Stephanie creates truly magical ceremonies that leaves everyone in awe!
My husband and I were looking for something unique, memorable, fun, and representative of us as a couple. From the moment we talked on the phone I was certain Stephanie was exactly what we were looking for! She is so sweet and is one of those rare souls you feel instantly comfortable with, as if you've known them forever. She really got to know us as a couple and threw out the most amazing ideas to incorporate into the ceremony. It completely embodied who we are and she even found a creative way to include our young children (it meant so much to us and our kids). Stephanie had our guests completely engaged the whole ceremony, everyone laughed, cried, and was totally in the moment. The rest of the evening, and even weeks later, we had guests and even vendors coming up to us and were raving about Stephanie and how amazing the ceremony was! I cannot express how grateful we are for everything she did for us!

Stephanie = the best
Stephanie was awesome and we couldn't have asked for a better celebrant! She helped us prepare from beginning to end. She was more than helpful during our rehearsal and helped us stay calm on our wedding day. She performed a handfasting ritual to "tie the knot" at the end of our ceremony. It was perfect. All of our friends & family loved the ceremony. I highly recommend Stephanie for your wedding day!

Magical Goddess!
Stephanie is a magical goddess! Finding the right officiant is so important and right from the first phone call we knew we wanted Stephanie to be our celebrant! She has the kindest soul and truly loves love! She told our love story so perfectly that multiple friends and family members asked us after the ceremony if she was a longtime friend of ours! She had our guests laughing, crying, and engaged the entire ceremony. There were so many different parts to our wedding ceremony; my sister did a Bob Marley reading, we jumped over a branch, and our favorite part was we did the wedding tree ritual! Me and my husband picked out a baby tree to bring to our ceremony and Stephanie talked about how trees are like marriage; putting down roots, surviving storms, and growing together. We planted our wedding tree in our backyard after and it will forever remind us of our perfect day! All of our guests were raving about how unique and awesome the ceremony was. We are forever grateful!!

Amazing officiant
Stephanie was great from the very beginning. Not only did she officiate our small ceremony (due to COVID) but she also officiated our renewal of vows a year later. She makes everything very stress free, she’s very organized and really wants to know all about the love you share to personalize the ceremony for you. She couldn’t have done a better job, she made both experiences so special, light, romantic and refreshing. She is so positive which is much needed when planning a wedding! She really is the sweetest human as well! If you are looking for an officiant look no further! I would hire her again and again!

Working with Stephanie was such a pleasure! Her enthusiasm for what she does makes you excited about the possibilities she can create for your wedding ceremony. My husband and I were looking for someone who could take our wedding beyond the cookie cutter format. Stephanie took our guests on a personalized journey of our love story through her magical storytelling. She incorporated our ferry boat venue into the ceremony with the fisherman's knot to signify our marriage bond. Marriage Officiant
We are exceptionally please with Stephanie!!! My girlfriend (Now WIFE) and I didn't have alot of time to find someone to officiate our wedding so this was a very stressful time. From the moment we found Stephanie we knew we were done looking. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. Her amazing personality and attention to detail made us feel special and truly like it was her honor to do this for us. She paid such close attention to detail wanting to make each aspect of our ceremony personal. We LOVED that, it really made our special day so heartfelt!!! Stephanie literally saved our wedding day!
I'm not sure this review with be able to convey just how awesome Stephanie is! We contacted her just two weeks before we were set to get married back in August. We had previously had another officiant, however, ideals were not aligning and we felt it was best to part with the idea of that particular person marrying us. We set out with literally 14 days to find someone new, get to know them, and have them show up on the big day! It was a lot to manage!
Well, in comes Stephanie to the rescue! :-)
It was so daunting to Google potential celebrants so close to our wedding day - my (now) husband and I were in official freak-out mode! However, Stephanie responded to my email request within an hour and asked for a meeting to get to know us. I cannot tell you how relieved it made us both feel to hear back from her so soon and for her to tell us it would be okay and that she had our date open and was more than happy to accommodate us on such a short timeline! I literally cried tears of joy reading her email!
As soon as we spoke, I knew immediately that it was meant to be and that she was the one who needed to marry us. As others have mentioned, it was like speaking to an old friend. She is super warm and really a great conversationalist (easy to open up to). In addition, she had some really amazing ideas on what she recommended we incorporate into the ceremony to make it really special to us. She completely understood our situation with the other officiant and was helping us feel okay with everything so that we would feel happy and comfortable on our big day with her.
We simply adore her and truly I wish I would have met her sooner and gotten to spend more time with her during the planning process just because I enjoyed her service so much, however, with the time she had to come up with our wedding plan and vows, it went off beautifully and we couldn't be happier with our ceremony.
We highly recommend Stephanie for any couple who needs an amazingly kind, fun, bubbly celebrant to share in their big day (even with a tight deadline). USE HER! She's fabulous!

Beautiful ceremony written by a wonderful person
My husband and I LOVED having Stephanie officiate our wedding. She was extremely responsive and wrote the most beautiful ceremony for us! Stephanie takes time to get to know you as a couple and works it into all of her ceremonies to make a one of a kind ceremony. The ceremony that she wrote for us was very thorough yet simplistic and included everything we wanted to say. Neither my husband nor I wanted to have the "traditional I do's" and Stephanie was able to take all of our random ideas and put her own flare into it to make it everything we wanted and more. So glad Stephanie was able to officiate and celebrate with us on our wedding day!

After asking my friend to do our ceremony I thought we didn’t have anything to worry about. But we didn’t hear from her so we had to change our plan of action. That is how we found Stephanie. Since my husband and I are not religious people Stephanie’s style was very appealing to us. Since she is a celebrant she can make the ceremony about anything we wanted. I had requests and she cooperated with me with every single thing. We met with her to go over our questionnaire and talked for 2 hours. She really spent a lot of time to get to know us as a couple which I thought was amazing. We got so many compliments about the ceremony from our guests and they thought she was my long time friend!!! Our ceremony was all about OUR love story. It’s what WE wanted it to say. Not some default prewritten ceremony you find on the internet. She is an AMAZING writer and storyteller. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was worth every single penny! Thank you so much Stephanie!

Ceremony of my dreams!
I knew as soon as we met her that I wanted Stephanie to perform our ceremony! She took the information we gave her and she created a beautiful ceremony that focused on our love story. Stephanie has a lot of creative ideas, is open to any suggestions, and worked very hard to make sure the ceremony was how we wanted it. She is prompt and organized. Perfect little wedding
We were looking for someone to marry us in a very private short ceremony. We had no one present but a photographer and Stephanie and it went wonderfully. Stephanie helped us come up with beautiful vows and tailored the ceremony to just what we wanted. We both highly recommend her!

Personalized Ceremony
We searched high and low for the perfect officiant for our wedding. When we found Stephanie, we knew without a doubt she was "the one" after our first phone conversation. I loved her attention to detail and kind heart. We chose her because we wanted a personalized non-traditional ceremony, hilarious yet heartfelt, and she did exactly that! She sent us questionnaires to fill out to get to know us, and from that our ceremony turned out better than we could have ever dreamed. Our friends and family can't stop talking about how great it was. Some thought Stephanie was a friend of ours just because of how personal and perfect our ceremony matched our personalities. We would recommend her to anybody who looking for a personalized ceremony!!!!

Stephanie is absolutely amazing and the sweetest! She worked with us on making our ceremony ours. She made it emotional and vibrant! she helped with our vows by sending us ideas. She isn’t pushy on having your ceremony a certain way or strict on any religions as we are not as religious and didn’t want our ceremony to focus on that rather then us and our commitment. she even worked with me on a special handfasting even when i decided on having 6 people involved in the chaos. :) she made it all flow smoothly and made sure we were on all the same page. She was easy to get ahold of and was very easy to talk to and vent to. We loved her organization and monthly check ins. She always made us feel like number 1 never on the back burner. She also asked how I’d like her to dress for the wedding which was actually really nice considering I hadn’t even thought of that and she looked absolutely stunning :) you really couldn’t ask for a better officiant

Stephanie is amazing! My husband decided he wanted to join the Air Force before our wedding day and we wanted to be married before he left for training, so Stephanie performed a sweet and personal civil union ceremony for us at her studio. We only wanted something small and simple because we are still having our wedding next year. And she knocked it out of the park, it was perfect! And now we are even more excited for her to officiate our wedding ceremony next year in front of all of our family and friends!

Have a wedding ceremony you'll never forget - hire Stephanie!
We searched far and wide for our officiant and boy are we glad we found Stephanie! We went a little outside of our "area" for where we were getting married and are so happy we found Stephanie. From the moment we met with her up in Hershey, PA to the final moments when we signed our certificate she was so incredible to work with. She took over an hour to listen to my fiancé and I talk about us, our lives, and what we wanted in a ceremony and wrote a custom one specific for us. Stephanie was also helpful in making sure we got our marriage license (important!) and creating a ceremony both us and the guests would remember. She has monthly check ins with her couples too! She was such a positive light and the perfect person to officiate our wedding, I couldn't imagine hiring anyone else.

Stephanie was so great!! From the minute I spoke to her on the phone, she was so sweet and attentive. She sent us these lovely questionnaires that really helped the ceremony come together. She paid attention to the details and was open to any feedback or ideas we had when discussing the ceremonies. I was so busy with many other details of the wedding and work, but Stephanie was persistent (very helpful!!). Another few added bonuses were the reading she chose, which was extremely lovely and touching, and the fisherman's knot, which was such a nice way to end the ceremony. I highly recommend booking Stephanie. I could not have been be happier!

I'm a photographer, but I was highly impressed with Stephanie Gundy. She took an active role, and she went about and beyond to make sure her duties were carried out professionally, and with great care. As a photographer, I noticed that she paid attention to little details, for example, you can see in my photo attached here that she stepped out of the way when the couple kissed. That's rare, but it illustrates my point--she genuinely cares and wants the best experience for her clients.

Stephanie was very open to changes, last minute adjustments and she traveled to us for a beautiful at home cemerony. Couldn't of had a better officiant. She had us fully prepared for everything that was going to happen and we made some changes and decisions in the final moments before hand. Everything went smoothly

Stephanie was the absolute perfect fit for our wedding. As an inter-faith couple, we wanted to make sure that we respected and honored the traditions and beliefs of all of our guests. Stephanie wrote a beautiful non-denominational ceremony that we were very comfortable with and that was deeply personal to us as a couple. Her individualized approach and attention to all the details that make us who we are as a couple made all the difference. She was a calming force for me during the wedding planning process, and her energy is just so comforting and joyful. After our ceremony, several different guests told me ours was the most unique, memorable and beautiful wedding they had ever attended. That meant so much to me, and I have Stephanie to thank for that.

Very nice woman. What stood out for me was, she provided me with a lot of detail of how she does her ceremonies vs. the other vendors sending links to their website. Which isn't a bad thing but when you have a lot of questions and aren't sure of what you want, it's best to talk to someone via phone. And that's what Stephanie did for me!! Such a sweet lady.

Stephanie was everything and more!! From the very beginning she was a breath of fresh air in our crazy life. Each step of the way she was checking in and making sure our vows were done (aka my husbands). She made our day so memorable and she went over and beyond for what we wanted in a celebratory officiant. Stephanie has a way about making you feel very calm, cool, and collected on your rehearsal day/wedding day. If I could do it all over again Stephanie would definitely get another phone call. My husband and I are were very satisfied!!

From the moment I met Stephanie I could tell she was in love with LOVE. Stephanie checked in with my husband and myself every month leading up to the wedding day. She made our wedding ceremony unique and really got to know us to make sure our ceremony (the most important part of the wedding) was tailored to our love story. I think everyone there was in tears. If i could give Stephanie a 10 out of 5 review I would. From our initial meeting she was so warm and welcoming. She checked in with us monthly to guide us along our ceremony journey and help create what i can only describe as one of the most moving and special moments of my life. Our ceremony was so filled with love and personality. She was more than a pleasure to work with. She was so flexible despite the rainstorm and was there to make sure our love was celebrated to fullest. I could not have been happier with how she helped us navigate the ceremony. She lead with love and understanding and let us know she was here for us through the entire day. She is one of the sweetest and kindest people i have ever worked with and it was an honor to have her officiate our wedding. We worked on the ceremony in tandem and made sure that each part reflected us and our love. A Thank you and a review will never be enough to tell her how much she did for us to make our day so special. AMAZING!!! I honestly can't say enough great things about Stephanie. She was exactly what we were looking for and then some. She came up with the most beautiful ceremony that really captured our story and had some really unique elements, just like us! We had so many compliments on how much our guests enjoyed it too! She was also so accommodating. We only needed a couple small changes from the original draft she sent us and she was able to get them done even though my (now husband) waited until the last second to get her the information she needed. Stephanie is also incredible because she keeps in touch every month which almost no wedding vendor ever does! I never had to worry about anything with her! She was our very own fairy godmother for the day that made sure everything was perfect. We're so glad we had the privilege of working with her! Fabulous officiant and person :-)

Our ceremony was personalized and expressed the love that we shared for each other thanks to Stephanie. Stephanie was wonderful to work with and embraced our love story and incorporated it into the ceremony. We were able to add in elements which meant a lot to us like the memory box and unity candle. We did quite a bit of searching for a celebrant before finally finding Stephanie. We wanted a non-traditional ceremony with a hand-fasting. Before we even signed a contract, Stephanie talked with us on the phone for over an hour and gave us lots of ideas while answering all of our tedious questions. She sent the written ceremony to us in advance and we were able to look it over and make any changes (although there were very few). She created a ceremony exactly how I had envisioned. We had dozens of guests tell us it was the best ceremony they had ever attended. We wanted a ceremony that wasn't too "cheesy" for lack of a better word--we wanted our love/commitment to be displayed in a more subtle manner, which Stephanie did perfectly with our ceremony. Would recommend her to anyone!

Aside from being an amazing celebrant, Stephanie is a wonderful person. She thrives on the love and happiness surrounding a wedding and she puts her heart and soul into preparing a personalized, meaningful ceremony. The ceremony is the most important aspect of YOUR WEDDING because that is the moment you say I DO and make a commitment to the one you love. The ceremony should focus on the COUPLE who is getting married and should focus on their love. Choosing Stephanie was the best decision we could have made to ensure our wedding ceremony was one of a kind and truly ours. I knew when I met Stephanie she was perfect for us. The process of finding an officiant is hard because you want to find that perfect fit. Someone that will capture the love, passion and special moments you feel with your partner and Stephanie did just that. I have never met someone who truly invests so much time, love and energy into what they do. This is not a job to her this is her calling! She wrote my new husband and I the most incredible ceremony and even provided a copy to us to keep which is something I will never forget.
Through the entire process up until and even after the wedding Stephanie was so responsive and always there to answer any questions. We couldn't believe how someone that didn't know us in the beginning was able to capture our essence as a couple better then we could have ever imagined.
Something you will not get with any other officiant is that Stephanie dedicated the entire weekend to us she did not have back-to-back weddings schedule the whole weekend she made it all about us and made us feel so important and special.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would she now feels like a part of the family!! Trust me when I say this you want her to be your celebrant!!!

I would choose Stephanie as our celebrant again and again and again! She was pure magic and somehow took all of our ideas and made them into a seamless, classic, light-hearted, and perfect ceremony. Each month, she would check in with us which was so great! She would see how we were doing and it was nice to know that she was thinking of us throughout the duration of the whole planning process. We actually coordinated everything via phone and email, and only met in person the day of our rehearsal! She was so organized and really made sure to coordinate with our other vendors as well to ensure everyone was on the same page. With Stephanie, there were no stresses or worries. Everyone said that it was one of the most (if not the most) beautiful ceremonies that they had ever been a part of, which really made us feel special. Everyone in the wedding, and all of our guests were able to feel so connected, which is exactly what we were looking for! If you're considering Stephanie, do yourselves a favor and have her as your officiant!!

Stephanie was an absolutely AMAZING life cycle celebrant. She put together such a beautiful ceremony that was perfect for my wife and I. Our guests continually were coming up to us throughout the night and complimenting us on how great the ceremony was. We also go a special gift and keepsake from her which had our entire ceremony printed out for us as a keepsake to remember the special ceremony.
She was very easy to work with, especially if you are not close to where she is from (Hershey). We met with her once in person on the way to visit my parents. It was extremely helpful meeting with her once in person but it is not necessary. She provides monthly check ins and helps you with every step along the way so that she can create the perfect ceremony. You receive a questionnaire a few months before the wedding which allows her to know the stories that make you and your future spouse work so well together. The more details you share here the easier it is for her to create the ceremony. We then could make as many edits as we wanted to make it perfect.

Steph was wonderful throughout the entire process. When you first meet her, she makes it very clear that she is here to work with you and what you and your partner want for your wedding. She is great at what she does, and ended up making us a beautiful ceremony with us reading our own vows as well as readings may husband and I chose ourselves. Stephanie is an absolute gem of a person! From our first meeting with her, she was so professional, sweet, knowledgable and passionate about weddings. We chatted with her for a long time and Stephanie was able to answer all our questions and way more! She had every little detail covered that we never would have thought of. She even sent us a monthly check in email which I appreciated.
To write the completely custom ceremony, she sent each of us a very long questionnaire, which was so fun to fill out. My now husband thought he would be a smart ass and write some joke responses and she added them to the ceremony, which was sooooo fitting for him! You have no idea! He wrote in the "Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch" from "Monty Python" as a ritual he would like to perform... well... instead of laughing it away as a joke, Stephanie found a clip of that scene and wrote it in as a completely surprise ending for all our guests and called it the Holy Hand Grenade of Love. When she sent us the first draft of the ceremony, he was stunned she even did it. He was joking! But it was so perfect for us. We found some kabuki streamers and went with it! And at the very end of our ceremony, Stephanie did her thing, read the words and we threw the streamers into the crowd and made a completely memorable and unique moment for everyone. The whole ceremony was beautiful. It had it's moments that made everyone cry, and plenty of humor. Everyone was asking us how she was able to get the ceremony to be so perfect for us. People were in awe of Stephanie.
We had an outdoor wedding, and it was a little windy. She used a lapel mic, and everyone could hear her and us with no issue. She also touched base with the venue coordinator, DJ and photographer on her own to let them know the run through of the ceremony so they knew their cues. Each of those vendors even commented to me during the evening how great she was and how much they appreciated the run through.

Stephanie is not only an amazing officiant but one of the kindest people we have ever met! My husband and I planned our Philadelphia wedding from Houston - Stephanie made the process so easy! We first spoke over the phone to discuss our vision for our ceremony. My husband and I were looking for an officiant for our non-religious wedding ceremony. We wanted a ceremony that would be memorable for our guests. (My husband and I have been to so many weddings, but when it came time to plan our own wedding we remembered very little about the ceremonies. We didn't want this for our ceremony.) As a Celebrant, Stephanie gave us exactly what we were looking for!
We communicated primarily via e-mail to create our ceremony. Stephanie would check in with us monthly leading up to the wedding. Two months before the wedding, Stephanie e-mailed us a questionnaire. My husband and I each completed the questionnaire about ourselves (our careers, our hobbies, our hopes for the future, etc.) and our relationship (how we met, our first date, when we fell in love, how he proposed, etc.). Stephanie also asked for our own ideas. We found a reading that we wanted to use during our ceremony but asked Stephanie to find an additional reading. She found a reading that we loved! She also wrote vows that fit perfectly with our vision. About a month before the wedding, Stephanie sent us a first draft of our ceremony. My husband and I were able to review it and make suggestions. Stephanie had no problem editing or removing parts of the ceremony. We were able to create a ceremony that we all loved.
On our wedding day, Stephanie was able to tell our love story to all of our families and friends. I received so many compliments! She even gave us a keepsake written copy of the ceremony - we will treasure it for years. Following the wedding, Stephanie submitted our marriage license to the city of Philadelphia.

Stephanie was amazing to work with. After a nightmare involving my first officiant, I found myself three months away from my wedding date without someone to marry us. Stephanie definitely came to my rescue. If you are looking to have a unique, handcrafted ceremony, I would highly recommend her services. She wrote my husband and I a beautiful ceremony that included our love story and special readings that we chose. She really understood what I was looking for and she was incredibly open to all of my ideas, as well. She was also very easy to get in touch with and added a wonderful stress-free element to my wedding planning that I definitely needed. She made sure that the ceremony was seamless and even reached out to my DJ and photographer to make sure everything was in order! At the conclusion of our ceremony, she gave us a wonderful keepsake of our ceremony (plus an additional special handmade gift that was adorable!) that I will keep forever. Steph was incredible! I was pretty hesitant when it came to finally finding our officiant. We wanted something non-religious and non-denominational. I met with Steph and she outlined her typical ceremony. We decided to have her be our officiant and she sent us a questionnaire to get to know us better. The ceremony she created from that was incredibly beautiful. I am not a mushy person but I loooved what she did. Throughout the entire reception, after our ceremony ended, people constantly came up to the groom & I asking about our officiant and how she came up with such a lovely ceremony. Everyone thought we had known Steph for several years because she made the ceremony so personal.
Steph is extremely easy going and welcomes any changes/edits you want to make to the ceremonies she writes. She puts a huge emphasis on you being comfortable and wants it to be your day.
Everyone loved her vows, the ring vows, the love story and the blessing of the hands... especially the blessing of the hands!!
We both HIGHLY recommend Steph for anyone's wedding ceremony!!! )

Our family & friends also loved our ceremony with her as our officiant. Our wedding party loved her so much & called her our fairy godmother! They wanted her to have little fairy wings on during our ceremony! (which she would probably have been up to wearing had we thought of it sooner!) She customized our ceremony just for us based on a questionnaire we filled out. Stephanie built a questionnaire for couples that really allows you to tell your story from your own perspective. Definitely put the effort forth for the questionnaire - This really does build the ceremony. Stephanie did an awesome job of taking our answers and arranged a beautiful ceremony for Kelsey and I.
