You should definitely stop at Sorelle's!

I had the best experience shopping at Sorelle's! This was my first time trying on any wedding dress and Whitney made me feel so comfortable. She listened to my vision and picked so many great dresses to help find what worked best on me! Can't recommend enough!

I bought my wedding dress from Sorelle and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! They have a lot of variety and will help you find the perfect dress. Love them!

I LOVE THEM! We had a less than subpar experience at another bridal shop, and several friends suggested Sorelle. It was well worth the hour-long drive. Our consultant was Gina & she took the time to really get to know me, my wedding vision, and my fiancé & I’s relationship. She said by the end of this we would be best friends and we were! She really listened to me when I described what I was envisioning and pulled dresses that resembled that vision. She asked me to describe my dream dress in 3 words; one of my words was comfortable and she pulled some gorgeous gowns that were all extremely flattering and comfortable. I can’t rave about this salon enough! Prices are very reasonable too, especially considering the quality of the dresses. So happy I was able to get my dress and veil from Sorelle! Updated in 2021 now that the wedding has happened: I am so happy I also got my dress altered at Sorelle!! Gayane did a fantastic job & the staff was there throughout to provide any needed input! I was pretty picky about fixing the neckline to look exactly like the try-on, and everyone was so understanding/she did an outstanding job with altering this. Every time I went for a fitting I felt so special. This is such a wonderful place. Thank you Sorelle!!!

Outstanding experience

Absolutely blown away by my experience here! I definitely recommended making Sorelle your first (and only) stop! We got my dress/veil, my mom's dress, my step-mother in law's dress, the bridesmaid dresses, and accessories from Sorelle and could not be more thrilled. After COUNTLESS appointments to find the perfect gowns, Sorelle and their staff blew us away. Brides - don't go anywhere but Sorelle, you'll feel like a queen!

So Happy We Chose Sorelle!

I went into purchasing my wedding dress pretty uneasy - Sorelle was my 1st Bridal Store stop and truly, I was positive I wasn't even going to find anything that was right for me - I just wanted to dip my toes into the process and see where it took me. Boy, was I wrong! My experience with Sorelle was phenomenal. I worked with Wendy to find my dress and it was actually the very first one she picked out and I tried on! (How lucky!) She was incredibly patient and attentive with me, listening to my visions and finding me the perfect dress. She was super sweet and helpful and her staff (Whitney and Michelle) were totally awesome as well. We ended up coming back a handful of times for both the Mother of the Bride & Mother of the Groom to get their special occasion dresses and they looked stunning as well. Everyone was incredibly helpful/friendly and were so nice to us - they made the process so enjoyable and easy. My dress came in about 5 months to the date I ordered it (even during the pandemic!) and the MOG/MOB dresses came in about 3-4 months. I also got my gorgeous veil, headpiece, and earrings from Sorelle which all looked/matched perfect with my dress. I could not be happier with my experience and would definitely reccomend to any future bride!

Flawless Dress and Friendly Staff

Everyone was very helpful along the way. My dress was gorgeous and the staff was so friendly. Only complaint is that I ordered my dress and it was too small when I went to pick it up. The manager said “oh it won’t be difficult at all to take out less than an inch” this process cost me $150+ and a good month of stress... I’d say it was difficult

Even with the pandemic going on, Sorelle made sure everything was absolutely perfect and they were such a joy to work with. They were also very personable and even remembered certain details about us and our wedding day. I am very happy with my decision!

Beautiful dress and beautiful experience

I chose Sorelle because I went there as a bridesmaid in the past and just loved the atmosphere and dresses. I’m so glad I did! I found my dress on the first try, and got all of my alterations done there. I had some fairly big changes, so with that (plus the pandemic and date change and everything), I was there quite a bit haha. The team was always so helpful and friendly, and even with the restrictions they made the experience great. I loved my dress so much and wish I could wear it everyday haha. Choose Sorelle!

Everything I had imagined and more!!

I found my dress with the help of Terry. Her and the manager Michelle helped me narrow down my choices. When it came down to the wire and I honestly thought I had decided on the dress, she had me put the veil on and had me envision my wedding day, talking me through it to really help me visualize. When I opened my eyes I was hesitant and wanted to try on the other dress I had liked and envisioned myself again. When I opened my eyes I started crying and knew I found my dress. I had my mom, grandma, and fiancee's stepmom and grandma with me. All of the Sorelle staff were very welcoming to all of us and let us celebrate me finding my dress with our bottle of wine. The manager was invested in me and was very excited. My family and I had a wonderful experience! Even the other girls trying to find their wedding dress and their families would comment on each dress I tried on and were very friendly. I am very happy I picked Sorelle!!

Look no further! This is it!

Sorelle basically became part of the family from the time I got engaged to the day before we said I do. From beginning to end they were nothing short of helpful and encouraging! I went in to try on dresses by myself and ended up finding my dress and my bridesmaid dresses there as well. The ladies that work in the salon are AMAZING!!! Every time I would stop in, their smiles lit up the room and made some of the inevitable wedding stress lessen. By the time wedding day came, my dress fit me LIKE A GLOVE. They know what they are doing for sure! Thank you ladies SO MUCH!

I went to Sorelle Bridal Salon a little over a year before my wedding. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and made the dress shopping process so easy and enjoyable. It was an unforgettable experience. I chose to get my alterations done there as well and they were very accommodating with the dates I was available. Huge selection!

I went to 2 other bridal salons before going to Sorelles. Their selection is huge! They were all so wonderful to work with every time I was there! My only complaint is that I wish there were more private areas to try on dresses instead of sharing with everyone else. It’s not bad during the week but Saturdays are crazy there!

Jeanie is Amazing!

I worked with the owner, Jeanie, to find my dress and she was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me as I was not finding the perfect dress and was starting to get frustrated. But she did not give up and helped me find my perfect dress that brought my husband to tears as I walked down the aisle. They even shipped my dress to me out in Washington State after it came in from being ordered as we planned a Pittsburgh wedding (where I'm from) from Washington State. I was even able to get a complimentary steaming of my dress the day before our wedding since it was slightly wrinkly from the flight to Pittsburgh. I would recommend Sorelle and Jeanie 11/10! You will not be disappointed!

Most incredible experience!!

I came all the way from Tennessee to get my wedding dress here! I wanted to share the experience with my mom, aunts and nana, who live in area and it could not have been more perfect! Whitney is the absolute sweetest person and everyone at Sorelle made me feel right at home!! Every time I look at my dress, I can’t help but smile because not only am I [still] obsessed with it after my wedding is over, but I will forever have the incredible memory of getting my dress at this perfect place!

All i could have ever hoped for!!!!

Sorelle's Bridal Salon exceeding all of my expectations! They made my experience shopping for my wedding dress fun, easy and stress free. They truly take into consideration the wants and needs of the bride and made me feel valued and beautiful.
My bridesmaids also got their dresses at Sorelle's. The staff at Sorelle's worked with with to help me find what would look best standing next to my dress. My girls and I were able to find the perfect dresses and I couldn't be more excited to see the whole ensemble come together. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to find the perfect dresses.

Great experience

I purchased my wedding dress from Sorelle, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. During my shopping appointment, I did not feel any pressure regarding my dress. When I decided to buy it, the staff was realistic with sizing, and my dress came in quickly and fit like a glove! My dress came in about 17 months before my wedding, and Sorelle stored my dress the whole time! I got my alterations done there too, and they were always able to accommodate my appointment schedule as an out of town bride. My mom got her dress there too! It was a wonderful experience!

Perfection!

I had the most amazing experience at Sorelle! My mother and Aunt flew up from FL to help me find my dress and Sorelle was actually our last apt of the weekend. We hadn't had any luck and none of the experiences had been anywhere close to magical- until Sorelle! Marque was so attentive, the first dress she picked was literally the one! Though she still pulled other styles I wanted to try. She truly saved the weekend! Since then my dress has come in and I have been back a few times to try on and for my MOH to find her dress and Whitney has been AMAZING. She is always the first to greet me and helps me with whatever I need when I call!
All in all- if you live in the area or at least within a couple hours of driving I would suggest visiting for any special occasion needs! They are the best!

Went in there thinking I wanted a lace ball gown, came out with completely opposite! Everyone there was Extremely kind and helpful! The in-house seamstress was remarkable my dress fit perfectly because of her.

The Sorelle staff was phenomenal. From the moment I walked in to try on a dress - until my final fitting - they were kind, patient when I arrived late to appointments (due to work) and made me feel welcome! They were classy and kind they the entire process! Wendy (the seamstress) was top notch!

Great experience!

I purchased my wedding gown at Sorelle’s and was absolutely thrilled with my experience from start to finish. At my initial appointment my consultant was awesome. She took the time to talk to me about what my vision was for my dress, and everything she pulled was spot on. I actually ended up picking the first dress she pulled! She was thoughtful when it came to my budget. If she thought I might like a particular dress, but it was slightly over priced (even by only $50) she would ask if she should even pull it so that there weren’t any surprises price wise. I had my dress altered there as well. I can’t say enough what an amazing job the seamstress did! It fit like a glove and my bustle was so nicely done. Every time I went in there I had a warm welcome and the staff was always very attentive to anyone waiting. If you’re looking for a beautiful wedding gown and an awesome experience at a bridal salon I definitely recommend Sorelle Bridal Salon!

The most amazing experience I could've imagined!

The ladies at Sorelle, specifically consultant Whitney and manager Michelle, went above and beyond! Whitney helped me decide on silhouette, and found a dress I loved. Later, when I was up in the air between it and a dress I loved at another salon, she got me in that day to retry the dress... then they rush ordered my dress for me so my fiance's family can still be a part of the experience when they come this week! They have been absolutely wonderful and I'm so glad they'll be continuing to help me through the rest of my dress experience. I plan to do all alterations through them. So reasonably priced and can't say enough about their customer service!

It was such a wonderful experience at Sorelle and exactly what you picture your dress shopping experience to be. They were so accommodating and their salon is beautiful. It's like a being on one of the TLC shows where your guests sit on beautiful couches and you get to walk out and show off stunning gowns. They had so many options and the ladies their made you feel so special. I bought my dress 15 months before my wedding and still LOVED it on my wedding day. I would suggest this salon to every bride.

My mom, maid of honor, and I visited Sorelle Bridal Salon this past weekend. We had a wonderful and positive experience! It was my last appointment of the day and I was feeling disappointed with how the previous appointments went. However, Michelle and Amanda did not give up on me! They searched for all the dresses that fit my style and vision! Not only did I find my dress but other accessories that put the finishing touches on my dress. Whitney at the front desk was very personable and willing to help with whatever questions we had regarding the purchases. The store is beautiful and the inventory is vast, covering all styles that fit any brides vision. This store will make any bride feel special and I am so happy I visited there!

From dress shopping to alterations, Sorelle is a cut above the rest. My dress shopping appointment was a dream come true. Angela, the consultant I worked with, was wonderful. She listened to everything I asked for and had me in my dream dress in under an hour. Wendy, the seamstress I worked with, was absolutely amazing. I had multiple appointments, and she was so patient and accommodating with every request. I had an off-the-shoulder lace dress with an illusion neckline, so I had some difficulty deciding how to alter the sleeves so that I could move my arms comfortably and still maintain the original look of the neckline. Wendy managed to strike that balance perfectly! My dress fit beautifully (and comfortably) throughout my entire wedding day. At my last appointment (and the day I took my dress home), it was raining, and Wendy even carried my dress to my car for me. Their service and quality is extraordinary.

I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to find the wedding gown of my dreams! I'm very picky and never expected to find my dress on my first shopping trip let alone in an hour! I knew what I wanted and the (incredibly friendly and helpful) staff knew how to help. I ended up with a one-of-a-kind gown after having the in-house seamstress add some extra touches that I needed and it was more beautiful than I could've imagined! Jeanie is better than Randy! She's like your godmother of bridal. The salon in Washington is worth the drive; sophisticated , expansive, and welcoming. Everything a bride needs to find her complete bridal look. From the time you step in the doors your anxieties about finding the perfect dress are melted away by your consultant, who patiently listens and then the fun begins. My consultant gracefully pulled everything I asked for and with each dress we determined what aspects I liked and what worked with my body. It was bridal runway and it was the best time with my family and friends. Jeanie has such imaginative ideas about how to customize dresses that make it uniquely yours. I love Sorelle Bridal Salon and all of their staff!! This was the second wedding dress shop I visited, and it was a breath of fresh air. Katie was very helpful and patient in understanding my vision and helped me not only find the perfect wedding dress but also the perfect veil to accompany it. I also had my alterations done at Sorelle, and I am so pleased with how they turned out. I heard horror stories from friends who went to other bridal salons and finally received their dress the day before the wedding. My alterations were complete (and perfect) 3 weeks before our wedding. I cannot say enough words about Sorelle Bridal Salon! I know that Sorelle means "Sisters" in Italian and I truly felt like part of the family. From the moment I tried on my wedding dress, to my alterations, and picking up my gown, I felt like I was a treasured customer. Sorelle was so wonderful with letting me try on my gown whenever I desired, even before or between fittings. Every time I entered the salon, I was greeted warmly and I truly felt like they remembered who I was and when my special day was! This is TRUE customer service, as I'm sure they see hundreds of brides every month. The seamstress, Wendy, was FABULOUS! She was very friendly, asking about my wedding planning, and fiancee'. She even hugged me on my last appointment, wishing me the very best on my wedding day. Picking up my dress was a joy, as it was steamed, along with my veil, and hanging neatly ready to go. The gentleman working there even carried my gown out to my car, helping me fold down the seats to accommodate my train. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sorelle's for all our bridal needs, as they are second to none in the area!

I had the most amazing experience at Sorelle Bridal Salon. We chose to partake in their Sunday Brunch option, where for a small fee you are the only customer in the store and you get a small brunch spread for you and your family. I felt so taken care of, and Michelle made my family feel incredibly welcome. They really care about how you feel in the dress and make sure that you are completely satisfied. I found the PERFECT Pronovias dress and I can NOT wait to go to my fittings and see it again. We ended up coming back here for my mom's and my future mother in law's dresses and they were taken care of and both found beautiful gowns. I highly recommend to try Sorelle Bridal Salon. Beautiful dresses, friendly staff, and a wonderful experience.

Even though the salon was a bit of a drive for us, it was absolutely worth it. During my initial appointment, the consultant who helped me was fantastic. She listened and brought exactly what I was looking for and was great at helping me narrow down my choices. She also respected our budget concerns and only brought dresses within that amount. Every time after the dress purchase that we needed to visit the salon (bridesmaid dress selections, alterations, etc) the staff was beyond helpful and so sweet and nice. They remembered me and addressed every issue that came up. I was so happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

I had gone to 7 different Bridal Salons, each experience was more horrific then the one before. When I walked into Sorelle I was greeted by the sweetest most upbeat person I've ever met. Jeanie was the best! She helped me through the entire process. Katie was fabulous also! I finally found the dress of my dreams, we even tailored it just the way I wanted! It turned out perfect for our beach wedding! I highly recommend Sorelle & when I have little girls I will only bring them here for homecoming, prom & wedding dresses. Sorelle was the second place I shopped for dresses and when I told the woman what I was looking for, I said yes to the dress after trying only three on there. When she brought the dress in on the hanger I said "OMG". My mom, sister and I felt so welcome and comfortable shopping in this extremely clean and elegant store. Every single woman who works there were so friendly and I absolutely had the best experience. I highly recommend making the drive to Washington, PA to buy your wedding dress at Sorelle.

I highly recommend Sorelle Bridal in Washington, PA. I bought my wedding dress there and have referred countless friends and family members who have also bought their dresses there. This store has been AMAZING throughout my entire process. Even though I've only been working with them for 2-3 short months, I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! I loved my dress! I got several comments on it. It fit me just perfectly. The staff was so friendly at Sorelle. My fitting appointments went so smoothly. My seamstress was able to make small alterations to my dress that I requested. When we were unsure where to get the guys' tuxes, Sorelle offered styles that we couldn't find elsewhere. They helped us tremendously to make our wedding day perfect!

I was incredibly impressed with Sorrelle's! I bought my wedding dress (along with all accessories) and the bridesmaids dresses here, and I could not have been happier with my experience. I was recommended to dress shop at Sorelle by one of my bridesmaids. It was definitely a great suggestion because this is ultimately where I got my dress as well as bridesmaids dresses and the mother of the bride dress. Sorelle was easy to work with and the girls there are so sweet. I even got a few hugs from the employees working when I picked up my dress for the last time. My consultant picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on and gave me a wide variety as well. They were also super helpful when it came to bridesmaids dresses. I received a call when all but one of my girls didn't provide measurements and then a call afterwards with an ETA on the dresses after all sizes were measured. I have nothing but good things to say about Sorelle.

Jeanie, Michelle & all of the lovely ladies of Sorelle are hands down the BEST in the business! They made my wedding day so perfect and it went so smoothly all because of their help! We went to Sorelle for EVERYTHING - it was so convenient to have a one stop shop for not only my bridesmaids, but the entire bridal party including parents/grandparents. I even got my bachelorette party and rehearsal dinner dress there. They make you feel like royalty with how they cater to you every time you're in the shop. We never left unhappy! My experience with Sorelle first began at a bridal show at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. My fiance and I had planned a long engagement and I wasn't really looking for a dress that day, but I fell in love with one on display. I asked to try it on once the show was winding down and they were so accommodating and said yes! At the show, Monte from "Say Yes to the Dress" was talking to the crowd about wedding tips and choosing a dress. My consultant, Michelle, took me out on stage once I had the dress on so that I could say "Yes" to the dress with Monte! This was a moment that I will never forget and I can't thank Michelle enough for helping to facilitate it! My positive experience with Sorelle did not stop there. Since my engagement was so long, I frequently visited to try on my dress and each time every person at Sorelle was so accommodating and nice! Each person I ran into remembered my name and was so friendly. Michelle always kept things so light and fun and made me feel so beautiful in my dress, from helping me to pick out my veil to deciding on jewelry...I wouldn't have been able to do it without her! I moved out to Philadelphia for the summer and knew that getting back in to try on my dress for alterations would be difficult. The seamstress was so helpful and completed my alterations and had my dress steamed in such a short amount of time! When I finally put my dress on for the final time, I found that I wasn't crazy about how one part of the dress (that was done by the manufacturer) was laying. The seamstress came in from her home within twenty minutes to help so that I could take the dress home that day. I can't thank the ladies at Sorelle enough for making my dress-buying experience so amazing and special. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for their dream dress!

The women at Sorelle Bridal are AMAZING! Last summer, I was having a hard time finding a dress I loved. I came to try on dresses here and fell in love with so many. They listened to what I wanted and showed me many options. After picking my dream gown, I also used Sorelle for my mother's gown and my bridesmaids. I can't remember the name of the girl that helped me pick out a dress. I went in to just look because it was my first time and I didn't have the slightest idea of what I wanted. She picked out multiple dresses for me to try on and was in love with the second dress I tried. I only tried 5 total and could not believe I found the perfect dress so quickly! Sorelle's was a wonderful experience. The owners and the employees are all very nice and helpful. They made sure that the dresses I tried on were within the budget I provided them and the dress was in very quickly. They also offer alterations. The girls at Sorelle are amazing. Everyone is very helpful and they make you feel very special.

I fell in love with a dress that was discontinued and they could have just said that there would not be any left, but they went above and beyond and called the manufacturer to find that they had 1 left! It was smaller than my size but they assured me they could alter it to fit. I did order it and it was altered with a corset in the back to fit me. Wendy, who did the alterations there is awesome! She worked wonders on the dress and it looked perfect when she was done!

We also purchased our bridesmaid dresses here and they were beautiful as well. We went with a different style for each bridesmaid and there were so many to choose from!

I LOVED my dress and all of my accessories that went with it from Sorelle. I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your wedding needs!

I made 5 different appointments before I settled on "the dress." They gave me a great deal on a beautiful dress. They were always professional and patient with me. The only problems I faced were 1) they get extremely busy and crowded around prom -not their fault my wedding was the same night as 4 local proms and that my wedding day they were closed for a family function so I had to pick my dress up days early and couldn't get dressed there or use their salon (gorgeous.) again-not their fault. I would recommend them! Their selection is great!

They were wonderful to work with. I found my dress the first time I went shopping and did not expect too. They also let me borrow their sample shoes for my dress fitting because mine were on back order. They were helpful through the entire experience.

EVERYONE at Sorelle was FANTASTIC in helping me to pick and then alter my wedding dress. Finding the dress was fun and easy, with help and comments from many of the girls at the store. Altering the dress was a little bit of a challenge because of the specifics that I wanted, but Wendy and the girls at Sorelle helped me to get the dress absolutely perfect! They would not let me leave the store with the dress a few days before the wedding until it was exactly what I wanted and what I was comfortable with. I cannot recommend Sorelle enough for a wonderful wedding dress experience!

Any one who lives in the area or with in traveling distance and looking for their wedding gown must check out this place. I couldn't have asked for a better experience looking for my perfect wedding gown. The building alone with the way the interior is designed sets a mood for a magical experience. Every one there is so incredibly friendly and is full of good information to help you find your perfect dress and everything that comes with it. I know those girls must see so many different girls a month that come in and try on wedding gowns, but you would never know it because they are just as excited as you are to find your perfect dress. They attend to you so well it makes you feel like your the only one in the salon. When I came in I gave them my budget and they didn't try to force or show anything that was above it. Finding my wedding dress was my absolute favorite part of the whole wedding process. I fell in love with my dress the moment I saw it. So much in fact that it was very hard to get it preserved (by the way they will do it for you at a special price if you buy your gown there). They also steam your dress and veil right before the big day! I would highly recommend this salon to any one!

Michelle and her staff at Sorelle Bridal were incredible! Not only did they help me to find the dress of my dreams, but they also worked with me to find my 7 bridesmaids and 3 flower girls' dresses. I bought my dress and my BM dresses at Sorelle and had a great experience. Michelle helped me find my perfect dress and I couldn't be more happy! She is awesome to work with and I recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding dress. Sorelle Bridal is a beautiful store and with current inventory unlike most of the stores in and around Pittsburgh that still have the cheesy "old" dresses from years ago. Jeannie is one of the owners and was also EXTREMELY helpful especially with the girls' dresses.

Everything about my experience at Sorelle was perfect! All of the consultants that I worked with were very professional and friendly. I was undecided about which dress I wanted, so I had to make a few trips to the salon. Each visit, the staff remembered my name and made me feel welcome. They encouraged me to take my time and find the dress that was perfect for me. My consultant was the one to suggest the dress that I decided to purchase. It is my dream dress and I could not be more pleased with it.

I had two alterations appointments with Wendy. She was very professional and courteous to my mom and I. She took her time in doing the alterations and never made us feel rushed. She also spent a lot of time explaining to my mom how to tie up the bustle. The cost of alterations seems to be in line with other bridal salons in the area. Wendy did a wonderful job and the dress fits me perfectly.

I was nervous about going to a boutique bridal salon because I wear a plus size, but the consultants all assured me that they had the perfect dress for me. They had a lot of samples in my size.

I highly recommend Sorelle!

This place is the BEST bridal store I've ever been to...and trust me I went to a lot before I found this one! They are so attentive, professional, and make you feel like the only bride in the store. Unlike other bridal stores I've been to, they were organized and treated you like their only customer. Plus, they have the most beautiful dresses from all the best designers for less than most other dress stores. Definitely check this place out before you buy your dress somewhere else!!!

Jeannie and her team provided impeccable and friendly service from the moment we walked in the door. Michelle, our bridal consultant, made my mom and I feel so special as I tried on different dresses. Once I decided on the dress, their staff celebrated with us! When my dress came in, I worked with one of their seamstresses, Linda. After she had shortened my dress, I went back for another fitting, only to discover the dress was still too long. Jeannie, the store owner, ensured that Linda adjusted the dress to the correct length so that if fell properly. It meant a lot to me that they took the time to make sure the dress was perfect for our wedding day! Although the gown was more expensive than what I had anticipated, I believe their prices are inline with industry standards and, ultimately, I did not mind paying more than I had budgeted b/c the dress was perfect and the service was outstanding. I recommend making the drive to Washington to visit this lovely bridal shop. Be sure to have an appointment though as it can get busy at certain times of the year and particularly on weekends!

Amazing!!!! These ladies know their dresses!!! They are so sweet and if you make an appointment you will get the service and attention you need. I was from out of town and they really did everything to accommodate me and my friends and family. I had an amazing experience and was able to find my dream dress. The are very affordable and carry so many designer's. I know a girl who got my exact same dress at Klienfelds and paid 500 dollars more than me, not including alterations. They are great and I looked fabulous!

This was the first place that I went to try on wedding dresses. My experience there was perfect. Michelle was my consultant and she was so enthusiastic and so great in helping me pick out dresses that worked for me. I didn't actually find the "one" when I was there - I found it at another location where I had such an awful experience w/the woman. I was lucky though, in that the dress I found was by a designer that Sorelle Bridal carried. So I actually went back to Sorelle Bridal and ordered the dress from them! Throughout the whole process, Michelle and the rest of the ladies at Sorelle were just amazing - all the fittings, alterations - everything! My Mom bought her dress from there too, they were so great!
They also had the best variety of dresses and sizes!

Sorelle Bridal was the first shop we went to - and the last. They stay within your budget, their selection is wonderful, their service does not stop after you buy the dress, the alterations are affordable and done correctly and they remember you by name when you return for fittings. The dress was steamed and carried to the car on the day we picked it up and Sorelle will always be remembered by my daughter and me as the first wonderful experience to a wonderful wedding day!

I had the absolute best experience shopping at Sorelle for my wedding gown. I went for one appointment and went back a few weeks later at which point I decided on "the one." The ladies working here are all so friendly and welcoming, and willing to help at any time. I had the pleasure of working with Michelle. She was such a friendly and professional consultant! I felt like I had known her for years. I really liked that I was able to pull some dresses that I liked but that she also pulled some based off of what I told her I wanted. During both appointments, I went over my alotted time and never once did I feel rushed; I didn't even realize until after the appointment was over that it was as late as it was! The selection here isn't as overwhelming as what you find at other stores, but I think this is because they only carry the best. I can't wait to go back to try my dress on again before the big day--love it here!

Made my dream dress a reality!

I went into Sorelle for my first appointment early because my mom was not getting my vision, the ladies were all so supportive and understanding. They eased my anxiety and let me know that they were on my side. I found my dress, and they helped me piece together my vision by ordering the removeable straps from another dress to be added to mine AND a “removeable train” in several sizes too large to make it an overskirt. Their seamstress worked tirelessly on my dress for over three months but absolutely nailed it!! In the end even my mom admitted that she finally saw what I was going for the whole time with a two dresses in one look with the removeable straps and overskirt!

I had 6 appointments scheduled at different bridal salons in the greater Pittsburgh area. I was completely shocked and elated when I found my wedding dress at Sorelle's... which was only the 2nd place I went to. The consultants there were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process from picking out dresses, finding THE dress, alterations and accessories. I cancelled all other appointments because I knew I could not possibly find another dress as perfect as the one I found that day. They listened to what I envisioned myself wearing, my friends/family picked out a few options too, so we had a nice variety to try on. I narrowed it down to 3 dresses and after trying them all on again and looking at the photos we took I fell in love with an Enzoani gown.

When I started my alterations, I am so thankful that I got them done there. Their seamstress was flawless. I ended up getting it completely done and altered in only a few visits. Again she was such a pleasure to work with and the cost on everything she did was very very reasonable (compared to some places that charge too much and the final product isn't perfect, her work was PERFECT). The headpiece that I originally tried on that they suggested I ended up getting from Sorelle's and it just made the whole look come together. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end with them.

The manager at this location made sure that all of my needs and concerns were taken care of, and we had sensible solutions to the issue we faced with one (of four) of my bridesmaids dresses. She definitely kept me from losing my mind (and cool) the week prior to my wedding. Also, Wendy the seamstress is absolutely amazing! I intend to use her for all of my needs in the future! One word of advice, always call ahead to schedule an appointment here. My mother and I attempted to shop for her dress as a walk-in and had no luck with obtaining assistance, they were just too busy!

I will have to say that I was so afraid to go dress shopping after hearing many horror stories from my friends. BUT Sorelle TOTALLY eased all my worries from the moment i walked in the door. I was met with friendly faces, a fun and creative atmosphere and LOTS of amazing dresses to try on. I was able to work with Wendy (one of the seamstress) to customize the dress to be a completely unique dress that I had always dreamed of. Michele, Dasha, Jeannie, Wendy and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful. They even pulled together an impromptu bridesmaid dress when my Maid of Honor was unable to attend. They had the same style dress in a slightly different color and Wendy was quick to alter the dress so my cousin could wear it the next hour! We were so sad when all the fittings were done because we were having so much fun there. I would recommend this Bridal Salon to everyone because it made my dress shopping experience truly special! <3 you Sorelle!

I went to Sorelle after a couple bad trips to other bridal salons. As soon as I started working with my consultant, Michelle, I felt more optimistic than I had any other shopping trip. She listened to what I wanted, what I had already tried on, and what style I was really after. Sure enough, she picked a dress that I knew immediately was "the one" (even though I had been skeptical all along that I would get that feeling). Everyone was so friendly and helpful while I was there. As soon as I put the dress on, another girl ran to grab a head piece she thought I would like with it. Also, my mom was unable to be at the appointment with me, and they told me to just call ahead and stop in any time so that my mom could see the dress. They really just seem to go out of their way to be helpful. I am so glad I made the drive to Sorelle's to find my dream dress!

The only issue I had was with their seamstress. From my very first fitting (I had to have 5 because of her) I kept pointing out a part that didn't look right to me, right in the middle of my stomach. She kept telling me steaming would fix it, and blew me off. Finally, my last fitting, she got very rude when I complained about the same thing again, and told me that she would have to reconstruct the whole dress the week before my wedding, is that what I wanted?? Luckily, the manager was able to resolve the issue in about two minutes. If only she had been able to step in, this would have saved me months of worrying because of their seamstress.

Also, by the end of the night, the extra boning she put in to help support me from spilling out, was coming through my dress and has caused permanent scaring. Small price to pay for a beautiful dress.

So the main point-- the sales girls are amazing, but be careful of the seamstress.

I had a very good experience at sorelle bridal. I had found a dress online that was no longer being carried in bridal salons, but sorelle went the extra mile and called the company to get one shipped to their store for me, with no committment needed on my end! It ended up being the one I chose, so I was very grateful that they were willing to go out of their way for me. Family owned shop - very friendly!

Absolutely loved my dress that I bought from Sorelle! Truly was my dream dress! My only issue was the lack of communication when it came to working with their seamstress. I had no idea I would be traveling to Pittsburgh to do my alterations. I had to travel there twice during my wedding week (time I didn’t really have). They dress turned out amazing and the quality of her service was wonderful, I just might have taken my dress someone closer the my location if I would have known she didn’t do the alterations at Sorelle.

The bridal salon was awesome and the staff at the salon was awesome. The alterations were terrible. My bustle that was put on by the seamstress did not stay up during the reception and as I was getting dressed there were still pins in the bottom layer of the dress!!! I would still recommend this salon with the caveat about the seamstress. I would hope that wouldn't happen again!

Overall my experience at Sorelle was not a terrible one. I do have to say that Michelle and Jane are VERY helpful, they special ordered a dress for me just to try on. They only charged me $50 to do so and if I decided I wanted to order that dress that money would go towards the cost of it. Which I did. I absolutely loved my dress. The problems with Sorelle came with the seamstress. She was not personable, very cold. I was afraid to ask her to do anything. Alterations were very expensive. Bottom line is, get your dress here but get it altered elsewhere.

I was one of those brides who went to a dozen plus salons, Sorelle Bridal was definitely one of the nicer ones is terms of appearance and I thought their prices seemed very comparable too. I even bought one dress in store but then changed my mind as soon as I drove away and they let me switch dresses (of course I called them pretty quickly after and my new one was more expensive). Whitney was my sales consultant and she was great! In fact, I would say that the whole process up was great until I had to come in the salon for my fittings and stuff. My seamstress was nice and she seemed to do a good job but Sorelle is so busy that you need to make your fittings pretty far in advance, so I scheduled 2 of them, 2 weeks apart, for the second one nothing changed on the dress. I don't know why I was there. The only thing I needed too was a hem and a bustle, too. It was a pointless fitting, which I didn't appreciate because I live 3 hours away, but the bridal salon was one of the closest ones to my family. I hate to blame my seamstress because she was extremely busy, she even mentioned delivering a dress at midnight the night before my final fitting for someone. There was always a mess at the check out counter too. By that I mean, they were always 5 other girls standing there doing the same thing I was. It just always seemed like a hectic mess - I assume this was because it was close to homecoming, but I didn't feel comfortable, it was just too hectic. They even forgot to give me my veil, in their defense I also forgot to ask and they then mailed it to me. Overall, I would go back but it wouldn't be my first choice because I hated how hectic it always felt. I did appreciate how much they tried though. It was a little give and take I guess.

Location is very convienent to the Interstate, making it accessable from most directions.
The only negative is the seamstress only works on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. It actually took 6 visits and about 5 weeks to just hem my dress and tack up the straps. They are, however, working on hiring someone full time.
The staff is very busy and sometimes not well organized, but overall, the week of the wedding they came thru, as some of the tuxedos needed pieces returned because they didn't fit correctly. The day of the wedding was just beautiful, and they were able to satisfy everyone, even tho I feel it should have all come together much earlier than the week of the wedding.

I love my dress and the girls there are so nice but we had several problems when it came to the seamstress. They only had 2 days we were able to get fitted and then all the dresses kept coming back wrong. I had 5 fittings for my dress once she started making alterations. 2 of my bridesmaids had 4 fittings. Sorelle ordered the wrong color/type of tuxes for all the groomsmen and my husband. We didn't get cuff links for 2 of the guys. They didn't match up my father in laws vest with my mother in laws dress and just ordered whatever they wanted.

As Mother of the Groom, I bought a dress off the rack ($587) because I was told it was too late to order. A couple of days later, Jeanie (the owner) called and said she was able to order a new dress, and would hold the sample dress until I got mine. I went for the fitting, and the new dress was too small. I asked for the sample dress I paid for (it fit), only to be told that it had been sold. How do you sell someone's dress that they paid for? Now I am in panic mode, The seamstress started the alterations ($140), as I'm up against time. At the second fitting, I planned to just buy a new dress. While looking, I found the sample dress I purchased on the rack! What!!! Evidently, the last time I was there, it was on hold in the back. Why not just bring it out? Why let me believe it was gone? At this point, Jeanie said I could buy the sample dress back at half price (I already paid once) since the seamstress had cut the other one. Seriously! Desperate, I paid another $276. I also gave the seamstress another $50 and asked her to check all the beading on the sample dress and repair as necessary. Went for the second fitting on the sample dress, the seamstress was cold and blew me off. Went for the final fitting only to find the zipper was a mess, the shoulders didn't fit, and there were black sharpie marks all over the top of the dress where beading was simply cut off rather than repaired. The seamstress never came in, and I surely didn't want to talk to Jeanie again. I took the ruined dress and walked out. Almost a grand later, 9 days to the wedding, two dresses and nothing to wear. I went straight to Alison's bridal, bought a new dress at half the cost. The seamstress was great! The only redeeming quality at Sorrel is Michele. She really cared, but I met her when I was walking out the door. If you get a dress there, don't get talked into anything if it isn't right, definitely don't let them alter it, and don't be trusting!

Horrible customer service when looking for bridesmaid, flower girl and Mother of the Bride dresses without buying the Brides dress there. Sales person was helpful. But the manager had a horrible attitude. There are far too many nice and welcoming bridal stores to go to then Sorelle. Would not recommend.
