I communicated with at least seven different DJ companies, and no one else was as knowledgeable or as professional as the people at Soundwaves Entertainment. In my initial call with Tony, he thoroughly explained the process and walked me through a proposed timeline with several different options; his vast knowledge of sound and lighting equipment, music, and other little details about what "works" at outdoor venues/weddings let me know that I was in good hands. He knocked it out of the park as our phenomenal MC/DJ for our wedding; he was personable, fun, and kept our 115 guests on the dance floor all night long--in fact, people are still talking about how much fun they had at our reception. I appreciated his frequent check-ins throughout the planning process, his experienced suggestions, and his impeccable ability to keep my husband and I on a timeline when things got hectic on the wedding day. He made the process and the wedding day stress-free. I would definitely recommend this vendor to ANYONE.

They did an absolutely incredible job at our wedding! From the very beginning, Chris was extremely detail-oriented, and the planning call covered every single detail of the day. He was super friendly, easy to work with, and had great communication throughout the entire process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free.
Every song during the ceremony was perfectly timed, and the reception music kept the energy up all night long. They created such a fun atmosphere and had everyone out on the dance floor having an amazing time.
The lighting was also beautiful — the dinner lighting made the space feel warm, intimate, and cozy, and the purple lighting completely transformed the dance floor into such a fun party atmosphere. Looking back at our photos and videos and seeing all of our friends and family dancing and enjoying themselves brings us so much joy.
Their attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to create the perfect environment for every part of the night truly made a difference. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a DJ team that knows how to make a wedding unforgettable!

DJ Tony- The Best!
We had DJ Tony for our big day and he did a wonderful job! In each of our meetings, he walked us through exactly what was needed, gave us suggestions when we weren't sure what to do, and listened to all of our requests. On the day of, he kept everything running smoothly, adjusted to unexpected changes without any stress, and made sure everyone was having a good time! We also added on the photobooth, which was a big hit with our guests! They loved being able to dance and also take a break to take some pictures (with tons of props). I had a wonderful ceremony and reception thanks to Soundwaves and DJ Tony!

If I could give SoundWaves 12 stars, I would! They were recommended by our venue, and I can see why. The owner, Chris, communicates really effectively, answers questions thoroughly, and sends helpful reminders leading up to the wedding. We worked with Jim, and from our planning session to the big day, he was super helpful. During our planning session, he helped us think about special music moments that we hadn't considered needing. When we mentioned to venue staff that Jim was our DJ, they were thrilled. Throughout our wedding day, he was so helpful. He double checked music selections to make sure they were the exact versions we wanted, and he made everything run so smoothly. After the wedding, we had several guests comment on how great of a job he did. We had a lengthy dinner, and guests mentioned how nice it was to have music playing in the background, and at a volume that still made it easy to hear everyone at their table. The music selections throughout the night were exactly the types of songs we had envisioned. We shared some of our favorite artists with Jim during our planning process, and he made sure to include songs from each of them. We genuinely could not have asked for a more perfect experience with a DJ. Thank you so much to SoundWaves and Jim in particular for making our special day feel perfect!

We worked with DJ Tony. He was the most kind and funny guy, we loved him! He communicated with us very well and professionally. At the wedding we added a couple last minute things and he just went right along with it. Even though we did not have dancing, he still brought a great energy and his voice is definitely DJ voice! Great guy and company to work with.

Soundwaves was everything we could have hoped for and more when it came to a wedding DJ. The owner Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I can promise you won't find a better DJ service for the price.
Our DJ Jim was amazing. He provided the equipment for the ceremony and hit all the right notes during the ceremony. We had a ton of people tell us during and after the wedding that he was spectacular.

Amazing DJ team!
We hired Craig as our wedding DJ for the reception, and he was absolutely fantastic. From the first conversation he was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in creating the perfect atmosphere for the night.
We also worked with Chris, the owner of the business. Chris was organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process. He made everything simple and stress free, which we really appreciated.
At the reception, Craig delivered in every way. He kept the energy high, read the room with skill, and had the dance floor full from the first song to the last. Our guests could not stop talking about how great the music was and how smoothly the whole evening flowed.

Soundwaves was a great DJ business to work with. Chris, the owner, was very quick to respond to our emails. When we first inquired, he had Tony be the one to call us and talk about details, since he would be the DJ on the actual day. He was very kind, funny, and organized. We had a call with Tony about a month out from the wedding to discuss details, and then he also wanted a call the week of the wedding to discuss additional details. During the wedding day itself, he was a good MC, with minimal talking. Only downside was that he misunderstood us and turned the mic off during our personal vows. But, in the grand scheme of a wedding, it was a minor detail and I would still recommend this company to future couples!

The best DJ!!
My husband and I got married in July and used DJ Craig from Soundwaves Entertainment as our wedding DJ. Everything that we had envisioned was perfectly executed by Craig, from the specific ceremony walk-out songs we had chosen, to the dancing on a cloud feature for our first dance, to the dance floor hits at the reception that got everyone out on the dance floor. It could not have gone any more perfect! Everyone from the Soundwaves team was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. The packages they offer are reasonably priced and include everything you need (and more) to have the perfect event. Highly highly recommend them for anything you are planning!

My wife & I are so thankful we chose Soundwaves Entertainment for our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ/MC. DJ Patrick not only nailed it out of the park but we honestly can't put it in words for how thankful and lucky we were to have him be a part of our special day. We had some untraditional requests but he ensured every little detail was perfect.
Additionally we got the dancing on the cloud, which we highly recommend adding to your package, if not already. Everyone loved it and made for incredible photos during our first dance.

I am so thankful we hired Soundwaves Entertainment as our DJ. They were attentive to our wants from day one. Our DJ Craig Gladfelter had everyone on the dancefloor in no time. Music is very important to me and he played everything just as I wanted. The portal they have to finalize details was appreciated. They have a place where you can link your Spotify Playlist to choose songs for each aspect of the big day which was so convenient. Craig was so thoughtful and even allowed my husband and I to have a private dance at the venue after all fhe guests left. It was so beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a DJ for their wedding day. Craig was professional, punctual, and met all of our wants. He asked me if it was okay to play any requests that were being made by guests. Two weeks prior to the wedding they finalize all details. Not to mention, their pricing is very reasonable. We used both the white and colored lights during our reception. We loved the "must play" and "do not play" options on the planning website. Outstanding DJ!
Soundwaves entertainment was amazing to work with. From the very beginning and first conversation we had with them it made the entire process so easy and things went very smoothly when it came to our wedding music. Our DJ , Tony was very personal and did an outstanding job at our wedding. Tony was very good at getting our guests on the dance floor and even surprised us with a last dance with our guests. I highly recommend Soundwaves for your wedding or event!

DJ like family
DJ Tony is the best! I felt like he and his wife were part of our family by the end of our wedding. They even wrote us a thank you note, which was so so sweet. He did an awesome job nailing every dang detail, checking in right before the day to review everything, totally got the vibe of music we were looking for, handled our request to perform live music ourselves instead of have a first dance. The audio worked great during the ceremony, social hour, and reception. He on the fly took a request to do a song from me too, slipped it right in immediately. The photobooth was also a huge hit and the couple running it were just adorable and sweet. The signs available were completely hilarious and the right mix of silly/goofy/weird/outrageous to fit our whole crowd. Thank you soundwaves!

Amazing professionalism, pacing, and vibes!
Five stars for DJ Craig! He knows what he is doing. We had multiple setups throughout our venue (mics at the ceremony and 2 different sound setups for cocktail hour and reception), and we did not have to worry about a thing once DJ Craig arrived. Our first dance was an abridged version of a song, which came from a Youtube dance tutorial (lol), and he was able to play the exact version we requested. He also was able to play the exact recording of Hava Nagilah we requested! We had very few actual "must-plays," because we trusted him to get a feel for our vibe based on our favorite songs. He nailed it! We had several guests compliment the flow of the evening and the pacing of the music. He put lots of the more classic songs towards the beginning so that our older guests could dance and then sit down while the younger generation kept dancing the night away. He was so respectful of honoring correct pronunciations of people's names! Truly a professional. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Soundwaves was incredible from start to finish. From the very first call, Chris and his team was professional, timely, personable, and helped to make the whole planning process go smoother. Not to mention, DJ Tony is THE BEST! Booking Soundwaves was easily one of the best decisions we made!! From the start, Chris was communicative, and quick to respond through the whole process.
The online tools were a life saver and actually helped us figure out other details we hadn't even thought about. Plus, being able to directly connect Spotify was SO helpful.
The day of, Craig was an absolute GODSEND!! He did a fantastic job, and even took the time to confirm songs and name pronunciations before our entrance. We even caught him helping out other vendors at a few points.
Overall, it was an absolute pleasure working with these gentlemen!

I have to say I really enjoyed our DJ Patrick Curran! He was amazing and his customer service was top tier. I know some of our guest didn’t even leave the dance floor because he was just that good. Would highly recommend asking for Patrick Curran if you choose to do services with Soundwaves!!!! He also provided my husband and I this photos that we are so in aw about it being captured because it was during our private dance at the end.

Best Wedding DJ!
The most important vendor to me was the DJ. My goal was to dance all night and so I wanted a DJ who knew how to get the party started and keep it going. DJ Jim understood the assignment! He was a pleasure to work with and made the planning process very easy. I’m so thankful we landed him for our wedding. We received so many compliments the next week about how fun he was. DJ Craig was amazing. He did a great job and made sure everything he did was perfect. We enjoyed having such close communication throughout the night, it made everything seamless. On top of that our guests loved the night and several complimented the music as well as the smoothness of the officiating mics (several of our guests didn’t have the same experiences during their weddings). Sound waves did such a good job with our wedding. They kept the night moving , were very communicative and listened to all of our song requests for plays and do not play! This DJ was Incredible
This DJ went over and above with everything we asked. They were so easy to work with. The music flowed seamlessly, they took the list of music we provided and put it together in a great order that helped keep everyone celebrating. There was a couple of small things we needed done, like the lights turned down, that weren't part of his job, that he went and made happed for us which was great.

More than just a DJ!!
We used Soundwaves for our wedding in mid-November and had an amazing experience from the planning to the actual event. DJ Craig made sure to discuss every transition with us while still allowing us to enjoy our stress-free evening. When it was time for dinner and other scheduled events throughout the early part of the evening, Craig politely pulled my husband and me back to our seats so that we could enjoy our meal and be present for what was going on. I truly feel like we owe it to him for keeping the whole event on schedule!! When it came time to the dance party, he provided a super fun atmosphere and had everyone (even the grandparents, aunts, and uncles) on the dance floor. Sound waves was so much more than just a DJ for us and we are so grateful to them for making our wedding as amazing as it was!

We used Soundwaves Entertainment for our wedding in October 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. DJ Tony was our DJ for the day, and everything was perfect. He provided music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He was a pleasure to work with, and we had several phone calls leading up to the wedding to ensure everything went smoothly.
The online portal was very easy to use and made it simple for us to plan the songs we wanted (and didn’t want) for our big day. DJ Tony kept the dance floor packed all night, playing a great mix of songs that appealed to guests of all ages. We also rented the photo booth, which was a huge hit with our guests. At the end of the night, we received a link to all the pictures taken in the booth. We can’t recommend them enough!

Sound Waves is the best DJ service around. Customer service is second to none and the staff are all amazing people. Chris (The owner) met with us before our wedding and went over every single detail imaginable to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted for our cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception. Soundwaves was a great vendor to work with. The owner, Chris, was very effective at communicating with us and reminding us of all that was needed for our wedding. He made sure he connected us with the best DJ that fit our needs. DJ Craig was great! He played all the songs we requested + more, communicated with us throughout our wedding, and kept everyone moving on the dance floor. Couldn't have asked for a better day with Soundwaves! Highly recommend them.

Craig - The DJ who could do it all!
We had the absolute pleasure of having DJ Craig at our wedding on August 3rd, 2024, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Our wedding was an interracial celebration, blending both Hindu and American traditions, and Craig played an integral role in making the day unforgettable.
From the very beginning, Craig demonstrated an incredible commitment to understanding and respecting the cultural nuances of our wedding. Despite not being initially familiar with Hindu wedding music, he took the time to learn and curate a playlist that perfectly complemented our ceremony. His dedication to getting it right was evident, and it made a world of difference.During the reception, Craig seamlessly transitioned from the traditional music of the ceremony to the lively and energetic tracks that got everyone on the dance floor. His ability to read the crowd and keep the energy high was truly impressive. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had, and we owe a huge part of that to Chris's exceptional DJ skills.
Craig's professionalism, adaptability, and genuine enthusiasm for making our wedding special were evident throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure that both parts of our celebration were perfectly executed, and we are incredibly grateful for his hard work. If you're looking for a DJ who is not only talented but also dedicated to making your event unique and memorable, look no further than DJ Craig. Working with soundwaves entertainment was such a stress free process for our wedding planning. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and very accommodating. Our DJ Craig during our wedding checked with me on a few things just to make sure everything was right, which I appreciated. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a DJ.

Great entertainment! Easy planning!
Like any couple that plans their own wedding, you know it can get overwhelming very quickly. One thing we did not need to worry about was our entertainment. Chris and the Soundwaves team made the planning and execution before and during the wedding extremely easy and offered a competitive price. What more could you ask for! We had a quick planning meeting prior to the wedding, had full access to the planning website to input our songs and go over the schedule of events. Our DJ, Craig, showed up early, ready to go and quickly reviewed the nights events with us to made sure everyone was on the same page. He didn't miss a beat, playing exactly what we wanted at the exact right time during the ceremony. The party ensued afterwards and Craig was able to get the dance floor going! He stayed flexible with the music and took requests, which made the whole night that much better for our guests. Overall, the team was professional throughout the entire process, didn't miss a beat, and kept the excitement going all night at a great price! Soundwaves comes highly recommended to all newly weds looking to check one more thing off their GIANT wedding planning list without a worry!

Great Experience for our Wedding Day!
Working with Soundwaves Entertainment was seamless, exactly what you would want for a wedding or other special occasion. The owner, Chris, took time to get to know us as a couple, our preferences, and helped with suggestions for areas where we were unsure. He was always responsive to any questions we had, and he had a variety of cool options for our big day. Craig was our day of DJ and he worked hard to ensure the details were right. He even helped navigate specific family dynamics. I would highly recommend this company!

Can't Go Wrong!
We had a great experience with Soundwaves! There was an online planner that allowed us to add songs to different playlists as well as update the timeline of events. This made the day go really smoothly and allowed our DJ, Craig, to know everything that was going on. Chris Pyle, the owner, was very responsive and organized. Craig was very energetic and on top of things at our wedding, which allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding day! Craig also continuously checked in with us and ensured everyone knew what was happening and when, like the speeches and dances.

The owner of Soundwaves Entertainment is beyond helpful and so nice. He was very responsive and made sure leading up to the wedding that we had everything we needed. We had DJ Jim at our wedding from Soundwaves and he was amazing! So fun, kept the crowd dancing, and was so nice.

The wedding
We had a wonderful experience with this DJ. They were the best price we found and had everything that we were looking for. The DJ, Craig, did a great job with everything, but most importantly he really made sure that my wife and I were good with everything and that the day was going how we wanted. He was also great with on the spot changes. Would highly recommend this company and DJ for other wedding events.

We had DJ Craig from Soundwave Entertainment for our wedding and overall he was great!
Leading up to the wedding we filled out some forms to gauge what songs we wanted and didn’t want for the party which made things go smoothly. We also had a few phone conferences with Chris (the owner) which also put our minds at ease.
Day of the wedding, Craig showed up ready to rock-n-roll (pun intended). He did a good job introducing the wedding party and setting the dinner vibe while everyone ate. He even made our silly request to say “when you’re here you’re family” like Olive Garden! Once dinner was over he switched over to party mode, and did a good job getting people out on the dance floor. He played all of the songs that we requested and threw in a couple others.
We went with the photo booth option from soundwave for the wedding. Unfortunately, we forgot to have the DJ announce the photo booth, so not everyone found it – but those that did had a great time! We also rented Cornhole from soundwave which they set up and removed. Personally, we never got a chance to use it but we saw a number of people playing all night!
For our grand finale, we decided to go with the cold sparkler exit option at the end of the night. Soundwaves brought that equipment and set it up and tore it down too. It went very well and we have some amazing exit photos!
Overall, day of the wedding Craig showed up prepared, was easy to work with, and helped to create a good vibe on the dance floor. Before the wedding, Chris was more than happy to answer emails and send out reminders for a smooth process. We were able to request songs easily on the website and have guests request songs as well. We would definitely recommend them to someone looking for a wedding DJ!

The best DJ ever!
Chris and his staff are phenomenal! They respond quickly and will work with you to create a DJ experience that is exactly what you want. I was very particular in what I wanted played and Craig (our DJ) followed our list to a T. He came to check in with me and my husband before the next stage (introductions, cake cutting, etc.). The planning software was so hopeful in figuring out our wedding timeline in general and for the music. Seriously, couldn’t have had a better DJ! If you want to have a good time with a DJ that cares, book Soundwaves!

Great All Around
Our DJ, Tony, was fantastic! He was so nice, and he was super flexible with our videographers & photographers when some equipment needed to be moved around. He really listened to what my spouse and I did and didn't want regarding song choices. I really appreciated that he even found me to ask if it was okay if he played a specific song request from a guest that fell in the genre I didn't like. We had guests on the dance floor all night, and they all enjoyed him as well! We got the photo booth as well, and our attendants for the booth were amazing as well!

DJ Patrick is the best!
We were so happy with our experience with Soundwaves! We had DJ Patrick who was super fun to work with and also made sure we were taken care of during our entire reception. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a wedding DJ in the PA area.

DJ Jim was great! Everything was so seamless. He had all of his equipment set up ahead of time, mics on, music playing, it went perfect! Great announcing and music. We had such a blast! Soundwaves provided great planning tools as well!

Thankful to have Soundwaves Entertainment!
DJ Craig was amazing!!!! We had guests on the dance floor ALL NIGHT LONG! And he knew the kind of audience he was playing music for too. There were multiple types of genres of music played throughout the night, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our guests really had a great time scream singing and dancing to the nostalgic one-hit-wonders and throwbacks of the 80's, 90's and 2000's. From the beautiful uplighting package; to the sound systems in multiple parts of our venue; to the milestone moments every step of the way; and even the music request portal; we felt taken care of from start to finish. Not one cue was missed and the energy in the room felt alive for several hours. We appreciated the care and attention to detail before the ceremony started up until it was the final song of the night. Great job DJ Craig and Soundwaves Entertainment!!!

Amazing! Keeps your guest moving all night!
We had Chris for our DJ for a wedding at The Stone Mill Inn in December and he did such an amazing job! He kept our guest dancing the entire time and did such a nice job with the announcements of our wedding party and additional announcements that were needed during the ceremony and reception! We would highly recommend Chris and the entire SoundWaves Entertainment vendor to anyone who is looking to have a DJ who keeps everyone entertained and on their feet the entire night!
