  Stein was the perfect choice for my wedding flowers. They did a beautiful job and were the BEST value in Philly. This place is always busy and there's reason for that. I am so happy with them. They flowers were delivered on time and just as I wanted.

  Beautiful designs. Exactly what I was looking for! Flowers were beautiful all night long & for a few days after! Excellent value!

  Stein's have done the flowers for two recent weddings for our family. Their flowers, people, professionalism, responsiveness etc... are the best in the business. They can do exactly what you want and they can also guide you when you don't know what you want. We would recommend them for any and every occasion.

  They were a little difficult to get a hold of at times, but they did an amazing job on the wedding! I had extra money after paying my final due and they threw in a bunch of free petals along with extra pieces for the card table and cake. They sat me down when I came for the first time and gave me a great price and really gave me my money's worth. The flowers were beautiful!!!

  I came to Stein with a floral crisis two months before our wedding and they were able to help - HUGE plus. They are decently priced and were able to get the flowers I wanted. The centerpieces were beautiful and my bouquet was AMAZING. However, on the day of, the hydregeas wilted before the church (on a 75 degree day in April) and they forgot two bridesmaid bouquets, even after I reminded them. The flower girl bouquets fell apart.
  
  If you are having a small wedding, def. consider steins.

  We chose Stein Florist simply because they were near by, had the best price, and they have been around forever. I worked with a planner at Stein Florist and then he was fired for unknown reasons. Apparently, he messed up a lot and we had to re-do our order. We spoke with another planner and went over everything. It all seemed to go well. My mother calls me 2 weeks before my wedding asking if we can add two bouquets. So, I called and we went over everything once more. This time, things were not what we had discussed. Flowers were wrong, people were wrong. About a week and a half before we asked to go over our order again. We were met by his staff and greeted with attitude and unprofessional-ism. The planner we had was always too busy to talk or not in when we told him we were coming. The week of our wedding, he was too busy to work with us to get everything right in our order. The staff of Stein Florist needs to work on their customer service because they were seriously lacking in that! Basically, they kept getting my order wrong and when I asked to go over it with the planner they were rude about it!
  
  However, the flowers that we ordered came in and they were beautiful! Everything was perfect. So, even though we dealt with rude staff at Stein, the flowers were perfect. I guess you just have to practice patience with them.

  The flowers were beautiful BUT they were NOT what I asked for. I asked for my bouquet to have few roses when it arrived my whole bouquet was made of only roses! i couldn't believe it. Like I said flowers were nice & it was too late to bring them back but I was disappointed I didn't get what I paid for.
