  Small and Intimate Wedding

  We had a small wedding but was never made to feel less important than if it was a huge wedding. Communication, professionalism, attention to detail as well as focus on individual bride & groom is top notch. Love the Huntbox for the Groom and the Bridal Suite for the Bride. The log cabin was convenient and sweet for a stay for the “night of”. It’s straight out of a Hallmark movie!

  A Wonderful, Beautiful Venue!

  We absolutely loved working with Jenny & Scott at Southern C's Farm. They are so kind and flexible in planning an event like a wedding! Jenny is super responsive to inquiries and questions. We had NO issues whatsoever with the venue or their staff! I could not recommend this venue more highly as it is simply stunning for such a special day!

  Beautiful venue

  Jenny and her team are great! The farm is a beautiful venue - from accommodating overnight guests, to the areas for bridal party getting ready and the locations to have the ceremony. It was a great experience to have my wedding day at the farm!

  An Exceptional Wedding Experience

  We couldn't have been more pleased with this very elegant (yet relaxed) venue for our daughter's September wedding. Due to heavy rains early in the day, we opted to keep the ceremony under the pavilion rather than on the lawn by the lake. It was still a beautiful setting as the view of the lake and the beautifully maintained grounds and landscaping made for a lovely backdrop. Based on the many comments I heard from our guests, it was a great experience for them as well. After the ceremony, we were able to get more wedding photos done down by the lake and on the dock. Jenny Gore was delightful to work with. She is gracious and knowledgeable and I appreciated all of her expertise and attention to detail. In addition, the lodge is a wonderful spot for the bridal party to prepare. The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at the lodge the night before which was VERY nice. The views of the lake out of the back of the house are stunning. The entire experience was truly exceptional.

  Southern C's Farm helped make day special!

  My daughter had her wedding reception at Southern C's Farm in September of 2023. The staff helped make her day perfect. Planning was easy and they worked well with all of the venders making it a day that could focus on joy and festivities not problems and solutions! Thank you for all your help making it a day to remember!

  Beautiful & lots of extras @ this venue

  Easy to work with , overnight sleeping available for wedding party , always respond to questions & promptly, beautiful venue , you never smelled the horses , accommodations for Bride & Groom in honeymoon suite with hot tub on the deck right out side there door .

  We absolutely love Southern C’s farm! It is breathtaking filled with plenty of spots for beautiful pictures on the water and around the property.

  This place deserves 1 million stars and beyond! We are so glad we chose Southern C’s farm! My husband and I wanted a cozy backyard style wedding and the lake, landscape and our hosts made our wedding day so magical. Jenny and her husband were extremely supportive in guiding us through our planning process and helping us visualize our big big day. I would send her ideas, and she would give me pointers on how certain placements would fit on their property. She worked with me to elevated my ideas. They also had a variety of decorations we could use (free of charge) such as vases, chalkboard signs, easel holders, mason jars, wooded signs, and so much more. The bridal suite had exquisite waterfront view of the lake and is a beautiful cabin/ lodge style house. We spend the night there with our closest friends and family the night before the wedding, and it was such a sweet moment to take it all it before our wedding day. One of our favorite thing about Southern C’s farm is that everything is of walking distance and there’s so much to do on the property!

  Amazing Venue and Staff!

  I'm so glad I found this venue online! The view was AMAZING, and so was the staff! I could not imagine having a better venue for the big day. Everything went smoothly, and thankfully it didn't rain! But even if it had there was a backup plan in place, and everyone was well prepared.
  If you're on the fence I highly suggest going in person and scheduling a venue tour as the pictures don't do it justice. It's been a week since my own wedding and I'm still recieving comments on how beautiful the venue was.

  Best venue ever!

  Southern C's Farm was PERFECT in every way! Jenny was amazing with helping us get everything just the way we wanted. So many options for indoor and outdoor and everything is all within waking distance. Beautiful scenery in every direction.

  Southern C’s is Amazing!

  We loved having our wedding at Southern C's Farm!! Jenny was phenomenal to work with, always very responsive to our many questions and attentive on the days leading up to and our wedding day! We got endless compliments on how beautiful the venue was, and we are so grateful for that experience. Jenny even helped me with our seating chart, and was very helpful in our planning process! Our experience could not have been more spectacular, and I will forever recommend Southern C's Farm. Thank you for making our best day so beautiful!

  Picture perfect

  This was the easiest choice we made in all of our wedding planning and most certainly the one that we (and our guests) appreciated the most. The scenery is beautiful (we had a late May wedding). The accommodations for getting ready for both bride and groom were perfect! Jenny and Scott are the most genuine people and really work hard to make sure your day goes off without any hiccups. I 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the area! ❤️

  Beyond Words!!

  Words can not describe the emotions this venue evoked in me and my husband the first time we saw it. We knew as soon as we stepped into the room full of mirrors looking out across the water this was where we wanted to get married. I have no regrets. We decided on a fall wedding and the views, and scenery did not disappoint. It was breath taking. The price was well worth the experience. My only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that there isn't an indoor option if there is bad weather or last minute issues. Also the main house/nor the groomsmen quarters is handicap accessible. I also definitely suggest that you have someone to direct parking for your event, as its a large property and unless you want people calling you asking where to go all day, its much easier to have someone else in charge of this aspect. Overall the property is gorgeous and the people were amazing to work with. Again, no regrets.

  Wonderful venue

  Southern C's Farm is a hidden gem and the perfect wedding venue! My huband and I chose to get married at Southern C's because we loved the feel of the farm. Every part of the farm is absolutely beautiful. The lodge overlooking the pond has a lovely bridal suite and the huntbox is perfect for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready in. The newly constructed pavillion is an amazing reception space and the old cabin was such a cute and cozy place to stay the night of our wedding. The owner's of the farm do such a wonderful job and communication with them was great. I highly recommend Southern C's Farm!

  Our Perfect Country Venue

  My husband and I chose this venue for our Fall wedding and received so many compliments from our guests! Jenny and team were wonderful to work with. I recommend staying on property - the main house and the cabin were perfect! The pavilion was a great space and the venue has so many items you can use/rent to decorate. Take a tour! Highly recommend this venue for any occasion really, but for a wedding - you won't be disappointed.

  Beautiful !!!

  The Venue made my wedding. We had choices and chose the lakehouse. There was plenty of space and it was so beautiful. We had easy access to the kitchen and beautiful accommodations from the rooms where we got dressed to the beautiful dining rooms. The lake was peaceful and romantic. The whole farm is just beautiful. Southern Cs farm is an amazing venue. We plan to return to celebrate anniversaries.

  The venue of my dreams!

  I have always wanted to have a wedding outdoors, and when I had a tour at Southern C'S Farm I knew it was the perfect place for our venue. We couldn't have chosen better, their amazing team made my dream come true! The landscape is breathtaking: the lake, the stable and the cabins are a perfect combination for any type of outdoor event. The bride's suite is MAGICAL! The main cabin is spacious and beautiful. Our relatives had a pleasant stay after the wedding. Highly recommended!!!!
