  Pam and Southern Image Catering were awesome to work with!!! She not only did all of our catering (buffet dinner for 140, wedding cake and grooms cake), but she also provided us with all of our linens rentals and collaborated with our florists for our table centerpieces!! We did not do a tasting prior to the wedding reception except for our cake, but Pam and her team most certainly did not disappoint! We received so many compliments on the food selection and cakes from our guests and no one went home hungry! Thank you so much to Pam for her help and services for our wedding!!

  Pam Shores of Southern Image did the wedding cake. It was amazing! The cake was gorgeous. It was prettier than we imagined! The taste was outstanding. The flavor was incredible and it was VERY moist. Just perfect inside and out!!!!

  For the most part the food was good as always. Problem was the food was brought early and wasn't cover so the top layers of chicken and fish were cold. The server was also very rude to our bartender.
