "not enough" feeling…). The casual, intimate feel of our day came through vibrantly in our pictures - Stephanie kept everything light and airy and the pictures truly look/feel like timeless snapshots of the day rather than planned photos. My husband and I wouldn't call ourselves photogenic people and cringe when it comes to PDA. The pictures Stephanie got of us during the ceremony, the candids throughout the day, and the portrait/posed pictures of us were so "us" - she caught us at our best and really brought to life how much we love each other without making us feel like we were performing. Even the posed portraits captured our family's fun personalities and sweet moments between all of us.
After the wedding, her turnaround was incredible - we booked her for 3 hours, and she sent us our edited gallery of over 300 pictures within weeks of our wedding during peak wedding season. She even sent us some sneak peeks to tide us over while we were waiting. Once we received the gallery, it was so hard picking our favorites, and I change my mind each time I go through them. One of my favorites is actually a picture of our cat - she suggested we grab her and Josie was 100% not into it, making for a delightfully chaotic moment. Stephanie got an incredible picture of her amidst the chaos and it's such a silly illustration of how incredibly talented she is! So far, we've had them all printed as 4x6s, a few as 8x10s to give out, and our favorite on a canvas to hang - they've looked incredible no matter the size or print material.
All in all, Stephanie was so incredible and I am obsessed with our wedding photos. I highly recommend booking Stephanie, and I look forward to roping her into doing future family pictures for us! -

No regrets!
Your photographer is arguably the most important investment you’ll make for your wedding. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I got with Stephanie. There were many things I had to worry about throughout the planning process, but she was not one of them. She was flexible and accommodating when we had to postpone due to COVID, very responsive every time I had a question, and overall just a very likable and talented human. I was also vehemently against doing boudoir photos due to my own insecurities in the beginning, but I ultimately decided to go for it after getting to know Stephanie. She made me feel so comfortable and confident and the pictures turned out amazing. Just book her! -

We were so fortunate to find Stephanie for our engagement and wedding photos! She is professional, fun, and so talented. I cannot speak more highly of her--every session we do with Stephanie is efficient, comfortable, and we ALWAYS end up with beautiful photos. Our entire wedding party is ready to hire her for their own family and event photos, as is our family. She somehow makes the (usually tedious, awkward) posed family and friend photos go quickly, and everyone had genuine smiles on their faces because of her upbeat and funny personality. We used an UNEDITED photo for our thank you cards after our wedding, as well as an edited wedding photo for Christmas cards, and people can't stop gushing about both, months later. I just cannot recommend her enough! Book her now--she is a busy lady, and there's no way that's going to slow down given her work and talent! -

Stephanie is hands down the best investment we made when planning our wedding. She was only a message away whenever we had any questions and made the whole process easy, including when we had to postpone a year due to COVID. She is so enjoyable to be around and so good at what she does. We got our pictures back and the one thing our guests consistently said when we posted them was how amazing and talented our photographer was. Don’t wait! Book her! -

Wonderful!
Stephanie is absolutely amazing and did such a great job of capturing our love in our engagement and wedding photos. She really took time to get to know us as a couple, what we wanted from our wedding, and even helped us plan out our timeline of our wedding day. She was so helpful and captured so many beautiful photos from our day. She is reliable, kind, and an overall talented artist. I would highly recommend Stephanie for your big day. -

Professional, talented, and so much fun!
Stephanie is seriously the best. We are so thankful that we chose her as our engagement and wedding photographer! Stephanie is professional, kind, and talented. During our engagement session, she made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Her photos fully captured our personalities and we had so much fun! We chose Stephanie as our wedding photographer because we were so impressed with the variety of her portfolio. With our wedding in December, we we knew we’d have an early sunset and inclement weather, and wanted a photographer who had experience with indoor photography and low light. Stephanie was so efficient with our scheduled photos on our wedding day and even in the cold and rain, shot the most beautiful photos! She is truly a professional and is a joy to be around. She was fast and quiet around the entirety of the party and wedding and so graceful. My husband at our wedding was so comfortable with her and he's not about photos. She is wonderful with kids, animals, and understanding all generations and spectrums. She can work with stubborn and is so creative. I will be using her for everything the rest of my life. She made my day the best day I could have asked for. -

Photos I will forever treasure
Stephanie went above and beyond for our wedding. Her payments were fair and flexible and she had an option was perfect for our budget. She had lots of creative ideas for amazing photos and followed all the pictures I wanted as well. She captured the joy of the wedding. They capture us as a couple and the composition and editing of the photos is amazing. The colors and decor turned out just as vibrant in her photos as they were in real life. I look at my wedding photos frequently just to stare at them in awe. I struggled to pick only a few to include with my review (I tried to get different styles and settings) I highly recommend using Stephanie West photography, and would use her again in a heartbeat! -

She was super helpful in the planning process and helped me work out all the details that had been floating around in my head. She listened to all the things I liked and didn’t like about wedding photography and made sure I didn’t have to worry about a thing! She’s such a calming presence and even though it rained leading up to our outdoor ceremony she reassured me that everything would be fine...and it was! All of our pictures were amazing!! She captured every moment so perfectly, and every time I look at our photos I feel like I’m reliving our wedding day all over again. I seriously cannot say enough about how sweet and talented Stephanie is. I’m so glad I chose her to photograph my wedding and I would recommend her again and again. She is INCREDIBLE!

Abbey Sent on 12/06/2017I searched long and hard for a great photographer that LOVES natural light and didn't do any crazy editing to their pictures. I stumbled upon Stephanie and I am SO glad I did. We hired Stephanie to shoot our wedding in May and from the very first moment she connected with us until now has been fantastic. She sat down with my fiance and I to learn about us, what we wanted and helped us think of details we hadn't though of us (all before we formally hired her!). I felt so at ease with her professional, but also personable attitude. She shot our engagement pictures and we were beyond blown away with how great they (we!) looked. I was also blown away with how she delivered them to us, it was such a pleasant surprise and had such a personal touch. Hands down, I would recommend Stephanie above anyone else. We cannot wait until our wedding and see what kind of magic she creates from behind the camera!

Kacie Sent on 12/27/2017Stephanie was amazing! She is professional but not stuffy if that makes sense. You don't feel intimidated but supported with her. She gives great guidance, ideas for shoots, and was flexible. She even got in our engagement shoot last minute within a week of booking with her. Wedding day i was worried about photo options as it was drurry, wet, and 47° out (just my luck) but Stephanie (and Ami 2cd shooter) found great shots and bared through the cold to get outside shots despite the weather. We were very happy with our experience with her. FYI price was great...cant beat it honestly....I looked at a lot of photographers and her overall cost, payment plan options and quality cannot be beat. You'll be a satisfied customer promise!
