Allison Sent on 04/12/2011I purchased a faux fur stole from this vendor via Ebay. While the vendor itself is extremely professional and responsive, I was disappointed in the actual product. The picture/description implied a lush/full stole with a clasp/brooch to close it, and it also appeared full size (for a full-size woman).
What I got was not that. The stole was about the width of what you would expect from a winter scarf (a little wider in back). It had no brooch or clasp or anything to close it (unlike what was pictured in the photograph), so two days before my wedding I had to just "figure something out." I will say that the stole ended up looking fine in all of the pictures, so all was good in the end.
In fairness to the vendor, I did not attempt to return this item or rectify the situation through Ebay (who had time?!?!), but as a future courtesy to its customers, I would be very (explicitly) clear with the Ebay descriptions/pictures/etc so as not to have disappointment in the future. -
User529749 Sent on 04/27/2011I found spazooie advertising the same items on ebay but for almost 1/2 the cost. Emailed them directly and they gave me a similar price to what was listed on ebay as I was buying multiple items. Good quaility fur wraps for a reasonable price - you can get cheaper but you get what you pay for. Transaction was effortless, they organised express shipping to Australia which was great. Items arrived safely packed and in great condition. -

Tip: Read the reviews on Spazooie Bridal. Choose a reputable seller. This one is not. On the picture, the bolero looks pretty. On the body, it's boxy---there is no shape. It's as if a kindergartener traced a pattern and cut it out. In addition, it is made of cheap materials. The site indicated that refunds ARE accepted. However, they are not. Really surprised that an Etsy retailer is this deceptive. They offered an exchange; however, after experiencing the ODD SIZING and cheap materials, I want nothing more to do with this company or their merchandise. You're lucky if their products work for you. Otherwise, you will be stuck with something you'll never wear. VERY DISAPPOINTED and unhappy. I'm taking this cheap thing to school to let my kids play with it. It's not good for much else.
