A must seee!
I fell in love with the venue just by looking at it online but once I reached out and saw it in person I was blown away. It's such a beautiful place and the people are amazing! From Anna, Amanda, and their latest addition Tiffani! They were available to answer our questions (we had plenty) and help us through anything during our planning process. We chose to use their catering for both rehearsal dinner and wedding and everyone greatly enjoyed the meals. Everyone was super kind, friendly, attentive, and helpful. Despite only having met Tiffani twice before the wedding, she was very supportive and seemed to genuinely want to be there to help us.
The day of the wedding, there were some slight hiccups but they managed to pull it together and execute the vision we had. One thing that took us by surprise was that despite having a complimentary open bar, guests would be charged for imported beer. During our initial meeting we were told the open bar would include bottom shelf liquor, beers, and seltzers. When asked what the beer selection would be we were told coors, michelobs, modelo, corona, lagunitas and white claws but there was no mention of additional charges for any of those items. I understand imported may be more expensive but it would have been good to know and inform our guests ahead of time rather than finding out during reception. There was a slight mixup with the cross not being setup at our ceremony location, which had been discussed multiple times prior and the day of, but they were able to get it done just before the ceremony started. (not a big deal to me but if you're a Type A bride keep in mind that things can happen.) Another thing that stuck with me was hearing the staff badmouth each other. I was waiting to be taken to the ceremony and they were bad-mouthing their peer which seemed a bit unprofessional. Later on, the staff took pictures in the photobooth, which we encouraged them to do, but only to see some were flipping off the camera. This wasn't a big deal for me but our guests had access to all of the pictures taken that night and it was brought to our attention.
Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend this venue to anyone! Even on a warm summer day we were able to get a beautiful shaded location for the ceremony with a nice breeze. It was the perfect location! -

5/17/25 wedding here! It was an absolute dream. Anna and Amanda were incredible to work with! Their process was so simple and painless. They answered any questions I had, and were always flexible with my requests. The food was phenomenal and very well priced considering everything we opted for. Every single person in attendance said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they've ever been to, and we received so many compliments on the ceremony and reception sites. You will not be disappointed if you book here. -

While looking for my perfect wedding venue, nothing checked all the boxes quite like Springville ranch did. Everything we wanted and more. We are so happy to have such a great time with all our friends and family; EVEN PETS! Amanda and Ana were so accommodating and making sure everything went smoothly and answered all my questions without hesitation and made such a big process so easy. Absolutely amazing from the venue to the staff it was absolutely beautiful amazing food and the staff was so helpful all day and even got behind the scenes footage highly recommend!!Springville Ranch's reply:

Amazing experience
First off, Amanda and the staff at springville are great to work with. She made sure our day went smooth and took over anything we needed help with. They are so kind, supportive, flexible, and provide great communication. The venue is gorgeous, so many spots to choose for your event. Absolutely loved our experience here, highly recommend you book if you’re considering springville. It really is such a relief working with the staff who are respectful, professional, and so friendly. We are so pleased we had our wedding at Springville Ranch. It was the perfect place. The scenery is so beautiful with the mountains, trees, lake, bridge over the lake, the big, white barn, and the nature. The staff are very nice, friendly, and professional. We definitively felt like family, not like a number or dollar. Everything went perfectly for our special day. The decorations, food, and, entertainment. If you want an outdoor wedding, this is the only place to have it at. We definitely and highly recommend Springville Ranch for your wedding, birthday party, or any other special event. -

Our favorite day made the best by the venue!
This was hands down the best venue we could’ve picked for our western wedding. They helped everything come together perfectly. Our day of coordinator helped everything run so smoothly and I can’t forget the venue was BEAUTIFUL! It was all I could’ve dreamed my venue to be!Springville Ranch's reply:

The staff were very helpful in helping with last minute details the day of, the venue was gorgeous. The only issue I had was the fact that they had another wedding the night before so we had to do rehearsal and all setup the day of...made it a much longer day than needed. -

Expectations: Exceeded
Words cannot describe our treatment by the beautiful people of Springville Ranch, but we will attempt to do our best.
Their professionalism, mannerism, and culture have surpassed our expectations by far. Anytime we had a last minute change, the team was quick to adapt to any urgent matters that came up with utmost positivity, and efficiency. Not too many couples could say this, but the planning, set up, and decor process was an absolute cake walk for us thanks to Lucy and her team. I assure you that they will do anything they can to meet - no - EXCEED your needs to make your dream wedding come true.
Aside from the amazing people we had the pleasure of working with, the venue encompasses several acres of greenery and scenery for your guests to enjoy, and be left in awe. More than half of our guests flew in from Seattle, and every one of them ensured us that they were so happy they made the trip based on the beauty of this place alone. If you are currently looking for a venue and Springville Ranch has caught your eye, I want this review to be the decisive factor to encourage you to make one of the best decision of your lives. We’re not usually the “let’s write a review” couple, but SR most definitely deserves this one.

Like a Fairytale
We found this beautiful gem a year before getting married and were in love from the start. Anna is incredible, whenever we needed something she was a phone call away, our guest said this was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve ever been too and I 1,000% agree it was everything we wanted and more! Hello.
I just wanted to reach out and let you know how our experience at the venue was last weekend.
I’m sad to say that it wasn’t what we’d hoped for. There were quite a number of things that really added stress to our special weekend that we wanted to bring to your attention.
Unfortunately, we were not elicited much of any help by the coordinators you provided, we know it wasn’t your fault that you couldn’t attend, however we were provided three people to help with our weekend and they were not helpful at all.
Our rehearsal was a mess considering they didn’t set the chairs up as you and I previously discussed and they were unfamiliar with how it should have been done. We were not provided any guidance on how to proceed with rehearsal which lead us to end with little to no idea on how wedding day would go.
Also, during our ceremony the chairs were set so close to the back of the bridge that my groom and I, as well as him and his mother couldn’t walk down the isle next to each other as they had to follow one behind another. That is VERY disappointing because now we will not have those special pictures...we told them THREE times to fix this and they never did.
Also, while we rented the venue for the day of our wedding, we expected to have your attention and help but instead the focus was on they new couples that were touring while we were trying to set up. That is very unprofessional and irritating considering the amount of money we spent. It added extra people that were in the way not to mention, I couldn’t find anyone to ask questions as they were all occupied.
One of the most irritating things also, was while we were in the bridal suite getting dressed and ready, we had children wandering in and out asking for food and snacks. Children that were not part of our party. Children that will now be in my pictures. Again unprofessional and rude.
Lastly, I just wanted to point out that we had no security, the extra $350 we paid for the outside wedding and beer and wine before the ceremony was only for 30 minutes, we had a guest rent out one of the barn suites and they were told noon for checkout only to be kicked out at 9 AM, and we were told we needed to clean up bridal suite and barn by 11 the next morning only to be called Sunday morning at 8 am saying we needed to be gone by 9.....
Needless to say it was not the best experience for the price we paid. I also reach out to the coordinator to let her know own felt and she didn’t even respond 🙄
