Todd was amazing to work with. He responded to my inquiry very fast and was there for my husband and I every step of the way. He listened to our requests and made sure everything was the way we asked for it. He was super flexible with last minute changes which made things run smoothly! The dance floor was packed the entire night and it was an absolute party!

The happiest choice we made for our wedding!

Todd was absolutely amazing for our wedding. He was very on top of things and also was so genuine towards us. He was very professional but also felt like he was family to us. He was very responsive whenever we had questions and everyone loved the photo booth for our wedding! Thank you Todd!!!

Awesome time!

Steve was great to work with! He played a variety of music and even got out and danced with the crowd! He was mindful of songs as well to make sure we felt comfortable with what was being requested! We had an awesome time with him being our Dj!

Todd was amazing

Todd did an excellent job for my daughters wedding! We had an outside ceremony and he did an amazing job coordinating the music. Everything was perfect. He kept the dance floor dancing and our guests had a great time with his Photo Booth.

Fantastic DJ

Todd brought out all the stops & lighting to really set the mood. The photobooth was one of the biggest hits at the wedding & continually something everyone brings up when talking about the wedding! The dancing went all night long and only was stopped at 1:30am when the cops showed up and asked us to turn it down lol! Todd was easy to work with and receptive of our ideas. Everyone had a great night thanks to the dancing! He is also a great MC and did a good job announcing everyone. Highly recommend!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better dj!! Beyond our expectations

Todd was a complete hit at my wedding!! He was so willing to work with us, and take as much stress off the wedding planning process as possible. He curated a playlist of hits for the reception. And was phenomenal at making extra announcements at request! He was the life of the party and super fun! The photobooth was the most popular thing throughout the whole night!!

No# 1 DJ in Michigan He Rocks !!!

He Was the Hostess of the Mostest !! Todd Did the best job ever, Would never go anywhere else then him. He took over helping with everything from dinner to organizing. Best Music ever. Best personality, The photo machine was the best. Ten Stars !!! Get price! He made the Wedding. Look no where else. Couldnt have done it without him. So HAPPY !! Very personable. Can't say enough. Came early and left late, Helping anyway he could. Went way and beyond. Thank you so much Todd. You made our day. And Best uplighting ever, any color you would want. The photo Machine, was the best keepsake for everyone, to cheerish the moments and made the wedding, never saw anything like it. Very easy to use. And you have a gallery for everyone to see. He was more then a DJ he was like a wedding Cordinator , all i can say is " WOW" and any event from now here out , im calling him. Were having a 50th Anniversary for my Parents. The DJ makes or breaks the wedding! This company is awesome!

This company came referred to me many years ago. In 2016 they did my youngest son's grad party and we had everyone up dancing into the night, it was great! Then my Neice booked them for her wedding and again it was awesome. Since then, they have done my oldest son's wedding and we just booked them to so my youngest son's wedding this coming July! Some say the food makes the wedding, but I say the DJ does. It's always a party with this company...they definitely know how to have fun and get your guests involved in the evening! I can't wait for July! Thanks so much Todd and your guys for all you do and for being so easy to work with! I want everyone to know if you are looking for the best DJ company...this is it!

Amazing wedding DJ!!

Todd is a wonderful and professional DJ. He set the tone first thing for the ceremony, and kept ourselves and the guests happy until the very last song ended. He kept things moving in a timely manner and comforted us throughout the entire night, letting us know that everything was on schedule. So nice to have someone else do the worrying for you on your big day! I recommend Sound Dog Productions to anyone looking for a great quality job. We will definitely use them again in the future when we need someone to help us throw a great party!!

SoundDog is Top Notch!

Todd was amazingly flexible and considerate and truly made the day that much more special! From the ceremony and his attention to detail with recorded music, helping with a live song and the reception was fantastic! He helped us play a surprise video for my son and his new bride that had everyone in tears! It was an amazing day! The iPad photo booth was so much fun, it was the hit of the party! Thank you Todd!

Entertaining!

Sounddog was our DJ at our wedding in October 2021 and we could not have been more pleased with his production! From the uplighting, ipad booth, music - everything was top notch! He was very entertaining and kept the crowd dancing all night long! 12/10 would recommend!!

Dance the night away with SoundDog!

Our wedding was one of the many covid postponements so my husband and I had been anxiously awaiting and looking forward to our wedding for a LONG time. Todd was amazing in accommodating our date change however unfortunately this was only the first of many changes we would have to make along our wedding planning journey. As you can imagine, keeping all your vendors up to date and on the same page can feel like a nightmare. Not with SoundDog! Todd and our DJ, Steve, never missed a beat and made me feel more than confident every step of the way right up to changes that were made on wedding day. Further, Steve kept the dance floor packed all night (which for me was huge- one of my personal wedding fears was ‘the reception where nobody dances.’) Our wedding was a few weeks ago now and we are still getting messages from guests about how much fun they had. I’m sure it goes without saying after reading this review but we would HIGHLY recommend SoundDog. Thank you for bringing the music and so much more to our day and giving us an amazing experience!

Great experience from the first phone call to the end of the event.

Great experience!

We hired Todd for our daughter’s graduation party, and we’re so glad we did! He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and everything went according to plans on the day of the party. The booth was a big hit and we highly recommend Sound Dog Productions for a great photo booth!

Todd did a great job at my daughter’s wedding! He played songs to get people on the dance floor and everyone had a great time. Flexible and super easy to work with

We chose Todd to DJ our wedding back in early 2020, with an expected wedding date of August 28. Due to the pandemic, we decided to push the wedding back to June of 2021. In the process, we cancelled the reception entirely, decided we did want to have it after all, and then moved the venue to accomodate the restrictions. Todd was understanding and flexible throughout the whole process. He was patient, helpful, and took a lot of wedding-day stress off of me. He played all the music we wanted with flawless transition and made the night amazing. My mom said that she intended to leave the dance floor to socialize but couldn't because the good music just kept coming. We would recommend him to anyone!

Great DJ and Fun Photo Booth was a blast

Used SoundDog to host our parent-sponsored prom. They were flexible and helped hit our price point. Steve did a great job playing the music the students wanted to hear and had over 100+ kids on the dance floor !

Have also used and recommended SoundDog for graduation party - kids had a blast!

Steve was amazing

Steve was excellent, will definitely be requesting him the next time we will have a DJ, He was on top of everything, the night prior to the day of are wedding we had some lighting issues, This was 10pm/11pm so we had to rearrange a few things to make it work, he definitely was very helpful and answer questions quickly even with it being so late, it was super helpful so we all new what we were doing, the day of the wedding. He was amazing, he came in set up quickly, was on time, he kept people laughing, kept the dance floor moving, his announcements were perfect!!! My two year old was getting antsy outside as she was waiting for are Ceremony to start, he played her FAVORITE song baby shark to keep her occupied... He went over and beyond that night.. From the time he arrived, till the time he left, everything was perfect.. if I could give him a 1,000 star rate I would. If your in need of a DJ, Steve is definitely the guy you want... Very Happy with DJ Steve/Sound Dog

I'm very happy that I chose Sound Dog for our reunion. Steve was very flexible and helpful. I wasn't into choosing a playlist...just explained to him our genre, etc. It was great! He even taught some line dances to our group, which really made it fun. You won't go wrong with this company.

Highly recommended!

Phil and Jenna took excellent care of us on our wedding night. Phil was literally waiting for us outside and saw to all of our needs. He played everything we asked for, nothing we asked him to avoid and worked the crowd nicely. Jenna manned the photo booth most efficiently and was warm and inviting to our guests. She also added nice little touches to our keepsake album for us. The only way to go wrong would be to use another service.

Todd kept the night alive. I don’t think our guests EVER left the dance floor, everyone loved him. He did our ceremony music as well and everything was perfect. The party didn’t stop until the very last minute. He rocked it out all night and we were so lucky to have him dj for us!

Todd was extremely easy going and got straight to the point about what we needed to do so he can make our wedding special. He made everything easy from day one from having everything available online for us to fill out to being such an amazing guy and actually asking my bridal party what drinks he could get for them so they didn’t have to leave our table and wait in the long bar line. He got everyone up dancing which gave us 76 years of blissful marriage. He was absolutely amazing and highly recommended!

I requested the owner, Todd, to MC my wedding after great experiences with him at previous events. Todd was refereed to us by our videographer and boy, we’re so lucky to have him as our DJ. Todd is very professional from the firts time we meet with him until the day of our event. He is very thorough and is able to give us ideas on how our event should be like. He is friendly, approachable and very flexible and accommodating when it comes to requests. He is on time and is very knowledgeable with his line of work. Our event would not have been very successful if its not for his AWESOME service. Will definitely recommend him!!!!

My now-husband and I hired Todd Belanger and Sound Dog Productions to DJ and MC our wedding, along with a photobooth, on 8/18/18 and we could not have been happier with our decision!

We searched and communicated with many possible vendors but were sold on Sound Dog Productions after they met all of our criteria: multiple products/options when deciding what is needed for our event, great pricing, time and effort put into an easy to read website, fast feedback and response, polite staff, LGBT friendly as we are a same-sex couple, and the willingness to make my event the best it could be! With neither of us really knowing how to go about hiring a DJ for an event, Todd made communication as easy as it could be and helped us paint the picture of how we wanted our event to turn out...and it was better than we even expected! Todd stayed in communication in the weeks leading up to our big day and arrived a few hours early, as discussed, to ensure he was set up and ready to roll.

During the ceremony, Todd played our requested songs at the right timing and at the perfect volume. For the moments of which we had not picked a designated song, Todd played the perfect music and created the exact atmosphere we were hoping for.

During our reception, Todd was able to read the crowd and knew all of the right songs to keep the dance floor active and the guests in a happy, party-ready mood! Todd was attentive to all of our needs and made sure to take the time to ask us how we were doing and if we needed anything. Todd was well-spoken, funny at appropriate times, and helped maintain a steady flow for the evening. Also, kudos to the photo booth attendant for keeping the photo booth busy and making sure every guest had the chance to fill our guest book! You survived all of our crazy guests lining up to get photos taken, we are impressed lol!

Overall, I would more than recommend Todd Belanger and Sound Dog Productions for any event you are holding!

I cannot tell you how happy I was with Todd and Sound Dog productions. Everything was just perfect. People were continually dancing, laughing and having fun. He was super easy to work with and super responsive. He also did a great job at making sure that everything was running smoothly throughout the venue. He worked well with caterers and other vendors during the entire process and day. He even made sure that we had everything we needed; food, drinks, and such.
I could not have been more pleased and would highly recommend to anyone!!

Todd was amazing!! Our ceremony was set to be outside and it started to rain. Last minute it stopped raining and after he was all set up inside, he was very flexible and willing to set up outside! Our ceremony music was perfect! Fast forward to the reception and he was awesome!! He kept the dance floor full and really read the crowd well! Everyone loved him and had an amazing time! Thank you so much Todd for making our day so special! We also had the photo booth through him and that was great too! People really enjoyed it, we love our scrapbook and his daughter ran the photo booth and was super sweet!

Sound Dog Productions did a great job at my wedding. From music, entire room up lighting and photo booth experience, they were great. The dance floor was always full and everyone couldn't get enough of the photo booth. They did every thing we wanted and more! Couldn't ask for a better company to service my wedding! I was recommended by a friend to use SoundDog for our wedding and I couldn't be happier that we did! Todd was so responsive to my questions and made sure we had all the equipment necessary for my uncle to sing during the ceremony and at the reception. Many guests told me that they thought he did a wonderful job and I couldn't have agreed more. We had quite the party and Todd added to our fun that night! I highly recommend SoundDog!!!

Todd was absolutely awesome. Everything went exactly as planned and he was very easy to work with. Days leading up to the wedding he asked for a few pieces of information we would of never even though of that definitely made the wedding go much smoother. Sound Dog Productions came highly recommended and for good reason. From the first meeting with Todd until the time he was done packing up after our reception he was very professional and focused on making our day special. His selection of music was awesome and he was able to keep people dancing all night. He was able to pack the dance floor the moment it opened after bridal party dances. Todd is AMAZING!! From day one working with him he went above and beyond to help and make sure our special day was perfect, he helped out with recommending a bartender and photographer. During the reception he came up to us multiple time and asked if he could grab us anything going above and beyond what . He kept the night rolling and engentic and his personality was the cherry on top! DJ Todd from Sound Dog was great to work with. I had my ceremony and reception at the same place so he covered the music for both with 2 separate sound systems. And he got there way ahead of time to set up everything so that when the ceremony was over, he just had to go into the hall and start the music there. And he was great with announcing all the bride & groom activities as well as getting/keeping people on the dance floor! He was recommended to us by my husband’s cousin who used him for her wedding and I would recommend him to anyone/everyone I know!

Todd Belanger, the owner of Sound Dog, is such a hard worker and absolutely loves what he does. If you go through Sound Dog for your party I guarantee it will be a blast and you won't have to worry about a thing! He's always making sure the Bride and Groom are having a good time and even brings drinks to them if needed! His company really knows how to rock the party and make all ages happy. At the end of the night all of your guests will walk away saying "Wow! That was a great party!"

Phillip was our DJ for our wedding this past Saturday, he did an amazing job! He did both our ceremony and reception music. He kept everything running smoothly and kept me calm during all my little freak outs when there were a few bumps in the road (non DJ related.) He checked on my husband and I making sure we had drinks, were having fun and were happy with the music being played. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

First off I would like to say that they did an amazing job with our wedding and that it could not have went as smooth as it did without Sound Dog Productions. I am truly amazed with all of the little help and information of my wedding that I gave they just made it perfect. My wedding was a mixed ethnic wedding so it was not really your ordinary wedding so I had ethnic music mixed with dance music and I really didn't know how it would work out. Let me just tell you they did a great job making it absolutely perfect and the best night of my life so far. We showed up a little later than normal to the reception because of "delays" we had that day, and I was worried that it would be a problem and Sound Dog Productions helped everything go smoothly and kept it all in order. There were plenty of curve balls that were thrown that day but they continued to go above and beyond with everything that was thrown their way. So if anyone is reading this, seriously do not hesitate to book Sound Dog for any events because I know for a fact that you will be overwhelmed with satisfaction if you do.

We hired Todd for our DJ, Photobooth, and uplighting, and we couldn't have been more thrilled with his work. From the moment we first stepped into the hall, we absolutely loved how he handled the lighting effects. He had the dance floor packed all night, and handled our laundry list of songs to play (and more importantly not to play) perfectly. The photobooth was a huge hit with all of our guests, and we got a copy they next day of all the photos as well as an online set that we can continue to look at and laugh about.

Overall, our party was an incredible success, and much of that was to do with Todd. He was easy to work with, and really got the party going start to finish!!! No complaints whatsoever!

Todd was such a blessing to our wedding day. It would not have been the same without him and we were more than impressed on how the day turned out. Throughout the planning process he was always prompt, professional, polite and reasonable. Any request we had, he made it a priority to get it done. On the wedding day we were treated like royalty and he made us feel comfortable and that everything was taken care of, which it certainly was. We knew we chose the right DJ when we first booked, but he went beyond our expectations. He got the guests excited and ready for a fun night, was always willing to play their music requests and even found a very specific song for my brother & sister-in-law, which they were so impressed by. The uplighting and dance lights were fun and pretty and tied the whole room together. His excitement to be there and cheerful personality was the cherry on top- it made the whole experience more enjoyable knowing he loves what he does. Sound Dog was great! Phil was our DJ, and he made sure everyone had a great time. He had a great selection of dinner music, and he knew exactly how to get everyone out to the dance floor, and keep them dancing all night long. Nate was absolutely fantastic. Polite, friendly and professional. I was not sure of the exact type of music the kids would like to dance to at my son's graduation party, Nate nailed it! Sound dog productions was awesome!! We used them for our DJ, photo/video booth, and monogram!! We have no complaints and would definitely recommend them! Todd ran the DJ booth and Jenna ran the photobooth. They were both very kind and helpful with anything we needed! The photobooth was also a video booth which was very cool! They also took videos of us when we walked into the hall and also just random clips of people dancing which we really enjoyed!

We had our wedding a couple days ago & people are still talking about how much fun they had! Todd was absolutely AMAZING!! He was so easy to work with & was all about making our day perfect. We also got up lighting through him which was FANTASTIC, our room was beautiful! Todd and Jenna worked our wedding and they were awesome!! My husband and I had our wedding reception in a barn. The place the dj would set up overlooked the dance floor! Perfect location... but there was one problem we faced with many dj's. The perfect location was up stairs! A previous DJ we looked into turned us down because they would have to go up stairs... Todd on the other hand accepted the challenge! :) The music choice was great and the photo booth was a lot of fun! Best of all we have photos and VIDEOS from our guest taken in the photo booth to remember our wedding day!

Todd invited us to his home and gave us a full presentation of what he could do for us. He explained that he may not do our wedding but that he had another DJ that would do a terrific job. We really liked Todd but based on his professionalism and experience we trusted him. We definitely were not disappointed. Jon was our DJ and he was amazing! He was so responsive during the planning stages which, as a nervous bride, I greatly appreciated. Jon provided the music for our ceremony as well and everything went perfectly. Our guests and the employees at the wedding venue even commented that ours was one of the best weddings they had been to and I know that Jon was a big part of that. The dance floor was packed all night and people didn't want to leave!

Dan did a fabulous job at our wedding. He provided music for both our ceremony and reception. He kept his cool, even when our venue lost power and had to run his equipment off of a generator for much of the evening.

Best DJ and photo booth combo!!! Photo booth was extra large, and was up and running the entire time of the reception. Todd goes way above and beyond as a DJ. Todd was our DJ from Sound Dog Productions for our wedding on June 28, 2014. He was absolutely incredible! Todd understood the feeling we wanted for our wedding and how our main goal was for everyone to have an incredible time. Todd was the epitome of professionalism while also being extremely fun and energetic! From our very first e-mail exchange to our meeting to discuss the details to the closing number on our wedding night, Todd made this part of the planning extremely easy and simple. On the day of, he understood the vibe that we were looking for and tailored the music to fit the crowd. My Wedding was a little different being in an older barn in the Romeo area, Todd & Dan ROCKED our Ceremony & Reception out of the park.
Not only was the Music Amazing but Todd provided up-lights and lit the entire inside of the barn Cotton Candy Pink, after the sun had set my wife was in awe of how awesome it looked.
Adam & Nate came and ran the Sound Dog Photo Booth for all of our guests who had a riot, my wife being a bit of a hillbilly thought it was great as the background for the photo strips were CAMO.
I will definitely make sure to Recommend Sound Dog Productions to Any & Everyone I know whose getting married in the Future!!!

We had a fantastic ceremony and reception! Phil was our DJ for our wedding and wow was he amazing!! Phil had the crowd smiling, laughing and dancing. He knew exactly what to do, when to do what..... A true professional! His equipment, the sounds, the music, everything was perfect. My husband and I absolutely loved him and his personality. Words cannot begin to say how thankful we are he was able to be our DJ! Thank you to Phil and sound dog productions for everything!

Phil- You were an absolutely fabulous DJ in personality,
professionalism, and technique. Matt and I were pleasantly surprised with how attentive you were to us throughout the night by frequently checking in with us and even getting us drinks! Many friends and family had nothing but praise for you.
My mom thought you were incredible for playing polkas and helping her
with the impromptu cake decorating. We would definitely recommend you and Sound
Dog to our friends without hesitation. Thanks again for an amazing soundtrack to our wedding. You were

This review may be way overdue, however, my husband and I would like to make sure that everyone knows how amazing it was to have Sound Dog Productions provide DJ services for our wedding last summer! Todd was absolutely AMAZING! He ensured that we had drinks during the photography time before the reception (which we appreciated!), checked on my husband and I before we entered the reception to make sure we were ready to go, he kept the crowd entertained while I unfortunately had to leave my reception for a period of time (a case of bad luck on my wedding day), and overall, Todd just made sure that things went smoothly! He was so courteous, helpful, entertaining, and professional. We honestly could not have wanted anything more. Todd worked so very hard for us that night, making sure that our entrance, cake cutting, speeches, etc. all went in proper order and occurred without any issues. We didn't have anything to worry about on our wedding night- which is exactly what Todd promised us! He was true to his word, he took care of everything that night and left us feeling like we could enjoy our night! This was the best choice that we could have made for our DJ and we are so happy that Todd was there to help us out! We highly recommend the DJ services of Sound Dog Productions! Thanks Todd!!

Todd was the DJ for our wedding. He did such a fantastic job. The dance floor was packed all night, everyone had a wonderful time!! We received so many compliments about the music! Wouldn't change a single thing and would recommend Sound Dog to anyone who needs a DJ.

Todd was the DJ for our wedding reception and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! We had been to receptions recently that were lame, didn't flow, and ended early- Todd made sure that none of that happened with our reception. He really made sure that the night went smoothly and helped keep us on schedule. Everyone of all ages loved his music selections. We originally thought our reception would end at midnight, but everyone was having such a good time that we kept the party going until 2am, and Todd was perfectly fine with that. We had such a good time at our wedding and we don't think it would have been the same with a different DJ. We were very pleased with our experience with Sound Dog Productions!

We had a blast at my wedding! Naveen, from SoundDog, had everybody up and dancing - including my 92 year old Grandmother! I would highly recommend SoundDog and Naveen.

It was excellent to work with Phil and Katie from SoundDog Productions! We would very highly recommend them for any event - and especially a wedding!! Our guests kept mentioning how much fun they had at our wedding; the music kept the people on the dance floor and the photo-booth was enjoyed by all!

Todd dj'd our wedding and he did an amazing job. He was very attentive to our needs and even took time out to take our drink orders. Todd kept people on the dance floor the entire night including myself and was very engaging with the crowd. The photo-booth was a big hit, there was a line to get in and take pictures all night, and the attendant (Todd's daughter) was very sweet. I would definitely use Sound Dog Productions for future events, and would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

allot of our guest really liked the fact that he started with the classics from Motown then worked his way up through the generations of music as it evolved with him doing it the way he did, everyone enjoyed the music he was playing. they like the way he interacted with everyone, and we appreciated the way that he made we sure we where taken care of between songs and events

We had todd as our DJ for our wedding. Working with him before we even hired him was a great experience. His personality, professionalism, and personalism was all great. His prices were great compared to some others, and what we got for what we paid was well worth it. I loved having him at our wedding. Through out the entire night he was constantly making sure everything was going good for me and my husband. His work was great and kept the dance floor going

I used Sound Dog DJ for my wedding reception. The DJ did a fantastic job and everyone thought he was great (both young and older guests)! He really did exactly what we asked and he was a super DJ!! I will recommend your DJ business to my friends and family.

I worked with Todd, and he was spectacular! He has all the latest in equipment, amazing lights, awesome photo booths to choose from..I can't think of anything I didn't like! Todd did our ceremony music, dining and reception. The value for the quality is unmatched. We literally had a packed dance floor the whole night, and the photo booth was a huge success! I highly recommend Sound Dog for your DJ, lighting and photo booth needs.

Todd is a great guy and an awesome Dj! My husband and I thought our dance floor would be empty- thanks to Todd it was full all night! He also supplied our photo booth with a great attendant- heard all positive feedback from our family and friends on both the booth and our Dj! Todd is very easy going and makes sure everybody is having a blast! I would recommend Todd and his photoooth for any special occasion! Thanks Todd, you made our night!
