Where do I start….from start to finish this was such a great experience!! We had the time of our life and I have to say it was a lot to do with the wonderful people that work at Southern Streams Ranch!! I cannot say enough amazing things about Southern Streams Ranch! Not only did they make our day one of the most special and amazing days of our lives, but they also made it so easy and effortless! My one requirement for my wedding venue was that it was completely all inclusive and not only did Southern Streams Ranch deliver, but they went above and beyond. We could not have asked for a more perfect day! Kristin, Katie and the whole team there was absolutely fantastic. They created surprises along the way and made sure our glasses were filled and plates were full.
It was hands down the most beautiful venue we saw and we immediately knew it was the one. The renovations Kristin has done to the place are perfect. You can tell she knows what a wedding needs and has everything you need for your special day. Oh and they have ponies!!!! We asked for one to be brought out during our cocktail hour and we met Carousel who was the sweetest and loved wine! Our friends and family still talk about how beautiful everything was and how much fun they had! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants the perfect wedding! -

We had such an great experience having our wedding at SSR. The natural beauty of the venue was a huge draw for us and the helpful staff was the icing on the cake. There were so many amazing picture opportunities between the streams, gardens, animals, and barn. 10/10 would recommend. -

Yesenia and the SSR team were amazing. Not only was this venue affordable, they were very professional and responsive. Yesenia is wonderful, she knows her stuff and was able to always guide me in the right direction but she is also so laid back and made me feel extremely comfortable with every choice I made. Towards the end we had to make some last minute changes due to guest count changes, and I was so stressed about it but she was calm everytime we had to pivot. Her demeanor made everything feel calm and relaxed. From the start my husband and I said Yesenia was truly the reason we chose this venue.
SSR is an all inclusive venue and every vendor they work with is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them.Southern Streams Ranch's reply:

Yesi & her team were absolutely amazing. So communicative, professional & they transformed our wedding into the perfect rustic/southern dream I had envisioned. My perfect Day
I fell in love the first time I walk into the Southern Stream Ranch venue. The part I loved the most is the nature surrounding the venue. Yesenia was incredible. She makes sure that every little detail is perfect for your day. I have a magical wedding. Everything was perfect for us. A Dream brought to reality
The venue was a perfect country style wedding , the barn was beautiful , walking down the isle to the stream was perfect and the night went on without a hitch! The planning was great, the day of the wedding could not have gone any better!

I wish I could have a wedding day every year!
From the flowers, to the planning, all the way to how the staff at Southern Streams Ranch treated us on our wedding day was amazing. They literally brought my vision of romantic and moody vibes to light…and the best part was that it was stress free. The entire staff handled everything for us and I couldn’t picture it any other way. I would always recommend Southern Streams Ranch to any couple as a venue for any wedding or event as I know they would be in great hands! Bride getting married
Our wedding day was perfect! Southern Streams made the wedding planning process so simple & made my vision become the most beautiful reality. Our wedding day was the coldest day Florida had seen in 5 years and they did an amazing job adjusting so that our guests would be comfortable!

This venue is gorgeous. They have done many new updates and captured my vision for my big day. This is an all inclusive venue and everything was included. All the vendors they use are friendly and work with you and aren’t pushy. They helped make the whole process less stressful. They have separate cottages for the girls and guys to get ready in. The ceremony site is on the river and the barn is the reception. I love this place and recommend it to everyone -

Let me just say the owners, Angel and Richard are the nicest and the most down to earth people. My husband and I were very lucky to have found such a gorgeous venue and caring people to manage the whole process for us. We booked this place during the peak of Covid in April of 2020 and they were so flexible in working with us to postpone our date not only once, but twice. They were very attentive in returning our calls, texts and emails promptly. They took the time to get to know us and treated us like family. Angel and her team were awesome at decorating everything in the style we liked with trendy décor. We were pleased with the vendor selection for food, cake, and photography. The bridal suite was clean with sweet finishing touches. Their property is absolutely picture perfect and well maintained. You can clearly see the effort they put in keeping the landscape green and lush. There are plenty of places throughout the property for amazing photos. It truly is a nature lovers paradise for any event. We got so many compliments from our guests about this place. We would highly recommend this venue! -

Gorgeous venue with a natural "old Florida" vibe that is perfectly paired and transforms into elegant glitz and glam when the sun goes down. The owners are genuine and incredibly friendly and easy to work with, they went to great lengths to make all our wedding dreams come true in just one week. (Had to plan quickly due to a sick family member we wanted there). Angel, one of the owners, plans everything with the photographers, caterers, officiant, bartenders, and DJs that they work with. She also handles all the decor, flowers, and preparation at no extra cost. The venue is open air with a beautiful wooded background along lazy streams. There is a ceremony area, with plenty of seating and a reception area that can hold roughly 150 people. The reception area has beautiful lighting and a great dance area. Both the bride and groom have separate private cottages that are well decorated. As the bride and groom we gave Angel a few details of what we wanted and then fully trusted her with everything...and they went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. She even added in surprises for us that made us smile on the special day. If you want a quality place that will make planning your special day easy, don't look any further. THEY'RE THE BEST! -

My fiancé and I are currently booked with this venue and we couldn’t be more pleased. We’re currently only in the planning stages of our wedding since it’s not till next year.
When we first went to look at the venue we were blown away by how much detail angel and Richard has put into their venue. We were also taken back by all the accommodations that they provide in their wedding package. BUT what really sets this place apart from the rest and sold us on this venue was Angel herself. She truly goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need help with. She never misses a detail! She is truly the best and I would recommend her and southern streams ranch to anyone!
We highly recommend this venue if your looking for a wedding coordinator who is blunt but down to earth and humble, who truly cares about her wedding couples and can take ideas and run with them.

Unforgettable
Angel and Richard! Words cannot describe how amazing this couple is. They are a sown to earth couple with run a stunning venue. Angel cares don’t much about her brides and everything they envision. She wants your special day to be yours. With the pandemic, we had to postpone our actual 80 person wedding. Angel let us come out on our day and do a private ceremony with just our parents. She allowed us to use the venue for photos and have our celebration in the grooms cottage. She made us all forget for a few hours that our BIG celebration wasn’t happening. I’m excited to see what a full blown wedding will look like. I continue to see the improvements her and Richard make to the property. Such a great venue! (vendors prospective)
I absolutely love when I book wedding at this venue, Angel and her staff are so helpful and truly do care about their couples! There is so many amazing photo spots with such great light due to the vas amount of trees and greenery on the property. When I am shooting photos or creating a wedding film I never have to worry about lighting overpowering the wedding day. The moment we parked the car and Met Angel and Richard and saw the property we knew this was our venue. From tour to booking to our wedding day Southern Streams Ranch and team exceeded our expectations, leaving little room for any worry, if any at all. They took our dream wedding and made it reality. We are without a doubt humble, grateful and blessed to have used this venue and for having the team create our special day. Angel & Richard are very passionate at what they do and the pride they take into their venue/property as well as their team was unlike anything else we saw when we viewed other venues. After a little over a year of planning and getting to know the team, we couldn't of asked for a better day! Everything from decor to flowers and all the in betweens was everything we could imagine and more It was simply beautifully perfect. Angel and Richard (the owners) are accommodating and make you feel right at home upon initial visit, through the planning process and on the day of. Kitty and the day-of team really make your dreams become a reality. It is clear that this is their passion and they create a masterpiece with every event that they plan.
SSR is unlike any other venue.... they plan each and every wedding like it is their own. No detail is left unattended; your theme, flowers, food planning, dessert planning. In addition, they pour their heart into making sure your wedding details are individualized to you and not something cookie cutter that has been seen by all of your attendees 100 times. Truly all inclusive!!!

I got married here on January 25th 2020 and could not be happier. I’m not even sure the words to describe how amazing Angel and her team are. My wedding was beyond perfect. We planned our wedding in less than 6 months. Angel was there to answer every question whenever we had one. She covered everything. Angel is the most detail oriented woman I have ever met. There was not a thing missing. This ALL INCLUSIVE venue is by far the best. All of her vendors are phenomenal. The food was amazing, the DJ, the flowers(OH MY GOSH THE FLOWERS), decor. Every tiny detail was covered. We actually forgot our cake knife and didn’t realize it until we cut our cake. Angel already placed out a cake knife and plates for us, without us even having to say anything. If you want a stressful, phenomenal wedding I highly suggest Southern Streams Ranch. I showed up the day of my wedding and it was all done to perfection. Where do I start...
This place is simply phenomenal. There's not much to say other than everything was perfect. Angel was enthused about my theme from the moment we started. It made me excited to see what she would come up with and she didn't disappoint. She took my dream wedding and made it a reality. I wanted to cry seeing the barn being set up prior to the ceremony, it was beautiful. Her and her amazing team make dreams come true! A few years back, my fiance and I attended a wedding in Illinois that was held at a family member's house. Having it there made it very relaxed for the guests and the bride and groom as well, plus the area was absolutely beautiful, and they were permitted to do whatever they so desired since it was their own property. No goofy rules about what alcohol could be on-premises, no risk of strangers wandering in to crash, etc.
As we searched for our own venue, we kept saying, "I wish we knew someone who could host us in their backyard." But time and again, we came up short. We visited many of the local gardens and museums, not wanting the Florida norm of beach or barn. But if we found something we liked, it was too expensive. Or we wouldn't be able to do what we wanted.
Finally, I saw a post from Angel on Facebook about Southern Streams Ranch. We decided to give them a shot. My husband took the day off of work and we drove out to SSR. We got there a bit early and as we were waiting outside these peoples' house, we thought to ourselves, "What are we doing here? This just looks like someone's house!"
But soon Angel and Richard came out and took us out to the barn. And we instantly fell in love.
Yes, it is a barn. But it's so much more than the typical burlap and lace you see at nearby competitors. Angel and her crew can make literally anything you want happen in their gorgeous space. While we didn't want a barn, not once in our time at SSR did we feel like we were at a barn. We were at our own, beautiful fairytale. The greenery was perfect for our Midsummer Night's Dream theme. It was literally what we wanted in every single fashion. Angel treats your wedding like it's her own -- she cares for each and every single little detail in ways that I could not have imagined possible.
Angel is basically a mind reader. Just by showing her my Pinterest and some of the decor I'd already made, she took the reigns and made us an absolutely beautiful wedding. I thought when I began the wedding planning process that I would personally DIY everything. And while I did do a lot, Angel did so much more. She recommended caterers, photographers, and DJs that she knew would suit our theme and ideas. Not just because she knows them personally and wants that kickback, but because she cares. She did all of our florals, even though they were unusual. She even decorated our cake.
One of my favorite memories of the wedding planning process, I texted her asking her a question about the forty tables she'd requested that I provide names for. I meant forty chairs, but it was a month out and I was already going insane. She responded with, "I don't know where I'm going to get forty tables-- what do we need those for again?" Like, she was baffled by my response but still ready to do whatever she could to satisfy her bride to the letter. That story should tell you everything you need to know about the lengths Angel is willing to go through for you.
Her team is professional, intimate, charming, and oh-so-caring. They did well battling my big wedding party and making sure everyone and everything was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. They managed every little detail, even the things I said, "I don't know," or, "I don't care about."
Simply put, having a wedding at Southern Streams Ranch means you get the time, attention, and care that you would get from family. Except everything is so much more beautiful, more detailed, and more perfect. Richard and Angel took care of us in a way that even I don't take care of myself. Thank you both for everything.

We went to a wedding at Southern Streams about 3 years ago and it was the most fun we've had at a wedding. When we got engaged, we toured about 10 venues and wanted one with a larger headcount because my family is so big. After getting pricing and what was included, Southern Streams was the absolute best option overall. Price, capacity, inclusions, & most importantly, how wonderful them & their staff are. They don't get their catering from somewhere and up-charge you double the price, they don't nickel and dime you for floral costs, and them & their dj are THE most down to earth venue you can hire. They take care of everything-dj, florals, food, bar, decor, etc. But the best part is that they let you have a say in everything. We never felt like we had a small menu to choose from or that I had to use whatever decor they wanted. All I had to do was e-mail Angel pictures from my pinterest board and she made it all happen. Not to mention, she went ALL OUT on florals and in every single picture-they are ALL real!n We wanted an easy going & fun wedding with good food and drinks & they did just that. I had my heart set on a barn wedding but didn't want the price tag other places were charging. Even more, I didn't want to plan every detail. After all, we got engaged in March and our wedding was Sept. 28th. We met with Angel for a visit and fell in love. The property was exactly what I had envisioned (and even since we saw it they have added things - like farm tables and benches outside). We had two more meetings before the big day and all I had to do was answer questions and tell them what I wanted (I showed pictures or explained ideas). They set me up with the caterer and the photographer, even the DJ. Everything was included (but I did get choices within their vendors). The day off looked fabulous and they had so many people there working to assist. Kity even had to come out to help with my bustle. Everyone was so friendly. We were looking for the perfect venue for our Florida destination wedding - the only requirement that my wife had is that there was an old beat-up pickup truck to use as a prop for photos. We found SSR online and immediately fell in love with venue. It’s not only a beautiful venue but Angela and Richard were very accompanying to our needs. We were able to bring our two little puppies along and they are LGBT 🏳️🌈 friendly. Meek wedding
After visiting many venues I fell in love with SSR.We got married in November under Southern Streams Sea of trees! It’s was rustic & elegant. Angel the owner basically is your wedding planner and made the planning stress free! She took care of every detail. The decor was beautiful with real flowers. We got so many compliments. The space is GORGEOUS, and Angel is absolutely amazing! She allows brides to be as involved- or uninvolved- as they'd like, taking their ideas, inspirations, and dreams and running with them. Dream Come True!
How do we fully express how grateful and pleased we are to have chosen Southern Streams Ranch for our dream wedding?! Angel and her team did a fabulous job at putting together what we both wanted for our special day. Angel was able to take our style, envision it, and with her talent bring life to my wedding Pinterest boards. She truly creates beautiful weddings with her personalized floral arrangements and venue decorations! This all inclusive venue and staff made it possible to have our intimate dream wedding come true while we were busy maintaining our crazy nursing school and work schedules! Their approachable and professional staff made wedding planning seem like a breeze! I would highly recommend this venue for any special gathering and special event! December 1st Wedding Parks
Absolutely love this venue. They are helpful, quick to respond to any questions you may have. Friendly people that treat you like family. They handled everything from the flowers, to the cake, and everything in between. We had a beautiful Christmas wedding and I could not have done it without Southern Streams Ranch and their staff. Heather Sent on 11/06/2016Sourhern Streams Ranch is the most beautiful wedding location ! It is unique and picturesque. The barn is spacious and comfortable for many guests. There is a creek that runs along side of the ranch that provides even more beautiful scenery. I love all the little cozy spots with swings and fire pits too! The owner Angel is one of the most kind people I've ever met . She works so closely with the bride and goes above and beyond to make sure they have everything they need! This is a true hidden gem in a great location ! Easy to get to for guests ! I give Southern Streams Ranch high praise and I am excited to refer them to every bride I know! -

A dream come true!
Angel and Richard at Southern Streams Ranch did a superb job at planning and decorating our wedding! Angel has quite the talent to take ideas from Pinterest that I liked and decorate in such a way that had a personal touch. The all inclusive package made wedding planning much less stressful with our busy schedules, and Angel does a stellar job at ensuring that everything is completed in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a relaxed, shabby/chic, farmhouse, outdoors type of wedding! -
