The Cape Club of Sharon Reviews

We had checked several venues in our area and we landed on the Cape Club of Sharon as one of the venues. We chose them and could not have been happier with our choice. From the moment we contacted them to arrange a "look-see", all the way to the days before the reception, the day and night of the reception, and even the day after the reception (to pick up all our supplies), they were absolutely phenomenal. Every guest gave rave reviews. Everything was top-shelf, from the actual reception and cocktail hour space, outside view of the golf grounds, food, service, and staff. Their Bridal Suite is absolutely amazing - 2 spacious rooms, plus a hair/makeup space, almost like at a beauty salon. Not only was everything top quality, but the staff could not have been more accommodating and flexible. Also, they were the best value - although they are top-notch for food, beverages, venue and service, they are one of the least expensive venues in the area. I cannot recommend The Cape Club of Sharon enough, that's how excellent everything was.

The whole team a The Cape Club was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a truly wonderful wedding. The staff is courteous, friendly, professional , I could go on.

I had my wedding at the Cape Club of Sharon this weekend and it was amazing down to the very last detail. The coordinators and everyone that works at the Cape Club were so incredibly helpful. They are so on top of what the bride and groom need and the timeline. They made what can be a stressful day seamless and enjoyable. The food was excellent, the space was beautiful. The photos of the space you find online really don’t do it justice. We got so many compliments from guests. The bridal suite on site is an added bonus for getting ready with your bridesmaids. I really can’t say enough good things. We are so so happy with our choice in venue.

The Cape Club of Sharon was an amazing venue for our wedding. From the start, Kelly and Jessica were very accommodating and their attention to detail was incredible. During the planning process and up until the day we were in constant communication and they were prompt in answering any of our questions. We brought in some decorations of our own and their team had everything placed exactly how we envisioned.


We held our first look, ceremony (which happened to be a new location they opened up 2 weeks before our wedding, it was amazing), and reception all there and the planning and coordination by the minute was perfect. Everything went so smoothly and the food was incredible. We highly recommend the Cape Club of Sharon for a wedding!

The Cape Club of Sharon is the perfect mix of elegance with a modern twist. Some areas of note: The food/drinks are spectacular. Our guests continue to rave about each course and sip. The venue is breathtaking, enhanced by the Cape Club's ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and accommodate requests. The staff is warm, welcoming, friendly and exceeded even our highest expectations. We are so happy we decided to book the Cape Club of Sharon. They helped an already-memorable day be unforgettable.

We were so lucky to get married at the Cape Club of Sharon! We had to postpone our original date due to COVID, but we only kept getting happier with their amazing new staff, new upgrades and additions, and their professionalism!

We have too many good things to say about this place. Our wedding was so flawlessly executed and smooth. There was absolutely 0 stress the day of because of their professionalism and organization. The food is outstanding, the venue itself is so beautiful, and the staff is beyond professional.

Nicole at Cape Club was amazing to work with when planning and executing our wedding. She was very responsive and even answered e-mails outside of work hours. On the day of our wedding, Nicole worked so hard to make sure that everything went smooth and that we followed a timeline. She was so helpful in organizing formal photos with our photographer. The venue was absolutely beautiful and included 2 bars, which was helpful due to our large wedding! I highly recommend this venue!

We are overwhelmed with how amazing our wedding was at the Cape Club. We had so many people tell us it was the most beautiful venue they had ever been to. The fire pits outside were such a hit and the windows make the indoor/outdoor areas flow so nicely. Nicole was the MVP and made everything work flawlessly. We couldn't be happier with our choice to get married there.

I don't even know where to start because I have nothing but amazing things to say about Nicole, Paul and everyone at The Cape Club! It was an great experience from start to finish. When we first met Nicole and started to explain our wedding vision; she was open, honest and listened to all our needs. My husband and I did not want a sit down dinner, nor did we want a buffet... however food was very important to us. Nicole and Paul helped us create a progressive wedding reception with lots of passed appetizers and stations of food. Our guests still can't stop talking about how amazing the food was, how fun the wedding was and how perfect The Cape Club was as our venue. I am so happy we had our reception at The Cape Club because it was stress free and working with Nicole made the whole wedding planning experience enjoyable! We highly recommend The Cape Club of Sharon to anyone who is looking for a venue who is willing to work with your vision and is open for an out of the box reception!!!

We had our wedding here on 5/7/17 and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Nicole and her staff did an amazing job in helping us with the planning and the day of coordination. We could not have been happier with choosing The Cape Club of Sharon for our wedding! I had seen a number of venues and wasn't fully happy with any of them. I made an appointment to see The Cape Club and the ballroom was in the middle of renovations. As soon as I walked in I knew it was exactly what I wanted! When the renovations were completed, we were invited back for an event and were blown away. It was absolutely gorgeous!

Working with Nicole was great! She was amazing at answering all of my questions and making sure everything went exactly how my husband and I wanted it. We were the first outdoor ceremony that they were able to have on-site and it was perfect! After the ceremony, Nicole made sure that the entire bridal party had a drink waiting for them before pictures started. She then took us on a golf cart all around the golf course to make sure we got the best pictures and ALL of the pictures that we wanted. She kept everything on-time. Even our vendors raved about her. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was and how great the service was all night! We could not have been happier with how our night turned out and would highly suggest booking with The Cape Club of Sharon for a beautiful and perfect day!

Cape Club was the first venue my husband and I looked at and we were afraid we were just wow'd by everything because it was the first. However, after touring a few more places in the area we came back to Cape Club. We wanted a venue where we would be the only event of the day/night - check. We wanted a venue that brought the outside in - check. We wanted a venue that would wow our guests with amazing food and drinks - check. Nicole and her team were fantastic partners to work with; she was always available to answer questions or give advice when I couldn't make up my mind. She shared our vision and our priorities and helped us bring everything to fruition. Our guests loved the cigar bar and outdoor fire pits, we have received nothing but rave reviews.

9/23/17 was the best day of my life and I don't think I'd be able to say that without the help of Nicole and all the staff at the Cape Club! From the moment we pulled on the grounds, my fiancé and I knew it was the place we would celebrate. Throughout the renovations, Nicole kept us updated on the timeline, posting pictures as pieces were completed. The end result was absolutely stunning! When I walked in to cocktail hour in a mud covered dress, Nicole got down and made it beautiful again! Never once was my drink empty and never once did I worry about my guests. The service was impeccable, the venue gorgeous, and food and drinks delicious! Nicole worked with me endlessly to make all my dreams come true and I can't thank her enough! I would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

Where do I even begin...You cannot go wrong with having your wedding or any function for that matter here! We immediately fell in the love with the venue when we booked with them 18 months before our wedding, since putting our deposit down they under went staff changes and renovations (which made us fall in the love with the venue even more than we thought was possible when we booked with them originally). Nicole was our new coordinator and she made the entire process very easy and seamless for my husband and I, she was very responsive to all of my emails and questions and became a good friend during the entire process. Nicole and the rest of the staff is simply amazing, they're communication and attention to detail is impeccable!!! They set up our centerpieces and decor we provided exactly how we had envisioned it. The wait staff and bartenders were fantastic, with just under 200 guests and 2 bars open at all times, no one was ever waiting for a drink, or looking around for waitstaff . We have gotten so many compliments about the entire venue: the space, the food and the entire staff. The chilean seabass was by far our favorite dish and the chicken taquitos were out of this world and our family and friends have not stopped raving about the venue and the food!!! We had a few hiccups with other vendors at our wedding (unrelated to the venue) and the staff at the venue (especially Nicole, Darlene and Ken) kept everything from my husband and I until the end of the night, by handling it completely on their own with grace and discretion. We are also very fortunate that they require a security detail at the wedding, as things would have definitely escalated if it wasn't for the amazing staff at SVCC and the security detail that defused the situation with the vendor. We will be forever grateful to the entire staff that made our day nothing shy of amazing!! We cannot wait to see what other functions we can have at SVCC in the future!!!

We got married on June 16th, 2017 and have had nothing but fantastic compliments on how amazing our venue was! Nicole was the absolute best and made the entire planning process so easy and organized. She was so helpful leading up to our big day, and even though it was pouring rain she promised to make our ceremony beautiful and she certainly kept her word! It was stunning! Everything ran so smoothly and Nicole was there the entire night to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed! Even with the rain, we were able to get incredible photos both inside the venue and outside on the patios. The grand windows and stunning decor makes it easy to transform for any themed wedding. We received so many compliments on the food, from cocktail hour to the main dish. Everything was hot, presented flawlessly and absolutely delicious! We can't say enough about the whole process and the staff at The Cape Club of Sharon (especially Nicole!). Highly recommend!!

My husband and I had a quick, 5-month engagement and we were lucky enough that the Cape Club of Sharon had a date available for us. The venue is stunning and the window-lined wooden ballroom looking out over the golf course provided an elegant, rustic, and romantic atmosphere. We are grateful to the staff for helping us to pull off our wedding planning in a short amount of time. Our reception could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend checking out the Cape Club of Sharon!

We could not be happier we chose The Cape Club of Sharon as our wedding venue! Shortly after booking the venue they went through an ownership change and a huge renovation. Our wedding was their first event once renovations completed, which could have been stressful. Nicole is an amazing coordinator and was good at reassuring me everything would be perfect for our day and it absolutely was! Nicole was so easy to work with and always responded to my emails very quickly. She’s so personable and friendly, I felt as if we were friends by the time the wedding came!
The renovations are amazing, our guests continue to rave about what an amazing venue is was! Everything ran so smoothly day of, we couldn’t be happier. All the food was amazing! We had an antipasto stationary display as well as passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. They had a huge spread for us set up in the bridal suite. This was so great to have as we were able to hang out in there with our bridal party before the reception began.
Nicole was great working with our other vendors and coordinating everything for the day. Darleen was amazing and always made sure my husband and I were taken care of. Due to the weather we weren’t able to take pictures out on the golf course, but they had a plan B and I love our pictures. Everything turned out better than we could have imagined, our day was truly magical. We HIGHLY recommend The Cape Club for a wedding venue, you will not be disappointed!!

This venue was beyond perfect for our wedding. After a staffing changeover, we ended up working with Nicole instead of Doreen and she was FANTASTIC. She was so professional and accommodating, even with the last minute staffing change and renovations. Working with Nicole was like working with an old friend. She was super on top of everything and so helpful dealing with my hundred questions leading up to the day of. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. It was recently renovated and it's even better than it was before. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. The food was incredible! We had stations instead of a plated meal and had a mac n cheese and mashed potato bar, beef carving station, and more. It was all delicious and people haven't stopped raving about the food! The cocktail hour food was also delicious. We also had passed desserts and they were so yummy. At the end of the night, we had breakfast sandwiches to go (which ended up being our wedding favor) and they were a hit! The food was over the top amazing, the venue was beautiful, the staff was fantastic about setting up all the decor, and Nicole was the BEST. Highly recommend this venue! It's also reasonably priced, especially in comparison with other venues in the area. We had 200 guests.

I highly recommend Spring Valley Country Club in Sharon, Ma. We got married there this past October and it was outstanding from start to finish! Nicole made sure everything ran smoothly all night long, and she was great in making sure I was prepared for the big day. It's a beautiful venue and the food was fantastic!

We loved this venue and working with Doreen . The food was amazing and the service was perfect . Doreen made sure everything ran smoothly so I didn't have to worry about anything . My husband is a chef and my mom is Asian so good food was a high priority for us - Spring Valley far exceeded our expectations with the DIM SUM appetizer display during the cocktail hour . Our entrees were really the best that we've ever tasted at any wedding . I would highly recommend spring valley because the venue is both beautiful inside and out and the food and service is amazing

My husband and I do not have enough good things to say about Spring Valley!! When we initially toured it as a potential ceremony and reception venue, my husband and I knew immediately that we wanted to get married there. The ballroom is huge and gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. The original events manager who was there when we booked left, and Doreen, who is there now is great. She answered all of our questions, was very understanding of our vision and how we wanted the day to go, and made sure that everything ran smoothly and was executed properly. The day of the wedding absolutely nothing went wrong and it flowed really well. The rest of the staff was outstanding, the food was delicious (we got so many compliments about dinner!), and the ceremony set up and ballroom were gorgeous. Jacqueline was helping my husband and me during the wedding, and she was outstanding. She took us and the photographer and videographer out in a golf cart for pictures, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night (at one point she literally ran across the golf course into the cocktail hour to make sure the best man saved cocktail hour food for my husband). If we had to do it all again, we would 100% choose Spring Valley for our ceremony and reception venue again.

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Spring Valley Country Club is for a wedding venue. From our first venue tour until the end of the night, Spring Valley catered perfectly to our day. Our guests have reached out to us over and over to tell us how fantastic the venue was - from the food and size of the dance floor to the outdoor seating by the fire! Spring Valley worked so well with me and were able to help me design the layout of the venue and flow of our decorations/place cards/etc. - the attention to detail was fantastic. I would highly recommend Spring Valley Country Club.

We had two coordinators during our planning processes, Kate during the first half and Doreen during the 2nd half of planning! They made the process so easy - answering my million questions quickly, provided amazing suggesting, coming up with timelines for me to share with other vendors, contacting our vendors to make sure everything went smoothly day of the wedding. The venue itself is stunning! The wedding day went extremely smoothly. I felt they kept us on track with our timeline to make sure everything was happening and we did not have to worry about anything. But the part I loved most was how flexible they were with me changing up the timeline as the night went based on the feel of the wedding. The food is amazing!!!!!!!! We were so excited about the different food options at our tasting. Everything we tried was delicious, we ended up with the steak and the chilean sea bass (my favorite). The entrees looked beautiful when they came out and tasted even better on our wedding day than during the tasting! All our guest were raving about the food and the portion sizes. We went with the open bar and it was completely worth it!! Cannot tell you how perfect our wedding day was. Thank you again, Spring Valley Country Club!!!!

Spring valley was an amazing venue and we could not have asked for more for our wedding. The staff is amazing from months leading up the wedding with meetings and the day of. They were so attentive and professional. Everything from the space to the food and drinks was perfect. I would not have changed one thing!!

Spring Valley Country Club made our wedding day more than we could have imagined!! We had a winter wedding so when we were looking for a venue we were concerned about snow policies, just in case, and Kate reassured us that they are always on top of snow removal and that would not be a problem. Kate and her staff were always professional and willing to help or give suggestions. The week of the wedding I dropped of enough Christmas lights to wrap a house four times along with endless photos/signs/menus and Kate reassured me that everything would be fine! On our wedding day when we pulled up I was beyond excited to see how everything came out and it was more than I could have imagined! The night went off without a hitch from the appetizers to the main courses and dessert table I still have guests telling me how amazing the food was and how great the staff were. We had a number of guests that had allergies and all of them praised SVCC for being on top of each one!
I would go back to SVCC for any type of event and I would recommend them to friends and family! Thank You SVCC, Kate and all other staff for making our wedding day so memorable!

Kate and her staff at Spring Valley Country Club (specifically Marissa) were more than wonderful for our January 10, 2015 wedding. From our very first open house tour to the morning of the wedding, Kate was welcoming, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. She answered emails very quickly (typically the same day, and in a lot of cases within a few hours), and was understanding and supportive of any and all questions, concerns, or comments we had throughout the process. She made my husband and I feel comfortable leaving our day in her very capable hands. Her staff was professional and courteous throughout the event, and the food was more than we expected-- our guests are still commenting on how delicious and creative our station dinner reception was! The venue itself was beautiful--- in fact we fell in love with it the minute we walked into the open house, and loved it more and more each time we visited. Marissa was a wonderful, calming presence from the moment we arrived after our ceremony, and went out of her way to make my husband and I in the loop of what was going on and bringing us refills on our drinks, without being too "in our faces" all night. Overall, our entire experience with Spring Valley Country Club and Kate, Marissa, and the entire staff was perfect. I can't imagine having our reception anywhere else. My husband and I keep talking about how amazingly perfect and beautiful our day was. A HUGE thank you to Kate, for being so in tune with what my vision was and helping that vision become reality. Definitely have your wedding here, you will not be disappointed!

The single best decision we made when planning our wedding was deciding to have it at Spring Valley Country Club. We heard about it from a friend who also had a wedding there the year before ours. It was the only venue we looked at and we booked it immediately and had no regrets. We are not members at this club, but they never treated us as if we weren't and they were there for us every step of the way. Kate is the perfect blend of professional and down to earth; she totally made our vision a reality and helped to ensure the wedding felt like us (and kept me organized!). Wedding Coordinator Marissa was our go to girl leading up to the wedding; she handled everything perfectly and if anything didn't go as planned she never let us know it. Anything we needed that day, all we had to do was ask and Marissa made it happen. I can't say enough good things about Marissa and Kate, they are simply the best and I cant imagine anyone will work harder to accommodate you. The wedding was months ago (the first day of summer June 2014) and our friends and families are still raving about how gorgeous Spring Valley was and how much fun they had. The property and the service alike were impeccable. There are tons of options for food and beverage service, I have to think there is something for everyone with their options. You can't beat the patio on a summer evening and the grand ballroom is so romantic for a wedding. Writing this now makes me want to go back and do it all over again! It was my perfect day. If you have a chance to have your wedding at Spring Valley, I highly recommend you do, you won't regret it!

We had our wedding at Spring Valley in October 2014 and we received so many compliments on the food and level of service that was provided by SVCC. Everything was seamless!

So happy with our decision to have our wedding at Spring Valley Country Club!! From the moment I walked in I knew it was the perfect place for our 200 person wedding. Loved the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. The grounds of the country club are kept immaculate and look stunning in photos. Kate Hill our wedding coordinator was fantastic to work with. She is so nice and so fast to respond to all of our questions!! She kept everything running perfectly the day of the wedding. I cannot give her enough praise! The food was fantastic and people are still taking about how good it was!! Many people told us it was the best wedding they have ever been too. Highly recommend this venue!

I can't recommend Spring Valley Country Club enough!! Our guests are still raving about the mashed potato bar and all of the other delicious appetizers during cocktail hour. We told the venue ahead of time that it was important to us that dinner service be quick and they delivered!! Not only did our guests receive a hot and delicious meal, they were up and dancing ahead of schedule!!

Kate, the Special Events Director, was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, she was always very quick to respond to questions or concerns and was extremely generous with her time in meeting with us repeatedly throughout the process - she even helped us choose our centerpieces and gave us great tips on local vendors in the area. At our two week meeting, Kate was meticulous in going over every detail of our reception to make sure that everything would go off without a hitch and on our wedding day, she worked diligently behind the scenes to make sure that everything ran smoothly. We were so impressed with her enthusiasm and attention to all of the details that made our reception so special!!

Marissa, the Dining and Event Coordinator, assisted us throughout the wedding night. We can't say enough about how fantastic Marissa was to work with on our wedding date!! She has the perfect personality for her role - calm and collected but able to keep some of our more rambunctious groomsmen in check when necessary - she was great about making sure that all of our needs were met and was always there immediately whenever we needed her - she even took our flower girl for a quick ride in the golf cart!!

Overall, I highly recommend Spring Valley Country Club - the venue and food are fabulous and Kate and Marissa will make sure that your event runs flawlessly and even better than you had envisioned!!

Last weekend I hosted an engagement brunch for my son and future daughter-in-law at Spring Valley Country Club. Working with Katelyn Hill (event manager) was truly a joy. She was organized and creative, listened to my ideas, and helped me implement them. Her attention to detail was perfect. Katelyn was enthusiastic and made me truly feel like a guest at my own party. She is a gem and Spring Valley is so lucky to have her. If that wasn't enough, she also created the most gorgeous party within my budget! Katelyn's staff was efficient and so warm and friendly to all my guests. It was a perfect party. I can't wait to plan another party with Katelyn!

We recently had our wedding here and it was great. There is not one issue that I had at all. The level of service was great. Kate (coordinator) was always very helpful an accommodating. Our wedding day went smooth and I felt very secure with the day of coordinator, she stayed with me and lead me through the entire day. she was such a sweetheart.

I had my wedding a few weeks ago at the Spring Valley Country Club. I truly loved my wedding. From the very first moment my husband and I walked into the venue last fall we knew it was the perfect place for us. When we booked the venue last October there was a different coordinator working there. I was so paranoid when I found out that she left. After meeting their new coordinator Kate I felt at ease. Kate is the best! She responds to emails very quickly, takes care of difficult situations smoothly and extremely professionally, and makes great suggestions when you get stumped. I couldn't have asked for a better person to run my wedding! The venue itself is gorgeous! The outdoor patio with fire pits was a huge hit with my guests. The ceremony in front of the huge glass wall was beautiful, I received a ton of compliments on that too. Their food is hands down the most delicious food that I've had at a wedding. I have celiac and cannot eat gluten and SVCC was extremely accommodating with my allergy. They had gluten free rolls, appetizers and even desserts for me. I wish I could have eaten more! The bride really has no time to eat I never realized that! I can't say enough wonderful things about SVCC, I truly had an amazing wedding and everyone loved it. Thank you so much!

Spring Valley was the perfect venue for my wedding. The golf course and scenery are breathtaking and the staff always goes above and beyond. Our coordinator, Kate, was a dream come true. She was always professional, flexible with all our needs, she provided impeccable service and always made us feel assured and in good hands. She was so organized that not one single detail was missing from my wedding plans. She was fabulous and so was the entire staff!! The food was so delicious and the fire pits were awesome!! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

If I could give this venue ten stars I would.EVERYTHING,the venue,the food the professional guidance,the organization,the assistance ,the reassurance,the hand holding for 2 families that had never hosted a wedding before. Spring Valley CC was a dream venue for our wedding. From the staff, the food, to the actual venue itself, it was perfect. We were taken care of so well (and for a bride that is a huge weight off your shoulders). The staff and Katelyn were so attentive to our needs and in our vision as to what we wanted for our special day. Katelyn worked closely with us in a professional and organized manner, making me feel as though everything was ready to go and was taken care of. I never had to worry or question anything. It was all perfect. A dream come true wedding for an affordable price. Comfortable, cozy, yet stunningly elegant.

My husband and I were married at Spring Valley Country Club on June 14, 2014 and had an unbelievable experience working with the club from start to finish.

The event manager, Kate, is knowledgeable, professional and extremely detail oriented. She was efficient in answering her emails, responding to all our questions and had meticulous notes on our likes, dislikes and our vision for the big day. She gave us sound advice, accommodated all of our needs and made us feel comfortable turning the whole event over to their extremely competent staff.

Marissa, our day of coordinator, was exceptional. She made sure that my husband and I were informed about everything going on ( i.e. how much time we had before food was served, time left before cake cutting, etc) and had everything we needed (she honestly magically appeared any time our we needed a fresh drink with a new one in hand without us having to ask)! At one point during the evening she even helped to rebustle my dress when it was stepped on. Marissa’s calm and even demeanor made her the perfect person to have by your side on your wedding day – she was calm and relaxed, making you calm and relaxed!

The event itself was nothing less than perfect – from the picturesque golf course (I got awesome sunset pictures) to the amazing food (people are still talking about the flatbread bar) to the hospitable staff - I couldn’t have asked for anything more. The venue itself has lots to offer – the outside patio overlooking the course was perfect for the guests who didn’t want to be inside with our live band all night and the inside cocktail area would have been big enough to accommodate an entire cocktail hour (we had 180ppl) if it has rained.

Spring Valley was our wedding ceremony and reception venue. Gorgeous venue, fantastic food, and excellent service - can't recommend it enough. The ceremony is inside, but with glass all around so you feel like you’re outside with no stress about the weather! Lots of nice photo spots that don’t look too golf coursey. The bridal room is a beautiful and relaxing place to get ready. The patio area is huge and our guests really enjoyed it. The ballroom is lovely - everyone can see toasts and special dances, but there is also room in the back for lounge seating for guests who want to talk.
The wedding coordinator is responsive, friendly, and helpful, and their whole system (tasting, menu planning meeting, details meeting, drop-off day) is organized well. Once you drop your decorations off, they take care of everything - so you can enjoy your family and friends without having to worry about setting out decorations. They kept everything running on time on our wedding day - food was served promptly and they coordinated well with our vendors. They also adjusted to last-minute changes (added a special dance, had last-minute seating changes). They packed everything up carefully at the end of the night.
Food is delicious - we got so many comments from guests on how much they enjoyed it! Our tasting meals were consistent with our wedding day meals - not always true for some places. There were a lot of bar service options. The waitstaff were all well-trained, patient, and helpful - we particularly appreciated the servers who worked our grandparents’ table and gave them extra time and attention.
Finally, the billing process was clear and straightforward - all options are laid out without any surprises. You really get a lot for your money, as they include planning, decorating, champagne toast, cake-cutting, linens, and candles in the pricing. The staff not only helped make our day spectacular but genuinely shared in our excitement both leading up to and on the day itself.

Highly recommended! We had a December wedding at Spring Valley Country Club and I am so happy with how our reception turned out. The venue is beautiful and features floor to ceiling windows with awesome views, even in the winter. It is a large space, and our guests (270!) fit comfortably. There is also a large deck available for use, complete with fire pits and space heaters. Our guests were in and out all night, despite the cold weather. Add in some white lights throughout the venue and it truly looked like a winter wonderland. The food was delicious and competitively priced compared to other venues in the area. Everyone raved about the appetizers in particular. Kate, our event coordinator, was a pleasure to work with. She is relatively new at the country club but you would never know it. She was very knowledgeable about the venue, menu, bar, space, etc, and also had great answers to our many questions as well as good suggestions to help make our night run more smoothly. She also responds to emails extremely quickly, which was very much appreciated during the stressful few weeks leading up to our wedding. Definitely check out this venue!

Spring valley was amazing. JoAnn and Will made sure our wedding day went perfectly. We didn't have to think about a single detail that day. The food and atmosphere were perfect.

From the moment I walked into Spring Valley Country Club I knew it would be our venue (okay, so maybe I knew well before I was even engaged!). The entire place is gorgeous…. From the ceiling to floor windows in the ballroom, to the spacious bridal suites, to the patio complete with fire pits overlooking the meticulous maintained greens- ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! JoAnn, the event coordinator, made the entire process so easy…..no question of mine was considered silly and believe me when I say I had a lot. She made it all seem so effortless and was quick to give you feedback on pretty much anything we needed. JoAnn and her amazing staff were able to take our vision and layout right in front of our eyes! They put in a lot of extra work for our set up and dedication that like is truly appreciated. I hate to be cliché--- but it was everything we had ever dreamed of and more.

Our guests are still raving about the food and the sweets station! And although we did not get to try any ourselves we even received fantastic feedback about even the hor’dourves. We wanted dinner service to be fast--- and that was defiantly the case. By the time we had reached the last few tables to greet- our guests were finished with their entrees. The timing could not have been more precise- right on schedule.

Our day was picture perfect and Spring Valley Country Club played a VERY big part in that. There is no doubt that we made the right choice and I would 100% recommend the venue to anyone!

Spring Valley Country Club exceeded our expectations. Having gone there several times for meetings and visits leading up to our wedding day, but never actually seeing it set up for a wedding, I have to say, I was completely blown away with how gorgeous it truly is. I had initially wanted an outdoor wedding; however my husband was not sold on the idea. The minute we both walked into Spring Valley we knew this was where we had to get married. The ceremony took place in front of ceiling to floor glass windows, overlooking their perfectly manicured greens. We had an outdoor feel while still being indoors! It truly was more beautiful than I had ever imagined and also photographed amazingly. JoAnn from day one was a pleasure to work with; always responsive, professional and easy going. She was always willing to offer ideas and help out in any way, even lending us candy jars to use for a candy bar at the end of the night. The wedding itself went flawlessly, the staff was fabulous, and everything was setup to perfection. Some things that stood out from the night that our guests are still talking about -- the dim sum station during cocktail hour, the outdoor fire pits on the deck and portions of the dinners - which I will add was delicious (even though I only got a few bites in)! Will our assistant for the day was great and fun to work with. He kept our large wedding party in order and made the whole day run smoothly and effortlessly. I truly have nothing bad to say about the venue and the experience, except that it went too quickly! Thank you JoAnn, Will, and the fabulous staff of Spring Valley for the best party of our lives!

I cannot say enough fabulous things about spring valley country club! JoAnn and Will were so great to work with. They made everything so easy for us and we did not worry about a thing! The location is beautiful, the food is fabulous and the service is phenomenal!

I had my wedding at spring valley and i cannot even express how AMAZING it was. The weather forecast on our big day included high winds and heavy rain but it did not matter because this venue is so beautiful even a hurricane could not ruin it. Everything was perfect. The management team is extremely organized. As many brides know, planning a wedding can be stressful but Joann was helpful in every way possible. The staff was accommodating to every detail. Will (our attendant the night of the wedding) was extremely attentive. He was one step ahead of us all night making us laugh and making sure we had the best night of our lives. The food and portions were beyond our expectations. Many of our guests have commented on the excellent service and friendliness of the staff. The dance floor is large, the bridal suites are large and beautifully decorated and the bathrooms are clean and updated. I would rate this venue as top notch and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect wedding. I have nothing but good things to say about Spring Valley and highly recommend this venue to anyone!!!! It was worth every penny spent. My sister was so impressed she has booked her wedding at this venue as well and I have no doubt it will be the second best wedding experience of my life (i am partial to my own)! Spring Valley Country Club met our expectation and MORE. They were a pleasure to work with. JoAnn, the wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful with all her guidance throughout the wedding planning. The value for this venue is fabulous. Our guests were raving about the food (apps, dinner, dessert) during the wedding and for weeks after the wedding. When walking around to thank all of our guests for coming, we noticed that most of their dinner plates were clean! Spring Valley worked well with our other wedding vendors (e.g., band, photographer). Our wedding was flawless thanks to Spring Valley and their staff. The venue itself is gorgeous. The cool fall air allowed us to make use of the outside fire pits and heat lamps on the deck overlooking the golf course. Everyone who works there is extremely professional and responsive to what our needs were. You can't beat it for the quality of service. I HIGHLY recommend Spring Valley Country Club as a wedding venue! We can't thank them enough for all their helpful suggestions throughout the process and for making our wedding night go so smoothly.

When you visit Spring Valley it looks beautiful but that is nothing compared to what it looks like on the wedding day. Absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather the whole day but since it was September the evening was a little cool. But the fire pits and heat lamps make the outside patio for the cocktail hour look and feel wonderful! Then inside the reception room it was even more beautiful with the chandeliers, candles, and uplighting. My husband and I loved the way everything looked and so did our guests.

The food at Spring Valley was also fantastic! Everyone loved the appetizers and all three dinner options. Serving dinner took a little longer than we would have thought but it wasn't a big deal. Then the plating of the cake with ice cream in a chocolate tulip with chocolate covered strawberries- so cool! We loved all of it.

In terms of service, Spring Valley knows what they are doing. They only do one wedding at a time which makes you feel very special. JoAnn is a true professional and we always knew we were in good hands from the moment we visited Spring Valley, to the tasting, and through the wedding day. Will was also wonderful! He was with us the whole day to make sure we had everything we needed and everything went smoothly. We knew we didn't have to worry about a thing the entire night thanks to these two!

Overall, Spring Valley is wonderful and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I loved every single thing about Spring Valley - I cannot say enough great things about it! JoAnn went above and beyond with her service, flexibility, and professionalism. Everything was perfect and our day could not have gone any smoother - there isn't one complaint I have about the entire planning process or wedding day! Any question I had for JoAnn, it was always "Sure, we can make that work - don't worry about it!" She was very quick to respond to all my numberous emails leading up to the day. Throughout our year of planning, they were continuously improving the country club - adding uplights, new curtains, new carpet, gorgeous canopies on the patio. We walked in on our wedding night and the set up looked absolutely stunning. Our guests raved about the food - both at cocktial hour and their dinner meals, and the service during both. Will (our personal attendant) was so attentive the entire night and made sure we had everything we wanted to drink, to eat, etc. - they even made bleu-cheese-stuffed olives JUST for my husband's martini! Spring Valley made our wedding exactly what we had always pictured.

loved it!! loved the place, loved the food, and loved the people! joann was amazing from beginning to end. and on the day of, will made us feel like royalty. not in a forced, uncomfortable way. he just knew exactly what we'd want like 10 minutes before we even thought of it. he was fun, professional, and so calming to have around, ready to help in every way. the place looked beautiful (i was running late the morning of, and joann was my angel; she met me early and immediately put her crew on the scene for me, setting up all kinds of displays that i didn't have time to with very little direction, and she sent me on my way home to relax w/ my girls. it all came out magnificent and i felt so pampered!!) the place really was breathtaking - inside and out. we continue to hear from guests what a great night they had!! although it was not cheap, it was surprisingly reasonable; we got so much for our money, and both my husband and i think it was worth every penny. they exceeded our expectations.

My husband and I were thrilled with our reception! We got married in the winter, and they set up heated patio chairs, heaters and fire pits outside. They were responsive to all my ideas and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. All of our guests said it was one of the best venues they'd ever seen! Check it out!

Everything about Spring Valley was just perfect. From the moment my fiance and I walked into SVCC, we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. We worked with JoAnn while planning our wedding, and I have nothing but good things to say about her! She always was patient with the million questions I asked, was willing to do anything we asked and all of our requests and dreams were met and really exceeded our expectations!
Our wedding day was perfect, I have nothing to complain about! Our wedding attendant, Will, was amazing!! He was so helpful and got us anything we needed. He was always there when we needed him, but he was never a bother to us. The food was also amazing, our choices were the filet and chicken francaise..both wonderful choices. The filets were huge and everyone loved them!
We also loved the outdoor area at SVCC and they had nice seating and fire pits so our guests could take a break and enjoy the gorgeous summer weather. One of the reasons we wanted to have our wedding at SVCC (aside from the beautiful ballroom) was the fact that they only have one wedding a day there (so many others that we looked at would hold multiple weddings at the same time.) It is really nice to have the whole country club to yourselves!
I HIGHLY recommend SVCC. They really took care of us and we could not be happier with how well everything went.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. They were very responsive, attentive to details and made sure we got everything that we wanted. Will was our personal birdal suite assistant and he was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed, was constantly bringing us food and drinks and even looked after my grandmother all night to make sure she was all set. The food is amazing... definitely the best food we have ever had at a wedding (and our guests told us that as well!). The room is great and although I was concerned at first about he large columns on the dance floor, they were never a problem. We had our ceremony inside and it had an outdoor feel since the walls are all class and the ceilings are very high. They were ver flexible as this decisioin to have the ceremony inside was a very last minute decision. All along we had wanted to have the ceremony outside on the deck, but changed our mind as the day got closer. They moved everything around for us no problem. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our experience with Spring Valley Country Club. I have nothing bad to say!!

A bonus to the beauty of the venue was just how wonderful it was to work with JoAnn. I could get in touch with her anytime I had a question and she was so accommodating to all our requests. On the day of the wedding, Will was our personal wedding party attendant and he was beyond wonderful. He was so polite and treated us all like royalty. As expected, the country club was breathtaking on that day and the food and service were extraordinary. I honestly cannot think of a single negative from my entire experience with SVCC.

Spring Valley did a great job - they were flexible on the day of when we arrived earlier than anticipated and we are still hearing raves about how good the food was. The venue is beautiful and the staff do a great job. Definitely recommend to others.

Spring Valley MORE than met our expectations - they exceeded them with vigor!

The staff was exceptional pleasant and helpful, going above and beyond (especially for a snowy day in October). We could not have been happier and our guests are STILL raving!

The people at SVCC were othing but accommodating and amazing throughout the entire process. From the second we called - and they invited us to stay for a free lunch to fully experience the place - to the second we left, we were thoroughly impressed.

When we left after our first visit, the only slightly negative thing I had to say was that there are poles in the dance floor. They aren't even fully in the way - just off to the sides - and didn't affect our dancing at all!

I looked at several other places - some of which had WAY more "Wow" factor, but Spring Valley went so far above and beyond that there wasn't even a second guess.

I cannot even express how much I loved Spring Valley and everyone who worked there. I dealt with Scott and he was AMAZING!!! I mean seriously, the zipper on my dress got caught and everyone was freaking out. We called on Scott and he performed his voodoo magic, and my day was saved! They were accommodating to every little detail I asked for, and every single food request and change we did up until only 1 week before the wedding! I had my own personal attendant who brought anything I asked for and she even packed up my car at the end of the night! They include some uplights, your choice of colors. The ceremony site looked amazing, the reception was perfect. I cannot even think of one single complaint. The grounds are beautiful and I loved that we could use the outdoor patio for cocktail hour. The food was delicious and they even had a little spread of all the appetizers in the bridal suite after the ceremony for me and my new hubby to enjoy. That was perfect since once we stepped into the cocktail hour, forget it, we had no chance to nibble on all the fantastic food! Before they do anything, they check in with you. They wanted to leave the patio tables with umbrellas up because the weather was gorgeous, but they checked with me first since they wouldn't have a table cloth for it. The food was delicious and was presented beautifully. I really cannot say enough how much I loved them!!! A++++++++++

Words can't describe how wonderfully treated I was by Spring Valley and Scott Thibault, the venue's manager. Scott sat with us and went over ever detail in the planning stage, and then delivered on every one of them without fault. His attention to detail was impeccable. He was extremely responsive to all my (sometimes unconventional) requests. His highly trained and competent staff were extremely professional and capable. The food was absolutely delicious at the tasting, and then to our delight everything was just as tasty at the wedding, which is rare with venues and catering companies. The personal attention I received from Scott and his staff was far superior to anything I would have experienced had I chosen a hotel as my venue. From the moment I arrived on the premises the day of the wedding I was assigned a personal bridal attendant who catered to my every need before and during the entire wedding, bringing me champagne, food, and anything else I needed. When I got dirt on my gown train from the photo session in the grass, she ran to get soap and water and scrubbed out the stain! I can't give enough praise to Spring Valley and having been a guest at many many other weddings witnessing the service and staff at all those the venues, I can honestly say that Spring Valley far outshines the rest.

Everyone at Spring Valley Country Club was absolutely incredible to work with, especially Scott. Our ceremony and our reception were in the same place and they had to flip the room from ceremony to reception and everything was flawless. The food was delicious, and the choices were endless, plus they were willing to create anything we wanted. They were wonderful to work with.

We are so happy we chose Spring Valley Country Club for our May 2013 wedding. It was a beautiful location, and it was a pleasure to work with JoAnn and Wil. They are professional, responsive, and kind. They know how to throw a great party and took the time to go through everything with us. JoAnn responded to e-mails and phone calls quickly, and that was very reassuring for us over the months leading up to the wedding. The venue and photos on the grounds are beautiful. We chose to get married in the clubhouse, which was a very good idea because it was windy and chilly on our wedding day in late May. We used an outside caterer, and it's expensive to do, but they worked together with the caterer very well. Having our wedding here was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. We recommend it highly!

Spring Valley was Great! The staff was very attentive and professional. Everyone at my wedding loved the food. Definitely high quality. My cousin was so satisfied that she is going to look at Spring Valley when she gets married. The ballroom is so beautiful and has great big windows that look over the gold course. I got so many compliments on how classy the venue was and how good the food was. No other venue compared to spring valley for the service and value.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Spring Valley Country Club in April and could not have been happier! Marissa, the wedding coordinator, and all of the staff did a fantastic job. The room looked beautiful and all the food was delicious. They got all of the details just as we had requested! Since we got married during an "off peak" season, there were a lot of extras included in our package which was a great value added. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Spring Valley is a beautiful venue and they have delicious food that is made fresh in house. Many venues serve frozen food, Spring Valley does not!!! So many people that came to our wedding said it was the best wedding they have ever been too. The ladies that worked with us, Kate and Marissa, were wonderful. They did a beautiful job with decorating just like how I asked. Kate is all business and knows her stuff and Marissa really sets you at ease. They are a great team. Being that weddings are so stressful, I am so glad that we were able to sample the food beforehand because I ate nothing on our wedding day and all I kept hearing from all the guests is how delicious all the food is. Spring Valley was so beautiful and perfect, I wish I could do it all over again and not be so stressed because I know I will never go to another wedding in my life that was as nice as mine and that is how every bride should feel about their wedding. This was one of our best decisions for the wedding. The venue was gorgeous, roomy, awesome bridal suite, very attentive staff and were thoroughly impressed. Our guests had an awesome time oh and I forgot (important) the food was amazing! Hubby loved the mahi mahi entree, guests raved about the wine braised chicken and the vegetarian squash ravioli yummy. The only reason I put 4.5 stars is the venue is a little more expensive but it was worth every penny. The entrees and apps we choice we not their most expensive but still amazing which helped offset our budget. Also did beverage jars very nice presentation -Various fruit stoli jars and sangria for cocktail hour which they lasted into the night. Joanne the coordinator really helpful. The attendant for the day makes sure you are taken care off and they sat us all in the bridal suite and eat your apps and drinks before we did our pictures.

I had my wedding at Spring Valley Country Club and I have only fabulous things to say about the venue. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. I had my wedding outside, but the inside option is just as pretty as there are floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire place. The service was excellent as well. I worked with JoAnn at the beginning and then Amy towards the time of the wedding. Both were wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding they had an attendant, Will, by my side as well, and he was great too. We have had so many people tell us how wonderful the service and food was as well. Overall, excellent choice!

It was a wonderful evening. I wish they had communicated a little bit better with us especially when they don't do rehearsals. They are normally known for wonderful food, and most of it was wonderful, but their were some of our guests that had very overcooked chicken meals.

Spring Valley was one of the places to visit on the list that I thought, "okay, we're out in that area, might as well go see it...." But we LOVED it. I am so happy we stumbled upon this venue for our 10-10-10 wedding!

We booked the club over 18 months in advance, and I talked to a number of different people during that time. It seemed that our reception kept passing from one person to another, and sometimes I did not get the immediate responses I was looking for. We ended up working mostly with JoAnn, who was fantastic! She addressed all of our concerns and did a great job pulling everything together for us!

The layout worked very well for our 160+ person reception. Our guests were able to be indoors or out on the patio for the reception area, which they appreciated. The room was big enough to hold everyone very comfortably. Although I was worried about the support pillars at the ends of the dance floor, they really didn't impact anything or obstructed views. The food was fantastic! Even during the tasting we were having trouble deciding on what to serve - we loved it all! Everyone raved about the spiced apple martini's (the specialty drink).

We were a little late getting there from our ceremony, but the staff was quick to get us out to the golf course to do the photography we wanted. They were also extremely accommodating by allowing my husband and I to take additional pictures out by the willow tree on the front of the property, instead of the lake. They carted us (the whole bridal party) around in golf carts, and we had our own waiter to bring us drinks while we were out there. (He definitely had to go back in a number of times!)

The whole night went by so fast, but the staff was very punctual and kept things moving along. I couldn't have asked for a better reception venue!

The venue was hands down amazing, and my wedding of over 200 people was easily accommodated. Marissa was amazing, and worked to ensure on my wedding night everything went smooth. Upon booking, Katelyn was very professional and explained that I was in good hands after originally touring with JoAnn. A week before the wedding, I felt super stressed with all the emails going back and forth, change in pricing, and inflexible rules regarding any changes that needed to be made. I was spoken to multiple times throughout the night from Katelyn about how much "trouble" her staff was having (Ex- with serving because a few of my guests were not seated in their designated seats), which was off putting considering on my wedding night I really did not want to bothered with logistics. After the wedding, guests and members of my bridal party pointed out that staff was rude and not accommodating-- specifically my sister and my old high school teacher who was an honored guest. He pre-selected the sea bass for his himself and his wife and was blatantly told "we have chicken left and that's it" in a very take it or leave it an unapologetic manner. Many of my guests lefts making remarks like "for the price you must have paid for the reception, the staff was not on par." The groom's cake was never presented, so my husband waited months for the wedding video to see it. I truly enjoyed my day because I was with my husband and in marital bliss, but it was disheartening and embarrassing for my mother and myself to take calls weeks after from guests who felt slighted and talked to in such an unprofessional manner. For the price, I would've expected more considering the caliber of this establishment. Kate seemed inflexible and hard to work with. I think my experience would've been more positive had I worked with Marissa from the beginning. To be in the wedding industry, she was stoic, seemed unhappy in all the meetings and phone calls with me. I chose not to call after, just to move on.

My fiance and I booked our wedding at Spring Valley only to find out three months later that they had "double booked" our wedding date. This all happened after receiving a contract and cashing our deposit. They claim it was due to a system error, but made no effort to correct it. Our only option was to find a new venue or change the month of our wedding because no other dates were available that month. The management team appeared to disregard the severity of this error and did nothing to assist us in locating another venue. It took over a month to get our deposit back and a refund for our save the dates that had already been ordered. After experiencing how poorly organized the management team is here, I'm actually very happy things did not work out. I would not recommend this venue to anyone in hopes to spare others the pain and agony we went through.
