  Vendor from heaven

  As a professional photographer in the wedding industry for the last 15 years, I have worked with so many different venues and vendors. Chandler Oaks has a dream team there is absolutely nothing that a bride needs on her wedding day that they don’t support. And on top of that, they support all of the vendors as well. Whenever I arrive, they have everything ready for me to go and get photographed so the bride doesn’t even have to worry about it. Their timelines always match mine in our perfection giving us all the time we need to photograph the perfect wedding day. They go above and beyond on the day of your wedding to make sure you’re comfortable Relaxed and excited. I’ve watched them come up with a rain plan in 30 seconds. That was even better than the original outdoor plan. I have worked with well over 150 venues in my career and hundreds of planners and this level of service is so unique , and sadly rare in this industry. I promise you will not regret booking this venue, or their incredible team of planners and vendors.

  A dream team!

  We used Southern Grace for planning and florals. Not only did they have an amazing price point compared to others, they also did amazing work! Southern Grace and specifically Stephanie Orth were a dream to work with! They made everything so easy, and always calmed my nerves and anxiety about things going well on the big day! They were also super flexible with me and my weird work schedule. Stephanie executed my vision to a T! I sent her inspo and she sent me ordering links! From the small details, to creating the day of timeline, to communicating with vendors, she did it all and seamlessly. I would 100% choose to work with them again if I had to do it over again!

  Could not have asked for better!

  From day one Southern Grace Events, specifically Stephanie Orth, went above and beyond to ensure my wedding met all my expectations. They took the time to explain everything in detail, and allowed for my countless questions over the year of planning. I live 5 hours away from the venue, which I was worried would make planning difficult. Stephanie sent me vendor recommendations that I could trust, picked up items for me so that I would not have to travel with them, and helped me in decision making when I could not be there. They guided me so that I wasn’t spending money on useless things, and to make sure my timeline utilized the time and space as efficiently as possible. By simply providing “vision pictures” this team was able to encompass exactly what I wanted and turned my vision into a reality. The day of my wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the team at Southern Grace. They made sure everything was set up, organized, and taken care of so I could truly just enjoy the day I had been waiting for. My guests have provided me with countless compliments about the team and the wedding. I will truly miss working with this group that I have become friends with over the last year.   Dream Wedding Come True

  Thanks to this amazing group of ladies, I had the wedding of my dreams. I gave them a theme and they made it the most gorgeous day ever. Like magazine-worthy. Everything was perfect. It was so awesome to be able to enjoy my special day knowing I was in great hands with these amazing group of ladies. 10 out of 10 recommend.

  Best wedding planner ever!!

  Stephanie was so amazing, we cannot say enough great things about her. We highly recommend her and southern grace events!! Our night was everything we dreamed of and more. Her attention to detail is so impressive! She was the voice of reason and really knows her stuff.

  About a year before the wedding we sat down with Amy for the first time and we’re immediately out at ease having her be our lead. She talked through every concern we had. Every vendor she recommended was the perfect fit for us! She took on all the stress of wedding planning so we would enjoy ourselves. Our vision for our wedding day came to life and it was all thanks to her! Her assistants, Janae and Stephanie were just as great day-of. We couldn’t have done it without the Southern Grace team! Thank you guys!

  Stephanie and the team made my day incredible. If there were any issues, we had no idea. The day was PERFECTION. EVERY single person raved about the decor and said it was “top notch.”

  I do not have words to describe how amazing Amy and her team are! I picked their package that included planning and day of coordinating and I am so glad I did! Amy was with me every step of the way when I was planning. There was not a single time I reached out to her looking for advice and answers that she didn’t give me both! I am truly grateful because this was my only time planning a wedding and I was clueless. There were time I wanted to do things differently than she had suggested and instead of saying no we’re doing them the way I told you she would present to me my options with her knowledge and experience but still tell me we will do whatever you want I just want you to know why I suggested it this way! And while it was hard to not do things the way I wanted everything I listened to her on turned out to be true at my wedding. If you are like me and thought a wedding planner and coordinator wouldn’t be worth it, because you have planned a party yourself before. THIS IS THE ONE SERVICE I CANT PUT A PRICE ON FOR MY WEDDING! The day of my wedding I had Amy and 2 of her assistants, I did not have to worry or do a single thing on my wedding day other than show up, get ready and get married! When things went a little sideways (thing’s completely out of her realm of responsibility like rain and an outside transportation company) she was on top of it all and made every effort to make things right. Her communication skills are timely and efficient. It was an amazing day and worth every cent.

  HIGHLY recommend!

  We had our wedding at Chandler Oaks and could not have picked a better venue! Our wedding was originally planned for February 2022 but due to the pandemic and travel restrictions we made the difficult decision to postpone. Southern Grace Events throughout the entire process, was there to answer our questions and provide solutions for every single precaution or thing we thought of.
  They were incredibly easy to work with on finding a new date and helping with moving the date with my other vendors. We finally had our big day in October 2022 and it was perfect.

  I got married in the middle of a hurricane and Southern Grace was with me every step of the way helping me to remain calm and my wedding was absolutely breathtaking thanks to them! I could not recommend them enough!

  Beyond expectation - pure delight to work with

  Planning a wedding is stressful- do yourself a favor and choose Southern Grace to guide you through the process and shield you from the mishaps. They saw our vision, respected the budget and executed it beyond our dreamiest expectations. Our event was flawless in our opinion but it was almost a disaster. I would never wish this on anyone, but our well known florist cancelled on us just 3 weeks prior - miraculously Southern Grace owner Amy worked her magic and saved the day. Working with Southern Grace from the beginning to the end was a pleasure. They truly go above and beyond, think of every unseen detail and execute with dependability, professionalism and talent - No Matter what unseen hiccups come your way! I cannot thank them enough for rescuing our day! They are truly the superheroes of wedding planning. Your most important day should only be entrusted to Southern Grace.

  Planning a wedding is stressful- do yourself a favor and choose Southern Grace to guide you through the process and shield you from the mishaps. They saw our vision, respected the budget and executed it beyond our dreamiest expectations. Our event was flawless in our opinion but it was almost a disaster. I would never wish this on anyone, but our well known florist cancelled on us just 3 weeks prior - miraculously Southern Grace owner Amy worked her magic and saved the day. Working with Southern Grace from the beginning to the end was a pleasure. They truly go above and beyond, think of every unseen detail and execute with dependability, professionalism and talent - No Matter what unseen hiccups come your way! I cannot thank them enough for rescuing our day! They are truly the superheroes of wedding planning. Your most important day should only be entrusted to Southern Grace.

  Father of the bride

  Abby absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! SERVICE AND WHAT EVER we needed she was there. She took care of any issues that came up and just took charge to have an AWESOME wedding.could not have asked for a better planner/coordinator. We would recommend her for all your wedding needs. She took care of all the flowers and everything we needed.

  Amazing Experience!

  There are not enough words to describe how great Amy, Alex and the team at Southern Grace Events were to work with. As the mother of the bride, I was able to completely enjoy my daughters wedding and not worry about anything. Alex made my daughters vision come to life. Alex had the calmest demeanor and made sure everything was taken care of. Guests could not stop gushing about how beautiful the wedding was & how well everything flowed. Hiring the team at Southern Grace Events was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. I cannot thank them enough!

  Southern Grace Events, the entire team, is truly the best of the best. We started planning our wedding in 2020 and from the moment we signed our contract, they were on it. Amy listened to every detail, idea, dream, and vision my husband and I had for our big day and when I say they brought it to life, my jaw dropped to the floor the second I walked through those doors for our big reveal. There was never a moment I was concerned about how something was going to get done because she always had a way. She showed how much she cares for her brides, grooms, and their families the entire process. The day of our wedding, her and her team instantly got to work and did exactly what we had been planning for the last year and a half. They took any and all stress away from us and did such a beautiful job decorating, setting up, doing al florals, assisting the other vendors, and just making sure myself and the whole bridal party/family was happy and ready to go. After our day, my family continued to say how nice our planning team was and what an amazing job they did. That all goes to Southern Grace Events. We love them!!

  Amy and the Southern Grace Team were the key to my absolutely flawless wedding this past weekend! We could not be happier with our day and all the help we received along the way. Amy was truly my sounding board and basically felt like my big sister with how comfortable working with her was, communication was impeccable, and everyone in my bridal party and all the wedding guests only had amazing things to say about the staff/coordination of the event.   Amy and her team are absolutely amazing! Southern Grace is comprised of exactly that: true southern grace and hospitality. Their entire team is so kind and so thorough with the upmost attention to detail. They made our wedding day stress-free and full of wonderful memories of a truly flawless and special day.   I don’t even know where to begin with this review because Amy is far more than an amazing wedding planner, she is truly a beautiful person. She took all my worry away and made sure we had an unforgettable day. She never let me worry and she always had all the answers/plans. She went above and beyond and I’ll never be able to give her enough praise. Amy is an absolute must!
