We hired Frank for our wedding at Nature’s Connection in Arlington, WA, and we seriously couldn’t have asked for a better DJ.
From the start, Frank was super easy to work with. He communicated really well throughout the planning process and helped us feel confident going into the big day. When the wedding came around, he completely nailed it by keeping everything flowing smoothly and jumping in to help when things got a little awkward. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.
What really stood out was how great he was with our guests. He didn’t just play music, he connected with people, cracked jokes, danced, and made sure everyone was having a blast. The energy on the dance floor was amazing, and that was all thanks to him.
We gave Frank a list of songs we wanted, and he blended them perfectly while also taking requests. The vibe was exactly what we were hoping for.
Frank was punctual, professional, and genuinely fun to be around. He worked great with our other vendors and helped make the day feel way less stressful. Hiring Frank and Sparkle and Wit for our wedding was the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning he was responsive, kind, personable, detail oriented, thoughtful in his communication, and it was evident to us he was committed to understanding our vision to make it come to life. We were looking for someone to keep our 300 person wedding running smoothly and he did that effortlessly. He went out of his way to tour our venue on his own to make sure he was prepared for our wedding day which really impressed us. We got more compliments on him and DJ Rocco than anything else on our big day with guests citing how kind, friendly, and engaged he was with what was going on. We also wanted a DJ who would listen to us and focus on our music taste to ensure that our guests had the best time at our wedding and he did just that curating a perfect playlist for every phase of our wedding start to finish and kept the dance floor packed all night. He exceeded every expectation we had ten-fold. He read every detail we sent him, took time to study our wedding party (that was 20+ people) to be able to call them by name day of, answered every question promptly, and was the single most accommodating person we got to work with. He really made our day what it was and we could not have asked for more in an Emcee and DJ. We will recommend him with he utmost praise to anyone who needs a DJ and Emcee for their event. He really is a can't miss vendor! -

We had Frank emcee and DJ at our wedding at Ray's Boathouse. He was amazing to work with from initial booking all the way through to our big day. His professionalism, warmth, enthusiasm, flexibility, and expertise really put us at ease through the entire process. He had an eagle's eye out during our entire event, making sure things ran seamlessly, all while maintaining an upbeat, positive and professional demeanor, mingling with guests, and helping everyone feel so welcomed and excited to be there. Not only is he great at the emceeing part of his job, his music selection was on point! He totally read the room with all of our friends and got everyone hyped. One of our guests, who have attended many weddings, stated that he may be the best DJ he's seen so far! So much fun! -

Frank was a great add for our vendor team and wedding day. He was very responsive, talked through our budget and each level of services that he might provide, and gave us recommendations based on our guest count and venue layout for the evening. He set up 3 music locations at our ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour in 3 separate areas of the venue and it was all seamless. He was great about playing our recommended songs we had provided on the online platform he provided and was respectful about ensuring he had announcements on family names, speeches, etc correct prior to the wedding day. Overall, he matched our budget needs, provided a very fun reception and dance party (people were even singing and dancing throughout dinner and dessert!), went above and beyond with service both before and during our wedding day, and was a very positive part of our day! -

Frank was amazing! From the first call all the way through our wedding day, Frank was nothing but kind, helpful, personable, and very talented. He learned our friends and family’s names, had a separate call with my dad to coordinate songs for his speech, and was just a joy to work with. We interviewed approximately 6 or 7 DJ services for our Scottish wedding in August. Frank Salerno and DJ Rocco of Sparkle & Wit were by far the clear selection. It was immediately apparent he had the experience in the industry. His charm, charisma and the clarity with which he spoke really made him stand out. And we easily found pricing options that fit our budget.
He also provides a platform for music/song selection and allows you to build out your event in rough timelines or sections. Not all of the music we chose was available however Frank easily navigated this and customized our music as needed. Communication through this portal was simple. Phone conversations ramped up about a month before the wedding as he started to dial in the details of the day. His follow up with other pertinent questions and timing was thorough and communicated very well with our wedding coordinator and officiant and orchestrated a perfect day.
We also had live music incorporated in a bagpiper and drummer. Frank was great in working with them to understand and create transitions, key moments and introductions to compose a wonderful flow throughout the day. He added subtle touches of sound during our vows and handfasting that created an ambiance that highlighted those moments with extra emotion and feeling.
And it got even better. During the reception, Frank was very attentive to us and our guests. It wasn’t over the top at all, but rather subtle touches with guests and remembering their names like an old friend made them feel welcome, well known, and all the while keeping the evening about us. Frank even went as far as running to the bar for us to make sure we had wine in hand as it was tough to break away from visiting our guests.
The music from the ceremony to cocktail hour flowed perfectly and the dancefloor was packed the entire time with a variety of music that fit multiple genres. There aren’t enough words to describe the satisfaction we have in choosing what is truly Sparkle & Wit. We’re proud to have been a customer of theirs and are eager to see their continued success! We enjoyed our wedding so much and the feedback we’ve received from our guests, we strongly feel that Sparkle & Wit was the difference maker in bringing the WOW factor to our wedding. Sincere gratitude Frank and DJ Rocco for making our wedding such a memorable event for everyone who attended. We are forever grateful!

I was introduced to Frank through a family friend, and I am incredibly grateful for the recommendation. From the very beginning, Frank exceeded every expectation we had. The level of thought, care, and energy he put into his work was truly remarkable.
His attention to detail is exceptional—he took the time to learn everyone’s names, their relationships to us, and even remembered personal background stories. One of the most thoughtful gestures was when he came into the bridal suite before the ceremony to personally introduce himself and check in on how I was doing. That small moment meant so much.
Frank is so much more than just a DJ—he was part wedding coordinator, part entertainer, and part friend. He helped alleviate so much stress for both me and my husband, not only on the day of the wedding but throughout the entire planning process. I honestly don’t know how we would have done it without him.
Since the wedding, we’ve received countless compliments from friends, family, coworkers—even our photographer—raving about the amazing job Frank did. Many have already asked for his contact information, and I will happily continue to recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ for any type of event.
Frank, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. Jesse and I found ourselves genuinely sad when our time working together came to an end—we truly loved your energy and presence. Hopefully our paths will cross again someday. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts… you rock! -

I highly recommend Frank—he’s an exceptional DJ who made our wedding a truly magical experience. His music brought our families together in a way I’ve never seen before. Even my usually reserved parents got up to dance, which was a beautiful surprise.

Frank was amazing! We have used him for multiple events. The last was for our annual Holiday Party and it was fantastic. He brought so much energy and I loved that I didnt have to stress about keeping things on track. He played the piano and brought another to play live bass and it added such a great vibe. We did casino night and him adding the extra energy with fun money and getting the people involved was so much fun. I would def recommend him for any event .. big or small. -

Frank was absolutely phenomenal. He worked with me to tailor, the play list exactly how we wanted it. He interacts with the crowd and brings energy and passion to the dance floor getting everyone up on their feet and greeting guest by name. He presents himself with a professional manner and is very accommodating with needs and last-minute changes. He even lent us a hand in decorating I cannot recommend Frank enough. -

Best DJ ever!
My wife and I found Frank through our wedding venue. It was single handedly the best referral we received. From start to finish, the process was seamless. He helped us with all our prep work, but he also sat back and listened to our vision and gave valuable input. He even added to our playlist some hard to find classic Korean songs which we requested. During our reception, he pulled double duty as DJ and MC. All our guests fell in love with him from the start, and both parents were so grateful for his professionalism and talent. He has a pleasant life of the party demeanor, but he ensures the focus never falls off of you. I can't recommend him enough, and I can say with the utmost confidence, he is the best decision you will make on your special day. -

Where do I begin? Frank is extraordinary. We met him at the Seattle Wedding Show and from the moment we walked up to him, he made us feel like we had known him for years. Fast forward to mid-wedding planning, Frank was absolutely incredible. Always available for questions or talking through our wedding dreams, but also added such thoughtful suggestions and recommendations that made our wedding day the most perfect day! My favorite moment was when Frank called everyone out on the dance floor for a “Best Wishes” dance - it got every single one of our guests up on the dance floor. I’ll never forget the feeling of being surrounded by our family and friends like that - all thanks to Frank. Even our guests were raving about him! He was poised, had the perfect amount of energy, made the night go so smoothly with cute ways of transitioning between moments so all our guests were aware of what was going on, and just made us feel so special all around. Frank was instrumental in making our wedding night run smoothly. Frank wasn’t just the MC but he was also a photographer for us. We didn’t have a photographer and had other people take lots of pictures. Frank was one of the people who took the most pictures, having us do special poses and all. (The pictures turned out amazing!) Our DJ kept the music going steadily and played all our requests. Any issues with the playlist were brought to our attention way beforehand. Frank is wonderful and professional. Frank was very personable and Frank fit right in like he was apart of the family. Frank coming to our event made everything so much more magical for us!
