I was a bridesmaid so I didn’t work with the team before the wedding, but based on my day of experience with Jacklyn she was amazing. She handled herself so well, was incredibly well prepared and not one mistake slipped through the cracks like I’ve seen with other planners and coordinators in the past. She had a backbone and stood up for our bride in a professional way & I could go on. She was amazing!

Tiffany and her team were amazing to work with! Southern Bliss has weddings down to a science. Our venue walk-through and most of our communication and preparation was with Tiffany. She was SO kind, professional and organized. She worked with us to help bring our vision to life and stay organized throughout the crazy wedding planning process.
Weddings have so many moving parts to them and Southern Bliss does a great job of having your day go as smoothly as possible. They sent out an inclusive document containing floor plans, vendor info and timelines to all of our vendors which was AMAZING!
We had a few minor hiccups and wished we'd received more direction and communication at the rehearsal and on wedding day. But, all things considered, they were minute details and we still had an absolutely incredible day! Would absolutely recommend Tiffany and her team - our wedding wouldn't have been the same without them :)

Best decision we made!
We used the day of coordination service but they were much more than that! They were with us during the craziness of wedding planning and helped us wherever we needed it. We had two face-to-face meetings with the lovely Tiffany at our venue and she was able to map out every part of our wedding. She then sent us over diagrams of the ceremony and reception spaces and formulated a timeline for us. This was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders. The week prior to the wedding Tiffany took over coordinating with my vendors and her and her team set up all of our decor for us the day of! I can honestly say that our wedding would not have been the most perfect day if we did not work with southern bliss!

Couldn’t have done it without her
Tiffany was the best decision I made for my wedding. I never realized how much a wedding coordinator made a difference but Tiffany specifically was so amazing to work with. She was always in contact, we met 3 times before the day of the wedding to make sure everything was in order. The day of the wedding came and I showed up to my venue and she exactly captured my vision. She was so calm all day, kept my wedding perfectly on time, organized all my crazy bridal party, and she did it all with such poise. My family and friends had nothing but incredible things to say about her. She’s so calm and makes sure everything gets done. Tiffany did an amazing job helping a stressed out bride get on track during the planning process and made sure all of the details were perfectly organized prior to our wedding day. Dierdre was the coordinator on our wedding day and she blew us away! Her styling, vendor management, timeline management, and assisting with cleanup helped tremendously. Our wedding was a huge success thanks to Southern Bliss and I know we wouldn't have been able to do it without them. If you are questioning the expense of a coordinator, it's 100% worth every penny. I love my husband, I really do, but without Southern Bliss I am not sure if we would have made it down the aisle without you guys! Tiffany responded to every email and text I sent (no matter how annoying I was) timely and with excitement! I woke up the day of my wedding and stressed for nothing that entire day. I can’t begin to describe how AMAZING Tiffany is! She brought my vision to life and it was the most amazing day, ever! I did not talk to one vendor all day long and the moment I stepped foot in my venue everything just flowed seamlessly! All the behind the scenes stuff that she did, from the set up, keeping us on a timeline to cleaning/packing up, was beyond incredible and I truly just got to enjoy my day. Family and friends all said how amazing our wedding was and it is all thanks to Tiffany and everything she did to orchestrate the perfect day! Tiffany made my dreams come true that day and she honestly was beyond amazing!! A day of coordinator is necessary, but hiring Tiffany is essential!

Hands down, the only reason that my wedding went the way it did was because of Tiffany! This day would have not been possible with out her. Anything I didn't have planned or maybe didn't even think of Tiffany made sure there was a plan. She made sure every detail of the day was covered. When things didn't go to the scheduled day of plan Tiffany and her team quickly stepped in to make sure myself and my guests never noticed. Towards the end of the planning process when myself as the bride was so tired of making decisions I left my trust in her to make the decisions for me. With all day rain in the forecast and no Plan B, she made it work!!
I would recommend her and her team to anyone having a wedding!! Her job is no easy task and having her there is totally worth the investment! Every detail of the reception was taken care of, down to who would fill the water glass!

After months of planning every little detail and denial I needed a day of coordinator, I threw in the towel and hired Tiffany. It was the BEST decision we could of made and definitely the best money spent. Tiffany was able to take all my ideas and months of planning and turn it in to my dream wedding.
Tiffany handled everything from decorating, to trouble shooting, to even kicking out wedding crashers. She allowed the entire bridal party, parents, family, friends, and of course my husband and I to enjoy our day rather than running around like wild animals.
If I could give any bride advice it would be to hire a Day-of-Coordinator and most importantly to hire Tiffany!

Hire her! She is worth her weight in gold!
Wedding planning sucks sometimes (most of the time). I wasn't one of those brides that had a dream wedding in mind since I was a kid. I didn't even know where to start. Tiffany was my guiding light. She asked me questions I would've never ever thought of. She contacted vendors, served as a go-between when talking to them was too stressful, was ridiculously organized and approachable and reliable.. I couldn't have had my wedding without her.
The week of my wedding she was unable to be there because she was having her baby, but she asked if I would be okay with two of her assistants taking her place. I took a chance and they were nothing short of incredible people. They were everywhere, making sure everything went perfectly, listening to me when I had concerns about the DJ (and personally contacting him that night of the rehearsal to make sure he got his crap together), having sewing supplies on them for my dress's accidental tear, reigning in my overly excited photographer, ensuring the reception was going according to plan while we went and took photos post-ceremony, etc.
The obvious goal is to never get married again but if I did my first call would be to Southern Bliss. The value I got from them was incredible (they could seriously get away with charging 3x as much but they don't, because they want to help brides of all budgets) and I have literally zero complaints. After a wedding, a bride tends to have "it was good, but.." moments about vendors (my photographer was good but could've done different shots, my food was good but not enough of it, the DJ got the job done but .. sigh..) but I have zero of those moments about my coordinator(s).
Hire them. Hire them now. Stop looking and hire them. You won't regret it, I promise.

Tiffany has truly picked an outstanding team! We worked with Tiffany up until the week of the wedding and I’m so grateful for her expertise. She asked a slew of questions I never even thought about, which were all very important details. The week of the wedding, we worked with Brittnie, who is also absolutely phenomenal! She made our wedding day so much smoother and took care of so many things without me being involved, which is what any bride would want. I was able to give her last minute tasks that I forgot about and she ran with it (e.g. our blanket station). We had a DIY venue and Brittnie was able to pack everything up, which made checkout the next morning soooo much easier. I would recommend booking coordination 100x over. Their assistance was invaluable and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them! ♥️

I had such a joyful and relaxed wedding day because of Tiffany. She set up all my decorations and took down. She ran all vendors and knew where everything went. It was so nice not to be in charge day of-as a bride we are nervous enough! My fiancé also liked knowing someone would tell him what to do and would be on time with ceremony. She also ran our rehearsal so it didn’t seem like you’re a “bridezilla.” The type A in me loved all the details she recognized. She was worth every penny and I highly recommend her!!!

The absolute best!
We absolutely cannot recommend Southern Bliss enough. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful and there are so many parts of the planning process that are intimidating, overwhelming, and scary. Working with Southern Bliss made much of this easier and everyone we worked with was extremely approachable and kind. Tiffany and Deidra were our main contacts and throughout the entire planning process, they were both incredibly friendly and relaxed while still being extremely responsive, punctual and reliable. The day of our wedding, we felt we did not have to worry about anything since we knew they were on top of it. Everything went perfectly! We are so happy we chose Southern Bliss over some of the other coordinators we met with, they were a great fit for us and did an amazing job!

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, look no further. Tiffany Rae with Southern Bliss Event Coordination is an absolute ROCKSTAR! From the get go Tiffany was extremely professional and literally the sweetest person i've ever met. She was super organized and let you design your dream wedding while being there at a moments notice if you needed help or suggestions with anything. I hired Tiffany for the Month-of-Coordinating, however if I had a question about anything before that time "started" she was always there and actually reaching out to see if I needed anything. I got married in the middle of the desert in Cave Creek, and not once did Tiffany complain about her 1hr and 15min drive from her home to come see the venue, rehearsal and then also wedding day. That's a lot of driving! Come wedding day, I did not have to worry about a thing. Tiffany and her assistant were on top of every aspect of the wedding. Tiffany went above and beyond at our wedding without no questions asked. We were so thankful that we hired her to be our day of coordinator. She made us feel so comfortable and made sure that regardless of the hiccups from other vendors that she was going to make sure everything went smooth. We can’t thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication!

Southern Bliss Event Coordination was a dream to work with. We were initially on the fence about whether we would need a day-of coordinator, but in hindsight it was our most valuable investment. Tiffany was incredibly warm, professional and responsive from our first consultation all the way through our big day. She kept such detailed and organized notes that it felt like she had a better grip on all the elements than even we did! We wanted our Downtown Phoenix wedding to have a nontraditional, modern and minimal vibe, and Tiffany really listened to that. Instead of trying to steer us in another direction, she jumped on board and executed the details flawlessly. She worked with all of our vendors to ensure that everything went off without a hitch, which was a huge relief. We were able to get ready in peace on the day-of, knowing that Tiffany was on site handling the logistics of set-up. We would highly recommend Tiffany and Southern Bliss to any engaged couples.

For any bride out there I would highly suggest having a wedding day coordinator and I would especially suggest Southern Bliss Event Coordination and Tiffany. Tiffany will listen to what you want and make it happen!! She has a special way of being able to see what you have envisioned for your special day and she will stop at nothing to make sure it comes together! She is well worth having and I guarantee you won't regret it!

Tiffany is so extremely caring and professional. She listens to what you want and makes sure it happens! She does not let anyone else get in your way and will stick up for you if other vendors try to change something! She has a lot of ideas and is super helpful with decision making! She really goes above and beyond what anyone would ever expect for an event coordinator! I would HIGHLY recommend Southern Bliss Event Coordination for any occasion, you won't be disappointed!
