If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
First things first, my husband and I have worked countless events/weddings as photographers & videographers, and I also spent two years working exclusively in the wedding industry with connections nationwide. We’ve seen a lot of venues, a lot of staff, and a lot of wedding days. So when I say that Spur of the Moment Ranch is truly one of the best of the best, I mean it wholeheartedly.
Many venues advertise themselves as “all-inclusive,” but very few actually deliver on that promise. Spur of the Moment Ranch is the closest I’ve ever seen to truly including so many of the things you will need and want for your wedding day, and they do it exceptionally well. The space itself is stunning, blending country charm with lush, tropical landscapes. As a couple from SoFlo now living in North FL, this blend truly made us feel like we got the best of both of our homes and makes for diverse photo backgrounds.
But the most important highlight is the people. The staff here does not just say they are like family as a selling point, it is something you genuinely feel throughout the entire process and you get to become family too.
We used Sally for photography, and she was everything we could have hoped for. She was calm, easygoing, personable, and incredibly talented. Her assistant Melissa was so kind, and together they worked seamlessly as a team. Originally, we considered booking 6 hours of coverage, but after going through the day, I'm happy we bumped it up to 8. Worth every penny.
Our coordinators, Frida and Jess, were outstanding on the wedding day. Everything flowed so smoothly, and we were able to be fully present without worrying about a thing.
DJ Eddy was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond. He almost acted as an additional coordinator, constantly checking in on us and making sure everyone was having an amazing time. He even joined us on the dance floor. From the month leading up to the wedding through the day itself, his professionalism and passion were so evident. You can tell he genuinely loves his job and cares for the couples.
We also went with their in-house catering. Chef Ida is incredibly talented. She offers a wide range of cuisines and was so accommodating with preferences, allergies, and sensitivities.
For our cake, we used their recommended baker, Maria, and it was delicious. There were so many flavor options to choose from, both classic and unique, and people still talk about the cake.
The bartenders, valet team, and venue attendants were all fantastic and played a huge role in making everything run seamlessly. Christian, one of the bartenders, even called us for a quick briefing the week of our wedding and had us taste our signature drinks to make sure it was perfect. Valet's number one concern is safety which is so important if you/your guests plan on drinking.
One of the most special parts of our experience was how much Spur helped us with all of our unique moments throughout the day. My husband and I are high school sweethearts. We got married one month after our 10 year anniversary, and they went above and beyond to help us incorporate the meaningful, personal touches we wanted for both us and our guests. It truly felt like OUR wedding in every sense.
One thing to keep in mind is that it is Miami, so having a weather backup plan is essential. That said, they make sure to execute Plan B flawlessly if needed. We had storms all week leading up to our wedding, but the day before turned absolutely beautiful and even brought in a slight cold front, which is a gift in Miami in March. When we first booked, Frank, the owner (who is also amazing) told us that in all their years of hosting events/weddings, it had only rained twice. After our experience, I am convinced there is a little bit of magic on those acres because we had nothing but rainbows the day before and sunshine and breeze day of. Regardless of the torrential downpours all week.
All in all, look no further... Spur of the Moment Ranch is THE venue!

When I first started wedding planning on my own, it quickly became an overwhelming experience. Where to start? What vendors do I need to book? When do I need to book each vendor? I’m not someone who knew exactly what she wanted for her wedding or knew how to plan any type of event, so I began to search for inclusive wedding venues. Once we found Spur Of The Moment Ranch, we knew it was the one for so many reasons.
One: The people. Frank and Laura are such genuinely kind and personable people. You can tell they love what they do. They were incredibly helpful and prompt with all our questions throughout the planning process. They talk highly about their staff and now that I’ve seen what their staff can do, I couldn’t agree more. The caterer, the DJ, the bartenders, the coordinators, the valet, and even the outside vendors they recommended to us were all so professional, kind, and amazing at what they do.
Two: The venue itself. This venue is beautiful and it truly shines brightest at night. Most of our guest feedback was about how fun the wedding was and how stunning the venue was. Our ceremony was at the gazebo, cocktail hour was in a new outdoor area offered, dinner was in the dining area, and dancing was in the barn all on the same property! At first, I was a bit skeptical about the different locations because I had never been to a wedding where the dining area was separate from the dancing area, but it was perfect! There are still tables and areas to sit in the barn with dancing, and I just loved how we were able to utilize so many different spaces on this beautiful property. It made it feel extra unique.
Three: The optional honeymoon barrel. There is a honeymoon barrel on the venue property that the couple can stay in the night of the wedding. This was such a unique experience. It’s a cute little 1 bed/1 bath and it was a perfect end to our night! It was quiet and peaceful. Such a bonus to not have to drive anywhere after such a long day!
Everyone at Spur Of The Moment Ranch was so professional and knew exactly how to guide us through. It was everything I needed and more. Due to the professionalism and coordination at this venue, we were able to truly be present and soak in every moment the day of. From the very first tour at Spur of the Moment, we knew this place was special. Frank’s charming personality and genuine love for his venue instantly drew us in. Hearing how highly he spoke of his team—how they treat each other like family—completely sold us.
Fast forward a year and a half later, and we met Jessica, the event director. As a bride, she was everything I needed and more. She calmed my nerves, answered every question with confidence, and was always just a call or text away—even late at night. She made the planning process feel safe, supported, and stress-free.
Our tasting with Chef Ida was unforgettable. The food was incredibly flavorful and beautifully prepared, and on wedding day, our guests could not stop raving about how amazing everything tasted.
Then there’s Belkis—our lead coordinator and absolute angel. From the moment we met her, I knew we were in the best hands. She listened to every detail, anticipated our needs, and went so far above and beyond that she even picked up our last-minute decorations from our Airbnb 15 minutes away… because yes, the bride was running late to her own wedding 😂. She made sure my husband and I were fed, hydrated, relaxed, and happy every step of the way.
The venue itself is breathtaking—from the open pavilion to the rustic barn, every space feels magical. We originally dreamed of the red barn, but the white one turned out to be just as beautiful in its own way—perfectly imperfect, just like our day.
We laughed, we cried, and we felt truly taken care of. This team doesn’t just host weddings—they welcome you into their family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to celebrate one of the most important days of our lives.Spur Of The Moment Ranch's reply:

From the moment we first saw the venue, we fell in love with its rural yet well-manicured charm. As a former Marine, Frank, the owner, runs a well-oiled machine and leaves no room for unprofessionalism or half measures. His staff are not only stellar at what they do but also passionate and are there to ensure that you have the time of your life. The wedding coordinators, Jess and Frida were always on top of things and ever so sweet and kind. The DJ, Eddie, is truly dedicated to his craft and knew exactly what to play to keep the masses dancing; I really appreciate that he is an Iron Maiden fan too. Alas, my wife said "no metal" at the reception :). The rest of the staff—whose names, unfortunately, I don't recall—were hard workers and friendly whenever we needed any help. The facilites are structurally sound and tastefully decorated. The property grounds are professionally manicured, and not a single blade of grass is out of place.
We enjoyed every single minute of our wedding, and the only downside is that we could not make it last for three days straight. Time really does fly when you are having fun.Spur Of The Moment Ranch's reply:

Okay, so it took me a bit longer to finally get to this review due to us leaving straight to our honeymoon and barely having service, however, this needed to be written. My husband and I got married here on 10/18/25. I could not thank this team enough for everything they did for us. From Frank and Laura being so flexible with the payments—especially when my car unexpectedly broke down earlier in the year(an expense we were definitely not prepared for). And of course to the amazing coordination that Jessica and Belkis did for us. Belkis and Jessica were absolute GEMS. I had sent Pinterest board after board to them on how I wanted everything to look and put my full faith in them, even when my anxiety was eating away at me since I wouldn’t be able to see what it was going to look like until the day. I was blown away. Everything was beautiful. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They ran that show flawlessly. Jessica was such a sweetheart to sit with me before it was time to walk down the aisle. She talked to me the entire waiting time when my bridal party had to go out. I was panicking, but she made me think about something else and it helped immensely. I could not have asked for a more amazing wedding and we will truly never forget that entire group of amazing individuals that made my visions come true. Our wedding venue was absolutely beautiful, and everything was set up perfectly. I ended up running late, but the staff was incredibly supportive and helped keep the day running smoothly. Sally, our photographer, was especially wonderful—she stayed calm, fun, and helped me get right back on track without any stress. Eddy, our DJ, was amazing as well. He played great music, read the room perfectly, and was so personable and easygoing throughout the night.
The Flourish team truly brought my vision to life—they understood exactly what I wanted and just ran with it, making everything look and feel even better than I imagined. And the food was exceptional; we had so many guests comment on how delicious everything was.
If you want a stress-free wedding day with a supportive, kind, and professional staff, this is absolutely the place to be. Highly recommend.

The contract signing was smooth, communication was great, and the fact that they provided nearly everything in-house made the planning process so much easier. We realized we needed to use the rainy-day ceremony space only a few hours before the wedding, and the ease with which the staff were able to re-set up everything inside was impressive, and the wedding was just as gorgeous. We just had pur wedding at this venue and everything was amazing! I cant even explain how awesome they made it for us. Starting from our wedding coordinator Frida, she managed everything from beginning to end, we never felt lost, and had time to enjoy our time without worries. The food amazing! The drinks on point. Additionally, at the end we got to stay at the barrel whoch made it even better because we didnt had to worry about driving to another location. My now husband and I decided to get married very last minute as we’re both 4th year veterinary students and had graduation coming up. When the final word that our immediate families would be coming to graduation we decided to make it a whole weekend and get married. This decision was made only 4 weeks prior to our wedding date. I found this venue online and called Frank and Laura on Easter Sunday looking to see if they had availability. Within the next 3 days and several emails later we had our wedding contract signed and paid for. We used their in house recommended vendors and I can’t describe how easy and smooth the entire planning process was thanks to them and all of their incredible vendors. Loved this venue!
The venue, ranch, and staff were all incredible. We decided to get married very last minute, and when I had reached out to Laura and Frank I was shocked to learn they had the date available being only 4 weeks away. We used all of their in house recommended vendors to make life easier and flow smoothly and everything was perfect. Absolutely perfect wedding venue!
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was flawless. Frank and Laura have truly created an amazing space with an amazing team at Spur of the Moment Ranch! The wedding coordinators, Jessica and Frida, were incredibly nice, professional, and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of so we could simply enjoy our special day.
The food was absolutely delicious, thanks to the incredible Chef Ida! Every dish was expertly prepared and left our guests raving about how amazing the meal was. And DJ Eddy was phenomenal, keeping everyone on the dance floor all night long. The energy, the atmosphere, and the seamless execution made for an unforgettable celebration.

Great venue
The Spur of the Moment Ranch is not only a beautiful venue full of green and nature, but a venue that provides different options from peace to a great party place. The day of your wedding you feel that you own this venue
Since it is entirely for you and your wedding party. I was able to have great pictures taken throughout the entire venue. The owners of the ranch Frank and Laura are also wonderful: very professional, very flexible and always willing to go above and beyond to make this day ultra special. Every time I reached out to them, they respond right away. If you choose the Spur of the Moment as your wedding venue, you will be choosing a beautiful venue, with great food, great music and so much more. Everything under one roof. Best place to get married ever. They are so helpful, timely, and the pricing was beyond reasonable. I’ve never been one to like planning and before I got engaged I never thought about having a wedding or what that would look like. The Spur of The Moment team made my dreams come true I didn’t even know I had. Also, when I say they made my wedding day 100% stress free I’m not being dramatic. All I’ve ever heard about weddings is people say they wish they had just eloped after all the planning stress, but I can’t relate. My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful to the owners and their team for all of the incredible work. Their expertise and how the venue staff and team handled everything exceeded my expectations. I received SO many compliments of the venue and I’m so happy I chose Spur of the Moment for my big day. It was beautiful and a day I’ll truly never forget. Their venue is so special and unique, very different from any typical venue in Miami. A lot of guests felt like they went on a mini destination.

Amazing team!
From the moment we went to go see the venue we knew it was the perfect place to have our wedding. The team was phenomenal!!l I cannot say it enough from Frank & Laura, to Jessica the wedding planner and her team, alongside Sally the photographer, Ida the caterer, florals as well, and the cake was delicious. They are all passionate about what they do and it really shows. They are very detail oriented and work hard to make your dream event come to life. The day of, Frida and Jess made sure everything was perfect and even took care of some of our guests and myself like family. All our guests had nothing but compliments. Saying they had no idea there was such a place, like Spur of the moment. At party time, some guests said it felt like a club and the dj definitely understood the crowd.
I would also like to add that the day of our event there were some clouds and scattered rain but I knew I had nothing to worry about because this team would take care of it, which allowed me to focus on other things. I cannot recommend this venue and the entire team enough!

We got married at Spur of the Moment Ranch on November 16th of 2024 and our wedding was absolutely perfect - more than anything we could have ever imagined! It truly was the most beautiful day of our lives.
We want to begin by mentioning that the venue is absolutely stunning, we felt like we were transported to a tropical oasis mixed with rustic country - the perfect combination. From the outdoor ceremony space with the breathtaking sunset views, landscaping, and koi pond with cascading waterfalls, to the the elegant reception area with royal rustic dining tables and chandeliers, it created the magical atmosphere we were dreaming of.
First and most importantly, we want to give a special thank you to the incredible owners Frank & Laura. This venue honestly goes above and beyond to provide an unforgettable experience personalized to each and every person. We knew this was the place to get married after such an amazing tour Frank provided to us, showing us this unforgettable place where we had such a beautiful night. The owners and the staff created such a loving, open, and humorous environment that we felt very comfortable and open to communicate any issue or concern we had.
On the other half, the staff at Spur of the Moment Ranch were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself, ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed - from Jessica (Coordinator), DJ Eddy, Willy (Photo Booth), to Ida (the food caterer), Christian/Sebastian/Chas (Bartenders), Ivan (Photographer), Veronica (Videographer), Maja (Florist), Ana (Officiant), and we are sure there were many more.. Spur of the moment venue is a phenomenal place to celebrate any event. We had our daughter’s wedding and the staff exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have this special event. The entire staff was so cordial happy to be working there greeted everyone with such grace. Excellent customer service and the food was incredible. The guests enjoyed themselves so much as there were so many nice details added to event. Our experience with Spur of the Moment was absolutely amazing. Laura and Frank (the owners) were so helpful and understanding during the stressful time of planning the wedding. We had visited so many venues and none made us really feel like we were listened to and cared for as individuals, while Frank and Laura handled everything with professionalism, it wasn't just about the financial gain for them, instead, they really wanted our wedding dream come true. We also absolutely loved that they include a month of and day of coordinator, it made our wedding planning much easier. Lastly, we absolutely loved the honeymoon barrel! Since we did not have a place to go to after the wedding to have all to ourselves, the honeymoon barrel was perfect for us to have our privacy. 10/10 recommend!Spur Of The Moment Ranch's reply:

The amount of amazing things I can say about spur of the moment will exceed the limit of this review. I would first like to start off by saying how amazing the staff is. Everyone from the owners, Frank and Laura, to chef Ida, to Jessica and her assistant the coordinators, and eddy the DJ were just absolutely phenomenal. I never thought I would be a stressed out bride but I was, and everyone made it so easy and relaxed I felt like no stress ever happened leading up to this day. Not only did they arrange everything beautifully they made our vision of a Viking themed wedding into a reality. From the decor to the music they nailed it. I cannot thank everyone at spur of the moment enough. They became family at the end of the day and I highly, highly recommend them to any new bride and groom getting married. Jessica was always one step ahead and made us feel like VIP celebrities, from bringing us food to drinks to making everything run so smoothly. Eddy was the best DJ anyone could ask for. We threw him a lot of curve balls and he made it all happen without a hitch. Chef Ida’s food was out of this world. Most people don’t talk about the food at the wedding and everyone told us how amazing it was. Thank you everyone, I couldn’t have done this without any of you. We had the pleasure of having our wedding at Spur of the Moment Ranch. All of the staff and crew were very helpful and made the day go by without any issues. They were able to answer any questions we had and solve anything that came up. We got rained out all day and they accommodated us with their "backup" ceremony location inside the red barn. This ceremony area was just as nice as outside and all the guests loved it. We would definitely recommend spending your big day here.Spur Of The Moment Ranch's reply:

I will forever recommend Spur of the moment to anyone looking for venues to have special events! They are so incredible amazing that I don’t know words of thanks and gratitude can be enough!
The wedding world, as wonderful and exciting it is, comes with a lot of stress as well. While it’s a dream come true for many, the wedding worlds is a business. Spur of the moment felt like family, not a business. From the first tour we did with Frank, it was so comfortable and easy. Frank was extremely nice, easy going, , and very helpful. He didn’t rush any part of the tour and was more than happy to answer the many questions we had. While I did not meet Laura in person, all my contact with her was smooth and stress free! We thank her for all the background assistance with everything. I thank them both for creating this beautiful venue and everything the do; personally and professionally.
Almost going into the middle of planning our wedding, we did a major change with the reception after. When I say that they all went above and beyond to assist and accommodate every major change we did, to make sure we still had our special day was so special and heartfelt for me. I felt like a lot of places would have not gone above and beyond to help us with the changes we had to do due , originally unplanned, and been so caring and heartfelt about it.
Jessica, thank you for everything! Your easy going attitude, even with stressful moments was so reassuring and put me, the bride, at ease. She was on top of everything and it felt like always one step ahead ;). She never hesitated to reassure or take care of anything that arouse without a fuss. I also personally thank you for the assistance with our minor mishap with the cake tastings!
Sally, thank you again so much! You are an absolute sweetheart and have a wonderful time working with you! Sally was the first person who I was in contact with originally. So beyond happy that we chose you to be our videographer. We are so excited to see the final product and cannot wait! Thank you for helping us record the permanent special day!
The entire location at spur is absolutely beautiful, including the barrel where we stayed. We will be forever grateful to have chosen Spur of the moment for our wedding. This couldn’t have been a more perfect day!

The absolute BEST wedding venue in south florida!!
I can’t express enough how amazing this wedding venue is. The staff is the best! I went through many different wedding venues in Miami/homestead area, but the second I came to tour this venue my husband and I knew this was the one! The place is beautiful! Beyond romantic with the lights in the ceremony, lights in the outside barn as well as inside the reception barn. In addition, they are prepared for anything! Last minute (ten minutes) before my ceremony, what looked to be 0% chance of rain became a sprinkle. They immediately gave all my guests tan umbrellas to cover them. It stopped raining right before I walked into the ceremony. It was perfect. But anyways, they were so prepared with back up plans for their back up plans. The venue was able to bring all my ideas to life. I had multiple guests tell me this was such an original venue and that it was the most fun wedding they had been to. I can’t thank Laura, Frank, and Jessica enough. I wanted to say that being a bride who moved out of south florida during the wedding planning process, Jessica was there for me every step of the way. I was so scared that moving would make this super hard, but Jessica made sure this was so enjoyable. Frank and Laura were extremely accommodating to all my ideas! The DJ (djwilly if you can request him) was amazing! He was able to read the vibe of the guests. People were dancing the entire time! The food was also amazing. I can’t thank this venue enough for making this the best day of our lives. I highly recommend and would 100% pick this place again. Wow, words cannot express how grateful we are to have gotten married in Spur of The Moment. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to make our day amazing. We want to highlight each of them individually:
Jessica Gonzalez, their wedding coordinator, is a force to be reckoned with. A bride cannot feel stressed on her wedding with a planner like her. She took care of every single detail and made our vision come to life. She has a tremendous personality, and we loved her realness and ability to accommodate for us in ALL ways.
Frank and Laura Gonzalez, the owners, they are so very humble, and they made our wedding possible even when it rained. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in the venue.
Ida, the phenomenal chef, the food was DELICIOUS. This was one thing that our guests kept raving about. She is such a light, and you can tell that the food is made with care. Her attention to detail is incredible.
Eddy, the DJ, really cool guy! He worked with our bridal party in making the reception entrance a spectacular one.
Sally, the photographer, WHAT AN EYE. She caught such special moments and really did so amazing.
Overall, this venue was the place where they really made our day truly so special. From the moment we walked in to see the venue to the moment we left on our wedding day; they did not treat us as just two people renting their venue... but as family. Unforgettable
I can’t believe my day has already passed. I cannot say enough great things about Spur of the Moment. They are truly amazing and everyone from the owners, to coordinator, to staff interact and make the best out of your day. We picked this venue for our wedding and all of our guest were not only amazed at how beautiful the location was but each of the ones who interacted with the staff said how great the service was. The staff was respectful, attentive, pleasant, and genuinely caring. Our wedding was planned in less than a year but everything I ever wanted was made possible. Frank and Laura the owners made themselves very available and were always attentive to any questions I had. Jessica the wedding coordinator is honestly the best person I have met and I can’t thank her enough for always being there. She is what made my day possible and executed every detail. She was always available when reaching out and something about her was extremely calming. She assured everything would be beautiful and it really was. She was extremely professional yet gave me the comfort of having her by my side when I needed her. Recommend this venue not only for how beautiful it is but because of the staff as well. Spur of the moment made my day very special. The owners Laura and Frank are such sweet people who put their customer needs first and are very quick to responding any questions you may have. The wedding coordinator for spur of the moment (Jessica) was awesome. When I felt like nothing on my wedding was going as planned, she made it happen. An example was on my wedding day, she called me letting me know that the chance of rain was 60%. But looking outside from where my airbnb was located (which was like 10-15 mins away), the weather look like it was not going to rain. Matter of fact, it was very humid. When she called me, she asked to move ceremony to the barn due to the weather. I really did not want my wedding to be moved to the barn so I asked could we just wait til closer to wedding time to see what weather is like. She agreed. An hour later, she called me back letting me know that the weather is now showing 70% chance of rain and that ceremony will have to be moved to the barn. I was so sad and disappointed because I really wanted that outdoor wedding. To make a long story short, when I got to the venue, I saw the chairs still outside decorated with petals on the ground. Nothing was indoor. Jessica told me when she looked at the weather again, the chances of rain dropped to 24% and had her team move everything back outside. I have to say, that's what you call an awesome wedding coordinator... one who puts their customer first to make their day special. I can't put into words the wonderful job The Spur of the Moment Ranch did for my daughters wedding. From start to finish every detail was considered. Being someone always in control of her own events, they told me to "Trust the Process" well that is what I need.. ( well I tried, lol) I have been answering texts all morning with guests telling me that the venue, staff, food, decor was absolutely beautiful. This is the place! Jim and I are over the moon that we chose your venue. Special thanks to the lady of the many hours, Jessica the wedding planner, owners Frank & Laura, Sally and the entire staff. Where to begin?! Our wedding was on April 8th, and we found the venue late February. We were thinking of doing small family gathering, but decided last minute to go with the ranch. The venue is beautiful. Frank and Laura were very helpful since it was kind of a last minute wedding. Jessica the coordinator helped us to plan the entire event. Frida the day of coordinator was exceptional. She helped me every minute of it. She was so attentive. We loved every minute of it, and we felt like home. My husband and I got married on February 25, 2023 at Spur of the Moment and I can truly say it was the most amazing day in our lives! We booked Spur of the Moment as our venue in November 2021 after attending one of their open house events. We would recommend that you attend an open house because it gives you the best view of how everything will look for your event. It also connected us to so many amazing vendors, some of which we used for our wedding. We met our photographer, our specialty drink bar, and caterer at their open house. Spur of the Moment also provided the DJ services for our reception and DJ Willy was amazing! He played a great mix of songs that had everyone dancing in the reception and he catered the music to our taste.
We visited other venues when we were searching for one but as soon as we visited Spur of the Moment, we knew we found where we wanted to get married. The owners, Laura and Frank, were amazing to work with and made his feel right at home every time we visited the venue or had questions. They along with Jessica, the coordinator from Spur of the Moment, were super easy to work with, were always very responsive with emails, calls, or texts and truly made everything about our day as smooth as possible. Even when dealing with vendor changes, they were always on the ball and in contact with us. They even joked with us that we had the most vendors they had ever used for a single wedding but they made sure everything went off without a hitch! Some of our vendors included a bounce house, a Jurassic Park Jeep for photos, and an appearance from Star Wars characters.
From the beginning, they understood our vision of what we wanted our wedding to be and they delivered better than even we could have imagined. My husband and I can honestly say that we enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest and that is in large part to everyone at Spur of the Moment. We would recommend them 1000% to anyone that is looking for a wedding or event venue. They truly made the experience all about us and always welcomed our ideas and did everything they could to make our dream a reality.

To start off, when we met Frank & Sally for the venue walk through, it truly felt like it was an aunt and uncle. We truly felt at home. The venue is clean, beautiful with or without decor, well thought out and put together. The attention to detail is just amazing and truly felt like the easiest decision choosing them as our wedding venue.
we had nearly 140 guest show up to our wedding, the separation of valet parking, ceremony, dinner location and party location on site helped create a feeling that you were entering different stages of the wedding. The furnishings were incredible quality and a very earthy and organic feel.
The bartenders really handled their job with care and also made phenomal drinks for the guest off a menu we provided.
The food and cake from catering by Molina was amazing.
The in house DJ Eddy was great and played every song we loved and listened to our directions .
The in-house coordinator Jessica was extremely helpful with my wedding planner to make sure the timeline was followed and our day went perfectly.
The venue has beyond gorgeous spots for photos.
The grooms and bride suites are clean, beautiful, and add an extra special place for the groom and bride to hang out in before the wedding commences.
Overall everything was perfect.
We have been given the compliment of our wedding being the best wedding ever and thanks to spur of the moment+ team & vendors we hired we had our dream wedding .
We can’t thank you enough .
Pricing is inclusive of food and furniture. They also have a great in house selection to use and decorate the venue with which is great for those looking to save on decorations .
We used our own decor, however we could’ve done it without purchasing anything extra . That’s how large their selection is.

The moment we first stepped foot into this venue, we knew there was something special about it. The owners, Frank and Laura, were warm and welcoming every step of the way. From our first tour of the venue, to long after our wedding.
When you first tour the venue, you really feel that someone poured their heart and soul into every little detail. Frank built and handpicked pretty much everything there is to see on the property (except the chairs, he happily admitted those are from China). There is so much beautiful craftsmanship, gardening, and Americana décor. We found ourselves just getting lost in it's beauty every time we found an excuse to visit the venue. And that's just during the day time. If you're able to tour the venue at night, the magic is amplified by a thousand when the fairy lights and night lighting is in full effect. It truly is a dream venue.
The entire process was just about flawless, and the owners have a highly curated list of vendors that are all EXCELLENT. The staff onsite were all absolutely wonderful and pleasant, and it seems everyone as a whole is very happy to be a part of the Spur of the Moment team and that they are all well taken care of.
Our wedding turned out to be more wonderful than we could have ever envisioned it, and it's all thanks to these folks and through allowing us to celebrate our marriage in their home. Everyone and all the vendors involved were incredible. DJ, Catering, Wedding Coordinator (Belinda and her team from pocketbook weddings were our SAVIERS!).
We'll leave you with one last sentiment. Be careful taking a tour of the grounds... even if you're not ready, you'll end up falling in love with the place (and it's hosts) and before you know it, it'll be next to impossible to pass up on the opportunity. It happened to us!

Everything was beautiful and well put together. Only one thing I would have them do is make sure all guest are seated in the entrance of the reception entro and not have guest blocking there entrance for video purposes. I could write a book about the incredible service and experience that this venue provided. I planned my wedding in three months and they made it feel like a walk in the park. It has been one week since our wedding and I am still in Aw of how beautiful and perfect it was! I highly recommend using Spur of the Moment Ranch for your venue. This venue is absolutely gorgeous!! So many unique touches in every corner. Frank and Laura are the icing on the cake!! Offering their ideas and helping with decision making. They made our planning and wedding day stress free !!! We also had our engagement photo session at the venue and the surroundings on the venue made our pictures even more spectacular!!
We stayed in the barrel room the night of our wedding which was cozy and comfortable!! Frank and Laura helped make our wedding run smoothly without any hiccups!! Spur of the moment really out did themselves here. The venue is absolutely STUNNING and you really don’t need to bring any decor. Frank built most of the cool things on the property and it it run by a family. They were all available at our every call text and email. I don't even know where to begin! Spur of the Moment Ranch is not only the most gorgeous venue but is owned by the most incredible people. When my husband and I were looking for a venue we were set on a rustic barn and had a very strict budget to work with. On top of that, we were hoping to find an inclusive vendor that had most, if not all, vendors in-house. Spur of the Moment was just that; affordable, inclusive, and very easy to work with. However, it was when we met the owners that were absolutely SOLD on this being the very place we would have our special day. Laura and Frank are the greatest dynamic duo that made planning a wedding a breeze. The added bonus was that the venue was built by Frank.. a true work of art. The property is enchanting and people have not stopped telling us how beautiful our wedding was. The in-house catering was absolutely delicious... don't even get me started on the cake, YUM!! The venue also hosts bridal expos that allow future brides to see additional vendor services to make your day exactly what you need it to be. My husband and I also chose to stay overnight in their beautiful overnight barrel which made it so convenient at the end of the night and allowed our transition to our honeymoon the very next morning to be a breeze. They also provide a team of month-of-coordinators that is a true wedding MUST! Pocketbook weddings were amazing to work with and I am so glad this was included in their inclusive pricing.
I have heard brides tell me some crazy stories about working with venues and it honestly was something I was concerned about. Laura and Frank eliminated all those concerns. They truly became our "wedding parents" haha. Looking back at our wedding photos, it was everything I have ever dreamed of and more. Planning a wedding during a very busy season of life was not easy, but the support and family-like feel that the venue offers lifted so many burdens for me. The day was nothing short of perfect. The day I first walked into frank and Laura’s venue I started to cry because I knew that’s where I wanted to marry the man of my dreams! And let’s just say that I have not stopped hearing the most beautiful commentary from my guest saying it’s was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to! Also I recommend all of the in house services because they have crafted a team that work so seamlessly together that stress is not a problem on that day. I was told so many times that it would be such a hectic day by friends and family, but I have to say that I had the complete opposite experience! Superbly Amazing
The owners quality of work and attention is bar none. My husband and I renewed our vows for our 15th wedding anniversary. The venue was immaculately manicured, the staff was friendly and attentive every step of the way. The food was excellent and the cake beautifully decorated and exquisite. Spur of the Moment Ranch was absolutely gorgeous. Laura and Frank are beyond amazing and helpful. They turned our rainy day wedding into a Barn Wedding Fairytale ♥️ Everything and everyone was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend anyone to get married here, and definitely go to the wedding expos they host. It helped with finding so many vendors!
