Southern Grace went above and beyond my expectations and made my floral dreams come to life. I showed her what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. Flowers were an important thing for me and I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!!! I got so many compliments from my guests about the florals! I could not recommend Amy and Southern Grace enough for all your floral needs!! -

Hire them! So so worth it!
Working with Stephanie was an absolute pleasure! From day one she was always just a text away, she never hesitated to answer any question I had no matter how silly or common sense coded it may have been. She was kind, reassuring, and always so steady. It was clear attention was given to every last detail from the moment we arrived on our special day all the way until our last dance. Amy prepared the flowers, she brought my vision to life and exceeded my own expectations. I’m truly so grateful for this amazing team and all they did not just on the wedding day but everything they did behind the scenes too. Thank you so much! -

Best day ever!!!
This was literally the best day ever, I don’t even know where to start and it was all possible because of Stephanie, Kala, Amy and their whole team that was involved in really making this the most magical day ever. Everything was handled with so much care and attention to detail. From the decor, the flowers, and just all their hard work in making this day what it really was. Perfect perfect perfect! Is all I have left to say, don’t hesitate to book with them, you won’t regret it. -

I don’t even know where to begin… our wedding was absolutely stunning in every way because of our amazing Wedding Planner, Stephanie! We could not have pulled this special day off without her! She made our day flawless in every way and made the whole process from start to finish enjoyable. She was always available and answered all our questions even with a newborn. She made our vision come to life and it was absolutely beautiful! My husband even commented on how present she was during the whole event and how helpful she was to everyone! We truly are so thankful and grateful for all of her hard work! Amy was also great! Before Stephanie was assigned to us, Amy answered all our questions and she even got us a better price for our dance floor. I truly recommend these beautiful ladies if you want your wedding to run as smoothly as ours did, there was not one thing that went wrong the day of our wedding….it was a FAIRYTALE . Now the day before, the hurricane knocked out the power at the venue, which was Chandler Oaks Barn and these ladies worked tirelessly to execute the most beautiful wedding for our daughter. Thank you, Stephanie for making it SPECTACULAR! -

Wow where can I even begin, first of all to get it out of the way I recommend Southern Grace literally a thousand times over! I was told that on your wedding day something will always go wrong, one thing at least but for me this wasn’t true and Stephanie made absolute sure of that. She was truly a blessing to me and my husband on our big day and all the days and months leading up. There was not a single part of my wedding that she didn’t have at least a small finger on. I’m a very detailed oriented person and I wanted everything perfect and Stephanie delivered. When I say I texted her everyday with a question I literally did and never was there anything but a helpful response and a perfect answer. I can’t say enough good things!!! Amy did my flowers and absolutely knocked it out the park, she literally gave me the flowers of my dreams. The whole team at Southern Grace is everything you can want in a wedding planning dream team. My wedding was a fairytale and it’s all thanks to them! I can’t thank them enough! Ladies if you’re getting married in north Florida look no further because there will be no disappointment if you go with the gals at Southern Grace 🤍 -

The Perfect Day
Southern Grace gave us such a incredible experience from the day one. Amy is responsive, prompt, and all around ON IT. Their business is a well oiled machine and it will show on your wedding day. I gave Amy a few notes and photos of my floral inspiration and she brought it to life even more beautifully than I imagined, somehow she was able to capture my exact dream for them, with very little direction from me. Meghan was so helpful and sweet to us the whole way through and was always there with a quick response when we needed her. They know weddings like the back of their hand and I know you won’t regret it if you decide to use them. If you want to feel supported, taken care of, and treated with such kindness , they’re your girls! -

Stephanie and the team made my day incredible. If there were any issues, we had no idea. The day was PERFECTION. EVERY single person raved about the decor and said it was “top notch.”
A week before my wedding a coworker asked me why I seemed so chill, because these girls at southern grace will knock if out of the park! They contact you to keep you in the know when you need to be in the known. They also guide your ideas to make them a reality also while giving you their expertise.
Amy with the florals chefs kiss. We walked into the most beautiful decor. It was a winter wonderland. You could smell the fresh pine. You wouldn’t even realize we were in florida if you blindfolded yourself.
These girls are incredible. Responsive. Engaged. They make you feel as though you are the most special couple; and above all else they take it personal. I couldn’t have imagined a better team for my big day. -

A dream team!
We used Southern Grace for planning and florals. Not only did they have an amazing price point compared to others, they also did amazing work! Southern Grace and specifically Stephanie Orth were a dream to work with! They made everything so easy, and always calmed my nerves and anxiety about things going well on the big day! They were also super flexible with me and my weird work schedule. Stephanie executed my vision to a T! I sent her inspo and she sent me ordering links! From the small details, to creating the day of timeline, to communicating with vendors, she did it all and seamlessly. I would 100% choose to work with them again if I had to do it over again! -

Amazing all the way around!
About a year before the wedding we sat down with Amy for the first time and we’re immediately out at ease having her be our lead. She talked through every concern we had. Every vendor she recommended was the perfect fit for us! She took on all the stress of wedding planning so we would enjoy ourselves. Our vision for our wedding day came to life and it was all thanks to her! Her assistants, Janae and Stephanie were just as great day-of. We couldn’t have done it without the Southern Grace team! We had our wedding at Chandler Oaks and could not have picked a better venue! Our wedding was originally planned for February 2022 but due to the pandemic and travel restrictions we made the difficult decision to postpone. Southern Grace Events throughout the entire process, was there to answer our questions and provide solutions for every single precaution or thing we thought of.
They were incredibly easy to work with on finding a new date and helping with moving the date with my other vendors. We finally had our big day in October 2022 and it was perfect. -

What a day! Amy made sure that my daughter’s wedding day was beautiful and memorable. From A-Z she ensured that everything ran smoothly. When things went a little sideways (thing’s completely out of her realm of responsibility like rain and an outside transportation company) she was on top of it all and made every effort to make things right. Her communication skills are timely and efficient. It was an amazing day and worth every cent. -

Planning a wedding is stressful- do yourself a favor and choose Southern Grace to guide you through the process and shield you from the mishaps. They saw our vision, respected the budget and executed it beyond our dreamiest expectations. Our event was flawless in our opinion but it was almost a disaster. I would never wish this on anyone, but our well known florist cancelled on us just 3 weeks prior - miraculously Southern Grace owner Amy worked her magic and saved the day. Working with Southern Grace from the beginning to the end was a pleasure. They truly go above and beyond, think of every unseen detail and execute with dependability, professionalism and talent - No Matter what unseen hiccups come your way! I cannot thank them enough for rescuing our day! They are truly the superheroes of wedding planning. Your most important day should only be entrusted to Southern Grace.

I do not have words to describe how amazing Amy and her team are! I picked their package that included planning and day of coordinating and I am so glad I did! Amy was with me every step of the way when I was planning. There was not a single time I reached out to her looking for advice and answers that she didn’t give me both! I am truly grateful because this was my only time planning a wedding and I was clueless. There were time I wanted to do things differently than she had suggested and instead of saying no we’re doing them the way I told you she would present to me my options with her knowledge and experience but still tell me we will do whatever you want I just want you to know why I suggested it this way! And while it was hard to not do things the way I wanted everything I listened to her on turned out to be true at my wedding. If you are like me and thought a wedding planner and coordinator wouldn’t be worth it, because you have planned a party yourself before. THIS IS THE ONE SERVICE I CANT PUT A PRICE ON FOR MY WEDDING! The day of my wedding I had Amy and 2 of her assistants, I did not have to worry or do a single thing on my wedding day other than show up, get ready and get married! They took care of everything else and were constantly checking on myself and my husband. I cannot put a price on what Amy and her team gave us on the best day of our lives! I also can’t put a price on her knowledge and experience during my planning process! She knows what vendors to recommend as she had worked with them before! She truly helped me pick the dream team of vendors for my wedding! She was also one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and truly a professional and expert at wedding planning and coordinating! Not only did she coordinate my rehearsal to perfection! She also made me and my bridal party a day of timeline that was perfect down to every detail! Her and her team also decorated and designed my entire wedding, I didn’t have to worry about a single detail because she had it covered Book her NOW if you want the most magical and perfectly executed wedding of your dreams!! -

I don’t even know where to begin with this review because Amy is far more than an amazing wedding planner, she is truly a beautiful person. She took all my worry away and made sure we had an unforgettable day. She never let me worry and she always had all the answers/plans. Amy and the Southern Grace Team were the key to my absolutely flawless wedding this past weekend! We could not be happier with our day and all the help we received along the way. Amy was truly my sounding board and basically felt like my big sister with how comfortable working with her was, communication was impeccable, and everyone in my bridal party and all the wedding guests only had amazing things to say about the staff/coordination of the event. Amy & Southern Grace are truly second to none! I would not have survived the last 8 months without her! -

Incredible!
There is truly no way you could ask for a better wedding planner. Amy gives 100 percent and does it with her whole heart. She truly loves what she does. As a mom of the bride I expected to be running around crazy and nervous but the confidence I had in Amy and her staff allowed me to have so much fun that I didn’t want the night to end .Don't even consider ANY OTHER wedding planner . She is your girl. We luv you Amy!! -

Just like I envisioned it
They answer all my questions, were very professional and helpful. The wedding day was a bit of a blur for me but I'm glad they were there to help. They took care of all decorating and cleanup too. I decided to leave it to them to also pic the flowers based on my wed colors and everything was beautiful. Things I wish or think could be better- I wish they had pics of all the decoration items they have available for rental (for people like me, that do not live near by.) Also, better sharing of notes while picking who will be assigned to the event. I ended up repeating some things that I thought were covered already. BUT everything was taken cared of ahead of time and my wedding was beautiful. -

Chandler oaks wedding
I cant say enough great things about southern grace. Amy and her team were worth every penny spent. Our personal planner was Christina She made sure that the wedding went off with out a hitch. No issues no problems. Everything ran smooth a s silk. These ladies kept everyone on task and on time. She worked with my daughter to make her perfect wedding dream to true . It was a perfect day.
I highly recommend southern grace and chandler oaks barn in st Augustine. Absolutely beautiful
