  I highly recommend Spencer Studios for boudoir photography. Meghan was professional, friendly, relatable, and made me feel at ease and confident during the photoshoot. The photos turned out stunning and there was a large selection to choose from for the album. The album turned out great and was the perfect gift for my husband on our wedding day! The design process was quick and easy and Meghan was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Very happy with the overall experience, quality of photos and album, and had a great time working with her!

  Best Wedding Photographer!!

  Words cannot fully express just how amazing Meghan is as a wedding photographer. When we first started planning our KC wedding remotely from another state, Meghan was there for us the whole way. She was an amazing resource and beyond supportive as we moved through the process. We witnessed first-hand her brilliance as a destination photographer when she captured our engagement photos in Palo Duro Canyon in Texas. We didn't think she could top those amazing photos until we received our wedding album! She captured our day so beautifully and made us feel so comfortable. She was also unbelievably thoughtful, making sure we took moments to step back and take in our day as a married couple. The experience of that day paired with the gorgeous photos we will cherish forever makes our decision to work with Meghan the best choice we could have ever made for our wedding. She is so unbelievably worth it!!

  Amazing, her work speaks for itself!

  Meghan is absolutely amazing. She is 1000% team bride and groom. She is personable, patient, authentic, organized, realistic, creative and easy to work with. She did our engagement photos and just wow. I was really self-conscious at the time she did them, but let me tell you there was not one photo she did where I did not feel beautiful. On wedding day she was reassuring and calm. My husband and I feel so lucky that we had such an amazing photographer! She is absolutely worth every penny! Meghan, I truly cannot thank you enough. Just seeing our "sneak peak" photos you capture our love and happiness. I cannot wait to see the rest of your amazing work you did for us!

  Highest quality of timeless wedding photos

  Best decision I made for my wedding was my choice of photographer. I wanted the best of the best. Photos are the one thing that remains long after memories start to fade, which is why who you choose to capture your day is so important. In fact it is one of the most crucial decision to make when it comes to planning your wedding. I can't emphasize the word quality enough. It was mind blowing how many mediocre wedding photographers are out there. It was almost disheartening when I first started looking. The composition, understanding exposure/lighting, color - all key factors to producing quality work.
  
  True story: My wedding photographer was the first vendor I hired. In fact I had my photographer before my venue. That's how important my wedding photos were to me.
  
  Meghan is the best of the best. She is a rock star at making you comfortable in front of the camera, because of it your photos will come out phenomenal. Her consistent abiility to capture emotion and tell a story through a photo is AMAZING!!!!.....to say the least. Her style is timeless. I was beyond impressed with her from start to finish. She truly loves what she does and it shows. Not to mention she will be your biggest advocate on your wedding day. I really enjoyed working with her. She was very organized, detail, oriented, and is super thoughful. My wedding photos exceeded my expectations (and those were high) Obviously, I whole heartedly recommended her. It will be the best decision you make.

  I don't even know where to start. Meghan is hands down the best person we have ever had the pleasure of working with. To say my husband and I are awkward and shy is an understatement, but she made pictures FUN and you can tell in the photos! Not only did she make the process easy, she treated us like we had been best friends since the day we were born. I was not a bride that was excited to plan a wedding, I didn't care too much about the little details. Most people would find that annoying (and most did) but not Meghan! She knew exactly what to ask and what to say and made everything so much easier and enjoyable. I don't have enough words to express how grateful we are that we were able to work with her. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would! If you're looking for a photographer that is invested in YOU and YOUR wedding and not the money and nitpicky things, Meghan is your girl! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Meghan. I hope 2021 brings you nothing but joy and LOTS of business!!!

  Meghan is absolutely amazing! Her photos are beautiful and she goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. She’s literally the sweetest person ever!
  My husband was pretty nervous before our engagement session and she made us both feel so comfortable and at ease. It felt as if we had a best friend taking our pictures!
  She was extremely helpful before and on wedding day. If I was stressed out about timeline or anything planning related I could call Meghan and she would take the time to help me and make me feel so much more calm about everything. She even coached us on cutting the cake in the moment and the pictures turned out amazing. She’s amazing at giving you little tips for posing but not over posing so everything feels natural which really translates into her photos.
  Last but not least I want to mention her wedding albums. OMG are they beautiful! She takes time to design the picture flow and layout to make sure everything is perfect. I can’t express enough how much I love our wedding album. Every time I look at the pictures I remember all the emotions of the day.

  One of the best decisions my husband and I made in wedding planning was hiring Meghan as our photographer. First and foremost she takes absolutely beautiful pictures. I look at our album often, and the quality is unmatched. The colors are exactly as I remember, and there are so many photos of little moments I didn’t even know happened! Meghan was so intentional in learning what was important to us, and that is reflected in the photos. Her gifts in developing personal relationships were also shown in how she interacted with our families and friends throughout our wedding day. Meghan was the first to offer her arm to walk my unsteady Grandma to where we were taking photos, and made her feel important and confident in that moment. My mom has commented so many times how thankful she was to have Meghan there on my wedding day. When you have someone you trust taking care of something as important as your wedding photos, you can relax and enjoy the day! I also so appreciated that Meghan made every step of the process feel special, from creating the timeline for the day to getting the beautifully packaged photo files. It is so easy to get lost in the details of wedding planning, and Meghan has a way of bringing joy to the process and celebrating you as a couple. I cannot recommend Meghan and Spencer Studios enough!

  Meghan is an amazing photographer and hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Her overall vibe and aesthetic was exactly what I was hoping to find when I started my search and she did not disappoint. Our pictures are stunning; I still get tears in my eyes every time I look at them. She not only perfectly photographed every moment of the best day of our lives, she captured the emotion and joy. She has a keen eye for detail and you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. I cannot wait to receive my album and start hanging pictures throughout my house.
  
  Meghan was a dream to work with, as well. She listened to everything I said in our initial meeting and found perfect locations for our shoots. She came prepared with adorable clear umbrellas (due to the torrential downpours in the forecast) and ponchos, which became a necessity about 3/4 of the way through our group shots. What could have put a major damper on the day turned into one of my favorite images and truly all thanks to her quick thinking & preparation! Her second shooter was wonderful to work with as well - something I would highly recommend including if you are on the fence! Always nice to have several perspectives on the key moments throughout the day.
  
  As an out-of-town bride, I had a bit more of a challenge ahead of me while planning. Spencer Studios was one of the first vendors we selected and Meghan exceeded all of our expectations for a photographer! She worked with me throughout our planning process to develop the perfect day-of timeline and any time I had a question about possible vendors, color schemes, etc, she was happy to lend an ear and offer advice! She was a calming presence all day and kept everything flowing smoothly.
  
  I am truly thankful to Meghan for all of her hard work and talent. I love all of my pictures and will cherish them forever!! I would HIGHLY recommend Spencer Studios. Exceptional work.

  Meghan’s photos are GORGEOUS! I felt so pampered throughout the entire experience. She also was great creating the perfect album, answering all of my questions and making the decisions so easy!

She met with my husband and I to show us her previous work and discuss what she could offer us. She spent so much time with us that day just talking, and we never felt rushed. Photography was one thing that was very important to us. What she gave us for the money was totally worth it, comparable to other options, and of a much higher quality. When she says that engagement pictures with the same photographer as your wedding is a must, she's right. The engagement session helped us to understand her cues better and be more comfortable in front of the camera. I never thought we were photogenic people, but she changed us somehow. By the time our wedding day came, we were so at ease and felt like we spent the day with a close friend rather than a photographer. Meghan had spent time calling and facetiming me to make sure that all the details were covered leading up to the big day. She even helped plan little details that I didn't think about. Our wedding day was so relaxed thanks to her. Because of my hair appointment in the morning, we were running quite behind but she took it in stride and rearranged our schedule so everything went fine.   Meghan is a true professional-she made me feel comfortable and my photos look so natural! Our boudoir shoot was not only fun, but definitely boosted my confidence. Meghan helped guide me when I need it-how to pose, little suggestions on where to place my hands, or where to look…she also helped me reach a new confidence level during the shoot. I went home feeling great and really embracing my body as a woman. After seeing the finished photos, I am in awe of how natural and candid they look. They are sexy and beautiful and I know my soon to be husband will love his present on our wedding day!

  Working with Spencer Studios and Meghan was such a great part of the wedding day!
  All of my family and friends say the day of the wedding was the least stressful photography experience they'd had, and I agree! Meghan and her assistant (who was a high quality photographer herself!) caught every moment, every group of people, and every bit of the ceremony and reception- nothing was missed! She handled our very large families and wedding party in an effortless, patient, and efficient manner (seriously a gift to have it go so smoothly on such a stressful day!). Meghan was also tremendously sweet and caring, and became a friend who was a joy to have around that day.
  
  The photos themselves turned out better than we could have hoped. The photos were returned to us quicker than we expected, and it was overwhelming how many amazing photos Meghan took. The process for picking photos and designs for our album was clear and easy, and she was accommodating to every request we made. Again, revisions and the album itself were given to us very quickly, and the quality of photos and albums were even better than we expected.
  
  Quality wedding photography was an investment we are SO glad we did - it made our day so much easier and our photos are something we will cherish our whole lives (cheesy-but true). Spencer studios is worth the investment. Meghan is an experienced professional who will care about your family and your photos, and the results will reflect that. She is also a fun and personable, and thinks of all the little details that you won't (She gave us little gifts along the way, checked in with us the week before to offer support!). I would recommend her to any couple as their wedding photographer because she is reliable and professional, and in the end, the photos were absolutely amazing!

  Meghan was awesome to work with, from when I first met with her at a local coffee shop to get an idea of what we wanted to do (we clicked right away!), to our actual engagement session. The time flew by and it was a really fun experience. We laughed a lot and Meghan was great. My fiance said after the day ended, "I loved Meghan - she was so fun and bubbly!" I completely agree. We were relaxed the entire time. And then there is her actual work - the photos! They are beautiful. She does an amazing job!!! I am so happy that we worked with Meghan!

  My now Husband and I chose Meghan to do our engagement/wedding photography for a number of reasons. She does wonderful work, her pricing is very reasonable (which was a HUGE deal with our teeny tiny budget), and the fact I personally knew her beforehand didn't hurt. What we didn't realize was just how lovely and patient she was with the whole process. I'm not one to take photos gracefully or with pretty faces, as I tend to be a rather awkward person. Somehow, she coaxed it out and the results were stunning! Couldn't have worked with a more professional, caring, wonderful photographer.

  We meet Meghan at a Bridal Forum in Lincoln, Nebraska. We loved her style of photography. Her composition and lighting was exactly what we were looking for and gave her a call to chat about her services. She immediately set up a personal meeting to go over what her services could do for us. Her package included an engagement section, the wedding and a album. We were not sold on engagement photos but she reassured us that this section was not just about the photos it was the relationship that we would build between each other. Then I was sold. Getting to know Meghan before the wedding, brought ease to the wedding day. We had numerous phone conversations about what we wanted for the wedding day and on the day she delivered. She was right with us the whole way. She had her photo ideas already sketched out and was ready to execute them throughout our day. She was very professional, dressed appropriately and very cordial to all our family and friends. Her assistant was the same and reflected Meghan completely.
  After the wedding, we were able to see a few sneak peeks. She was very quick to have the photos narrowed down for our viewing. It was easy to view all the photos online and talk with her over the phone to order all the prints we wanted.
  We are extremely happy with Meghan and so glad fate brought us to her. She has great attention to detail, great sense of lighting, great sense of her surrounding, colors and textures. We are so excited to fill our walls with her pieces. Her price is professionally competitive for the quality of her photography. Her personal service is priceless. She loves what she does and we appreciate that. We love our photos and We would recommend her to everyone.

  Meghan worked hard during the whole process to get me the images I really wanted. There was never a point that I felt like she wasn't fully committed to me and my needs! She was even willing to do the photo shoot at a hotel so I could get the style of photos that I really loved.
  
  Like a lot of girls I was pretty nervous before my appointment, but she really put me at ease! Her energy, excitement, and professionalism really makes you enjoy every second of the experience. There is never a moment where you feel uncomfortable or awkward.
  
  My absolute favorite thing about working with Meghan was how she made suggestions about my poses without telling me what to do. So I felt natural in my movements and confident in my poses.   WOW! Meghan was always there to answer questions and offer ideas! We were impressed with the amazing pictures she captured! She got all of the posed pictures we asked for, and the pictures she created using her knowledge of lighting and fun techniques were a wonderful bonus! My husband even commented that he didn't feel pressured to get the perfect pictures, she made us feel so comfortable! We are so pleased with the pictures we have to showcase our wedding and engagement! We also loved that Meghan worked with us to create our wedding album and mini versions to give to our parents!
