My husband and I are very happy we chose to have our wedding at SPAF! It's such a charming and romantic space - from the hanging lights and industrial nature of the inside, to the large outdoor space that feels enchanted, and lush with nature.

Joshua was a wonderful coordinator, and helped us have an incredible ceremony - and so many guests complimented us on the unique venue we chose. Book them, you won't be disappointed!

This venue was the perfect location for my baby shower! We were searching for a unique venue that was not the typical banquet hall setup. When we stumbled upon this masterpiece I knew it fit my style completely ! Joshua went above and beyond making sure each one of my requests were met! Everything came out perfect and my guests could not compliment everything enough. I’m looking forward to hosting another event at this beautiful place.

Our wedding was a 30 second special at NYC's City Hall, back in 1969. It could not have been more cut and dry. There was no way I was going to let our 50th anniversary go uncelebrated. Unfortunately, I was in the middle of casting two films and didn’t have the bandwidth to plan anything.

JOSH PRICE at SPAF did it ALL from soup to nuts!! He created the perfect event, with elegant settings, beautiful décor, a celebrated chef, memorable desserts, live cellist, and wonderful servers.

Our friends and family felt like they were in a love cocoon. All still talk about that magic evening at SPAF. It totally made up for that unremarkable wedding.

The entire place is a hidden diamond in the town of Saugerties the space is so expansive and absolutely gorgeous from the hand made gardens and waterfall to the beautifully styled rooms. The owners are a amazing and so helpful and happy to help make your dreams a reality it was nothing but a pleasure working with them and the food was so highly complimented just overall perfect place!

My husband and I are so glad we chose to have our ceremony and reception at Saugerties Performing Arts Factory.
Such a spacious, beautiful venue, with a beyond amazing bridal suite where my bridal party and I spent all day getting ready. Bare bricks, modern decor, even a kitchen, we all said we'd love to live there!

The rest of the factory was just as beautiful with high ceilings, white bricks, and walls of windows providing so much natural light. We loved experiencing both the industrial chic vibe inside, and the green, ethereal landscape outside.

We intended to have our ceremony in the garden, however mother nature had other plans for us that day. Fortunately the venue is prepared with a backup plan for inclement weather, in a space still separate from the reception area as well! Very grateful Erica so quickly set up inside due to the rain, and luckily we still got to enjoy the beautiful outdoors for our cocktail hour and portraits.

So many of our guests are still complimenting how great, unique, and cool this venue truly is.
They also all loved the food!!

SPAF is an awesome venue. Between the fun history (it was a composition notebook factory!), the "industrial chic" vibe, and the beautifully landscaped grounds, it really has it all. Also great options for both outdoor and indoor ceremonies, so you've got your rain contingency covered.
Erica, the owner and doer-of-all-things, was the best to work with. She event set up a special curtained area for our ceremony so that we could appear from behind it rather than processing up the aisle. The caterer she works with, Chef Chris, is awesome as well and the food was absolutely delicious.
Erica is constantly improving the grounds so I imagine there are even more wonderful creations to behold than when we were there.
As soon as it's safe to gather again I hope this wonderful business can reopen, I can't recommend Erica and SPAF highly enough!

We hosted my son's Bar Mitzvah at SPAF and couldn't be more thrilled. They were professional yet accommodating and flexible. Great communication throughout the entire process gave us complete confidence in the SPAF team. They worked with our other vendors to ensure it was a seamless night. Erica went above and beyond adding in extra details that went with our theme. Beautiful space, both indoor and outdoor. Delicious food. Friendly and professional staff. 100% recommend!

Great experience all around! First of all this is a one of kind venue; industrial with an artsy vibe. Erika was easy to work with and flexible - worked with the other vendors seamlessly. We had last minute changes, no problems. On site catering, wide range of food, with fantastic presentation, and accommodating special dietary needs. The staff were professional and friendly throughout our event. The grounds are gorgeous, with outdoor seating possible, and beautiful gardens.

First, it is very rare that I would give a five star rating to anything, but Saugerties Performing Arts Factory (SPAF) was wonderful to work with; from our first site visit, to planning the event in this fabulous space, to after the event itself, they proved their willingness to make your event as spectacular as possible.

Ours was a non-profit gala, and whether you're looking into SPAF for a fundraising event, that special wedding, or just a big old party, I can certainly recommend them. In fact, the venue was so great, and management so impressive, that our Event Committee Chair decided to have her daughter's sweet sixteen party there.

As a professional event planner, I have worked with many venues over the years, and none have been as accommodating, flexible, and as quickly responsive as SPAF. To Saugerties Performing Arts Factory, we weren't simply the next event, we WERE the event!

SPAF is an amazing venue. The open space is perfect for everything you need without feeling crammed. I had 200 people at my wedding and there was plenty of room for all the tables, a huge dance floor and extra space for mingling. The bar is nice and big to accommodate all the guests. The outside patio is perfect for taking a break from the dancing and to get some fresh air. I highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I had the absolute perfect wedding day, with Josh making every one of our visions come true! The food was outstanding, the space was gorgeous and he was completely flexible with all of our requests. It was absolutely the best day ever!
