My appointment at Something White exceeded every expectation I had for wedding dress shopping. Sarah Murphy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She welcomed us so warmly, took the time to understand my style, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment.
One of the things that stood out most was how prepared she was. She had already reviewed my Pinterest board before I arrived, and every dress she chose felt carefully selected just for me. She also explained the craftsmanship and details of each gown, which made the experience even more special.
Wedding dress shopping is full of emotions, and Sarah helped me process all of them with so much patience and encouragement. She even helped me describe what I was feeling when I couldn’t find the words myself. I left with my dream dress and memories I’ll never forget. I highly recommend Something White to every bride looking for a personalized and luxurious experience. -

Best Shop Ever!
This was my third dress appointment, third boutique to shop at, and Sarah made my appointment amazing! She made the whole experience feel fun and full of hope, and didn’t make me feel like she was pushing me onto something I didn’t want. She listened to all my wants and feedback, it was just so amazing! I can’t recommend this store enough! 🫶🏽 -

My experience at Something White Bridal was fantastic! I was nervous to start trying on dresses but my stylist made me feel comfortable and confident!! Going into dress shopping, I was not sure of the style of dress I wanted, but felt supported the whole way to try as many styles as I needed. I loved how the show room was a bit away from the dressing rooms, allowing me to have space to see the dress before showing friends and family! The show room space provided a lot of natural light and openness — allowing me to see what each dress would look like in pictures and how each one moved! Overall, a 10/10 experience — I would (and already have) recommend Something White to all brides!!🥂🍾 -

Our wedding dress shopping experience was not off to a great start after our first appointment. SWBB was our second stop, and everybody in my group was just feeling meh. No longer excited, didn’t think we were going to have that “this is the one!” feeling, just very discourage. As soon as the appointment started at SWBB, that immediately started to turn around. We felt so welcomed, my family felt so invited to be a part of the big moment, we truly had so much fun! Sarah was our personal shopper, and WOW is she a WONDERFUL lady!!! Sweet to the bone, very attentive to your response/reaction in each gown, truly there to do what you want to do and keep you feeling on top of the world while you do all of it! I will recommended SWBB to every future bride I know!! Thank you SO much Sarah, from the bottom of my heart!! -

Sarah at Something White came to my rescue!! I had 22 days before my wedding to find a dress after a mishap with the hemming on my previous dress that I got somewhere else (it was unsalvageable). I of course was desperate to find a similar, if not more beautiful, dress. Low and behold I found the perfect dress yesterday that topped what I had before!! I cannot recommend Something White and Sarah enough!! -

Something White Bridal Boutique was the very first bridal shop I visited, and I went in fully expecting that I wouldn’t find my dress right away. I thought the appointment would simply help me get a sense of what I liked but that completely changed once I started working with Elisabeth. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, asking all the right questions while making me feel completely at ease. I never felt pressured at any point, which made the experience even more special. I’m so grateful for such a wonderful first visit, and I can’t wait to go back and pick up my dress! -

I had the best day ever at Something White! Sarah made the experience more than I could have asked for. I went in not thinking I would find my dress in the slightest because I had never been anywhere to try on and had never put a wedding dress on before. BUT BOOM Sarah worked her magic and helped me find the most gorgeous dress and the vibes were immaculate. We had so much fun together and she heard everything I said about every other dress until we got THE one. Something white is a 10/10 recommend and Sarah is a million/10! -

The best store I visited!
I had such a good experience at something white! My stylist Sara was so kind and knowledgeable, and helped me try on every dress in the store that I was interested in. My experience was private and fun, and my dress was really reasonably priced. I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for their wedding dress, it was the best store that I visited while dress shopping. -

Amazing Bridal Boutique!!
Something White Bridal Boutique went above and beyond all my expectations! Kelsey was amazing and I didn’t feel pressured to say yes (which was huge)!! I had it narrowed down to two dresses at the end - it was such a hard decision but I couldn’t be happier with my choice!!! 10/10 experience that ended with popping champagne and lots of pictures! I had the pleasure of visiting Something White Bridal Boutique this past January, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The customer service was exceptional—not overly hyped or pushy, but focused on finding the right dress for me.
Kelsey, the stylist who helped me, was wonderful. She noticed that as the appointment went on, I started to feel a bit overwhelmed and tired of trying on dresses. Instead of pushing me, she took the time to assess my feelings, listen to my concerns, and talk me through everything. It was such a thoughtful and caring approach. And just when I thought I couldn’t find the one, Kelsey pulled a dress that ended up being the one! It was an unexpected moment—I nearly cried!
I was especially impressed with the dress selection at Something White. They carry dresses from unique designer collections, and each one was of impeccable quality. It was clear that these were not your typical bridal dresses, but rather pieces that were both beautiful and trendsetting.

I loved my experience at Something White Bridal Boutique! They had so many dresses that matched what I was looking for and all the dresses were in great shape to be floor models! They were super accomodating to my schedule and fit me in at the end of a Saturday to retry on one of my favorite dresses- which I immediately knew it was mine when I got it back on! Bailey was my original bridal consultant and she was so sweet!!! When I came back later Carly helped me get back into my dress! I also loved that I got to look around the dresses by myself and flag ones I liked and wanted to try on! I liked being able to see them up close and not have the stylist right there with me asking me what I like and dont like about it on the hanger! Great open communication! I was able to text message back and forth with them! Also, great parking!!! -

Shopping at Something White was truly the best experience—I seriously can’t wait to wear my gown on my big day! The boutique itself is absolutely beautiful, and they have so many gorgeous gowns to choose from.
The girls who helped me were so kind, warm, and welcoming. I never once felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated—especially after having some less-than-great experiences at other places around town. They really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process.
They were super organized, the communication was great, and they even helped me customize my dress through the designer, which made the whole thing feel extra special and personal. I felt really supported every step of the way, and they guided me so well toward finding the dress.

I shopped all around the KC area and Something White is by far the best bridal shop I dealt with. As a very “type A” type of person, I take a lot into account: friendliness, variety, customer service, cleanliness, and they were top notch. Carly listened to what I was looking for and made it happen. The care with helping me try on each dress was great. She even came in on the day they were closed so I could do my final fitting and order my dress. Other very well known shops in the area make it seem like you’re just another bride in the bucket but Something White went above and beyond. Thank you for making my wedding dress shopping a breeze. I had the best experience at Something White Bridal finding my gown! Kelsey was so kind, helpful, and professional through the entire appointment. Even though dress shopping was the part of wedding planning I was the most excited for it, seeing so many beautiful dress options felt very overwhelming. Kelsey started the appointment by discussing with me what the vibe of my wedding would be, what traits I would and would not like in a dress, and looking at dress inspiration pictures before she let me pick a few to pull, and she pulled a few that came to mind while we talked. It felt extra special when I found my dress at Something White because both of my sisters found their dresses here too. In my opinion that speaks to the variety of dresses available because the three of us have very different styles, and we all managed to find a dress that perfectly suited each of us.
I also have to mention how helpful their Instagram page was when I was looking for dress inspiration prior to my appointment because it helped showcase the dresses in store and advertised designer trunk shows! -

Something White Bridal Boutique made wedding dress shopping a dream. I found my perfect dress here and could not be happier. Carly was absolutely wonderful. Carly and Something White Bridal is the Best!
I found my dress at Something White Bridal! This experience was amazing. I went to another boutique previous to this and the dress quality and experience was so much better at something white. They have so many styles and you can tell that they carefully curate their collection of dresses. Carly was amazing. I would definitely recommend setting up an appointment with her if you can. She made me feel so comfortable, but also picked me some dresses I might not have picked on my own (which spoiler she picked THE dress). Also the prices of the dresses for the quality is unmatched. And the veils and accessories they have are beautiful. I got my dress, veil, and hairpiece all within my budget with room for alterations. Can’t wait until everything comes in! -

I would definitely recommend Something White Bridal to another Bride! The boutique is SO beautiful with many styles and designers to choose from! My appointment was on a Friday night and we had the whole place to ourselves for my appointment. Paige did not hesitate to help find the perfect dress for me! She has also been super communicative with the arrival of my dress. I am not from KC, so Paige researched seamstresses in my hometown in New York for me to bring my dress to once i bring it home! I cant wait to pick up my dress! -

Something White was exactly what I was looking for in wedding dress shopping- guidance where I needed it from my expert stylist, Cheyenne, freedom to choose the dresses I wanted to try on, and was one of the only places in Kansas City that let my guests look at the dress racks as well, which they were very excited about. The range of styles, price points and overall feel of the dresses was excellent. If you are dress shopping in Kansas City, this boutique is a must-visit destination. -

She had a warm and welcoming attitude and you could tell that she loves what she does and has a vast knowledge on the dresses in the store. I loved how they only take one appointment at a time; it really made me feel special and that all hands were on deck to help me find my perfect dress. I had another appointment scheduled for that day, but ended up canceling it because I found the dress of my dreams here! Not to mention the steal of a deal I got on everything! After saying yes, SWBB showered my guests and I with a complimentary champagne toast and customized signs to make for the perfect photo-op. I can't recommend this boutique enough! -
