    Wonderful Music

    Marissa was easy to work with and is so talented! I grew up playing the harp and realized how wonderful it would be to have a harpist at our wedding. She played for our outdoor ceremony and her music was just beautiful. Timing and volume level was perfect and she executed the songs without a flaw. Also, her harp is gorgeous!

    We booked Marissa kind of last minute. We originally had strings lined up to play for our ceremony and they bailed last minute. Marissa was incredibly accommodating and she was very responsive. Her music was beautiful and it truly left such an elegant touch on our wedding day. Our guests raved about her music and her harp was such a lovely addition to our photos. I can't wait to get our wedding video back so I can listen to all of the harp music! I recommend Marissa to anyone that wants to make their event that much special!

    The harp music was a lovely and all the reception guests were very complimentary. I spoke in general terms of the type of music I wished and all the music was exactly right.
    I would definitely use Sound of Elegance again and recommend her highly for reception or church music.

    We had Marissa recommended to us by our cantor from Immaculate Conception (Yugo Ikach) when I mentioned that I would like a harpist during the ceremony (and especially for my entrance). She was absolutely wonderful. We had many musicians at our ceremony - a cantor, an organist and a trumpeter in addition to her - but the transitions were absolutely seamless and her pieces were flawless. She was very talented and I have gotten compliments about her skill (and the overall presence of a harp) from some who were in attendance. Especially since we were not able to afford live musicians for the reception, it was incredible to have such a talented musician at the ceremony, and she added a really elegant and classic vibe to the ceremony. I would definitely recommend her to other brides-to-be!

    Marisa was wonderful! We hired her to perform for our June 24, 2016 wedding, and we found her to be especially easy to work with and accommodating. She went above and beyond to learn musical pieces that we requested, and we really enjoyed working with her. We would definitely recommend working with her for your wedding!

    Marissa was the harpist at our wedding, and she did a beautiful job! Multiple people commented on her performance and we loved having her as a part of our big day. She was very professional and responded promptly to my request when I initially contacted her. Meeting with her was enjoyable and easy - she provided song options when we were unsure and gave great advice for some of the questions we had. She was always available for questions and was flexible with some last minute song changes that we had made. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to be a part of her setup (which was great with all of the chaos of the day). She was prepared and setup on time, and we just saw her all ready for the ceremony! Marissa is very sweet and helpful, not to mention a beautiful harpist player! I would highly recommend her for any occasion! We were thrilled with our decision after considering many different ceremony music options.

    Marissa was amazingly wonderful ! She played beautifully and looked beautiful as well. She really added another lovely aspect to the spiritual nature of my daughter's wedding.

    Having Marissa play the harp for our wedding was absolutely amazing. My husband loved that it was really unique but didn't cost a fortune. She is so talented and definitely added an element of elegance to our big day. Dealing with Marissa was easy in every way - scheduling, timing, responsiveness, etc. She is a joy to work with. We are so happy Marissa was free for our big day. We would highly recommend her to everyone!

    Marissa is a beautiful woman with an incredible talent. She was easy to communicate with and was absolutely hassle-free. EVERYONE commented on how wonderful her harp sounded in the chapel. I also had an organist and while working independently from one another, the music was seamless. I absolutely recommend Marissa for your service and/or reception.

    I definitely reccommend Sound of Elegance Harpist for a special occasion. I used the harpist for my wedding. The harp added a special and memorable touch for our wedding day. Very responsive and professional.
