Spinning WEB for all your floral needs!

I am a very particular and difficult person by nature, so you can imagine for our wedding this was heightened. We worked with Whitney for our wedding day florals whose service was above and beyond. She was flexible and patient with every decision change/ update we made, she sent updates to our proposal and invoices faster than any other vendor we worked with, and she listened to our vision and executed it in a way that went beyond our expectations (as you can see in the photos!).

Her attention to detail made the biggest difference and every piece was absolute perfection. She even made last minute changes to our proposal to accommodate additional florals when unexpected changes happened in our planning process.

I HIGHLY recommend Spinning WEB for all your wedding/ general floral needs. Their customer service is top tier and what you'll get will exceed every expectation you had.

Amazing florist!

I'm sooo happy with Spinning WEB and how all our flowers turned out for our wedding! I would 10/10 recommend them for anyone looking for a florist!

I heard about Spinning WEB through bridal expo and decided to email just to have options. I had never heard of them so I didn't know what to expect. But Whitney was so amazing from the very beginning. We set up a phone interview to talk, and I emailed her photos of flowers that I liked. She helped me go through different options and worked within my budget to help me get everything I wanted. She even set up a sample of a centerpiece, per my mom's request.

It's so hard to know how everything will turn out when you're not the one doing it. I was just hoping things would turn out ok. However, on the day of the wedding, I was so blown away by all the beautiful arrangements!! Our arch pieces were gorgeous and the centerpieces even prettier than the sample. I was so happy with the way everything turned out.

Whitney was so easy to work with also. She was so lovely and kind. She was always prompt to answer my emails and made adjustments whenever I made a change. They helped to really work with me to give me everything I could have hoped for and more.

If you are looking for a florist, and not sure where to go, I would highly suggest Spinning WEB. I'm so lucky to have stumbled upon them and so happy that I got to work with them!! Thank you so much for all the beautiful flowers!!

Incredibly beautiful flower arrangements!

Thank you so much to Whitney and Ryan for setting such a beautiful scene for our vow renewal! Whitney was wonderfully responsive in arranging everything, and Ryan was delightful in the planning, and his willingness to drop off the bouquet and leis at the house prior to heading to the venue to set up was much appreciated! Stunning and Elegant

Wendy and Whitney were absolutely incredible. I met them during one of the bridal expos and loved their arrangements. During the planning, they kept up with all of my emails, amendments to the proposal and didn’t try to push me over my budget. I was amazed by the level of detail of in the presentation and delivery of bouquets to my bridal suite. Hand wrapped paper box with individual vases and customized labels. They were 100% what I wanted.! My bouquet was very important as I was using a charm to attach to honor my sister. It was perfect.
The ceremony pillars were spectacular (I was able to repurpose those arrangements for our sweetheart table) and the guest table arrangements were stunning. My cake was a single tier and the florals made it look so elegant and perfect. Such a great use of accent color and it so happened to coordinate with the carpet at the Kahala! Thank you so much for being a part of our day!

Whitney at Spinning WEB was so great to work with. I planned my wedding on my own from the mainland and never had any doubts about working with Whitney. She was responsive and so incredibly helpful. AMAZING job by Spinning WEB Florist!

Spinning Web Florist did an absolutely AMAZING job for my destination wedding at Paradise Cove in July of 2019.

My journey with them as my wedding florist began in September of 2018 when I met with one of their employees, Ryan, to discuss my wedding. I was there on a short vacation to meet with my vendors. He was friendly, a great listener and made the experience FUN!

With minimal explanation of what I wanted, which was, "simple, elegant and natural looking," he was able to sketch exactly what my arch would look like, what type of bouquet I should have and what flowers we should use for family members and the cake.

Fast forward to the following summer on my wedding day and everything came out just as he had described and even BETTER in real life.

With minimal decorations for my wedding overall, the flowers really were the star of the show and I am so thankful to Spinning Web Florist for making my wedding day vision come true.

On top of the talent they have, they are also extremely professional. Planning a wedding in Hawaii, while I live in California, was tricky at times, but they always made the time to talk to me about any changes that I wanted and they gave me "A plus" service throughout the whole process.

I truly can't recommend them enough for their professionalism and quality work!!!

Beautiful Flowers On Our Wedding Day!!

It was a struggle to find the right florist for our destination wedding at Hawaii. When I finally came across Spinning Web from our coordinator. Whitney from Spinning Web was quick to respond to multiple emails and phone calls that I may have. Our flower arrangements on our wedding day was absolutely perfect and stunning! Can’t get enough how beautiful my bouquet, wedding parties flower crowns and their bouquets, couples leis and parents leis turned out. King protea, peonies and roses all smelled so amazing and I wish they would last forever! Whitney got my vision and turned it into reality so perfectly. Perfection from start to finish!

Whitney and Heather did a FANTASTIC job at making my entire wedding vision come to life! My bouquet was everything that I envisioned and Whitney made sure to include all of the flowers to make it look exactly how I wanted. She even made sure that the special broach I wanted attached was added in the perfect place. From the very first meeting, to finalizing every last detail, Whitney’s communication was wonderful. If I ever had a question Whitney would always provide me with a prompt response.
On the day of the wedding, Whitney’s calm demeanor and great attention to detail MADE THE DAY! Everything was set up exactly as I had envisioned it and Whitney worked very hard to make sure that everything was placed correctly and looked amazing. My wedding was beautiful thanks to Whitney and Spinning WEB Florist. I live in Arizona and had a destination wedding in Honolulu. Out of all the places I reached out to, Whitney made me feel confident with my decision to choose and trust Spinnig WEB Florist. Whitney was knowledgeable, flexible with meeting times (big time difference between Arizona and Honolulu), and was quick to call/ email me back. Spinning Web Florist was a great vendor to work with. Whitney was so helpful from start to finish. She was so easy to work with and helped us stay within our budget. They provided us with an initial proposal and were willing to make adjustments along the way. We met again with Whitney one month prior to our wedding, we were able to go over our floral selections and make any final changes at that time.

On the day of the wedding, they delivered all the bouquets and boutonnieres to our hotel we were getting ready at. Then drove to our venue to set up our ceremony and reception area. The floral arrangements were beautiful and looked similar to the floral inspiration that I had provided at our consult. Spinning Web was able to make my bouquet personalized by adding a personal trinket I had requested to be attached. They also added a trinket we provided for my husbands boutonniere as well. Once our ceremony was done, they were very quick to breakdown and then reset all the flowers to our reception area. I could not have asked for more, flowers were at the top of my list of must haves; spinning web certainly delivered what I was hoping for. My wedding day was beautiful and so were my flowers. Very, very happy with the service that this vendor provided us. Will definitely refer other couples to their services.

I cannot say enough about Spinning WEB Florist. They are AMAZING! They helped to create my dream wedding, I got so many comments about how beautiful the wedding was. First, it was very easy to get in touch and contact Whitney. They were so easy to work with, despite all the changes I did.
I must also mention RYAN, who was an absolute joy to work with. On our first meeting, we went over a lot of details that I never thought about and gave me a ton of ideas (some not even related to flowers), many of which I ended up doing for my wedding. He is such a fun guy to have a conversation with, and more importantly was able to get the vision I wanted for the wedding within my budget. Closer to the wedding date, they were able to find time in their super busy schedule and Ryan was able to meet with me and finalize everything before I made my final payment. On the day of, I heard from my helpers that Ryan and his team set up the flowers and centerpieces (lanterns I had provided for them) with ease and very quickly so that my helpers were able to set up their items with no rushing needed. The ceremony looked absolutely beautiful, and the reception was stunning!!! I cannot say enough about my bouquets as well, my bouquet was EXACTLY like how I had wanted it, and they made sure to make it proportional to my height so as to not completely block me out. My bridesmaids bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres looks great, complimenting my bouquet. I could go on and on about how great my flowers looked, really. If you want a stress free, absolutely beautiful wedding with a florist that will give you the vision you want at the budget you named, Spinning WEB is for you!!

Excellent! I planned my entire wedding from a distance and Spinning WEB Florist was able to create exactly what I was wanting just from a phone call. Delivery was on time and service was fantastic. SpinningWEB is one of the BEST vendors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Our very first meeting, Whitney was already ON IT. She was prompt. Working with other vendors, I know there's normally a wait for a day to a week (max) for a quote after the initial meeting. I was very surprised that I was given a quote based on our first meeting THAT SAME DAY! As the planning goes, we were able to change things around and lower the cost to accommodate our budget with no problem. Whitney is very flexible with services/items that needed changes; whether it be to add or remove. All questions in my emails were promptly answered. They were able to help spray paint my centerpieces (vases) which helped a lot and says a lot about them! They also helped move my arrangements from ceremony to reception and set them up beautifully and helped save us $.

We initially were interested with another florist, but that specific florist (I won't mention names) did not get back to me even after I had left several messages regarding their services. Thank goodness, it was like a blessing in disguise because here comes SpinningWEB!!! Also, my husband's family use SpinningWEB for other events as well and it seems like they always go to them because they are just fantastic! Overall, sooo happy with their services. oh and yes, my arrangements were AMAZING! SpinningWEB will not disappoint.

Our flowers and ceremony decor for our wedding were even more beautiful than we could have ever imagined! We worked with Whitney to bring my vision to reality. Our flower colors were the perfect shades of peach and white with touches of mint/green. She was very knowledgeable and organized. She covered everything and didn't leave out any details. She was prompt with responding to emails/questions and accommodating with changes and last minute add-ons. The team was prompt with delivery of our bouquets and boutonnieres and set up of the arch/ceremony decor. We would recommend Spinning WEB for floral designs to anyone who asks. Whitney and her team were such a pleasure to work with! She was very good at helping us come up with flower arrangements in our budget, and was super easy to work with whenever we needed to make changes or add on something (added flowers to a cake at the last minute!). Her team was also very quick and efficient setting up the arch and flowers and then taking everything down and delivering to our reception venue, where she reused the archway pieces as buffet decoration. I sent her a few photos of the flowers I liked and talked to her on the phone and the pieces that she and her team created on the day of were breathtaking! So much better than I could have imagined. All I can say is AMAZING!! =) Whitey Balidoy at Spinning WEB Florist made our twilight wedding a reality! At our first initial meeting I gave her one word, and this is Twilight. I fell in love with the wedding decor from the Movie Twilight. If you hadn't seen the movie yet, look it up. When I had given her my ideas and what i had visioned for the wedding, Whitney played close attention to detail and took note of everything I had in mind. First impression.. polite, very easy to talk to, friendly and she listens to the clients needs and wants. I loved working with her because she was always there to answer any questions I had as far as design. Our main concern of course is budget. But I can honestly say that they work around the budget you provide. The one reason why it was just a joy to work with them is because, they were so patient with us and so kind to work around the budget we provided and they executed my vision for the ceremony and reception to perfection. My eyes dropped when I walked into that ballroom, I Fell In LOVE! Every detail down to the cake was to perfection! All of our guest had complimented how UNIQUE the floral arrangement and how enchanted it felt to walk into a ballroom so beautifully decorated, they really brought that outdoor feeling indoor into the ballroom. They even brought in TREES for me as my centerpieces, OH MY GUSH!!! I mean who can say they had trees as centerpieces ... I DO!! =). When choosing a florist, it can be challenging, only because you really want to make sure that each design was on point and that is what spinning web did for us. Their work is so beautiful.. we are TRULY BLESSED to had worked w/ them. The outcome of their work was magical!

It took a while for me to find the perfect florist, but after reaching out to Spinning WEB and chatting via email with Whitney, I knew I wanted them to create my wedding flowers! Whitney was really friendly and professional, very responsive on email and very accommodating to any changes (and I had quite a few changes during a couple months leading up to the wedding!!). I conveyed to her the colors and type of flowers I wanted for my wedding and the overall color theme of the event. She was so helpful throughout the process and worked within my budget! I am based in Los Angeles - when I did visit Hawaii two months before my wedding, I reached out to her on the last minute to meet up and Whitney responded that same day saying she could meet up the next day. The meeting went really well - my husband and I got to meet her in person, and went over the flower designs and all details pertaining to the wedding! My wedding flowers included table centerpieces, cake flowers, welcome table flowers, welcome signage flowers, bouquets, boutonnieres, flower crown, maile leis for groomsmen and leis for my mothers. Also, it turned out that my mother-in-law recognized Spinning WEB as they had a store before going full-time for wedding services. All the flowers looked so stunning on my big day and I got so many compliments on the floral design :) I am so thankful we got such a wonderful florist and couldn’t have imagined any other vendor that understood my vision and executed it perfectly. As I planned my destination wedding, budgeting was a key aspect of the entire planning process. Whitney was my main contact throughout the entire process and I am forever grateful.

Working with my budget, Whitney answered all my questions and worked with me to capture the look I wanted for my wedding ceremony and reception. Through e-mail and telephone communication, we exchanged pictures and ideas and the end result was phenomenal!!!

I sent her inspirational pictures of what I was looking for and when they big day finally came I was left speechless! Everything looked soooo beautiful, even better than what I was hoping for or expecting!!!

Not only did Whitney and her team put together beautiful flower arrangements, they also helped with setting up some additional items I had shipped over at our wedding destination. You can imagine I was a nervous wreck being that I could not be there to create the image I had in my head, but when I walked in to the reception room, OMG, words cannot explain how beautiful everything looked. Whitney surpassed my expectations and truly helped my wedding be a magical one.

I am so glad I went with Spinning Web, the flowers looked beautiful, Whitney was incredible, and the entire wedding was a success!!

I planned my wedding in a short amount of time, and they were so accommodating and very helpful in giving me suggestions that worked great with the type of wedding I wanted. The team at Spinning Web were great communicated via email and pictures. .
And that can be nerve racking not seeing anything until the day of! !
But when I saw our bouquets. .I fell in love! They were exactly how I sent the request in for.
And looking around the tent. .ceremony arch..and tables. .I was just amazed..it wasn't a lot of flowers or vibrant colors (which is what I wanted ) bit EVERYTHING was as I pictured it.
Just beautiful arrangement and set up.

Spinning Web Florist provided great service. They are responsive and work with your changes. Meeting with Whitney was easy and we worked through what I wanted and provided inspiration photos. They were able to bring together my floral vision based on my inspiration photos and explanation of my wedding style. Flowers were fresh and colors were vibrant. YOU MUST BOOK SPINNING WEB FLORIST FOR YOUR WEDDING!!! Planning a destination in Hawaii from California was so easy with vendors like Spinning Web! I found them on yelp and corresponded with them vial email and once on the phone for my vision for the wedding. I sent them samples of ideas that I liked and they perfectly nailed it! I worked with Whitney throughout the whole process and she was very professional and responded to emails very quickly - much appreciated! When I arrived to the wedding site, the ceremony arch was already up and centerpieces were already set up on the tables. They are professional, timely and extremely good at what they do! Wendy does an amazing job with flowers! I am not that good with explaining exactly what I want but she took the pictures I liked and my brief explanation of what I wanted and made the most beautiful flower arrangements and bouquets. I cannot say enough good things about Wendy and Spinning WEB Florist! I received a few florist recommendations from our wedding coordinator, and then like any bride planning a destination wedding, I relied on online ratings/reviews. All the good things I read about Wendy and her team could not have been any truer. I first contacted Wendy just a few months before our wedding, and although she was very busy at the time, she happily agreed to do the floral designs for our big day. I had a general idea of what I wanted, but I was worried it would be hard to communicate that over the phone/email, but Wendy was great at asking questions, making helpful suggestions, and showing me pictures to give me an even better idea of how things would look. I tend to be very detail oriented, and I changed my mind on things a few times, but Wendy was just so lovely and accommodating. When we walked into our reception on our wedding night, the floral designs were one of the first things I noticed, and they transformed the empty room that I'd seen during walk throughs. I was absolutely blown away by the work that Wendy and her team did, they completely understood the look I was going for, and they nailed it!! It was better than I ever could have imagined (and I spent a LOT of time trying to picture how it would come together). Wendy even added a few smaller touches (i.e. small starfish, driftwood, etc.) that just tied everything together and were so beautiful. And even though it wasn't the right time of year, she managed to get the salmon peonies that she knew I really wanted for our arrangements, and I could not have been happier! Everyone commented on how beautiful the centerpieces were and how much they loved the way our sweetheart table and cake were decorated, and we have Wendy and her team to thank for all of it! I'm so grateful that I found Spinning WEB florist and would highly recommend them to any other bride.

Wendy and Reuben did such a beautiful job for my wedding! I got married at Fosters Point and the flowers complimented the site so well. They worked with my budget and wedding ideas, and created the most beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements. Wendy was always open to my suggestions and made sure we were on the same page during our meeting.

Come wedding day, I was in shock when Reuben delivered the bouquets…I could not believe how AMAZING they looked! I eagerly anticipated how the other floral arrangements would look and I was blown away when I arrived to the wedding site. The hues of pink, coral, and champagne popped against the blue ocean as the backdrop and created such a romantic ambiance for the reception.

I cannot thank them enough for the lovely flowers! I seriously could not stop looking at all the flowers the entire night! Thank you Wendy and Reuben!!!

I can't begin to express how thankful we are to Wendy & her team for making our wedding perfect despite the madness our wedding crasher, hurricane Ana brought with her. Wendy was awesome! I don't know how she did it, but she transformed a plain white tent (added at the last minute bc of the rain) into the setting for a storybook romance - all on the fly. I hired Wendy to do the flowers for my wedding after only corresponding via email. I saw pictures of her work on her Facebook page and felt she most closely matched my vision. I sent her my inspiration photos and she immediately said she understood what I wanted. I have to admit I was so nervous but because I don't live in Hawaii I didn't have the option to interview in person. I was completely blown away by my flowers. Wendy and her team did a fantastic job at my wedding. Everything from the ceremony arbor and flower clusters to the bouquets to the reception centerpieces to my sweetheart table and cake florals were absolutely beautiful. I loved my bouquet, my bridesmaid bouquets, and my mother's corsage bracelet.

During the dinner prayer, I took a minute to look around at the centerpieces and tried to take in the whole ambiance of my reception. I loved the reception centerpieces and the pops of orange and plum throughout. Wendy even included some orange title lilies in my floral clusters, which excited me because those are my favorite flowers. We also had a lot of really good comments from our guests on how much they liked my reception centerpieces and ceremony clusters.

Wendy was very easy to work with. I planned my Waikiki wedding from my home in Las Vegas, so a lot of my correspondence was done via email and Wendy always responded in a timely manner. I was fortunate to meet with Wendy in person and had a great planning meeting. She is very knowledgeable about all of the different types of flowers (and there are tons), had a lot of pictures which helped me visualize my wedding and had a lot of great ideas. She made sure to capture my vision. My mother was a little nervous about the flowers at first because, without pictures or seeing it in person, she had a hard time envisioning all of my floral elements in one place. But from the moment that the bouquets arrived in my room, she started to get excited about all of the flowers. And at the end of the night, she told me how well put together our ideas were and loved all of the flowers.

Wendy Balidoy at Spinning Web did the floral decorations and arrangements (gazebo decorations and draping, bouquets, boutonnieres, leis, centerpieces, head table decorations and reception table decorations) for our wedding at the Ihilani in Ko Olina. I couldn't have been more IMPRESSED! After meeting and working with her, I always felt CONFIDENT that everything would work out and we would not be disappointed. I was amazed at how her CREATIVITY and ATTENTION TO DETAIL made the experience so MEMORABLE and UNIQUE! We had bottled our own wine and she creatively incorporated them into a floral arrangement as our centerpieces; our extra cranes were nicely added into all the floral arrangements throughout the wedding; and the floral arrangements is what tied the whole wedding together and made it so AMAZING! I found Spinning Web on The Knot. I contacted Wendy via the website and had a few email exchanges with Wendy early on in my planning.

It was evident that Wendy is VERY sought after and busy, she would more often than not respond to my emails late at night. Very dedicated to her craft!

I basically didn't have a huge budget for the wedding and gave Wendy very little information other than our color scheme (deep purples and pewter) and that my favorite flower is the tulip. I never had high hopes on having tulips at my JULY wedding but Wendy made it happen and they were GORGEOUS!!!

Wendy worked within my budget and extremely flexible when it came to my very last minute changes/add on's, etc!

My only regret and not having the opportunity to actually meet Wendy and put a face to the name! I received so many compliments from my guests on how extravagant my bouquets, center pieces and arbor decor were!! Even though, I made it very clear with Wendy that I wanted to keep cost down and keep things simple. She made my small budget look as though I spent thousands upon thousands of dollars!!

As I mentioned, Wendy is very sought after so if she doesn't get back to you right away, have confidence that she will and she will deliver high quality for your special day!!

Wendy Balidoy, owner of Spinning Web Florist is such a patient, kind and talented person. She created the most unique and elegant ceremony setup for us at The Royal Hawaiian, and then went to setup our reception at the Sheraton Waikiki. Spinning Web did (38) centerpieces for us as well as our head table. She used a variety of flowers ranging from peonies, garden roses, hydrangea, ranunculus, and phalaenopsis. To see everything come together was very impressive. Wendy and her team take so much pride in their work and it really reflected on the day of our wedding. When we met with Wendy back in December, we were very excited about her original ideas and gorgeous portfolio. Wendy was able to use our reception centerpieces at our church ceremony by clipping them to our pews, which turned out beautifully. Wendy was sure to listen to all of our requests and vision... the result on the day of our wedding turned out more than we could ever expect. We had chosen Wendy and Spinning Web for other occasions and banquets, so when it was time for our wedding, we didn’t hesitate to contact them for our floral needs. This was a much larger and more complex event than the others, but once again, she came through with a thoughtful, classy and unique design within a budget with a high attention to every detail in everything from the boutonnieres to the centerpieces at the head table. Even the hotel banquet staff said they hadn’t seen the ballroom so beautifully decorated. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Vendor was recommended by my wedding coordinator and I'm glad I went with spinning web. Prior to going with Wendy, I met with various florists and found that not only was Wendy the most reasonably priced, but she also seemed to be the most knowledgable about the types of flowers in season. I wanted peonies but she told me right away that if she were able to get them, they would be really expensive and ruin my budget. She presented other flower options and showed pictures of other bouquet and centerpieces so I could see what the flower looked like. After deciding to go with Wendy I was still a little worried about how things would turn out. I had a destination wedding so I was hesitant that the flowers wouldn't turn out as how I had imagined. But the day came and the flowers looked perfect. Much better than i expected! I am so happy with the flowers.

I was absolutely thrilled with my wedding flowers from Spinning Web! We spoke on the phone/emailed, and I ended up giving her my color palette, and general ideas for what I had in mind. I wasn't too sure exactly what I wanted for the alter flowers/display, and when I saw what she put together for me, I wanted to cry because it was so beautiful! I ended up giving her a link to a picture of the bouquet I wanted from another site, and it turned out exactly as I had imagined. However, one of the types of flowers in the bouquet ended up browning the day of the ceremony, so they had to be pulled. I was a little sad about that, but my bouquet still looked beautiful regardless. I am so so happy I had Spinning Web do the flowers for my wedding... she took my vision to a level that I didn't expect, and I couldn't imagine anyone doing a better job. I wanted wedding decor that was classy yet different. Table-scapes needed to be low to encourage lively discussions and comprised of local flowers. Sunset colors and twinkles were a must and so was a respectful nod to our Asian backgrounds.

From our first meeting Wendy sketched her vision. We'd cluster orange paper lanterns in varying sizes and accent with orchids and daisies. Since hydrangeas would not be easy to get locally in October Wendy was willing to work with periwinkle blue flowers snipped from the front hedge of my workplace.

Wendy even caught items I had totally missed. How was I going to decorate the concert on the lawn? What could we do to make the linens sparkle like a glittery ocean sunset? Even on the night of the event she made several last minute improvisations. Pikake wrapped cake knife, scattering decor on ten last minute tables and more.

I highly recommend The Spinning Web. They allowed me to breathe easy and enjoy our celebration!

We cannot thank Wendy enough for everything she and her staff have done and created on our special day, they have exceeded more than what we pictured and made everything just PERFECT! From the bridal entourage, the ceremony to the reception they left everybody with OOHS and AWWS, people who won the center pieces took it with no hesitations and even couple bridesmaids bouquets went missing lol. From the start to the end Wendy and her team was on it, even helping with things at the reception that didn't pertain to their business, one of my personal favorite was helping my uncle put on his tie lol, my uncle had taken a peak inside the ballroom & someone from your staff told him "oh uncle, i know you never come in here looking like that?" haha my uncle had said he's waiting for his nephew to come and help him and that person told him "ahh come over here let me help you!" Classic!

I can go on and on but anyways you can see in the pictures how much the flowers and Spinning Web's work brought our whole decor set up out, everything really matched so perfectly and i could not have changed anything. Our guess performer Anuhea said "this was the nicest wedding set up she has ever been to!" and thats a big thanks to SPINNING WEB as well as CCE & REA Events. It was such an honor to have them as part of our wedding and of course they get my 2 thumbs up for recomendations. Thank you so so SO MUCH Wendy! And I'm sure I will be working with you again someday (i'm 1 out of 6 siblings) lol.

Wendy and her team are "floral artists" because their expertise goes far beyond the term "florist." The thoughtfulness, the creativity and the elegance combined is what made my wedding absolutely perfect. I simply sent Wendy a few "sample" pictures of what I wanted and her creations took our breath away. I wouldn't recommend any other company if you want creative elegance within a really reasonable budget.

I have been meaning to post a glowing review for Spinning Web and Wendy, but life has been crazy. Time's just flown by! (SORRY WENDY!)

From the start, we didn't know what we were doing. AT ALL. Call me crazy, but I just knew that the photographer(s) and flowers were a priority over the dress and ring. So, after scouring the internet and finding the perfect photographer and then Spinning Web, I made sure to call them both asap. Both my "in-the-know" and picky friends gave me nods of approval for Spinning Web, so this was a no-brainer.

I was ecstatic that our photographer was available for our wedding date and that Spinning Web, while already fully booked with five other events, was willing to accommodate our wedding party's flowers. Since we were on a budget, the reality of being able to afford centerpieces for our 375 guests from a top notch florist like Spinning Web seemed unlikely and because of their other commitments, I resigned myself to doing makeshift centerpieces the least costly way.

As luck would turn out, our photographer's office assistant inadvertently double-booked us and we were the unlucky couple. When Wendy found this out, she offered up names of photographers and asked what we were planning for favors and centerpieces. When she realized how disorganized and unprepared we really were, she held my hand (so to speak) and really helped us over and beyond, rather than judging.

We luckily found a photographer just two months before our wedding, but Wendy went the extra mile and came to the rescue by forwarding me website addresses and suggesting inexpensive, but creative pieces to use for our favors and centerpieces. She knew we were on a tight budget and asked what we were planning. Of course, we had no freakin' idea! We had no "theme" and no "colors" planned for our event. She talked to me numerous times over the phone and was so reassuring that things work out. It felt as if I were talking to a long time friend. I told her she should do the whole shebang and be a wedding planner/consultant/therapist!

Meanwhile, I had my sisters in Seattle and Pasadena driving from border to border in each state looking for centerpiece and favor ideas to bring back with them. It turned out our "ideas" were way over our budget and we were stuck. Again, Wonderful Wendy (no, not the D.J. -- showing my age) came to the rescue! She treated us like family and asked about our "budget" we kept referring to. Turned out that she had ideas to fit into our budget and then offered to do them for us, even with her many commitments for the same day!

The ceremony turned out beautifully. The reception was phenomenal. People fought for the centerpieces and kept asking where we got the flowers done. To this day, so many people keep mentioning how beautiful everything was.

I don't live in Hawaii and making decisions about your wedding when you can't meet people and see there work except online is difficult. Working with Wendy from Spinning Web was awesome...she got back to me in a timely manner and the flowers at my wedding were absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!

We searched all of Oahu for a florist! Checked out every website and even interviewed a couple. Either they didn't really have any input or their style just did not fit ours. As soon as we met with Wendy from Spinning WEB she immediately got our "vision" and started drawing out layouts and examples for us. She really brought our total look together!!! Of course, we still didn't know how it was all exactly going to look until the day of, but we were extremely impressed when we showed up to our reception site. Our sweetheart table was absolutely stunning along with our centerpieces and chapel decorations. We would highly recommend working with Wendy. She is very accommodating with working within your budget and style.

"Aunty" Wendy was GREAT! I told her what I wanted to have in my wedding, the theme, and the colors, as well as my budget, and she was AMAZING! She did everything I wanted and more and turned my simple wedding into an elegant one. Plus, she worked within my budget and all my guests loved everything she did!

Wendy from Spinning WEB Florist did a beautiful job on the flowers for my outdoor wedding! We had an initial meeting during which Wendy took plenty of time asking questions, determining our needs and figuring out our 'vibe', since we didn't have any photos or many specifics on what flowers we wanted. Since we weren't very specific I wasn't sure what to expect on our wedding day, but when the flowers showed up they were stunning! I went for a beachy theme with local Hawai'ian flowers and the arrangements and bouquets were so lush and elegant. Wendy also added special extra touches, like a blue brooch on my bouquet, and shells dotted among the arrangements and tables. She also decorated the arch which was lovely. We made a few last minute alterations to our order which Wendy took care of easily. All of our guests commented on the floral arrangements. The flowers truly surpassed my expectations. I was so glad I had read the reviews and trusted Spinning WEB. Wendy is a very talented and artistic woman!

Wendy did an AMAZING job on my wedding. Her imagination for her bride is 100% when I explained to her briefly of what I wanted she did EXACTLY what I wanted. She also surprised me with doing something extra for my ceremony with my drapery (see picture). She spent months with me in staying within my budget and helped me figure out another arrangement when I was just about to go over on my budget.

Where shall I begin!! Wendy is a woman who pays great attention to detail and has an eye for class and elegance. I had heard of Spinning Web from back in my prom days so I knew it was a reputable florist. I was reintroduced to her at a Florist Workshop at the Wedding Cafe Honolulu. To be honest there were at least 5 or 6 florist at the workshop on hand to answer questions and they all seem awesome. What stood out for me was Wendy's poise and her ability to communicate to me that she was a professional who would be able to transform my visions into a floral work of art. It didn't take me long to decide that I wanted her for the job, I wrote her a check for the deposit on the spot to be sure I could secure her for my wedding date! We met in person ONCE! Yes just ONCE. And some people may think that you need to meet with your florist more than one time to be sure the job gets done right...but I trusted her and I believed that she would work her magic. The day of my wedding she pleasantly surprised me with two beautiful crystal brooches incorporated into my bouquet that I did not request, but I absolutely loved it! It ended up working perfect because I was able to dedicate my bouquet to my mom and my aunty and give them each a brooch. It was like she read my mind! The moments that were captured when I dedicated my bouquet would have never happened if it wasn't for Wendy!
I can go on and on about her work, but you must believe in her vision and trust that she will do her absolute best. As you can see everyone has given her 5 star ratings! =)

Wendy did a wonderful job at my wedding! I described to her the feeling I wanted and basic theme i had in mind and she used her amazing creativity to bring that vision to life! On my wedding day i was blown away by the beautiful arrangements and intricate details i never could have thought of! Wendy is running around making sure everything is perfect! Her work is worth every penny we paid and now, after seeing all that she did, I would have paid even more! I 100% recommend Wendy and also recommend that you give her the creative freedom to design your floral arrangements/decorations on her own! I promise you will not be disappointed! We were so impressed with the hands on and personalized touches Wendy provided for our wedding. Our wedding coordinator let us know how much time she spent making sure everything was properly placed and even spent much of her own time guarding our ceremony site from the wind! When I first arrived at our ceremony site my breath was taken away at how beautiful It was. Wendy's dedication to making sure our day went flawlessly was evident in all her hard work and dedication. The quality of flowers she used were also amazing. Everything was very fresh and arranged perfectly. It was also very easy to get ahold of Wendy if I had any questions leading up to our wedding date which was such a load off my mind to know I was working with a true professional who takes pride in her work. To this day I am truly amazed at how Wendy and Reuben turned a very large community pavilion into an elegant fantasy escape. Wendy's ability to capture the fairy tale feeling that the bride (Tania) wanted was done with a lot of thought and detail. A large grassy area was transformed from a field of green into a candle lit walkway amidst a carpet of bright pink daisies. A princess candy bar and dainty dessert bar added the finishing touches to a most enchanted evening. To have been able to capture all of this could only have been done by someone with much creativity and heart. Tania wanted a "princess" wedding and Wendy was able to capture it and everyone left with that happily ever after feeling...it was more than what was expected.

I had no idea what I how I wanted my ceremony and reception decor to look like but Wendy was able take whatever little likes and dislikes I gave her and turn it into something more than I ever dreamed. I received so many compliments on the decor and the bouquets, pretty much everything that Wendy had a part in creating. From the very first time I met Wendy she was really nice and excited for me about my wedding. I could not ask for another florist to do our flowers for the wedding. When you tell her the theme of your wedding, the colors, and the type of atmosphere of your wedding, she will incorporate all of that and produce beautiful floral arrangements. I told her how much I loved peonies and how much I wanted them as my bouqet and she did her best in getting them for me. On the day of our wedding, I was in awe when I received the bouquet of flowers, when I walked into the chapel about to make my first steps marching down the aisle, and at the reception site. She decorated the chapel so heavenly! The reception was beautiful as well! It was exactly how I pictured my wedding decor to be like. I most definitely recommend Wendy as a wedding florist. She is very creative and she works well within your budget. God has truly gifted her with such talent and I only wish for every bride to experience having a beautiful magnificent wedding of their dreams!

I had an excellent experience with Spinning WEB and could not have asked for more! My husband and I had no idea where to start with our florals- all we knew was that we wanted to tie in an unusual "martial arts" theme to the decor. Wendy helped us create unique, beautiful (and non-tacky) florals that totally matched our style and impressed all our guests. We had sooo many compliments during and after our wedding! Spinning WEB also went above and beyond in helping set up our venue in addition to setting up the florals. When we realized that we had to cut back on our florals budget, Wendy was very flexible and creative in helping us reduce costs without compromising the overall quality of our florals. Communication between Spinning WEB and myself was always prompt and clear through both e-mail and phone contact. I would definitely recommend Spinning WEB to anyone who wants beautiful, unique flowers and a very personable and professional customer experience.
