Mrs. Racquel is the best HANDS DOWN! She’s so attentive to details and is sure to get you what you want and how you want it. She doesn’t mind going the extra mile to make your day special. She’s open to many different ideas and she will work with you on any questions or concerns you may have. Mrs. Racquel and her team were absolutely amazing!! They’re so professional and attentive to details! They made sure that everything was perfect! Any event that we will have in the future I will be calling on this marvelous team! Our family and friends were all raving about how sweet the team was! Mrs.Racquel and her staff are amazing! If you're stressed out about anything, just call her right away and she'll take care of it! Anything i wanted, she searched for it and found us the best options! Shes very organized and punctual. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Racquel and her team were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked her to help us throughout our wedding planning.

Pitts Wedding
Raquel was referred to me by a retired caterer and I must say it was the best decision my husband and I made. Our wedding experience was definitely one to remember. We literally didn’t have to do a thing but say yes or no to what we liked and didn’t like. Raquel made sure all vendors were on time and on point. Like any event, we ran into a few issues but Raquel did her absolute best to ensure that my husband and I didn’t have any added stress. She did whatever was asked of her and went far and above what was expected of her. I would recommend standing ovations to any bride and groom looking for a stress free wedding experience, she was worth every single dime. We thank her and her team for the wonderful experience we received, we couldn’t have chosen a better company to go with.Standing Ovations's reply:

User2798299 Sent on 10/03/2016I paid for wedding directing/planning services. Services leading up to the event were pleasant with monthly and weekly meetings as my wedding date got closer. When I met with Raquel, exchanges were pleasant as well. However, about a month before my wedding her attitude changed. There was a miscommunication with one of the vendors that seemed to spark the attitude change. Accusatory texts were sent to the bride and ultimately the blame was placed on the bride.
I was told I needed to fill out my rehearsal and wedding day timeline and she gave me a template to go buy. I filled it out and returned it to her.
Rehearsal was fine and she did a good job, but still sensed some sort of animosity. The wedding day started out as expected even though she was a little late on account of traffic. Raquel did well and directed the vendors, but a few last minute changes were sprung on the bride without knowing beforehand. Even though speaking with her before and about reserved tables and so forth, when it came time to seat my family, she acted as though we had not discussed this prior.
Also, while mingling with my family and dancing with my new husband, she interrupted with more timeline questions and asked about changing the band's playing time. She informed me that I need to do my bouquet toss earlier than schedule and that the photographer had to leave. The photographer pulled me aside and said otherwise. It really felt like she was she was trying to rush my wedding day. Finally I said we need to stick to my schedule and I would see her at the send-off.
I knew some hiccups were bound to happen, but despite all this I had a fine time and received compliments from guests after the wedding. This post was not to bash Standing Ovations, Raquel or anyone else. I just wanted to leave my personal experience and let future husbands and wives make informed decisions.

It was a pleasure working with you. Sorry just responding on this platform. It was not our intention to make you feel like we were rushing your day, we deeply apologize, but wanted to make sure all Logistics were completed within the times stated by your vendor’s contracts. Too many times I’ve seen photographers leave without getting the contracted shots due to time being up on contracts. We want all our brides to enjoy their day as the day does go by fast. Again, you and your day were beautiful and we would love the opportunity to work with you again!
