Spectrum was AMAZING! Our son and daughter in law were married this New Year’s Eve and Spectrum was the perfect music choice! Professional, amazing selection of songs -‘s kept the crowd engaged entire night. The dance floor was packed from the first song until that bitter end. If you want amazing music, incredible energy and ultimate professionalism, this is your band!! -

Wonderful band, very very professional. We had a snow storm and they showed up. They traveled over an hour to get to the venue and never once questioned about not coming knowing the weather was going to get bad. They made the reception fun. Would highly recommend them......If I could five them 10 stars I would. -

Spectrum Band was great from planning throughout and delivered a fun party experience at the reception! Starting with the Spectrum Trio at the cocktail hour and the Band keeping the dance floor going during the entire reception. It was the first time they played at the Hawthorn venue and even played some ABBA songs for the first time which were a hit with the crowd. We received positive feedback from many guests. Sean was easy to work with and very responsive throughout the process! Highly recommend Spectrum Band and Trio! -

We saw Spectrum Band play for the first time at our friends wedding and we knew we had to have them for our wedding reception. Our first reception venue we had booked canceled on us which was devastating. One of the first people to contact me about it was Sean with the band letting us know that he was here for us and wanted to make sure we knew that! We appreciated that so much. Luckily our new venue still had our date open and we were good to go.
They rocked the house at our reception!! We got so many compliments about how great the band was. We can't thank Spectrum Band enough for making our reception so wonderful! -

We had Spectrum for our New Year’s Eve wedding in St. Louis, and they absolutely blew us away! The entire night, they brought the perfect energy and created a truly electric atmosphere. Spectrum knew exactly how to read the crowd and kept the dance floor packed the entire night. They even went above and beyond by learning our favorite song to play during dinner! Mr. Brightside at midnight was the highlight of the night! They were so professional and easy to work with during the entire planning process. If you're looking for a band that will make your wedding unforgettable, Spectrum is the one. This is the second family wedding for which we hired this band. They kept everyone dancing the whole time; great music and a very fun vibe. They were also willing to learn a new song or two for the first dance and provided the emcee services. Highly recommend! -

Sean was a great contact throughout the year plus we had Spectrum booked for our wedding. There was weather issues the day of, but Sean communicated well and a great solution was found.
The band took our song suggestions and turned out two epic sets. The fact that the band can cover Sinatra to MJ to RHCP is a masterclass is making it happen. We danced hard, the band jammed, and it will be a night I'll never forget! Absolutely a five-star band. -

Motown, Country, Taylor Swift, Classic Rock, oldies all were done with vibe and heart!
Born to Run—-Hell yeah!
The dance floor was packed all night!

We knew from the very first moment that there was only one band for our daughter’s wedding this past Saturday night! Spectrum was just amazing and the whole evening was perfect! Sean was wonderful to work with and answered every question and granted every request we had. The musicians are so talented and made our evening extra special and fun! My husband and I are musicians and are not usually dancers- we danced more Saturday night than we ever have!
The ceremony music was beautiful guitar music and the cocktail hour with solo piano. Both were spectacular!
We could not have asked for anything better than Spectrum! Thank you so much!! -

Hiring Spectrum Band was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Having a live band with horns was extremely important to us, and we could not have been more satisfied with this talented group. From the get-go, they were easy to work with, responsive, and listened to/matched our requests for the vibe of our wedding. They offer you add-ons in addition to their band, which made this 'non-wedding planner bride' extremely happy. They seamlessly ran the sound at our ceremony, utilized two of their members for a jazz duo during cocktail hour, and provided MC services as well as superb sound and lights at the reception. The dance floor was packed the entire evening, and the compliments continue to come in regarding how good they were. These guys are seasoned professionals – knowing just what the crowd needs at any time. Our wedding had the most perfect feel-good atmosphere, and without Spectrum Band our reception would not have been the same! -

Words cannot express how thankful we are to Spectrum Band for making our day so perfect! It was the best night of our lives. From the beginning of the planning process, they were so great to work with. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received about how great Spectrum Band was! When impending rain influenced us to change our timeline, Spectrum rolled with the punches and made everything feel seamless! We are so grateful. Our first dance song they learned was better than we could have ever imagined; a memory that will replay in our heads and hearts for a lifetime. Would recommend Spectrum in a heartbeat to anyone who wants their wedding to be a 10/10 with people on the dance floor all night long!

Spectrum Band was amazing for our wedding in July of 2022! They were the most responsive vendor we worked with and were so flexible up until the last minute when we had to change plans for the wedding party announcements. The dance floor was packed all night because the band read the room so well and played songs everyone knew and wanted to sign and dance to. Would highly recommend Spectrum Band! -

Spectrum was the highlight of our reception! Best decision I made while wedding planning by far. Multiple guests asked me afterwards for the name of the band. My family isn't really a big "dancing family" but everyone was out on the dance floor all night! We hired the 7-piece band. The pricing was all inclusive of taxes and tip which was easy and simple. Sean was great at communication and made the whole process a breeze. We had a small delay during our reception (due to catering, no fault to the band) and the band offered to play 30 minutes longer to make up for the lost time! -

Spectrum Band played for our wedding at Bogey Hills Country Club on 10/15/21. The whole evening was truly magical and the music was perfect. Sean was easy to work with and get ahold of.
We also used them for PA for the ceremony and uplighting. Both also worth it. Get the amber lighting upgrade!
Thank you so much for an absolutely unforgettable night. I hope I have another reason to hire you again in the future! Maybe an anniversary party! -

Spectrum was absolutely amazing. We had them for daughter # 1’s wedding 4 years ago and thought they were so great we hired them for daughter #2’s wedding. The three piece ensemble that played during cocktails and during dinner was elegant and then the party really got going. At both weddings. And they even let me sit in on guitar for a song. They had the dance floor rocking with their full 10 person band from the first song to the last song. And, the communication leading up to the wedding was very good and timely/responsive. These guys are simply the very best. -

Spectrum played out June wedding at Union Station and were amazing! We were asked for weeks following the wedding for thee band's name and are still receiving comments! They played our ceremony and reception. They learned our first dance song and it was as good as the original! I cannot suggest Spectrum enough for your wedding band. -

Weddings in our family always revolve around the music. Spectrum exceeded our expectations! The dance floor was packed the entire night and the band knew just how to keep the crowd engaged! My groom pushed back pretty hard on spending a bigger portion of our budget on entertainment/The Spectrum Band versus a DJ. The very next day he admitted "yeah, I was wrong about that. They made the night." Even in the middle of all the transitions of 2020 and early 2021, I never felt out of the loop or unheard by the band. They were receptive to my requests and helped me understand how my vision could be met in sync with the logistics of the day. I was nervous that nobody would dance because of my family dynamics. The Spectrum Band had my entire wedding on their feet! I've never seen my Dad dance so much in my life; and ALL THREE GRANDPARENTS in attendance even decided to join in! I opted for a duo performance during cocktail hour and dinner which set the perfect tone and took some of the "awkward vibes" out of the transitional parts of the night can have. My guests are still talking about the band 2 months later!
From my initial consultation, through hiring, planning, and performance The Spectrum Band was attentive, professional, and dependable. I felt heard and respected during every interaction with them. The Spectrum Band was easily the best investment of my wedding day. -

Having a live band was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding reception, and I would highly recommend choosing Spectrum for that! From day one (even before booking) they were nothing but helpful and easy to work with. I had no worries when it came to our entertainment for our wedding night. Tim is very easy to stay in contact with, and the band took care of everything for us the day of! I even had a special request to have fathers and daughters to join my dad and me on the dance floor mid song, they made this happen, no problem! We also opted for the duo during dinner time! I can't tell you how many compliments during and after the wedding my husband and I got because of their entertainment! The dancefloor was overflowing with people dancing (and it was a big one)! This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and I would recommend them to anyone!! -

Tim and the rest of the crew were such a pleasure to work with. I cannot stress enough the professionalism and class that this group has! In addition to the sound being fantastic in a space that often makes sound sound garbled, they were great at sticking to and helping us keep our timeline. Spectrum was 10/10. I received so many compliments on the band from "Classiest entertainment I've ever seen at a reception" to, "Not too loud." They were a breeze to work with (I changed my father/daughter dance song days before the wedding, and Tim responded to my email immediately to confirm the change). They are an absolute blast. The perfect addition to your wedding reception that will be enjoyed by guests of all ages! -

The Spectrum Band was amazing at our wedding reception! When planning our best day ever, besides choosing a venue for our ceremony and reception, we really wanted to book The Spectrum Band to be performing at our reception! After dancing to their music all night at our friends’ wedding reception, it was a dream come true to have The Spectrum Band perform at our reception.
For our wedding ceremony, the sound engineer from the band played our selected classic music, which was wonderful. For the wedding reception special dances, we provided our songs and requested if Spectrum could edit our music selections so the length of some songs could be shortened and the transition of our requested music would flow smoothly. The Spectrum Band went above and beyond to ensure our songs were perfect. Finally, our last request for the reception to The Spectrum Band was to play any music to keep our guests dancing.
Our guests loved the music, and were on the dance floor for every song. The Spectrum Band was incredible, and only took one break at our reception. Our guests really enjoyed the band, and manager, Tim Callihan, and the band responded so positively. We had a packed dance floor up until the last song with guests of all ages ranging from 2 years to almost 90. We received so many compliments from our guests, and they obviously had a wonderful time dancing to The Spectrum Band’s amazing music.
Bonus! We were fortunate to receive father, matron of honor, and best man’s speeches recorded by the Spectrum Band’s sound person, and Tim Callihan shared these with us in less than twenty-four hours after our reception.
The Spectrum Band was absolutely fantastic!
