We had our wedding on June 17th at Running Deer and they use Stella Baking Company for all of the desserts for their weddings. Every single dessert that Stella Baking Co made for our wedding was absolutely incredible! Everything tasted so delicious including our cake which not only tasted amazing but looked amazing too. Stella Baking Company is the bakery contracted with our venue, Running Deer Golf Club, and we were very happy with our cake! Our design was relatively simple but it looked great and the cake was delicious! Our guests all loved it. I'm picky with icing and I love the icing and filling on and in the cake! :)

Everything from our communication and setting up a tasting, to the tasting itself and meeting with Christine to go over what we wanted, and the actual cake itself exceeded all our expectations. We both agreed that we could eat buckets of the white chocolate buttercream it was so good. We wanted something a little more vibrant than just a white on white cake and they delivered. It was stunning. We even had a mishap with our fridge at home after the wedding and lost all our leftovers, so we ordered cupcakes in the same flavors and they too were beautiful and delicious. We'll order from stella's for all our cake needs!

The best!
Planning my daughter's wedding was a struggle due to COVID, my son in law's deployment and my daughter working nights at the hospital. But somehow through all the twist and turns we encountered, Christine was absolutely patient and handle changes like a pure professional. The almond cake with the raspberry filling was to die for! The cake was so popular we had family calling the next day asking for leftovers. Stella's is 45 minutes from our home, but they will forever be our bakery of choice!!!!!! Stella Bakery made our cake and cupcakes for our 10/8/21 wedding. Our meeting with Christine went so well! She gave us suggestions, had a lot of photos of previous work and even quickly whipped up a raspberry buttercream for us to taste with one of the cakes (buttercream was to die for!!) My husband and I left confident that not only everything would taste delicious but would look beautiful too. The small cake we ordered with the succulent on top looked more beautiful than I expected and everything tasted amazing! Everyone raved over the cupcakes!! I’m very picky when it comes to baked goods and I was blown away by Stella!!! We ordered a funfetti wedding cake with cream cheese icing and I couldn’t stop eating it! Hands down the best funfetti cake I’ve ever had!! And not to mention, very inexpensive!!

We used Stella bakery for our wedding cake. They blew our expectations out of the water. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and so delicious. Everyone LOVED it. Our cake was 4 tiers due to our number of guests and we were able to choose different flavors for each tier, which was so special to us. You must eat all of the bake goods from Stella’s Bakery and I mean all of them. Our wedding cake was delicious red velvet and chocolate mousse cake. Delicious!!!!!! Loved the custom flower change to decorate the cake. Please stop by and try some of the delicious cupcakes and donuts. The lemon curd is sensational. I would be fine with just a cup of lemon curd.

Stella! Bakery knocked out wedding cake out the the park. We had chocolate and vanilla base with a vanilla buttercream icing. It was absolutely delicious. Simple yet elegant. Our guests are still raving about it.
Christine was easy to work with and helped us pick out what we wanted. She was very understanding as well as our wedding was postponed 2 times due to COVID.

Stella! Baking Company is the only bakery that I will use. We went with a small 2 tier cake and cupcakes for our wedding and we had almost none to go home with! An elegant cake for pur special day
On October 6, 2019, our wedding cake was simply beautiful and exactly what we asked. During our taste testing and through the hepful emails, Christine was very helpful. This made things so easy. She gave suggestions for the best options for little details like the fresh flowers for the cake. Our guest enjoyed the cake as well. So delicous! And I am addicted to their leek tarts. Yum!

The BEST cake ever
Stella bakery was awesome! When we met with them to design this cake it was so fun!! Not only did they have the best tasting cake they had so many options to choose from! But not only that I had an idea in my head and they made it better than I even wanted!!! I can’t wait to eat my top layer on my anniversary!! Thank you for making my dream wedding cake!!

Wedding Cake
We found Stella Bakery through Running Deer Country Club. We went to the bakery for a tasting and upon our arrival we were presented with multiple cakes/flavors and options for our wedding cake. The staff was very friendly and helpful with regards to assisting us in choosing exactly what we wanted. Everything went great the day of and the cake was delicious!

Delicious!
We did a cupcake tower instead of a traditional wedding cake. They cupcakes were delicious and they were able to make a dozen gluten free cupcakes to accommodate our guest with a gluten allergy. We go bake to Stella now for many other baked goods

Wedding cake. Amazing!
I had my wedding on November 9th, 2019. Christine was amazing. Spoke to her on the phone and was extremely helpful in helping us choose a cake. I saw my cake on her website and it was more beautiful than the picture. The cake was a huge plus to our wedding. The cake was moist and the strawberry filling was sweet and simply delicious. Yummmmmmmm!
I found Stella! via wedding wire and simply based on the reviews, I ordered my cake and desserts from them. Since I live in North Jersey, I didn't go for any tasting but it all turned out to so delicious. Christine was so easy to work with. She set up the whole dessert table so wonderfully. Perfect Wedding Cake!!
Absolutely amazing wedding cake!! We imagined how our wedding cake would look years prior to our wedding and the cake lived up to be beyond our expectations! Our wedding cake was exactly what we wanted with our favorite logos on it. We went with funfetti and red velvet to change things up and it was super delicious. It was perfect. Christine did a great job. Highly recommend!!

Delicious and beautiful cake and desserts
Our experience with Stella Baking Co. was perfect from the first meeting. Christine worked with us throughout the process and answered all my questions over the months leading up to the wedding. Our cake was a huge hit - chocolate chip cake with layers of chocolate buttercream and cannoli fillings. I can't wait to enjoy our top tier for our one year anniversary. The mini desserts were also delicious and plentiful. I highly recommend!

Our cake was included because we got married at Running Deer, but we decided to upgrade to carrot cake because it was so good! They let us pick different flavors for each tier, which I loved. They were wonderful throughout the whole process, and I'm recommend them to anyone.

Our Perfect Cake
Stella Baking Company did our cake for our wedding on 5/31/19. Besides the cake tasting AMAZING, it also looked gorgeous! They were so helpful during our tasting to allow us to pick flavors, try them as cupcakes, and then any other combinations until we were happy with our selection. The tahitian caramel vanilla cake for two of our tiers was soooo delicious. This bakery did a phenomenal job on our wedding cake, and I would definitely use them for future bakery needs!

Go with the best!
Stella! is the cake vendor included with Scotland Run Golf Club and there is no question as to why! We decided to upgrade our cake flavors to the Tahitian Caramel, the Wedding Cake, Amaretto, and a Mocha Kahlua, and all four were drool-worthy delicious. We were a bit bummed when we were told mint was a seasonal flavor, but we were ultimately thrilled with our four selections.
From our very first tasting, Christine has been nothing short of amazing. She was responsive to e-mails, and was attentive to our feedback and requests when we weren't quite sure what we wanted. We got married on May the 4th, so we wanted something Star Wars related without being too "in your face" about it, and Christine delivered! She went online to find some Star Wars appliques and was able to put the fondant characters around specified layers. We were able to utilize colored ribbon and our silk flowers for the additional touches.
If you want your guests to rave about how delicious your cake was, go with Stella! I can't wait until our next event where I can visit her and enjoy her yummy cakes again.

Amazing cake, highly recommended!
We had 180 guests at our wedding and had a tier of confetti with vanilla buttercream, a tier of chocolate with vanilla buttercream, and a tier of red velvet with cream cheese icing. The cake was absolutely beautiful and 100% what we had envisioned for our cake. The cake was just incredibly moist and delicious! I plan on using them again in the future for other events/celebrations.

Holy cow, not only was this cake maybe one of the prettiest ones I've ever seen, it was hands-down one of the best cakes my husband and I ever tasted.
From the first meeting, the process of choosing our flavors and designing the look of the cake was fun and professional. It turned out better than I could have even imagined. We got so many compliments on the cake - in fact, lots of people thought the sugar flowers were real flowers!
I would hands-down recommend Stella to anyone looking for a cake, period - but especially if you want a wedding cake that will take your breath away and put the cherry on top of your big day.

Stella was the bakery included in our venue wedding package, and we are so thrilled that we got to work with them. Christine was incredibly professional and easy to work with... and the CAKE! I’ve never had wedding cake that was so yummy. We chose vanilla and chocolate chip cake with buttercream and it was seriously delicious. The cake turned out beautiful and exactly what we had asked for. I highly recommend that you at least stop into the bakery for a snack (I dare you to pick just one), and would absolutely recommend Stella to anyone looking for a wedding cake.

Stella is amazing! We had almond, vanilla, and red velvet in our 3 tiers and the cake was delicious! It is not dry like most wedding cakes can be. You will not be disappointed. They are super friendly, accommodating, and professional and they have so many cake flavors to choose from!

Christine at Stella! Baking Company was so wonderful to work with! We knew we did not want a fondant cake from the get go, and finding her specializing in buttercream cakes was like a dream! All of her cake flavors where delicious, and after our tasting we decided we definitely wanted to book with her! One our wedding day our cake was so gorgeously decorated exactly as we discussed and the flavors where all so delicious!! We ordered a cake to serve about 120 people for a list of 105 and actually ended up taking no cake home as the guests ate most of it and requested to take some home! My husband and I were disappointed but we know we will be back again because it was so good!! If you need cake for a wedding please hire her! She was willing to listen to exactly the style we wanted, could advise on flavors and was overall one of the best people to work with!

We loved Stella Baking before we knew that they would be making our wedding cake, so we were very excited when we found out that they were the baker used by our venue. SO TASTY!! Stella was part of our wedding package with Scotland Run, and Christine did an amazing job helping us pick out our cake. We picked out our design, and when Christine gave us the final invoice to approve, the bride ended up changing her mind. Christine said no problem, come back in, and we will design again. And we did, and I couldn't be happier with the results. On top of it, we did funfetti cake!!! Our guests loved it! We are going to get our 1 year anniversary cake there since we decided not to save our top, we like fresh. Can't wait!!!

Stella Baking did a FABULOUS job on our cake. We were given a choice of 3 bakeries from our venue, and went to meet with Christine after an awful trial at a very high rated and popular bakery. I was feeling a little bummed out, so I was not hopeful when we showed up here. I was so pleasantly surprised by the adorable bakery. She brought out the cake in little mason jars to try, and when we tasted the cake, it was to die for! I am a red velvet girl all the way, but their vanilla was so good, I couldn't believe I liked it better! A few things I did not know ahead of time: Although the cake came with our venue, she does charge for an upgrade for "special" icing décor (which to me seemed like normal cake decorations, just roses covering 2 tiers.) The second was that she also charges extra to keep the top of the cake to eat a year after *never gotten married before, I did think that that was customarily automatically given to the bride and groom.* I only mention these things so reviewers aren't shocked when they have to pay extra for the cake that comes with your wedding package.

After multiple unsatisfactory cake tastings, we came across Stella Baking Company and finally took a sigh of relief! I really can't say enough about how great this company is. Not only was our cake TO DIE FOR, it was gorgeous! Christine was sweet and accommodating; she is everything you dream of in a vendor. She was responsive and informative. She made the entire cake shopping process so easy. Not only was our cake the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen, you couldn't beat the price either! Delivery charge was reasonable as well. Its been about two months since our wedding and people are still talking about how beautiful/delicious our cake was. We've even had multiple engaged couples ask us where we got our cake from! Seriously, don't miss out on Stella Baking Company!

We were married on Sept 16, 2016. Our wedding cake was included with our venue and we had 2 bakeries to chose from. Stella was the BEST choice!!!! Their cakes are BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS!!! We had a hard time choosing because every cake, icing and filling flavor was to die for!!! We were so lucky that the venue we chose had Stella as a bakery that we could chose from!! They helped us design our own wedding cake as we didn't want the "norm". The husband / wife team at Stella is perfect and they both worked with us on such a personal level and our cake was exactly as we had envisioned and SO, SO YUMMY GOOD!!! They were very responsive to all my phone calls and emails and were very flexible with our appointments. If you're unsure just go to their bakery shop and taste they're amazing cakes & cupcakes. Look no further if you want a beautiful AND delicious cake!!

Prior to meeting with Christine, my now husband and I met with a different bakery. We were not happy with how things were progressing, so we contacted Stella Baking Company a little over a month before our wedding. Christine was more than happy to have us come in and help us create the perfect cake for our event. She was so kind and patient! We really didn't know what we wanted, and I am extremely indecisive, but Christine took the time to help us decide what we wanted and did it all with a smile! Not only was the cake absolutely beautiful, but it was delicious too! Every time I see someone who attended the wedding, they talk about how delicious the cake was! I highly recommend Stella Baking Company!

It's been over a week since our wedding and we still have people telling us how great our cake was! Christine from Stella was so easy to work with. My husband and I live a few hours away, so I only communicated with Christine through email, but they totally nailed the cake! It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. We did a mix of vanilla and confetti cake...the vanilla was so good, but the confetti was definitely the favorite that night! We chose to save our top tier and are really looking forward to enjoying it again in a year.

Stella was a preferred vendor from Scotland Run that I used. The cake tasting was so much fun and very easy to set up. We ended up going with a lemon cake and raspberry preserve filling. It was so delicious! The cake decoration was beyond words. An elegant 3 tier cake with fondant and just enough bling around the edges. Our guests in in awe of our cake and many didn't even think it was real. We and our guests loved this cake and I am so happy we chose Stella for our special day.

We booked Stella through our venue as it was one of the two preferred bakery vendors we were allowed to use. Christine was so nice and easy to work with. She was flexible with our changes and responsive when we needed to communicate. We had 3 basic cake flavors to choose from in our package and liked them all so much during the tasting that we decided to include them all in different layers because we couldn't narrow it down to just one! I'm not the biggest wedding cake fan but this was the most delicious wedding cake I've ever had and I am so glad we got the groom's cake as a one year anniversary indulgence to look forward to. This was such an easy part of our wedding cake. Delicious and beautiful result.

They made the perfect cake for us. I was pretty particular in what I wanted to match my theme (peacock). Everything about the cake was perfect. The buttercream was perfectly smooth, and the peacock topper was perfect! Every detail on the peacock was perfect down to the lashes. The cake tasting had me sold, and they delivered with the cake the day of. The lemon cake is to die for. Our guests loved the cake.

Christine and Mark from Stella! Baking Company provided out 3 tiered wedding cake for our wedding at Running Deer. We provided a picture and they made our cake look exactly like we imagined.
But that's not why we rate them 5 stars, the CAKE.... amazing!!!!!
literally one of the best cakes we have ever ate, and usually most wedding cakes are not much to be desired. Christine provided me with many options on the cake flavors and allowed us to select many to try, which was almost impossible to decide which.
We received so many compliments on our wedding cake and still do. We had pumpkin spice with buttercream frosting and vanilla with caramel toffee crunch layers.
We can't wait to eat our top tier (which we didn't even plan on doing but we had enough cake with the bottom two and they saved the top at our wedding) !

We initially worked with Stella! Baking Company because they were a recommended vendor from our wedding venue; however as soon as we walked in the door of their bakery and met Christine (and her adorable daughter) and tried their cakes we were SOLD!!!!!! We had the most lovely tasting and Christine flawlessly carried out our vision even though she hadn't ever made a cake that looked exactly as we were describing before. As we continued telling her more about the colors and theme of our wedding she even came up with more ideas that made the cake "pop" even more perfectly! When we couldn't make up our mind on the flavors (because they were all so delicious) she even gave us the flexibility to have as many flavors as we wanted - yes we had 3 flavors in our 4-tiered wedding cake! On top of that, Christine was the only vendor that followed up with me the week before our wedding to confirm everything before I had the chance to follow up with her, which was fantastic! And typically you get one or the other with wedding cakes I feel, beauty or taste, but not with Stella's... The cake was almost too beautiful to eat, but at the same time it was too delicious to not eat! I would 100% go with them for your cake if given the chance!

The cake was simply beautiful, and tasted amazing. My guests raved it was the best cake they had ever had at a wedding. We had a dessert table, but could have served the wedding cake alone and the guest would have been just as happy. I wanted a pretty cake that was modern and sophisticated, and Stella delivered!

Stella! Did an awesome job on our cake. It not only looked awesome, but tasted amazing. They offer a range of flavors that you can mix and match. We ended with the vanilla cake with cannoli buttercream for the largest tier, and chocolate cake with peanut butter buttercream for the smaller tiers. Both flavors were delicious! They were even able to make us a small gluten free cake.
We highly recommend Stella! for all of your cake needs!

I can't say enough about our wonderful wedding cake from Stella Baking Company. When I first met with Christine at our tasting, I saw what beautiful work she created. She worked with us to combine ideas into the perfect vision for our cake. On our Big Day, the cake was everything I dreamed it would be, and it was DELICIOUS! Mark and Christine of Stella Baking Company made our wedding cake experience perfect and so memorable on so many levels. Our tasting was comfortable and fun and we were able to taste the cake/frosting/filling combinations that WE wanted. The craftsmanship and artistry in their cakes is unmatched - they are works of art! They have hundreds of designs to choose from or you can create your own design like we did. Not only was the cake gorgeous and unique to us - it was delicious. We chose three different flavors for a four layer cake - coconut, carrot and red velvet. Our guests were floored by the variety and deliciousness. A few guests ate all 3 flavors. It was an unforgettable cake for us and our guests and the experience with Stella was perfect - stress free and wonderful!

Mark and Christine were such a pleasure to work with. They did a fantastic job on my wedding cake and the groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner. Not only was the cakes DELICIOUS, but they was beautiful as well.
Our first meeting with Mark and Christine was great. They had sample cakes for us to try and making a decision was tough because they were all so tasty. I showed them a design I drew on a little piece of paper and they turned it into a beautiful cake just how I imagined it. They even worked with us to keep the price down within our budget.
I will definitely be using Stella Baking Company again for future events.

My husband and I loved Stella Baking Company! Mark and his wife Christine are a great team! Their cake tastes amazing and our cake looked exactly like the picture I showed them. Even my 5 year old niece commented a week later about how good the cake was! haha I also thought their pricing was reasonable.
