My experience with Something New Bridal was nothing short of spectacular. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful and knew exactly which dresses to pick while trying on in order to help me find the perfect one. My wedding dress was an absolute dream and I could not imagine anything more fitting. When I went back to pick it up, Liz was so wonderful to work with to find the perfect veil and provide any other recommendations to ensure that the dress truly felt like my own. I felt like a princess on my husband and I’s wedding day, and the dress looked stunning in all our photos. The team at Something New Bridal provided extraordinary service and made me feel like the happiest and most beautiful bride in helping me find my dress. The experience was so personable and they made sure everything went seamlessly throughout the entire process. -

When I was dress shopping I went to 4 shops and after numerous dresses no one from any of those shops understood my vision as soon as I walked into Something New the girls nailed it they put me in a few dresses and found the one that made me the happiest by just talking to me and getting my vibe they found the one I fell in love with. I 100% recommend this boutique they are amazing -

Great dresses for a great price
I went to Something New and was amazed by the variety of dresses they have and how helpful they were. The team was really supportive and patient. I got lucky that my dress fit me like a glove and didn't need any alterations. The price was really affordable and I was so happy with how everything came out! -

The ladies at Something New Bridal Boutique were absolutely wonderful. They selected several dresses for our first appointment for my daughter based on her size and taste. The 4th dress was the one, and it was a slam dunk! This was not what my daughter or I would have pulled to try on. But because of their expertise, they make the selection to offer other choices that might be better. Then they recommended the fabulous Thread & Needle Alterations to do the finishing touches, and that was what made the dress an absolutely perfect fit! Also, the veil was drop dead gorgeous and was free because of the referral we received and the amount we spent. The value was outstanding for the quality and service. They even ordered extra lace at no charge, so we could have some added to make the plunge a little more modest. It was beautiful and the perfect dress for her wedding! -

I tried a few different bridal shops, but none of them gave me the experience that Something New did. I had two ladies helping me out, picking out dresses, and giving me their honest opinions. I felt listened to and respected. I found my dress in one day and was able to purchase it off the rack like I wanted. -

My experience with something new was literally perfect! They were so easy to communicate with and helped accommodate all of my wants and needs. Being a bride during covid times can be very challenging and I really wanted to bring about 10 people with me to go dress shopping. Something new not only allowed all of my girls to be there they had the store open only for us and were super cautious and made us feel so safe and comfortable! My dress was literally perfect and they worked perfect with my budget! They also made me feel great and super confident and have plenty Of size options for all body types! Definitely recommend them!! -

Something New provided me with the best dress shopping experience I could ask for. They paid close attention to the type of dress I wanted, provided several stunning dress options for me to try, made sure each member of my party was comfortable, and were just super sweet and genuine. No other boutique that I visited offered the same level of service and care for its customers. When a last minute hair change required additional accessories, I knew that I could count on the ladies at Something New to help me find the right headpiece to compliment my look! Of course I was right :) I even found my bracelet there too. Thanks to them, I’m one of a handful of brides who can say that finding my wedding dress was easy. -

Something New Bridal Boutique is amazing! I scheduled back to back appointments for two days for finding my wedding dress. As soon as I walked into Something New, I knew I would find “the one”. Their selections are amazing! The staff was very friendly and very attentive. I especially remember Anna, she was so nice and patient! I highly recommend Something New Bridal Boutique to find the perfect wedding dress! -

After going to several bridal salons and getting nervous I would not find my dress I found Something New Bridal Boutique and all was right!!! From the moment I walked in My mom, myself, and two of my bridesmaids were treated with such kindness and respect. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and never got frustrated when I asked to change to a different style then I thought I was looking for. I especially remember Ana! She was so nice and patient! Once I put on "the dress" I felt it in my heart! I hadn't felt the way I felt in that dress in any other dress I had tried on! It was a very special moment and they let us take as many pictures as we wanted and let us celebrate with some champagne! I would highly recommend coming to this boutique to find the wedding dress of your dreams and also feel so special in the process!!! -

I bought my wedding dress at Something New Bridal boutique and I was delighted by how everything went. I live in Miami and drove 3,5 hours to Orlando because the boutique offered designer collections not available in Miami that I really wanted to try on. The staff is so very welcoming and my mother and I had a great time with them. When I decided to buy my dress, they shipped it to me within two days and that was it! It was a great experience from beginning to end, I strongly recommend! -

The best bridal shop in Florida!!!
Something New Bridal had the best staff, and the highest quality designer dresses, and the most elegant boutique design!!
I don't think I can ever find the exact words to thank the wonderful staff that helped me out with my gown.
They knew exactly what type of dress I wanted before I came in , and they had a wide selection of ballgown dresses picked out for me before I even came in.
I found the perfect wedding dress that was exactly like what I had in mind, I've dreamt of this dress and the reality was even better!
every single person at the wedding was at complete awe when they saw my dress.
Beyond grateful for everything they did for me! -

Caitlin Sent on 09/24/2018After visiting bridal boutiques that both measured me five times and sent me searching the inventory for a dress, I was MORE than pleasantly surprised when I went into Something New. Being a more intimate setting, they prefer their brides to make an appointment. When I arrived for mine, I was greeted by my first name, with a smile. I told them a few keywords, like sweetheart cut and A-line to describe what I wanted. Within minutes, they had three dresses ready to try on! No measuring? Not this time! The first dress they helped me into was AMAZING! It fit so beautifully, I thought I had found the one! Until I tried on the next one! I tried on and loved all three dresses. Being torn between the two dresses, I was then told, a combination of the two dresses could be made because it was the same designer! I thought it would be double or triple the price because then it is a custom dress....NOPE! Same price as dress #1. After sleeping on it for a few nights and visiting two other boutiques (thanks mom) I returned to Something New. (I called ahead) I tried on dress #2 again and knew it was the one! They also gave me a great deal because I bought it 'off the rack'. I am so thankful and grateful for this boutique! Not only did I find my wedding dress here, they gave me a bridal experience that every girl dreams of! Thank you guys!

Meghan Sent on 04/16/2018I cannot say enough good things. You enter the shop and they are expecting you. There are several ladies waiting to greet you including the owner. There are two ladies in the room with you both helping to get you in the gown and out while ensuring to take care of their dresses. They listen to you, have multiple sizes and have a great understanding of body types, and their inventory to match you with a gown. It was never overwhelming. You and perhaps one other group waiting near the end of your appointment are the only people in the shop.
Once dressed, they present you to your family, make you feel beautiful and special. They give no pressure to buy they understand people prefer different designers and you don’t know until you try. (I even told them I had a second appointment which was awful and so I ended up right back here later in the day).
Some notes:
They have drinks and snacks for your group, and provide champagne when you purchase. They take your photo with their cute “I said yes to something new” sign.
They require 50% down to order. Make an appointment.
They store each of their gowns in plastic and you would have no idea others had tried it on!
I bought a sample dress looked for any problem with it. Nothing found. Not even a bit dirty from people walking in it.
Also purchased new veil, and belt.
Take the time to go here. You will not regret it! -

I honestly went there with my bridesmaids to just look and get an idea of what I ultimately wanted to buy in a few months. But after a just brief conversation with Dilek and Kristina, they put in a dress that had me in TEARS. They nailed it exactly. Keep in mind that this is the 4th boutique that I had been to and this was my first time getting so emotional. It was crazy. I’m still in shock. They’re amazing at their jobs and the selection is just jaw-droppingly gorgeous. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a dress in the area. -

Sara Sent on 06/16/2017Something New Bridal Boutique was the first place I visited to start my Wedding Dress shopping journey. And WOW so glad that I started there. My experience was absolutely amazing! I made an appointment a month prior and I sent an email asking questions because I'm a Plus Size Bride-to-Bride and wanted to ensure I would be able to try on dresses. I received a quick response and was delighted with the answers. The boutique itself is is super cute. The owner, Dilek and her staff were absolutely amazing. Since I had made an appointment, I had a one-on-one experience and had the shop to myself! My guests (5 total) had their own area to set in and relax. They also brought us Champagne! I was so nervous and excited since this was my first time trying on dresses I could barely drink the Champagne! LOL
The staff (cute cool girls btw) listened to what I liked and didn't like and continued to bring out stunning dresses.
I actually live in Tampa, FL and will say I'm so glad I drove to Winter Park! Best experience and I highly recommend Something New Bridal Boutique to all Brides-to-Be! -

I emailed them with a very specific request, I'd been looking all over town for a dress and been to countless stores to find a specific style in my price range. There was a style of the bottom half that I loved but the tops that went with them weren't right. Their designers were able to CREATE the bottom that I loved so much, I matched it with a dress in the store that had a top portion I liked and boom, custom dream dress. Dilek was amazing to work with and so accommodating. Their dresses are beautiful and every bride-to-be needs to stop by Something New! I wouldn't change a thing about the dress and I wish I could post a pic to show off their work!! <3 -

Alyssa Sent on 10/21/2016The first day I went to Something New Bridal was on my birthday in January and it was like a dream come true. 4-5 girls helped me try on different dresses. I was the only appointment that hour I was there. It was magical. I left that day without purchasing a dress because I still had two other appointments at similarly high quality boutiques and wanted to make sure.
After that, things weren't as good. I ordered my dress the next day. I felt like they were annoyed at me because I didn't "say yes" the day before. They didn't bring me champagne or ask me to pose with their famous sign like in all the insta posts.
There is a character limit on these reviews so let me just say:
- All 3 of my appointments after that were rescheduled on account of them not being organized. For two of them I was called the day of to reschedule. My dress took more than 6 months to arrive and they didn't tell me that it wasn't there until the day of my first fitting (which they had already rescheduled once).
- They ordered my flower girl dress in the wrong color and then tried to charge me to ship it to my house. Luckily my mother got involved. I was freaking out because we didn't know if it would even come in time and put shoe buying, etc on hold because we needed the dress to match!
- The woman was late to my early morning appointment (she had a starbucks in hand...) and I was assured that the alterations lady would be in attendance. She wasn't.
- I asked that the alterations lady be at my final fitting and called the day of to confirm... and she wasn't there AGAIN.
- And last but not least... They told me that because of the way my dress was designed, they could not bustle it. Huh? So I tripped over and eventually ripped my dress on the big night.
My dress was beautiful don't get me wrong, but the customer service was not there at all. Very unorganized with the scheduling and grumpy attitude from the younger employees.
For dresses that cost thousands, I expected more. -

Be wary of shopping at something new bridal boutique (snbb).
Very sad to say, our experience with SNBB was devastating. Emotionally & financially draining and overly time consuming.
We thought we had purchased the perfect dress for my daughter’s upcoming Fall wedding. The ladies at the boutique sold her an Isabella Talya, A-Line “Lizzy”, dress that looked beautiful on her. All three of the ladies helping my daughter commented repeatedly on how well the dress fit her, while covering the fact that it did not zip up all the way in the back, by at least 4 inches.
The ladies did not point out, nor mention, the critical detail that the dress did not properly close at any time. During our final inspection of the dress they even put a fabric insert in the way and we could not see that the zipper did not properly close. The ladies assured us, that since the dress fit so well, we would only need to add a bustle and some lace, to suit our preferences. This assurance, of easy alterations, really sold us on the dress.
When we went to have the dress altered, we were very surprised to find that the zipper did not properly close. The seamstress, Gwen from Long’s Bridal in Waterford Lakes, pointed out to us that it did not fully close by at least 4 inches. We were shocked and proceeded to show her the pictures we took from our bridal appointment at SNBB. Gwen zoomed in on the photos and could see that the dress actually was never zipped up all the way at SNBB, and pointed this out to us from our pictures, we unfortunately did not have the experienced eye to see this. Gwen told us that she could alter the dress to fit correctly; however she informed us it would require extensive work costing $350, just to fix the closure issue. She was very surprised that SNBB had made the sale to my daughter with the dress in this condition. She encouraged us to seek to return the dress for a full refund, which she thought under the circumstances should be done in good faith, or at least get a refund of the amount of $350 to cover the cost of this necessary alteration.
We returned to SNBB and discussed the matter with the manager, Liz. Showing her how the dress was never properly fitted during the initial appointment. Liz would not give us a return of the dress, but agreed to return $225 to us for alterations stating that the alteration quote with Long’s Bridal seemed too high. She sternly asked why we did not use the seamstress she recommended. We explained to Liz that “Thread and Needle Alterations” who she recommended did not answer the phone and we could not make an appointment with them after playing phone tag with messages for several days, so we decided to go to Gwen at Long’s since she was recommended by a trusted friend from our church.
Liz agreed that the dress should not have been sold to us in the condition that it was. She said if she had been there, she would not have sold us the dress in that condition. We though she had been there, and later confirmed from inspecting the pictures that Liz was the person that oversaw the sale that day. We accepted the $225 refund, thinking we should take what we can get.
We took the dress to David’s Bridal to get a quote from their alteration specialists. They said that they would need to add a panel and extend the corset, the same solution that Gwen at Long’s Bridal recommended. Unfortunately, this would create an exceptionally long corset that would be extended over the buttocks area on the dress. A very uncomfortable solution.
My daughter is quite distressed over the situation and is now wanting to purchase a completely new dress… unfortunately we now are limited in time and funds due to having the significant amount of money already paid out to Something New Bridal Boutique.
We recommend that brides be extremely cautious in dealing with Something New Bridal Boutique, you may want to take a trusted and experienced seamstress with you, or avoid shopping with them all together. -
