We had our ceremony and reception at Enzo’s on the Lake and had indoor and outdoor services. Dj Les and DJ Frank had everything flowing smoothly. Wendy was a dream to work with as I didn’t really know exactly what I wanted but through our conversations she was able to help me with my timeline and music requests.
We had a blast dancing and the music DJ Frank played was exactly what we wanted. I received so many compliments about the DJ from our guests.

Working with Soundwave was absolutely amazing. Working with Wendy during the planning process was very smooth and she was always available to answer any and all of our questions. Frank G was our DJ. We had a pre party call with him a couple days before the wedding where we reviewed everything we wanted and didn’t want during our party. Frank was very attentive for all of our requests. During our wedding, he was perfect. He knew the exact vibe/genre we were looking for and his music and mixes kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night. I could not recommend any higher! -

We hired DJ Les for our wedding reception, and he was absolutely amazing! Everything ran so smoothly, from the introductions and first dance to the cake cutting, and he played all the songs we requested. Even with a smaller wedding (50 people), our dance floor was packed for most of the night. DJ Les truly understood our music vibe and even added some great songs that fit perfectly with our must-play list. It was such a pleasure working with both him and Wendy throughout the planning process. We highly recommend DJ Les and Soundwave Entertainment! -

From start to finish our experience with Soundwave was a 10/10! Their forms easily allowed us to custom build our entire wedding day. Wendy was very responsive and DJ David called a few days prior to go over everything and help answer any questions. On the day of, David was there hours prior to set everything up. Our officiant and my husband had lapel microphones during the ceremony. The sound was so crisp so no one wound miss a word. The audio quality was superb. DJ David made sure the rest of our day was filled with our custom song list. 10/10 professionalism.

Ruben did a phenomenal job at our wedding! He was able to mix many different genres of music to flow together and keep the party going - whenever he noticed music was not a crowd favorite, he seamlessly transitioned into the next song. He also did great job following following our timeline but also making adjustments when needed (inclement weather changed the flow of our wedding a bit, but Ruben was able to adjust on the spot and nothing felt out of place!). We recommend Soundwave as they have a great process for selecting music and even have great suggestions if you're unsure what to play during your big day! -

We had the absolute best experience with Soundwave Entertainment for our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress!
From the very beginning, Wendy (the owner and office manager) was beyond fantastic. I felt so cared for throughout the entire process—she was always quick to hop on a call, answer questions, and offer amazing vendor recommendations. The planning system they have in place is honestly a dream. Their client portal and automated reminders kept us on track with everything—deadlines, upgrades, FAQs—you name it. And the detailed surveys they had us fill out made it so easy to communicate exactly what we wanted. They even offered common options for various wedding traditions, which helped us narrow things down and feel confident in our choices.
We also opted for uplighting, and their venue knowledge blew us away. The second we mentioned our venue, they knew exactly how many lights we’d need to create the perfect effect. It really showed how much experience they have with Orlando weddings. They also gave great song suggestions and helpful advice for navigating tricky family dynamics during announcements.
And on the big day? Absolute perfection. Huge shoutout to the BEST DJ in town—Les Kopasz! His passion, talent, and dedication were on full display. We had a very specific vision: Studio 54 meets modern vibes, skipping most traditions and absolutely no slow songs. Les delivered flawlessly. He was mixing tracks live, reading the crowd like a pro, and kept the dance floor packed all night long. We had four generations dancing together—no exaggeration! The energy never dipped below an 11/10.

Soundwave ensured that our wedding day was as tailored to what we wanted as possible. They create a portal in which they cover every little detail. Your selected DJ will call you a few days before your event just to confirm details and go through your timeline. They are so communicative and willing to do whatever to make your event perfect. I would recommend Soundwave over and over again. Unfortunately, special effects weren't in our budget, otherwise we definitely would have asked for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience on my wedding day. -

We hired Soundwave for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. We were set up with DJ David and he was absolutely amazing! We used the Winter Park Farmers' Market as our venue and they made the space look beautiful. The uplighting was a great touch. DJ David was fun, outgoing, and very flexible with what our vibe was. We had guests dancing all night and he was great about playing requests. Our wedding was absolutely perfect, much of it because of Soundwave! Even Wendy stopped by during our event, which felt very special and made us really realize that they love doing what they do. It definitely showed at our wedding! Highly recommend! -

Loved Soundwave Entertainment!
DJ Les, DJ Rubonix, and Wendy were so incredible to work with! Leading up to the wedding Wendy had me fill out a document to personalize our playlist and she was so quick to respond to any questions I had. Throughout out wedding day guests kept approaching us to tell us how good the music was and everyone had a really hard time leaving the dance floor. We had cold sparklers during our first dance and they worked with us to have them go off at the right moments, making it truly special.

DJ Ray was the best!
We used Soundwave, DJ Ray for our daughter's Quinceanera. Everything from the moment we began talking with Wendy from Soundwave was so flawless. When we spoke with DJ Ray before the party to explain the various styles of music we liked, he made us feel confident he knew what to play. Our daughter suffers epilepsy and both Wendy and Ray asked about light sensitivity. We also talked about what would happen if she had a seizure. Ray already had a plan in place in case of an emergency.
All our guests were on the dance floor the whole night dancing! It was so great to see our Latin, Caribbean and American cultures blend so perfectly through music and dance.
Ray was so great at keeping the flow of the event going smoothly and even was able to adjust things on the spot as needed.
Oh, I forgot, we also used the lighting and photo booth which was a nice added touch. Our guests loved the photo booth! We LOVED everything.
I highly recommend Soundwave amd DJ Ray for your next event! -

Phenomenal DJ
We highly recommend this DJ and LED Lighting Design company for your wedding. We signed on with Soundwave Entertainment thanks to my lovely wedding coordinator’s recommendation. We specifically hired DJ Ray Vales, Latin DJ specialist, for our wedding as majority of our guests were of Brazilian/Puerto Rican descent. We were thoroughly impressed by DJ Ray’s vast selection of music and his DJ style. Our dance floor was packed the entire night and this made me so happy because this was my only request for my wedding. DJ Ray was extremely laid back and easy to work with. He listened to our requests and worked very hard to make sure that both the bride and the groom were on the same page and happy with his services. The timeline was wonderful and everything flowed smoothly. But by far my best compliment was that our dance floor was PACKED. All of our wedding guests had nothing but good things to say about the music selections! -

We had a wonderful experience with Soundwave!! We had DJ Ruben for our Paradise Cove wedding and he was phenomenal. He was an excellent MC, DJ, and everything in between. He ensured our day ran smoothly from the ceremony through the send-off!
Before the wedding, Soundwave’s online portal was extremely helpful. They had us fill out a form that walked us through every detail of the day (like each song we wanted at which point, how we wanted people introduced to the reception, etc.). This was such a helpful way to get us to think about the flow of our day as a whole and what we wanted each part to look like.
Soundwave really, really knows what they are doing and it showed from the planning process to the day-of execution. We cannot recommend Soundwave highly enough. They rock!!! We would choose them over again and highly recommend them to our friends and family. -

Soundwave was the entertainment company my now hubby and I both individually picked out from the preferred vendor list our venue provided. Our top choice from the start and never regretted it. From the beginning they tailored their services and selected our DJ based on our vibe we wanted to create and they knocked it out of the park. We had DJ Ray Vales on the big wall front and center, his Optimus white equipment, fuschia up-lighting, and the moving light heads which really made it an elegant and fun atmosphere! Hands down, we made the BEST decision to entrust Soundwave to handle our DJ and lighting needs for our wedding reception. From the first call that I had with Wendy, to the end of our reception, I have nothing but adoration for Soundwave. Wendy made the process quite simple. She gave suggestions based on the type of lighting I was looking for. She provided me with a music profile to complete and this allowed her to match me with the PERFECT DJ, DJ Dennis!!!!!!!!!!!!! The uplighting and pin lights truly created the warm vibe I wanted for the reception. DJ Dennis did his thing!!!!! Like, I am trying to figure out how to create another event in the Orlando area so he can come back. DJ Dennis was our MC and our DJ!! He was perfect!! I could really tell that he used the profile sheet that I completed. He knew which songs to play at the best moments. He knew how to engage our guests. DJ Dennis even got on the dance floor with my 7-year-old niece and gave us an impromptu performance of JuJu on That Beat!!! Our wedding guests literally talk about how fun our wedding reception was and how the music was on point from start to finish!! We were referred to SE, and they did not disappoint! I had a vision that DJ Les, Wendy, and Dylan executed flawlessly. Throughout the entire planning process, they were helpful in providing their expertise on the Reception Planning Guide, design of the room, and provided photos of previous weddings at our venue (Margaritaville). All of our guests wouldn't shut up about how great the music, lights, cold sparks, photobooth, and Dancing On a Cloud turned out.
DJ Les & Dylan brought EDC Orlando to our wedding, and it was a huge hit. 10/10. Would recommend. -

Wendy and Les are not only awesome people but one of the best teams around. She is the best to communicate with and will keep you updated as the process unfolds. Now onto Les- this man will make sure your guests are up and on the dance floor the whole night! Picking a DJ was one of the hardest decisions in the wedding planning process as I am so picky about DJs. Speaking to Wendy initially put my nerves at ease. After speaking with her and understanding my style, she matched me with DJ Justin and he did not disappoint! He caught the vibe of the crowd and had everyone dancing all night. Dj Ray and Soundwave has done multiple weddings in our friend good (see photo below) and Dj Ray just keeps getting better and better every wedding he does!!! He's was so focused on my husband Dennis and I all night, making sure we were comfortable, happy and having a great night. He carries a room with such a great positive vibe and definitely makes sure everyone is having a great time! I wish the night never ended because the music was perfect all night.
Soundwave was great with planing as well. The forms they gave you to fill out are easy and so helpful to a couple that loves all types of music and only has 4 hours to express 10 years of their relationship!

Soundwave Entertainment was our DJ and Lighting team for our wedding and we were absolutely stunned at the amazing job that the whole team did. From day one, Les and Wendy were energetic and passionate about the vision we had for our wedding. They were communicative throughout the months leading up to the wedding and had a fantastic online portal to make planning simple, easy, and exactly like what we were hoping for. In terms of music at the reception, Les was nothing short of phenomenal as a DJ. He understood the genre and vibe we were going for (classics that were family friendly), and delivered on it with his own touch. Plenty of people were telling us what a great job he did, but we could tell based on how busy the dance floor was. The lighting, done by Wendy, perfectly accentuated the decor in our reception venue and brought the place to life. Overall, everything was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing about our choice in Soundwave.

DJ David was exceptional. We knew we were going with pros when we chose Soundwave, and DJ David went above and beyond to keep our guests entertained, and had music for our wide variety of guests and music styles. Soundwave’s online process of choosing all your music, must plays, never plays, styles, guest types, etc. made it easy to know how the night would go, and then confirming and reconfirming timing for various wedding events went smoothly, and the final phone meeting with DJ David to get to know us put us at ease. DJ David did the music for both our ceremony and our reception (as well as our cocktail hour), and every guest had great things to say about the music and the DJ. -

Everything was perfect. Wendy was awesome. At the beginning I was overwhelmed because I was not sure where to start. I called Wendy for guidance and she send me some sample wedding songs and lists. It helped a lot… she guided me through the process of filling out the forms. Then I got a chance to talked to Dj Ray.. he had so much energy!! I was so looking forward to my big day. He made me feel more confident about the timeline and he answered all my questions!!..
Om the day of the wedding.. he did an awesome job. He came to the bridal suite to introduce himself and did awesome with the music. All my guests were so happy. He even translated my dad speech from Spanish to english.
It was an awesome night. Thank you Soundwave for making my day so much fun!!’

Wendy and her team gave us the wedding of our dreams! From providing the sound and music to providing the lighting that made our ballroom look phenomenal, their work was excellent! The DJ provided, DJ Ray, was the perfect match for our wedding. His feel and party instincts kept the music going as he was able to adjust accordingly to make sure everyone was on the dance floor at any given moment. Not to mention his MC skills were brilliant! All the guests could not stop talking about how great he was on the mic and how well-organized our program of the reception was, all thanks to the planning of Wendy and her team. As a working musician, the sound quality was an importance factor when deciding a DJ/Sound company, and these guys know what they're doing in terms of requesting the exact needed power from the venue and the top-of-the-line equipment used. And to top it all off, Wendy, Les, and Ray were all just the kindest people ever and so easy to communicate with. We had a few hiccups the week leading up to our wedding and they were able to adjust and make things happen without any problems. 11 out of 10, would recommend this company and work with them again! -

Choosing the perfect vendors for a wedding is no easy task. We met a few different DJs at wedding shows but when we met DJ Ray, we knew he was the one for us. He was so chill, personable and just gave off this great vibe. When it got closer to our wedding day DJ Ray gave us a call to go over all the final details. After that conversation, we were confident that he had everything under control and would make it the best night of our lives. He exceeded our expectations. He made sure that we were taken care of all night and kept the dance floor full the whole night. If you need someone to point you in the direction of the perfect DJ, I am here to say LOOK NO FURTHER than DJ Ray with Soundwave. It will be a decision you wont regret! Dance Floor Was Rocking!
Our guests were complimenting our DJ ALL night long! From the moment the dance floor opened, there was not a single moment that it was empty. Les was so good at reading the vibe of the crowd, and playing all the songs that were requested. The media booth was such a nice added touch, because the photo booth was truly never empty! We were able to get so many fun photos of all our guests having a great time. I will always recommend Soundwave to any future bride! -

We originally reached out to Soundwave Entertainment for DJing Services at our wedding because they were a “Recommended Vendor” of our Venue - so we knew that they not only had to be a trusted, reputable and respected Vendor, but also awesome. Wendy was so quick to respond to us, and she was so, so easy to chat with - from one conversation, she was able to get an idea of what we were looking for in a DJ and matched us with our DJ, Justin. With the Planning Guides, there is no stressing about the order of events, or what music to play when, etc. because it’s all there in the Guides - I cannot stress enough how convenient it was.
It was so nice going over the Guides with DJ Justin a few days before the wedding - he checked to make sure all information was accurate, he knew how to pronounce the names of everyone in the Bridal Party, the vibe we were looking for with the Reception, etc. I said that I wanted the dance floor filled the entire night, and Justin delivered that 100% - he kept the Party going the entire time and all “age groups” happy. It was so, so fun. Definitely recommend! -

Wendy and her crew, including DJ Les, were such a joy to work with! They elevated our dream wedding to another level with truly beautiful lighting and high quality, glitch-less audio! Every single song was played with deliberation and perfection! We were really picky with our music choices and they made it all happen! We know for a fact they could execute music/ambiance in any style but we can attest that our taste was met perfectly! It would be hard to differentiate our wedding and a high-end classy club which was exactly what we wanted. All our guests still talk about the unbelievably fun wedding they had. -

Les was the dj for our April 2021 wedding, and he did a FANTASTIC job. He provided sound for both the ceremony outdoors and the reception inside. I couldn't have asked for a better DJ throughout the night of the event -- from explaining the night schedule to everyone before the ceremony began to keeping the dance floor packed the entire reception. All of our guests loved the music and the party atmosphere. Wendy, the office manager, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. She provided all kinds of help and feedback to make our evening perfect. The additional uplighting package was worth the extra money too! It added something extra special to our venue. -

Justin from Soundwave was our DJ at our wedding, and did a fabulous job. Everything from the ceremony to our final dance went smoothly. Our dance floor was literally NEVER empty, and Justin made sure every single person had a blast!
Justin played a song for everyone, and even got my nephew involved & let him DJ for a bit. So fun! Justin surprised me with some of my favorite songs, and let me "DJ" as well. Seriously so fun! He honestly fit right in with our crowd, and felt more like a friend than a vendor.
My husband and I wanted to do our last dance together outside on our venue's back patio, and Justin made sure it could happen. He was quick to say yes to all of our ideas, and genuinely had fun at our wedding (which made all of us have even more fun!). I highly recommend Soundwave for your wedding DJ, and can't thank Justin & the team enough for all that they did. Best night ever!
