There are not words to describe how grateful we are for Stephanie and how wonderful a job she did at capturing our Special day! She caught every detail that I didn't know we needed. She was so organized and was very helpful with wrangling everybody when needed and helped calm me when there was a lot of craziness throughout the day! Our pictures are beyond anything I could have asked for, I highly recommend her for capturing anything!! She also did our engagement shoot last year, and again cannot rave enough about her and her style! We will cherish these memories forever!!!

From the second I found Stephanie’s website, I knew I needed her to be our wedding photographer! Her photos speak for themselves. She was so easy to work with and helpful leading up to our wedding. On our wedding day, she was so efficient! Stephanie knows what she is doing, she not only kept us on time, but even ahead of schedule the entire day! There are not words to explain how grateful I am that Stephanie was our photographer for our wedding. If you're anything like me, choosing wedding photography was extremely overwhelming.. there are so many to choose from! I came across Stephanie on google and from the first phone call, she was so friendly and kind- making the wedding planning process so much easier and less overwhelming. She responds via email in such a timely manner and answered all my questions. Stephanie's demeanor is so calm, positive, cheery and go with the flow. That alone is so appreciated amidst the wedding day chaos. She is especially helpful with posing and lighting and fixed my hair countless times throughout the day- THANK YOU! She is also wonderful at maintaining the timeline. We even had time to spare before the ceremony! (I had 11 bridesmaids- this was not an easy task!) Her photography speaks for itself- she takes the most gorgeous photos. I recently got my wedding photos (in SUCH a timely manner) and each and everyone is so special and beautiful. The perfect day with the perfect photographer!
Stephanie was GREAT to work with and the pictures are EVERYTHING I dreamed of! She sends an extensive questionnaire out before the wedding, but even if you forgot stuff on that questionnaire, she works with you to fit in what you might have missed. She was super patient with our wedding party. She also went above and beyond for me as I was a bit stressed/nervous and she could tell that and she politely asked my bridal party to step out of the room so that I could do my pictures by myself without so many eyes staring at me! She was really great and I do recommend her greatly! Her assistant was fantastic as well, very kind and helpful throughout the whole day of picture taking!

We are in love with our wedding photos from Stephanie!! Stephanie is not only a wonderful photographer but a wonderful person. Stephanie is THE BEST!
When I say we loved working with stephanie, I really mean it! We live on the west coast and were planning our wedding in Florida, so communicating with vendors and trusting them was just a big thing for us. Stephanie was fantastic with communicating with us and she knew the area so she knew where to get the best pictures. Hurricane Nicole tried to spoil our day, but you would never guess by looking at the pictures. Stephanie and her assistant were just incredible the whole day and beyond sweet. It was such a pleasure working with them. The cherry on top? Our pictures are stunning, and we got them back well before the time we were supposed to. We definitely plan on going to Stephanie for any pictures we need in the future. I can’t recommend her enough.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing from the day I first emailed her all the way to my wedding day. She is thorough, precise and organized. On the day of my wedding Stephanie and her assistant took care of EVERYTHING - she took my dress, shoes and our rings to the venue to capture pictures before the bridal party arrived, took pictures of the bridal party while we were getting ready and then of course pictures at the ceremony and venue all the way until the sparkler exit. Her bubbly personality made the day run smoothly. Stephanie got the pictures back to my husband and I so quickly. We are so grateful we booked her!!

Absolutely 10/10 Recommend Stephanie!
I couldn’t possibly say enough amazing things about Stephanie! We did our engagement shoot with her and that’s when we knew we chose the right photographer! During the engagement shoot, I wanted pictures at a few different locations, outfit changes and we even involved the dogs. Stephanie was so patient, rushed around with us to get the perfect shots, and talked us through different poses! The pictures were amazing! It’s so hard to pick a favorite photo when you love so many of them!
Leading up to the wedding, Stephanie sent me a shot list. It asked me to include family formals, small details that she should know about, and a timeline of events. I appreciated that so much! It made me feel comfortable knowing that she was going to capture all of the small, special moments. Stephanie went above and beyond in her role as our photographer. She kept us on a timeline, was able to get my family to corporate for pictures (which is a huge task all on its own), and even helped the bridal party through a torrential downpour. She was kind, patient, and professional the entire 8 hour wedding day.
When we got an email two weeks after the wedding with our pictures we were blown away! Every single picture was better than the last and we had SOOO MANY pictures from that day. The variety of pictures and quality is simply stunning. Stephanie did something very for me and I didn’t even ask her to do it. She knew my Grandmother couldn’t make it to the wedding and that we were going to have to FaceTime her in for the ceremony. Stephanie went out of her way to take a picture of my Grandma on FaceTime. It was something we never discussed but meant the world to me that she took the time to capture that picture. The photos were stunning, but the service Stephanie provided was on another level. I couldn’t recommend her enough for not only your wedding photos but engagement photos as well. Thank you so much Stephanie for taking such beautiful pictures of my wedding day! The service you provided was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before!

Capturing Moments Perfectly
Stephanie was a DREAM to work with. She is upbeat and made my wedding day unforgettable. I was a covid bride and I booked her before we even knew what that word meant. She worked with me through the entire process and was flexible in ensuring she was there at any location to capture the moment. Stephanie was responsive to all my emails. Covid really threw my husband and I for loop. We had to change wedding venues twice, getting ready location three times, and 10 minutes before the ceremony we had a typical fall Florida downpour. During the rain shower, she made the best of it and got some fun shots with the rain. She delivered her work in a timely manner and I was easily able to distribute it to all friends and family. Her pictures are beautiful and she provides tons of variety in her shots. I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie for your day. Stephanie is so wonderful to work with. We knew immediately after our engagement session with her that we made the right choice. Couldn't be happier
Stephanie did our engagement photos and we immediately feel in love with her personality and photography style. She made us both super comfortable and our pictures looked so natural and effortless. We knew we had to have her for our wedding and we are so glad we chose her. First off, our photos were returned in about a week, which was awesome. And, the pictures were even better than we could have ever imagined. On the wedding day, she showed up and took charge, getting all of the shots she needed pre-ceremony in as quickly and as non disruptive as possible. After the wedding, she got all the family photos we requested done in record time while still making sure they were high quality. Then, at the reception, she captured amazing photos without us even noticing she was there. We had our dog in the wedding and she took the extra time and patience to get some good shots of him as well. The PERFECT Photographer!
One of the BEST decisions that we made for our wedding at The White Room in St. Augustine was having Stephanie as our photographer! She took our engagement photos, our private ceremony photos, due to COVID, as well as our wedding photos and everything turned out AMAZING. The Best Amelia Island Wedding Photos!
With being an out-of-state bride and going through planning a wedding during a pandemic, I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little bit nervous about how everything would turn out. Stephanie made us so comfortable to the point we hardly noticed she was there (in the best way possible!). The pictures turned out amazing - we had just as much fun reliving the night from the pictures as we did in the actual moment. Stephanie did our engagement shoot as well as our wedding, and I don't even know where to begin when it comes describing her awesomeness! Daniel and I are both super awkward, especially in front of a camera, but Stephanie told us what to do, and had us laughing & comfortable the entire time. She also handled our crazy families on the wedding day with grace (which was like corralling kittens!), and blended in like a ninja during the entire reception. She caught so many amazing candid shots of our friends & family enjoying themselves :) Not only was she a pleasure to work with, she was super quick in getting our photos to us. Amazing Photographer
I can't say enough about how great Stephanie is. She captured all of the moments I never want to forget and I think every bride needs her on their wedding day! The pictures are stunning and she really listened to the kind of pictures we wanted. Beyond the photos, she is basically a mini wedding day spirit guide, especially in the time leading up to the ceremony. She will help you stick to a timeline while not being pushy at all. I cannot recommend her enough.

She handled all wedding related photos / engagement session and did a stunning job. She magically was able to get through the night with my crazy family and managed to make everyone feel very included. (Total bonus- they are tough!)
I was so thrilled with the final detailed shots and images she and Lily captured throughout the night. We did not have a videographer and went back and forth, but Stephanie did an incredible job capturing the essence and the energy of the night. After seeing these photos we really don’t feel that we needed one. Lastly the photos were sent rather quickly (3 weeks!) after the wedding. Just in time for planning stellar Christmas Gifts.
The only con is I can’t use her everyday 😂

Seamless Quality
We feel very lucky to have worked with Stephanie as our wedding photographer. The photo quality and color is amazing! We first connected with her after she was recommended as a preferred vendor of our wedding venue in St Augustine. She made the experience feel very effortless for us, and now we have the most beautiful photos to enjoy forever. Our families were extremely pleased as well.
Personality is a big factor to finding the right wedding photographer, and Stephanie has the type of friendly and open personality that would be easy for anyone to get along with. She knows how to give strong direction while always coming across professionally and agreeable.
One of the other major benefits to working with Stephanie is the time and flexibility that she gives you on your wedding day. You won’t have to worry about a thing with Stephanie on your wedding day because she’s already organized everything after planning ahead with you as best as possible. Everyone has a timeline to work with, and she is able to move things along with efficiency and without feeling rushed because she knows what she’s doing.
Stephanie has a great assistant which also made a huge difference in getting everyone coordinated for family photos, helping to arrange and hold things, and ultimately how quickly we were able to move. As a solo photographer, there is no doubt that Stephanie can handle the entire wedding’s photos herself. We would still consider adding a second photographer with a larger wedding to get additional shots from different angles, guest photos, etc. However, we would make the same decision to work with Stephanie again and are so happy!

Stephanie was wonderful! She was professional throughout the entire process from discussing pricing on packages to providing professional advice on any questions we had about wedding photography. She also is prompt in her replies which made us feel she was there during the wedding planning stages if we needed to ask her anything. Her and her assistant were able to capture some of the most wonderful images at our wedding that my husband and I will cherish for the rest of our lives. I would definitely recommend her!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Stephanie is amazing! She captured our ENTIRE wedding day just as we had imagined! Stephanie is calm, professional & had the PERFECT balance of formal photos & candid photos. We would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a photographer! We have gotten a ton of compliments from very honest family members who are truly amazed by how beautiful our pictures came out. We cannot thank her enough!
I also hired Stephanie for a boudoir shoot prior to the wedding. Let me just say, I am a very shy person and was nervous about how I was going to pull it off but Stephanie walked me through EVERY single step! Those pictures came out fabulous too!

Stephanie was amazing to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer! My Husband and I never joined in on the selfie craze or have been great at taking pictures; so it was important that we found someone who would not only capture all the important moments on our special day but also help us feel comfortable (without feeling posed) in front of the camera. Stephanie made us feel comfortable and was able to capture the most beautiful moments. From the engagement session to sparkler send off, her communication and organization were superb. Stephanie was also so helpful on our wedding day. I cant thank her enough for helping me make it through the day and allowing us to relive one of the best days of our lives over and over through her photos!

We would recommend Stephanie to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer. Not only were her pictures gorgeous, but she was such a pleasure to have on our special day. She was very organized but was able to go with the flow of our day and not be pushy like we have heard other photographers can be. And lastly, her turn around time was amazing. The day we came back from our honeymoon, we had our beautiful wedding photos waiting for us. We have nothing but amazing things to say about her. Stephanie is AMAZING! There are so many wedding photographers in the Jax/St. Augustine area, but she is the best of the best. We felt so comfortable with her the whole day and she was there for every sweet moment to capture. Timing was limited since we were getting ready about 20 min from the venue, but she made everything work so well and always had a smile on her face. All we had to do was relax and enjoy the day, and she helped make that happen. The pictures came out so beautiful! We feel so lucky to have found her. Highly recommend!!!

I got married in St. Augustine on March 24, 2018. The reason I choose St. Augustine is because of its history but more important to me is it's beauty. I wanted a photographer who would capture St. Augustine's wonder as well as the love between me and my husband. Stephanie did that and more! She had the best personality out of all of my vendors and she was incredible to work with. She met up with me before the wedding and answered all of my 23398 questions. She wrote a full itinerary for my wedding which helped everything go so smoothly the day of. Stephanie orchestrated our first look and captured the moment beautifully. I did book her for one of her biggest packages so I had her in my bridal suite all the way until the end of my wedding and I am so glad I got all the moments of my day captured beautifully. I cried when I got my photos after my wedding! They are GORGEOUS!! Thank you so much Stephanie!! My husband and I were honored to have you capture our perfect day!!!

Photography was one of the most important things to me during our wedding, and I could not have been happier with Stephanie. She was so sweet and easy to work with. Stephanie is amazing! She was recommended to me by a friend after Stephanie photographed her wedding (and the pictures were stunning). When we met Stephanie, she was very personable and prepared. When she shot our engagement pictures, she made the picture taking process very comfortable and even was able to handle our crazy dog who constantly wants to play and run around. Our engagement pictures were gorgeous! Two months before the wedding, Stephanie called me to tell me she was pregnant and would be unable to shoot the pictures for our wedding. While we were sad that we wouldn't have Stephanie there for our big day (but also very happy for her!), Stephanie went out of her way to ensure that we still had two photographers on our wedding day and the photographers were equally amazing! While Stephanie didn't shoot our wedding pictures, she still helped me the entire process, including working with me on creating a timeline for the day of and even collaborated with our videographer to ensure we would have plenty of time on our big day! The pictures taken at our wedding she is still doing all the editing for and the sneak preview she posted the week after our wedding were gorgeous. Stephanie is great! I would recommend her to any bride!

I am so happy to write this review about Stephanie W. Photography. Our photos were one thing that I was very excited about. Flowers will wilt, food will get eaten, and the cake will be gone in a snap; but the photos are what last. So I knew I wanted a great photographer. After much searching on the knot and wedding wire, I found Stephanie and loved her photos. They are classically beautiful and she really knows how to capture the light. I sent her a message and she was able to meet up with me, my mom, and my sister at our convenience. This was important since my husband and I live in South Carolina. Stephanie is truly a pleasure to work with. So many photographers can be pushy and bossy, but Stephanie is neither of these. She is so warm hearted and laid back. She is able to take control of large families and make the process go smoothly. So smoothly that we were done early with that part and got to take some extra shots of just us. Both my husband and I don’t consider ourselves photogenic, but she made us not feel that way. Thank you Stephanie for being such and AWESOME photographer. Our pictures are beautiful!

Stephanie W was one of the first vendors I booked for our January 3, 2015 wedding and I am so glad that I did. I did lots of research via several wedding websites, collecting names and writing notes as I went. She was in the top three when I narrowed my list down and after talking with her on the phone, I immediately felt at ease. That feeling lasted the entire year of my engagement and on our big day. Here are a few highlights that "made the difference" between a good experience and a wonderful experience:
+ Stephanie was willing to work with my CRAZY schedule. Phone calls, meeting at coffee houses, lots and lots of emails!
+ She provided a timeline that helped me plan the rest of our big day with ease.
+ She was early the day of the wedding
+ Her kind and warm spirit made me feel at ease. She got the shots she needed with a smile on her face and without ordering anyone around.
+ She listened to what we wanted. We had a fairly clear idea of what made us uncomfortable and she worked with us easily. Especially when it came to a husband that didn't love taking lots of pictures!
+Her surveys to prepare for the big day thought of everything from potentially awkward family situations, to specific photo requests we wanted to ensure we got. I appreciated that she asked these things ahead of time.
+She came prepared with a list of photos during our wedding and orchestrated us taking another set of pictures between the ceremony and the reception, per our request.
+ The slideshow aspect of her work brought me to tears (in a good way)
+ The cards she provides to tell your guests about the wedding website where they can order prints was a huge hit with our guests and a beautiful touch.
+ I wanted to be able to 'own' my own wedding pictures and she made that process simple.

First of all, let me say that my husband and I absolutely love Stephanie as a person. Not only is she fun and outgoing, she is just a cool person to be around and spend time with - she made us feel comfortable and laugh throughout our engagement AND wedding photo sessions! I can't say enough great things about Stephanie personally, she is a wonderful person and she goes far beyond what most would do to ensure that you get great photos that you love.
In regards to her photography - again, I can't speak highly enough of her work. My partner and I did two shoots with Stephanie: our engagement session and a year and a half later, our wedding. Stephanie made us feel absolutely comfortable, had a ton of ideas, and we ended up with beautiful photos that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. She caught every moment of our day, and the convenience of the experience was wonderful.
After we got the engagement session pictures back, we knew we needed Stephanie for the actual wedding. She was flexible enough to travel to South Carolina for our wedding at the SC aquarium and did a wonderful job. Stephanie printed cute little cards with pictures from our engagement session to hand out at our wedding that gave guests the website and information to view the pictures she was taking at the wedding. Our guests were so impressed and commented how cute the cards were!
As my partner and I move around the country with the Navy, we have vowed to use Stephanie for every major life event - including the adoption of our son due in April! Thanks, Stephanie - we are so thankful to have found you!

We started with the engagement photo shoot and instantly knew we had made the perfect choice. We built instant rapport and felt like fast friends. That sort of rapport made us very comfortable and helped us to bring out our chemistry.
Then at the wedding, she was phenomenal. She was more than a photographer. Every wedding has some sort of "mishap." Ours caused the reception to be evacuated! (It was thought the building was collapsing.)
She helped comfort people. She helped evacuate people. She helped move things. She helped, she helped, she helped. And in that moment it was clear: Stephanie is family.

Working with Stephanie was one of the best decisions I made in planning my wedding. She was easy to work with from the very beginning - flexible, willing to answer any questions we had, and a generally bright and positive person! When I first met Stephanie, she was all smiles and super sweet. The engagement session went by super smoothly and she had some of the best (but natural) posing ideas. When it came to the wedding, her and her team brought the same calming joy to the whole day. Throughout all the chaos of the day, they know just how to "go with the flow." The entire photography process was very relaxed and laid-back. She has the ability to capture some of the most amazing shots without you even realizing it. Ever single photo she sent me (about 1000 or more) looks absolutely stunning, and I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY at all that she did. I have absolutely NO REGRETS WHATSOEVER about my decision to hire her for my wedding. We had the good fortune of coming across Stephanie W's website early on in our search for a wedding photographer. Upon meeting her, Stephanie's energy combined with a clear technical expertise set us at ease. We knew she was the photographer for us! Stephanie is a delight, and her website photos are really very indicative of her talents and skills as a photographer. She maintained continual contact with us throughout the planning. Part of her package also included engagement pictures. This was a great investment of time (no additional money) as it allowed us to get to know Stephanie, and allowed her to get to know us. Stephanie is a techie! All contracts were handled electronically through a secure website. A planning organizer was conducted through an online survey format. This made the destination planning portion of our wedding especially easy. As for the wedding day, things could not have been easier. Her "go with the flow", yet clearly organized attitude helped to keep everyone relaxed and ensured that everyone completely enjoyed the day! There were no intrusive photographer moments. She kept us laughing and calm, while still making sure to do just enough directing to make sure she got all of the perfect shots. And of course, the product... The pictures are amazing. They are a beautiful chronicle of our day that we will treasure for a lifetime. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Stephanie. Her prices were very fair as compared with area competitors, making her a great value. Not only are we walking away with beautiful photos and a chronicle of our day, but we also gained a new friend! You will not regret your decision to work with Stephanie!

After reviewing her portfolio online and speaking with her on the phone, we knew that she was the photographer that we were looking for to capture our wedding day. Her warm, fun and easy going personality made us feel so comfortable from the very beginning of our engagement session to our wedding day. She captured all of the special moments and details of our wedding day and more. She truly captures the raw emotion in every photograph. She made the photography aspect of our wedding stress-free as she was always available to answer questions and very organized with a wedding timeline. We received all of our photos less than two weeks after our wedding day.

Stephanie was fabulous! We did a very small, non-traditional backyard ceremony. We had very little organization that a bigger, more traditional wedding might have and Stephanie got into the spirit of it. She was discreet and observant, which we really appreciate. She was able to understand our relaxed attitudes towards our wedding and did not try to make us do anything that we did not want to do. During our photo session, her constant enthusiasm was exactly what we needed for relaxed and fun photos! We really enjoyed having her there.

The photography work that Stephanie W does is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I live in Nashville Tennessee and were planning a destination wedding in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Planning a wedding from a distance can be quite challenging so hiring the right vendors is essential! In looking at her portfolio of work when looking for a photographer, I saw in the photographs she took of other couples that she is able to catch their mood and feelings... something I was really looking for in my photographer. My husband and I do not feel we are very photogenic and more so with planned pictures. She was able to provide a great balance of the essential shots along with many wonderful candid shots and all were amazing.
Stephanie was wonderful to work with and very flexible and patient. She was professional and her ideas are very creative! I have gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the photos are! I have had a lot of people ask me who our photographer was and will recommend her with no doubt that she will do a fantastic job! The best word to describe Stephanie W. is WOW! Based on advice that I was given, I was pretty picky when it came to my photographer. Being an out of town bride, I had to do phone interviews. I loved Stephanie from the minute we first started talking and my husband and I were huge fans of the work in her portfolio. We're pretty laid back and didn't want some of the stuffy, formal poses that you see in a lot of weddings and boy did Stephanie deliver. Our engagement pictures were so beautiful that our stationer used them on a sample suite for future print. At the wedding, Stephanie set up a preview of the shots taken earlier in the day and our guests were just in awe of her work. When I saw the first preview pic, it was hard to believe that it was actually us- it looked like a photo from a print photo shoot. Stephanie did a great job of capturing our day from an extremely unique perspective and our pictures were everything that we wanted. In addition to having an amazing eye, she's also cute as a button and super-personable. I can't wait to have her shoot our future babies and family!

Stephanie is amazing! I am so happy I booked her for my wedding. She is so personable and more than willing to customize a photo package to fit your requests and budget. She and her assistant arrived early to our venue and captured every detail and special moment (sometimes without us realizing she was even there). She made my husband and I feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. She even surprised us later in the reception with a slideshow of some of the photos she had taken already that day and guests were able to pick up a card with a link to more of our images. She had preview photos up on her facebook page the next day and I was thrilled with how they turned out!
