My wife and I just got married at the St. James Hotel in June and we were blown away by how beautiful the venue was, and how fantastic the staff was! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception all at the St. James, all in separate rooms, ALL of which were stunning!

The Historic room was a great way to kick off the weekend with the rehearsal dinner as the room and space were perfect and elegant, and really showed our guests the charm and history of this amazing hotel. We then used the Summit room for the ceremony and reception and our guests could not stop talking about how perfect and beautiful and room and views were. The windows show enough of the West that we got to have the sun shining in on the venue and then we got incredible views of the sun setting as the backdrop to speeches and first dances. The sun setting at that perfect time was unforgettable. We then utilized Jimmy’s Pub for the cocktail hour which was a fun and unique room to show our guests. We enjoyed having separate rooms instead of having guests all stuck in the same one the entire night.

Not only was the venue incredible, but the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice, so accommodating, and very professional. Shelly was our wedding coordinator and she knocked it out of the park. Between our countless questions and requests, she was never impatient or short. She was always extremely positive and lots of fun to work with. We created a great relationship with her, and she made the day run that much smoother! She was also very quick on her toes if we had any small hiccups the day of (which was practically nothing). The front desk and bartenders were also amazing, super fun, and easy to work with.

Shelly, the kitchen staff, and Amy (the pastry chef) also went over and beyond to accommodate our food allergies! I am allergic to corn and eggs while my wife is allergic to gluten and dairy. They were completely understanding and super flexible, providing us with meals, snacks, and drinks that we could have. Amy then also made us a special cake that did not have any of those allergies while still tasting delicious! Just the whole staff in general made the whole weekend and everything building up to the wedding so easy and fun and they made the weekend amazing!

Aside from the actual venue and staff, Red Wing was a beautiful town to have guests visit. It feels like your own small destination wedding coming from the cities. It was also a lot of fun to have most guests staying at the St. James Hotel, so we didn’t have to go anywhere starting with the rehearsal dinner, all the way to the breakfast on Sunday.

If you’re considering booking the St. James Hotel, we would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend it! Everything turned out perfect and beautiful, the staff was incredible, and we had an incredible weekend we’ll cherish forever.

We had a wedding over the weekend at the St James and it was spectacular! Leading up to the event, the St James staff was so helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The day went off without any issues and many of our guests came up and told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and many said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. We also had the River Blu SPA inside the hotel do hair and make up and that was just so convenient. They also did such a beautiful job. I would highly recommend them. I can't thank you enough for exceeding all of our expectations. We wanted to give our daughter her dream wedding and we wanted our guests to feel welcomed, well fed and entertained. It was all that and more!

An absolute charming, exquisite venue.

This venue ended up being the perfect match for me and my groom. We had half of our guest list travel from out of state and it was so convenient to have everything in the same place. The wedding sales manager Abby is phenomenal at what she does! Super responsive and invested in making the day-of a smashing success. I am a walking billboard for this venue. I had multiple guests tell me it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding too! No regrets. If you're considering - just do it!!

The hotel staff, especially Abby Hanson, were super easy to work with and very responsive to our questions and needs. The meal we chose we delicious and beautifully prepared (I had multiple compliments from guests). The historic wing was had a romantic set up. The wait staff was incredibly kind, helpful, smooth, and on top of their game.

The venue itself had very reasonable pricing (especially compared to the pricing in the twin cities) and included a suite stay with a jacuzzi and a couple other gifts for us.

The hotel itself has multiple restaurants in it so it's good for celebrating the night before the wedding and the morning after.

We would highly recommend the St. James Hotel to anyone looking for a cozy romantic spot!

If I could go back and choose our wedding venue 100 more times I would choose the St. James Hotel every single time! I could write volumes on how great the venue is and the staff are but I would do you a disservice if I said too much more than, just go see it and talk to them! You want to experience it for yourself. I'm sure that you will find the St. James to be absolutely fantastic. The hotel is kept up beautifully, the history is rich and the details magnificent. The diversity of spaces for your wedding cannot be matched, whether it is the gorgeous Historic Wing with library and fireplace, the intimate Laurentine, or the majestic Summit with spectacular river views, such big windows! Go see the Summit room! Go visit the St. James Hotel! I'm sure it will either become your venue or set the bar for your search and you will be so glad you went. A few details about our wedding: January 13th, 2019- Sunday Brunch Wedding. We used the Historic, Laurentine, and Summit and were delighted with all three spaces. The food was excellent. The staff was great. And the prices were fair, especially for a winter, Sunday, brunch wedding. I said I wouldn't say too much but it is easy to get carried away when speaking about the St. James Hotel.

I got so lucky finding this hotel to use for our wedding venue! The location is stunning. It feels like stepping back in time. The Edwardian decor is truly impressive. But besides the beauty, the service was the best. Abby Hanson was our wedding coordinator (part of the deal when we booked), and she was there for us every step of the way, from helping us choose our food, to reserving rooms for our guests, and being available on the big day to keep things running on track. We received a free suite on the wedding night and it was filled with beautiful gifts upon entering. If you want a wedding that is self-contained, go to the St. James. Your guests will thank you when they don't have to drive anywhere after the ceremony or reception. I will never forget that day and the St. James made it everything I hoped and dreamed for!

Our wedding at the St. James Hotel was absolutely perfect -- beyond perfect, in fact. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was professional, prompt, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty to help us make our wedding a beautiful and joyful celebration. The venue is gorgeous, there is ample free parking for guests, the hotel rooms are beautiful, and the food is delicious. Abby Hanson (the wedding sales manager) worked closely with us from day one to give us a seamless, stress-free wedding planning experience. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants an amazing value and a perfect, beautiful, stress-free wedding.

Abby is a very talented wedding coordinator! She helped us get everything ready for our wedding day which was of immense help as we mostly planned the event from out of state. The food was phenomenal (Minnesota Pot Roast, Tuscan chicken & pasta primavera) and the venue is perfectly situated along the Mississippi River with stunning views and easy access to downtown Red Wing & the Amtrak station. Could not have asked for a better day! Thank you!

We loved having our wedding at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing, MN. I am originally from the area, so I love the Mississippi River, and my husband loves history. This place offered us the best of both worlds with the beautiful views of the river and bluffs, and there was so much historical background within the venue from the woodwork, ceiling, and decor. Abby, the wedding coordinator, made sure everything was perfect and kept me on track with my planning to make sure things were turned in on time, etc. She answered any question I had ASAP and was always there to lend her advice on what worked best with the venue and timelines. The comp suite you are given the night of the wedding is beyond beautiful, and you are given an extremely generous gift from the hotel that you can use forever. Every aspect of the day was perfect, and our guest continue to talk about how beautiful and perfect the venue was. Only downfall was the front desk clerk was a little rude to a couple of our guests, which kind of left a sour taste in our mouths upon leaving the hotel. So that was a bummer. However, we 10/10 would recommend this venue if you are looking for something with views, history, and greatness!
P.S. We had our ceremony and reception in the Summit Room, and we also did a social hour between the ceremony and dinner in the Historic Area bar.

I looked and spoke to about 50 wedding venues and was getting so frustrated that I couldn't find something that we loved, wasn't a ton of work and in our price range. We wanted everything in one place with an outdoors ceremony and indoor reception. When I first got info on the St. James, I thought it was too good to be true. It met all of our criteria (we did out ceremony in the park behind the St. James) and was in our price range. I figured there had to be a catch but there wasn't! It was seriously PERFECT!

They were incredible to work with throughout the process. They responded promptly to our many questions and helped us every step of the way. The work we had to do for set up and tear down was minimal and they provided pretty much all of the basics that many other DIY venues lacked like china, linens, tables, easels, etc. Instead of being a generic hotel ballroom though, this hotel has so much character! As soon as I walked in and saw the view of the river from the Summit Room, I knew we had to get married there. We loved that everything was under one roof- getting ready, our florist (Clementine is the best!), the hotel for the guests and our complimentary honeymoon suite. It made logistics so much easier!

The staff was all so helpful and attentive. They really went out of their way and wowed us with little surprises along the way. Our families and guests were so impressed! The food was absolutely incredible! We did tacos and had mac and cheese bites for late night snacks- sooooo good!

The only problem we ran into was that we ran out of hotel rooms in our block, the St. James and every hotel in all of Red Wing for our date (Sept 16). If you are getting married in the fall, book LOTS of rooms way ahead of time to ensure all of your guests have accommodations. The St. James is a small boutique hotel that has a lot of charm and fills up fast.

We couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Definitely go with the St. James! You won't regret it :)

We had an amazing experience at the St James for our December wedding! I have nothing but positive things to say. We used the Historic Lobby for our cocktail hour and the Summit Room for our reception and both spaces were gorgeous. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, and the wedding coordinator, Abby, was great to work with.

The price was so reasonable, and it was a great weekend getaway for our guests. We stayed at the hotel, got ready at the salon downstairs, and got our flowers from the floral shop in the hotel - all in one place, it couldn’t have been easier or more perfect! So grateful to the St James for making our wedding day an absolute dream!

Our experience at the St. James could not have been any better. Abby was great! I asked so many questions leading up to the big day and she always responded within 24hrs and most times within 2-3hrs. She is knowledgable and friendly. The venue is gorgeous and recently updated! Great price too! The catering staff goes above and beyond to make sure that you and your guests are well taken care of. The waiters/waitresses were constantly asking us how it was going and complementing us on our big day! My parents even noticed how tentative the staff was! Thank you so much for making our big day special!

Our experience planning and holding our wedding and wedding reception at the St. James Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The front desk associates, the wedding coordinator, maintenance, housekeeping, the banquet manager, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful. She was always willing to email me back whenever I had a question and she was always willing to meet with me whenever I wanted to see the venue. She made our day perfect. I can't stress how happy we were with our experience at the St. James Hotel. My husband and I were married there this September and we worked primarily with Marissa. She is amazing. She was patient and understanding through all of our decision making and changes, and she was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was present the day of the event and more than willing to do anything necessary to make sure the day went smoothly -- which it did. The venue is beautiful and historical, and easily accommodates both large and small groups. We had a somewhat smaller guest list and they were still happy to put us up in the large Summit Room for our reception. We can't recommend this enough as a venue, wedding or otherwise. Expect wonderful service and an event your guests will talk about for a long time!

My husband and I got married at SJH on 9/24 and we were so so so happy with how the day turned out. Marissa was amazing from the very beginning, answering my massive amounts of emails with every question under the sun, to helping out the day before and day of. The staff was amazing as well. Our guests really enjoyed attending a wedding at the SJH. Thank you for making our wedding day so spectacular! We are very lucky!

It's hard to put into words how PERFECT our wedding day and whole weekend was! The St. James Hotel is gorgeous in itself but besides the obvious the staff there are so amazing! Marissa is so wonderful to work with, she took all of the anxiety away from us! The food is amazing! We had our rehearsal, wedding, reception and breakfast/gift opening all in the same building! So convenient! The Summit room is perfect for both wedding and reception! We are still SO happy we chose the St. James as our mini destination wedding! We can't wait to come back for our Anniversary and stay again!

My (now) husband and I spent a romantic wintry weekend at the St. James a few years ago. When we got engaged we wanted to capture that same romantic/warm/cozy/mini-getaway atmosphere for our wedding.
The hotel as a setting is beautiful, the prices are reasonable (esp. when you get a discounted rate for a winter wedding), and Marissa - the St Jame's wedding coordinator - is unbeatable to work with. She was responsive without being overbearing throughout the entire planning process, and day-of she was invaluable to the flow of events. She even whipped together a grooms dinner with less than two-weeks notice.
Our day looked like this: 150 guests (98% of our rsvp's responded yes!), ceremony in Christ Episcopal Church a few blocks away, cocktail hour with a live band in the historic lobby and dinner and dancing in the Summit Room. We wanted a wintry romantic getaway where everyone escaped for the weekend, and that's exactly what we go.

Marissa was absolutely amazing to work with, she did everything we asked and went above and beyond in every regard. Our day was flawless because of her and the St. James staff. I would highly recommend them for any wedding!

It is impossible to put into words how amazing it was to work with Marissa and the St. James Hotel for our wedding. To say everything was perfect is an understatement. It was beyond perfect! We are stationed overseas so planning was going to be a challenge but Marissa made it feel easy! She was very responsive, very helpful, sent pictures when we were unable to come in and see things ourselves and went above and beyond for absolutely everything. I swear I changed my mind on things 100 times and she was always very accommodating and very calm when I would panic. She had amazing suggestions when I wasn't sure what to do and when the day arrived - her suggestions were spot on and even better than we ever imagined!! The hotel itself is the most beautiful place and you throw in an amazing Wedding Manager and you have a stress free, beautiful event! Our food was outstanding and all of the help from the staff that weekend was beyond amazing! We are still hearing from guests about how amazing the food was. Everyone who worked at that hotel was SO nice! Even if they just saw you in the hall they asked if you needed anything. We had both our ceremony and reception at the St. James Hotel and it worked out great! Marissa was there from beginning to end that weekend and really put our minds at ease so we could enjoy our wedding. Please, do yourselves a favor and book this hotel and work with Marissa. The hotel, Marissa and the staff will make your wedding day dreams come true!!

The event planner, Victoria Wolf, did a fantastic job. She was very, very responsive and made us feel special. The St. James Hotel is a gorgeous location and accommodated our small wedding of approximately 72 guests very well. The staff at the St. James, especially Victoria Wolf, made our wedding so fabulous. She coordinated everything so perfectly I really felt like I had hired a wedding planner. She was there every step of the way making sure that I had guest counts and meal choices and that I was staying in my budget. I never felt like I was being "sold" something, everything was so genuine. The day of the wedding she had it all worked out with the hotel staff so that our decorations were set up to my specifications and she was running around making sure my bridal party would be ready for photos on time. They really went above and beyond any expectation that I might have had. In my mind, their service should be the new standard as it was flawless. I am very excited that we have such a wonderful hotel to return to for our anniversaries!

We couldn't be happier! The location, venue, arrangements, and Food were just awesome and most of all how easy and flexible the staff is. Ours was a rushed wedding and we were a little worried at first, but it all went away after we saw the venue and met with Victoria, the St James rep for weddings.

Even though it was a rushed wedding, Victoria was kind enough to give us sufficient time to finalize details and was accommodating to our changes till very late. Ours was also a small wedding though.

The place offers great locations for pictures, and the Hotel Room is simply amazing! The icing - you get a free stay for your anniversary as well. Absolutely everyone loved our wedding and we couldn't be any happier.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the St. James Hotel and Victoria Wolf. Victoria made wedding planning easy and fun. She does an amazing job at recommending popular food options. We had absolutely the BEST experience at the St. James Hotel! Victoria, the wedding coordinator was extremely helpful and took care of everything for us. We couldn't have made everything work without her help. Everything was lined up before the big day, and the whole wedding day went perfectly! Victoria contacted the vendors that we hired and coordinated timing and set up which was very helpful. The food the St. James catered was extremely delicious (the pot roast was my favorite), and we are still getting compliments from our guests at how much they enjoyed the entire evening. My husband and I spent the night at the hotel which was probably one of the nicest hotels I've been to. The history of the hotel was so beautiful, and it made our wedding event that much more special. St. James Hotel is worth every penny!

We planned our entire wedding weekend at the St James. We had the rehearsal dinner in The Port, our ceremony and receiption in the Summit Room overlooking the river and then we hosted brunch on Sunday morning in the Historic Lobby area. Everything was perfect! The staff was very professional and accomodating. Jessica, the event coordinator, is great to work with.
Make sure you check out the Iron Works Suite! It's a large one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and giant bathroom. It worked great for all the girls getting ready before the wedding - tons of room and natural light!

The St. James provided the perfect venue for our reception. All the guests ate and drank like kings and queens. I picked this venue because they offer a micro wedding package that is all inclusive. It includes the area for your ceremony, area for your social hour and area for your reception. for a minimal price per person, you get 1 hour of drinks, appetizers, starter, entre and desert. They have all the services you need to access under their roof - floral shop, salon and pastry chef. The food is amazing. I was told by several of my guest that this was the best wedding they had been to ever. The Saint James has several options to pick from for rooms to have your ceremony and reception in. Oh and lets not forget that you as a couple also get a free suite for the night! I also want to mention that the staff that served us was very professional and accommodating! They made the evening even more enjoyable. I felt like a princess!

The St. James Hotel was the perfect backdrop for our wedding! We knew we wanted to have our reception in or close to a hotel, which is why we originally looked at the St. James. We were blown away by the beauty and charm of this historic Red Wing hotel. Not only were there beautiful reception rooms, but those rooms were easily transformed into amazing ceremony locations, which was also on the top of our list (an indoor ceremony at the same venue). Abby Hanson was our Wedding Manager from the hotel and she was so great to work with. She was prompt with answering emails and phone calls and usually answered our questions before we even knew we had them. They have a convenient event order form that gets filled out gradually as you get closer to the big day and that was super helpful to keep track of what still needed to be done. We got a block of 20 rooms at the St. James and the whole weekend was centered there, which was so fun for our friends and family! We had the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the night before also at the St. James, and guests visited the bars in the hotel while our ceremony room was being flipped for the reception. Then we had brunch at one of the restaurants on Sunday morning. The St. James caters all of its events and we were very pleased with the food choices. We got a lot of compliments on the dinner options we chose. Plus, that was one less vendor we had to deal with. Overall, we are so glad we chose the St. James to be the venue for our wedding weekend-it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!

I can't praise the St.James enough, venue was breathtaking, Abby was always available for whatever questions I had. we still get compliments months later on the venue and how many couples would be visiting just to stay at the hotel again.

We had an amazing experience at St. James Hotel for our wedding reception! Marissa was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. The hotel is so unique and the 4th floor summit room is beautiful! We got so many compliments about our reception! Plus the prices are affordable.

Everything went as planned and we were very pleased with the venue, food and service.

We had a great experience with the St. James. Victoria really did her job well and made sure everything ran smoothly. We had both our ceremony and reception in the Summit Room and it was a gorgeous view. We had compliments all day about how unique and beautiful the venue was.

The St. James was so helpful with everything they did. We brought our own cake from a vendor in my hometown and they let us use their coolers, set up the room the night before and really anything we asked. I would highly recommend them!

Everything was well organized. Victoria was so helpful and easy to deal with and she offered suggestions for our consideration. We received so many compliments on the food and venue. One tip I would offer is to have better directions to the ready room. It was difficult to find.

Marissa was awesome! Very helpful with all our questions, flexible when we needed something. We were from North Dakota and she was able to make all our visits work with our schedule. The hotel staff was willing to help where needed. We only had an hour to set up our reception and they asked us what they can do to help... That was great! Overall an amazing experience at the St. James!

We decided on a small wedding and the St. James Hotel had exactly what we needed all in one place. The flowers, spa, cake, hotel, venue, dinner, etc were all available and completed beautifully in one building. Their elopement package gave us minimal stress and the day was absolutely lovely!

The St. James Hotel in entirety was wonderful! They worked with us on everything that we wanted in order to make our dream wedding come true. They have fantastic recommendations for vendors that are familiar with the Hotel staff and location. The staff all work together before the day and on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly. We personally had a minor hiccup with the band we had hired and Nicole was on top of everything keeping my husband and myself informed on what was happening and suggestions on what to do with the issue in the meantime to keep the party going. Overall, the day could not have gone any better!

It was a perfect setting for a romantic reception! The food was to die for and the wedding coordinator was very patient with any and all questions!! I highly recommend the St. James Hotel!!

Amazing food and service at this facility - I would recommend it to any couple looking for a classy traditional venue along the Mississippi River. I loved the wedding coordinators and they did everything they could to make our day flawless!

Our day was great!! Our guests had a wonderful time and talked about how great and beautiful everything was.

The reception site was amazing and the wedding coordinator, Victoria was great to work with. She really helped make our day come together. Also, the banquet manager, Valery was so nice! She really went the extra mile to make sure we were having the time of our lives and didn't have to worry about anything!

We loved our venue. I couldn't start by saying anything differently. We used 2 spaces at the St. James and loved both of them for what we used them for. The historic area is were we held our cocktail hour and actual ceremony and we held our reception on the newer side of the hotel. It fit us perfectly. We did have some miscues and whatnot as they had a new wedding coordinator transition in to the position in the middle of our wedding planning, and I am not super sure how much info got handed off, so that was a little hard but overall, amazing. Every guest commented on the space in some way. The staff was super sweet about all of the details that we included and if we mentioned something was off, not working, or not happening as we mapped out, for the most part, they were super awesome and willing to help out!! The St James means a lot in my family so it was amazing to have our special day down there and we really enjoyed our wedding day there.

Loved the venue! So beautiful and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Victoria was excellent the entire time and always had an answer to our questions. They give you engraved toast glasses, a framed photo of you on your wedding day , bottle of champagne and a free anniversary night stay at the hotel as a thank you, what a nice surprise! They work very well with the florist down the road and help you coordinate all the details for the day of, huge help for a person working full time and planning a wedding. Fridays you can get the venues half off which helps tons with cost. Or only problem was with a server who yelled ata guest and literally stared them down the whole night. She old them she new they were under 21 and drinking and that she would get them kicked out of the wedding. They did this in front of the other guests veryloudly. However the guest yelled at was 23 and confused as to why she pinpoint them to yell at as they had ID showing their age.

This is a beautiful venue in Red Wing, MN. Our reception was in the Summit Room, with its spectacular view looking over the Mississippi River and the bluffs through its many windows. The St. James Hotel provided dinner, drinks, and wedding cake and many of our guests stayed in the historic hotel. The pricing was pretty fair considering other big-city costs. The quality of service was superb. I planned my wedding from across the country, and at times I had trouble getting in touch with the event manager. However, I was persistent and everthing turned out amazing!! Better than I ever could have imagined :)

Beautiful city, couldn't have pick a better location for our wedding! The hotel is absolutely stunning and the service and food was great! We had a great expierence!

There were some plates of pork that were served raw to guests. I thought that for how much money that we paid the room was a little outdated and was surprised that we had to pay for our hotel room after so many guests had already reserved rooms. I also heard that the bartenders were rude to guests. Overall it was a lot of money for everything.

Victoria made the whole experience easier; she returned calls immediately and was helpful with making my vision for the Summit Room come true for my wedding.

The hotel is a beautiful location for a wedding. They made some impressive updates after we had booked which we were fortunate to benefit from! Our guests loved the views and raved about the food. I would have nothing but positive things to say if it weren't for the poor handling of our forgotten late night sandwiches. The issue was never brought to my attention and no equivalent food options were produced. The sandwiches were later credited, but we really needed the hotel to take more accountability for the oversight and show our value to them as customers.
We chose the St James to spend one of the biggest days of our life. That was not a decision we made lightly. So many great people worked hard to make that day special for us. How we feel in the aftermath of this poor customer service is now the predominant memory we have of our day.

We booked our wedding here a year and a half in advance. We decided to have a very small wedding (13 guests) and purchased their elopement package.
While the venue itself it’s nice and the price was reasonable we did not feel it was worth it due to the poor communication and lack of responsiveness of the wedding coordinator.
She seemed to be working alone and to not be able to keep up with how many weddings they had scheduled. This resulted in emails being replied to in a week/several days, some requests were overlooked/gotten wrong, and me having to correct the issues if we wanted things to turn out as we wished.
I love the St. James hotel itself but I would not recommend it as your wedding venue due to Abby, the wedding coordinator, not being able to keep up with all the weddings. It made us feel as though we were just a number and less important than other weddings due to the size of ours.

Thankfully our family and friends did a wonderful job in hiding any issues from my husband and I on our wedding day and we had an amazing time but we had several issues during our reception.
The staff other than Victoria were wonderful and easy to work with. Victoria made promises that were never followed through on, like saying we would had access to the Summit room the day prior to decorate and set up, instead we were told two weeks prior we wouldn't have access and would only be granted access at roughly midnight before so we had to hire a decorator to do what we had planned to.
We were rushed through our cocktail hour, and did not get to see or enjoy it other than a brief 10 minutes. We had appetizers set aside for us, the wedding party, and our parents NONE of which we served to us until mid way through dinner.
Being Victoria rushed us up to the dinner, it wasn't ready there was a total of well over an hour from the time the soup was severed and everyone was done eating it until dinner was served there was no microphone available for a prayer before dinner (after we were told there would be). Dinner was basically a disaster for us, but the food was everything we remembered from our tasting and it seemed to help with the timing issue for our guests.
Bar tenders were great once a small issue with drink tickets was resolved. The hotel staff was AMAZING and very accommodating.
Aside from the issues we had with Victoria it was a magical night we will never forget.
