My mom learned about Susan through a recommendation from a friend. Susan met with me and I showed her some inspiration and we just talked about the overall aesthetic of the wedding. Susan even recommended this gorgeous hanging floral. I had originally just wanted greenery, but Susan had a vision and I trusted it. Susan worked in items that we had collected (brass and glass candle sticks) and some items that would enhance it. I love candles and I wanted there to be an abundance of them.
Come the wedding day, Susan was there and got to work. When I tell you it was better than I could have imagined it was. I trusted Susan and her talents and I could not have been happier. I looked around and could not believe that this was my wedding. It looked out of a magazine. Susan is amazing and I am so in awe of her talent. No matter your vision, Susan will make it happen. -

Beautiful flowers and exceeded expectations
Susan did a beautiful job with our flowers. I specifically requested peonies because they are my favorite flower. She had to ship them all the way from Europe. We had a wedding arch and flowers on our tables. She did a fabulous job! Also she worked out in the rain installing the flowers on the arch. I sincerely appreciate Susan's dedication in the rain! Hire her for your wedding. You won't regret it! -

Beyond our Expectations!
My daughter chose Susan for her wedding flowers and we couldn’t be more pleased! From the very first time we met her she seemed to have an innate ability to “see” my daughters vision and bring it to life. She knew all the right questions to ask us that we hadn’t thought of. A true professional, she was unperturbed when the bride wanted to make a change. She knows her flowers and was up on the latest trends. Her floral creations and tablescapes were truly breathtaking! Flowers were a really important part of our small wedding. Susan took my photos and ideas and created an incredible display. I still can't believe how stunning the altar was for our ceremony. The bouquet was unlike any I have seen before and the floral runner was even better than I could have imagined. She is a true creative genius! -

Specialties Florals and Events did the Florals for my daughter's wedding and they were amazing. I have to say Susan was my favorite vendor. She is such a wonderful lady to work with and she created exactly what we wanted and more. Her eye for floral design is unmatched. The floral chandeliers she creates are breathtaking and everyone was in awe of it. She took our color scheme and incorporated it in all the details. She is just the best!!

I photographed a wedding that this amazing florist provided services for! The bride kept singing their praises when I first arrived and complemented the the arrangements. They help up beautifully in the summer heat and were packaged beautifully. I highly recommend this vendor!!! Susan and her team did such an amazing job bringing my floral ideas to life. I knew a few colors I wanted to focus on but other than that, was really open to other ideas. Susan tied in beautiful acrylic pieces, aisle markers, center pieces, mantle arrangements and more that were all so, so beautiful. It was such a seamless process working with Susan and she truly does amazing work. I cannot recommend her and her services enough for any special occasion. I even talked about how much I loved working with her that my now mother-in-law used her services for our rehearsal dinner and she again went above and beyond!! -

Unbelievable
Susan’s dream is to make your dream come to life. She bends over backwards to give you your vision, whatever the budget. Flower arrangements are not something you want to DYI. It is a a lot of work to put on your bridal party/ family/ whoever is helping. It happens the day of the wedding/ or the day before, and it takes a long time. Susan does all of that, delivers, and cleans it up. The truth is no one who helped set up on my wedding day could have done what Susan did. That’s because Susan is a professional, who is personalble and committed to giving your dream day without the hassle. This was the best money I spent on wedding. I tell everyone about Susan. In my pictures you can see that her pieces ended up being central at every angle: the bouquets, the flower crowns, and the centerpieces at the reception, and the backdrop at the ceremony. She did a lot of other little things too, like the welcome sign, and the cocktail tables, as well as the isle at the ceremony. -

Susan was wonderful to work with! She listens, offers suggestions, always answered my emails in a timely manner, and the flowers provided were beautiful. Susan even attended my linens appointment to ensure that our vision would match my linens for my wedding. You can't beat the customer service and flowers that Susan provides. The price that I paid for Susan's service was very reasonable for all the high-quality floral designs that was provided. -

Susan was an absolute pleasure to work with! She has an incredible ability to take verbal and visual ideas and turn them into a beautiful reality. She has a natural talent when it comes to selecting florals, and designing an event space. She made did a gorgeous floral arch, greenery sashes and garlands, floral center pieces, and everyone gave me so many compliments! It was so gorgeous - it looked like it was out of a magazine! Erika Sent on 06/29/2018I literally cannot say enough great things about Susan from Specialties Florals and Events. She made my Pintrest/ Royal Wedding come true with ease. The flower process I was worried since I did not know have very good knowledge of flowers, but went in with an open mind and pictures I have been collecting. Susan made wonderful recommendations from center pieces, down to the appropriate size boutonniere for our ring bears and everything in between. The end result blew our expectations out of the water. She made sure we were not disappointed and every effort made from her really gave you a personal touch. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Susan, our wedding would have not been the same if it wasn't for your cohesive, elegant vision.

I'm a wedding photographer, so as you can imagine, I had some pretty high expectations for my big day. Susan exceeded them all! From Susan's encouraging and flexible personality, to her natural talent in floral design, to her industry professionalism, she truly gave me the wedding of my dreams. Even when I threw last minute changes her way, Susan remained calm and upbeat throughout the entire experience and was a real anchor for me in the midst of a very busy wedding season. She even went above and beyond to make me not one, but two flower hair combs so that I had options on my wedding day. I will always be glad I went with Specialties Florals and Events! I would highly recommend them for your floral needs. -
