We had the best experience with Stargazers! Kristi was so responsive and adjusted every time we changed our minds (which was a lot). Everything turned out so beautifully, and we got so many compliments. They even shipped a bouquet for my bridal portraits ahead of time! We definitely recommend! Stargazers felt like having another part of our family at the wedding
Stargazers really made the biggest impact for our wedding day. Not only were the flowers stunning, she saw my vision and carried it through. When we met for our planning, Kristi was incredibly welcoming and loving. She let me talk out my thoughts and would reiterate them to make sure we were on the same page. You can tell she is focusing on what YOU want. It feels like a conversation with a friend instead of a business meeting. If you don’t like something, say it and it’s not a big deal! I loved that. Once she got the gist of what I wanted she threw in some other ideas that hit the nail on the head! She is so kind and feels like a part of your family. A few weekends ago my husband and I saw her at another wedding and it was like we never missed a beat! I just really appreciate the love that she showed us. It is very easy to see that Kristi cares for everyone she works with. That being said, if you want to feel some weight off your shoulders and know that things will go to plan and look beautiful, book stargazers❤️

Amazing florals and team!
There really aren't enough words to express how grateful I am for Kristi and her team. They were easy to communicate with, flexible with changes (including a last minute venue change), professional, and caring. Her expertise and knowledge of the wedding industry is unmatched and the florals were absolutely stunning!!! Kristi even made a special delivery with the bouquet, which was just magical. She really made the wedding vision come to life and we could not have been happier! I feel like we built a relationship throughout the process and I will only go to Stargazers Designs for future floral needs. They are wonderful!

The most incredible flowers!
The flowers for my wedding were absolutely gorgeous. I had a vision in my mind, but Kristi and her team out did themselves...everything was stunning! The flowers were big, bold, fresh, and luscious..just amazing. I wanted to take them all home with me after the wedding was over. If you have a chance to use Stargazers Floral..jump at it! Absolutely recommend stargazers Designs. They were lovely to work with and they were able to bring our vision to life. Everyone simply adored the florals and I wanted to keep them alive forever they were so beautiful. My bouquet also lasted a pretty long time which amazed me and was super helpful with the preservation process. They used silk flowers along with real flowers to create the hanging florals which other florists were not able to do for us but Stargazers designs executed it wonderfully! Communication was also impeccable which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. Thank you so much for making our dream florals a reality! We definitely recommend them 10/10!

Unique, beautiful, and personal floral vendor!
Stargazers Designs is so amazing! They were listed as a preferred vendor through our wedding venue (The Farm: A Gathering Place) but we were really impressed with them when we saw an example display of theirs at The Farm. For our wedding (which took place in Asheville in early November, peak fall time!), we wanted to really celebrate the fall colors but also have some floral displays that were eco-friendly (re-usable) and unique. Stargazers provides a wide variety of re-usable dried floral displays, which was just what we were looking for! During our initial consultation, we shared some specific aspects that we wanted to highlight in our bouquets and other floral displays, namely dried grasses (since my partner researched grasses), dried chili peppers (since we started a hot sauce company together), and flowers that complemented fall colors. It was a variety of ideas, but Stargazers Designs put together an absolutely perfect and customized floral display and bouquets for us! They have such attention to detail—everything was perfect. We even had dried chili peppers in our bouquets! We also had corsages for my mother and mother-in-law, as well as pocket pins for all the groomsmen, fathers, and my partner. I also love how Stargazer Designs re-used the floral displays used outside during the ceremony and then used them again inside for the reception. They are so creative (and also wise when it comes to budgeting) and we really appreciated that. They are so easy to communicate with and are always easy to reach. They were incredibly well-organized on the day of the wedding and had things set-up/taken-down very quickly. They really made our day extra special and even more personal to us—we can't thank them enough! Absolutely wonderful and recommend them to everyone!

Could not have been better!!!
Kristi and Melody did a phenomenal job from planning, communicating, and creating the most beautiful floral pieces! I had special items from my family that I wanted included in the bouquet wrap. Not only were they displayed beautifully, but Kristi took the time to make a rose out of the material from my mother’s wedding dress to pin right above where my hands would hold the bouquet. It was special details like this that really showed me they cared about each bride’s story and were determined to make everything beyond perfect. I can’t thank them enough for helping bring my wedding day vision to life!

Kristi Maynard and her assistant Melody were super responsive. Coming up with the florals for the wedding was more of a conversation, and Kristi's experience and eye for color were essential. Perfect floral recipe
We originally dreamed of a cruise ship wedding, but needed to stay close to home due to important family members who couldn't travel that far. If you want breathtaking flowers - booking Stargazers Designs is a MUST
Kristi was AMAZING!!!!!!! We got married in May 2022 at Yesterday Spaces and she made our vision come to life. Don’t even get me started on my bridal bouquet- it was PERFECT and went with my vision perfectly. (Pictures shown). We rented the arch she has available for our ceremony and repurposed our bridal bouquets for the centerpieces. Kristi was super responsive, so incredible kind, and a pleasure to work with! I cannot come up with words that would convey how ecstatic we were with the work Kristi Mayrand did on the flowers/decor for our daughter's wedding in Weaverville, NC, over the weekend. Kristi went above and beyond to execute on a stunning vision for our wedding. She attended our 30 day meeting in advance of the event (not required on her behalf), and was fully dependable in documenting all the details and executing on them the day of the event. I am OBSESSED with stargazers. They blew my Pinterest photos I sent for inspiration OUT OF THE WATER!!!! I am so beyond grateful to them for creating my DREAM wedding!!! Beautiful Floral Arrangements!
The floral arrangements that Stargazers Designs created for our wedding were beautiful, with exceptional flowers and arranging, wonderful selection and freshness. The bridal & bridesmaid's bouquets, arrangements, and boutonnieres all had a very natural & organic look and feel, which was exactly what was desired, and it was nice to see that some local flowers, like goldenrod, were used. One of the guests commented that the chuppah, which was adorned with flowers, “was the most beautiful chuppah I’ve ever seen, and I’ve seen a lot of them!” We have to agree that the flowers made the chuppah exceptionally beautiful! We highly recommend Stargazers Designs!

Stunning spring florals--vision come true
Kristi was so easy to communicate with. She used my inspiration photos & description to create the EXACT vibe I was after for my wedding florals. It was so perfect that I bawled my eyes out when she did the "bridal bouquet reveal." She used the perfect yellow peonies from her backyard to make this vision come true! She was flexible when I made add-ons throughout the planning process and promptly updated our contract & pricing to reflect each change. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful florals and even better service
I can't say enough good things about Stargazers! I planned a destination wedding from St. Louis and knew nothing about vendors in Asheville. I wasn't even sure I wanted flowers until someone recommended Stargazers. From my first communication with Kristi, I was all in. I told her I was planning a small wedding and didn't have a huge budget. She assured me they worked with any budget and that everyone deserves flowers on their big day. She didn't try to upsell me or get me to order outside of my budget even one time. She was also on top of responding to my dozen emails (sorry!) where I changed and added things.
On the day of the wedding they arrived at 3 pm on the dot, just as they said they would. Even though I kept making adjustments and additions/deletions, the order was perfect and nothing was missing or off.
My cascading bouquet was breathtaking. I didn't know what to expect because I'd just sent her a couple of Pinterest ideas. She put together the most gorgeous bouquet for me. I could not stop staring at it. I also really appreciated how they adjusted the wedding aisle flowers for me in a pinch. It was very windy at our venue that day, so instead of doing a flower petal swirl like I had ordered, they lined either side of the aisle with petals and made a rose petal heart at the top of the aisle. It was creative and beautiful.
These flowers were worth every penny. Kristi is running a great business and I am so glad we decided to get flowers from her!

Gorgeous floral arrangements
I loved working with Kristi on flowers for my wedding. I had a vision for my original wedding date (May) but when we changed to a later date due to COVID, I gave Kristi free reign to make the flowers beautiful. I am so glad I did! The floral arrangements and bouquets were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined on my own. She had these touches of whimsy that completely captured our wedding vibe. She also knew our venue well which added to her level of expertise when it came to suggestions for arrangements.

Kristi and her work is beyond perfect!!!
I know nothing when it comes to flowers! And Kristi walked me through every step. I sent her pictures of ideas I found (which were wood flowers and fake ones) aka that’s how clueless I am. And she took my ideas and made them into something beyond perfect of anything I could have ever dreamed! She is so sweet and her passion comes out in her work! Stargazers are amazing!
Stargazers went above and beyond to meet our wedding flower needs!! They were extremely nice, easy to work with, professional and flexible, especially since our wedding was during covid-19. Our flowers were gorgeous and really made our wedding photos pop with color! They also have other decor pieces available to rent too, we ended up using their lanterns for our aisle and it all looked great! You won’t regret using their services!

Thankful I used Stargazers
I was planning a destination wedding and Stargazers was the only florist who responded back with every detail of the flowers they would use. It was the best. My Flowers were PERFECT
Kristi perfectly executed everything I was wanting for my florals on my wedding day. I was blown away at how beautiful my bouquet and all of the table settings were. All of my flowers for my wedding were absolutely stunning. I was shocked at just how beautiful everything was. Kristi was a pleasure to work with. She has been doing this a long time and her suggestions were incredibly helpful. She also has other items you can rent like table numbers and signs. In Love with Kristi!!
One of the things that still makes my husband and I tear up when thinking about our beautiful wedding was our fantastic florist! Kristi‘s beautiful soul is only rivaled by her gorgeous floral creations. We barely had to think of what we wanted, and she was able to create that vision in real life! She spent so much time listening to us, talking to us, and taking care of us. There is literally no one else we would visit for floral needs.

Most beautiful flowers I've ever seen
I still can't believe how beautiful my wedding flowers were! Kristi worked with me throughout the whole process to give me exactly what I wanted. She didn't flinch when I changed my mind (a few times). I shared my pinterest board and vision with her and she helped me achieve my goal. She met with me in her cute little shop and showed me pictures of past work as examples. When a specific flower I wanted wasn't available or in season, she suggested an alternative. We got so many compliments on the bouquets and the flowers at the reception. Could not be happier!

Love Kristi!
Kristi with Stargazers was a pleasure to work with for both our rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception! She was able to understand our vision and execute it perfectly…..and stayed within our budget. Our guests still comment on how beautiful the flowers and bouquets were. Kristi even picked up the flowers from the rehearsal dinner, freshened them up and used them for the reception the next day. My daughter’s bridal bouquet was even more luscious and beautiful than I ever imagined. And I love the fact that after the wedding, Kristi picks up the flowers and redistributes them to hospice and the local nursing homes. I am so happy we chose Stargazers for our daughter’s wedding!

From our first meeting, Kristi was helpful and creative. We described the look that we were going for and Kristi brought that image to life! We changed our color scheme a few months before the wedding and she was more than willing to make adjustments and changes to accommodate. She planned for "worst case scenario" situations and I with all the moving pieces of weddings, that's something that is invaluable. My bouquet and all of the flowers were just as we had imagined and I couldn't be happier with Stargazer.

Amazing Team!
Kristi and the team over at Stargazers floral design really brought my wedding vision to life! I can't express how happy I was with the décor and flowers they delivered. On top of that they are a pleasure to work with, I was an out of town bride so the planning took place mainly through email an they were very eager and prompt in their response and arranging my vision for me. I felt so bad but had a change of heart and literally changed out one of my design and color from my overall color scheme maybe 3 weeks before the wedding and was assured that it was no problem, at no point did they make me feel like a burden or hassle. I strongly recommend them for any bride looking to bring their vision to life. They do amazing work!

I highly recommend Stargazer Designs! We had a pretty tight floral budget for our wedding and Kristi did a fantastic job of giving us absolutely gorgeous bouquets. She offered some really helpful tips to help us stay within our budget (e.g., we re-purposed our bridal bouquets for reception table centerpieces and re-purposed our arbor floral and greenery for our sweetheart table). I planned my wedding from Florida and she was so patient and helpful as we exchanged MANY emails back and forth. I sent her photos of my vision for my flowers and she executed it beautifully. First off, not only are they absolutely wonderful and friendly people, but they are crazy talented! Stargazers provided all of the florals for my wedding in Charlotte, NC and truly all I can say is wow. I sent Kristi some photos for inspiration...several photos actually and she some how read my mind and knew exactly what I would want! My daughter and I met with Her a couple of months before the wedding to discuss our vision. I left there feeling like we didn't do a very good job of explaining what we wanted. But Kristi insisted she knew exactly what we wanted AND sure enough - she nailed it!!! The flowers were gorgeous!!!!!! And more beautiful than we ever could have imagined!! She's definitely the best! She makes things easy, finds ways to help you save money, and truly adds special touches to her flowers! You can't go wrong with Stargazers!!

Kristi was just amazing. We didn't want a lot of fresh flowers, we wanted Ostrich Plumes and boy did she deliver! Additionally, I wanted a Brooch Bouquet and she handmade mine. I collected brooches from family members and antique shops and it is simply exquisite. All of the decorations and special touches made it all come together perfectly. Thank you Kristi!

We had two appointments with Kristi prior to the big day! She was always very accommodating and willing to do whatever we asked! On the big day, I had added a minor change to the set plan and she was more than willing to run back to the shop to get a few extra flowers for me, which I am incredibly grateful for! We also added a ceremony arbor and it turned out absolutely perfect!! She was incredibly kind and very easy to work with. Stargazers Florist prices were also very affordable with exceptional quality! I received so many comments on how beautiful the bouquets and centerpieces were! Everything turned out perfect!! My husband and I would highly recommend Kristi and the Stargazers team for any professional florist needs!!

My husband and I had a small elopement style wedding with 12 of our closest friends and family. Although it was small planning a destination wedding is never easy, but Kristi at Stargazers Floral Designs made it as close to it as possible! Right away I was blown away with the helpfulness Kristi had to offer I knew I found the perfect person for the job. Not only did she supply me with the most beautiful pinterest worthy looking flowers for my big day (I almost cried when I saw them in happiness), she also offered suggestions that helped me find my wedding cake, and helped me with our food! I thought I had a caterer set up, and last minute I stopped hearing back from them and was so lost. Kristi took on the job in a heartbeat. She brought food from a caterer, and grilled steaks for us. She picked up our wedding cake and set up everything beautifully for us. She made our day easy and stress-free. Just writing this review I wish I could give that lady another hug! She was professional, quick to respond, and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you SOOO much Kristi and the team for making our day go smooth as silk. :)

Stargazers blew us away with their gorgeous floral arrangements. Though I gave the best guidelines I could, Kristi took the displays above and beyond anything I could have imagined. We had a fairly tight budget and she worked with me to get the most bang for our buck - and wow, did we! Couldn't recommend Stargazers more, they were phenomenal!

Our wedding was August 20, 2016 and we used Stargazers Floral Designs for our florist as recommended to me by Waynette at Sweet Promises. We could not have been any happier with the flowers at the wedding!! They were so beautiful and exactly what I wanted (even better than I envisioned)! I was absolutely obsessed with my bridal bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets (it was my Pinterest wedding come true!!). The centerpieces were amazing and really brought elegance to the reception space. Stargazers also provided the flowers for our wedding cake, which left me in awe! Kristi is fabulous!! She listens to your vision and gives great ideas! She will give you exactly what you want, only prettier! She is so sweet and is great at what she does! Kristi recently did both the flowers and the tuxes at our wedding. The flowers looked stunning and turned our vague description into a reality! The bouquets and boutonnieres were the perfect addition to our overall theme of rustic Victorian. And we really didn't make her job easy! Kristi was so easy to work with, quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and let us change our minds a few times as well. As a bride and groom, having vendors that are easy to work with truly make the day a breeze. If we are ever in the area again and in need of anything floral related we will absolutely be stopping by! Stargazers did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding bouquets and boutonnieres! All I provided was a few inspiration photos and the request that they use whatever is in season. Somehow with this little direction, they envisioned the bouquets of my dreams. The quality of the arrangements and the flowers themselves was truly outstanding. And, there's more! My husband loves legos and I really wanted to incorporate legos into their boutonnieres. Not only was stargazers willing to do this, she specially arranged the legos so that when all of the groomsmen/fathers stood together, the legos spelled out 'I love u'. It was such a pleasant surprise and thoughtful thing to do, truly above and beyond! Lastly, prices were reasonable and delivery was extremely inexpensive. I wish I lived in Asheville and could go to Stargazers more often!

My husband has been buying his flowers for me from Stargazers Floral Designs for 5 years. Kristi has always done a fabulous job. The decision to have her put together our wedding flowers was hands down the best decision we made. She not only put had the flowers I wanted and the color but she dressed it up with a lot of extras that just absolutely made the main lilies pop. The day of the wedding, she delivered the flowers to the venue and then made sure everything was there and set up before she left. Stargazers is reasonably priced and we have always been treated great. We would recommend Stargazers to everyone that is looking for a florist no matter the occasion.

Our daughter decided to get married and we did not have much time to plan her wedding. I called Kristi two weeks before the wedding date, and she immediately said she could do the wedding. She listened to what our daughter wanted, and created beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres and table arrangements, even more beautiful than we had imagined. She traveled 1 1/2 hours to our site and was even early. Her prices were reasonable and she was a true pleasure with which to work. I heartily recommend her for your floral needs.

This was an informal wedding at a residence and there was a lot of quick decision making that had to be done. Everyone at Stargazers was accommodating, professional and flexible. The food was great and the venue looked fabulous.
