Bayview Florist Wedding Studio in Sayville was incredible. Marion listened to what my vision was a just knocked it out of the park. She knew more of what I wanted than I did! The colors were amazing, the quality of the flowers were so stunning. She had ideas for how things would work together and gave me choices that I never even thought of. The ceremony flowers were so unbelievable I almost forgot to look at my husband as I walked down the aisle (just kidding!). I highly recommend the Bayview Florist Wedding Studio of Sayville.

Marion made our wedding absolutely stunning from the ceremony to the reception decor. Everything was perfect! We met her once about 8 months from our wedding and I had Just a few pictures and idea of my theme (vintage fairytale) and she made it into a reality. When the day came closer, I was emailing her almost every week about little items I forgot to discuss and she was very accommodating to my changes and requests. All of our wedding guests were complimenting the centerpieces, bouquets and even the sign-in escort table. Everyone at our wedding loved the wood arch and took so many pictures under it. Bayview Florist, thank you so much for making our wedding so magical!

A true artistic floral professional!

Marion & Something Blue Floral was such a relief in a sea of wedding planning stress! After only one meeting at her cute LI shop, she knew the exact look & feel I wanted for our wedding day. I never had to check in on Marion to ensure that she was on track for the big day. Any update or question I had while planning, she replied promptly and made me feel so assured that she had it all under control. She was also kind to my mom & worked with us to be able to have beautiful flowers while staying on a budget!! Thank you endlessly Marion!!

Marion was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Not only did she have patience to really fully understand my vision and work within our budget... she delivered! My mother was in tears (of joy) when marion herself delivered our bouquets. She went above and beyond and even beyond that. Our reception was exquisite and just perfect. She decorated our chuppah so beautifully! no words can truly describe how thankful we are we chose Bayview Florist for our wedding!!!

Marion is a delight to work with. I don’t know how she compares to other florists as far as price, as she was the only one I met with. But she was affordable and completely got my vision after just one meeting. I’m not a flower person, but the bouquets and centerpieces were just beautiful.

Lorraine far exceeded our expectations, intuitively responding to our vision for the flowers for our wedding with unparalleled creativity. Marion is incredible! She made my wedding an absolute DREAM come true. I had a unique vision and I wanted bright, vivid, vibrant flowers. I had a very specific idea in mind, and Marion absolutely nailed it!!! I met Marion four years ago when she arranged flowers for my sister's wedding. We were totally blown away that day. (Note- my sister met with tons of florists before meeting Marion, finally feeling confident she found the best in the business). Seeing my own flowers on my wedding day brought me to tears, which Marion captured on video and posted on her Instagram page. You can check it out! BAYVIEW IS A MUST FOR YOUR WEDDING! From the minute we met Marion, we knew it was a match made in heaven. My husband was not into planning the flowers so it gave my mom and I a chance to bond over the flowers for our special day. We had a blast planning with Marion. She was open to our crazy Pintrest ideas which came out AMAZING. Marion did our church flowers, place card table, cocktail hour centerpieces, reception tables, sweetheart table, card box and cake. EVERYTHING that she touched looked whimsical, romantic and magical. EXACTLY as we had imagined. She is one of the sweetest, caring and PATIENT women I have ever met. We love her and would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to any bride or groom looking for any amazing, creative and talented florist for their special day. Beautiful Wedding thanks to Something Blue

Marion and her staff did an amazing job with not just our flowers but all of our decor for the wedding. We came in with a vision of a rainbow beach wedding and Marion made it work and it came out fantastic. She worked with our budget and was flexible with our changing wedding party. She also came up with great ideas to really help our vision come true, suggesting hanging starfish on the aisle instead of flowers and many of our guest told us how beautiful our arch that Something Blue provided was.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Marion was incredible from day one! I knew I wanted unique and memorable flowers but I had a budget and Marion came through on both ends beyond my wildest dreams . Every single guest was WOWed by her florals and it made an amazing venue even more breathtaking. Every single detail was amazing and she said yes to anything I envisioned! She turned me into a garden princess with an amazing flower crown and created he most beautiful bouquet with King Proteas and enhanced an outdoor wedding in every corner.

Marion was WONDERFUL to work with! I booked her 2 years in advance she came highly recommended by a friend who had used her. She really listened to what I wanted, what our budget was, and she did the most AMAZING job. She had so many varieties of centerpieces and I found my own centerpiece in her shop. The flowers that arrived blew me away, they were gorgeous, everyone LOVED them. She wrapped the charms of my departed loved ones around it, so I could walk down the aisle with them. We hired Marion as the florist for our wedding and OMG her work was stunning! She is incredibly talented and was able to make my dreams for a romantic garden wedding come to life. She completely transformed the ballroom at Flowerfields with glass balls filled with roses and candles which hung from the ceiling. She made the most beautiful bouquets for the girls and me and used gorgeous lanterns and candles to decorate the cocktail room. I received so many compliments on my wedding decor. Marion was an absolute joy to work with and I wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride. She is a true visionary and artist!

Marion was my favorite wedding vendor! Marion provided our wedding flowers and linen rentals, my Mom hired her for my bridal shower flowers and my mother-in-law hired her for our rehearsal dinner flowers. All 3 of us agree - Marion is the best! She is a true professional, a creative designer and most importantly, she knows her flowers! Marion is friendly and extremely responsive to emails. Marion was very patient with me – I had a very specific vision of what I wanted for our wedding and she helped me create that vision. I appreciated that she listened to what I liked and what I did not like. She did an amazing job with the flowers for our July wedding at Flowerfield. She transformed Flowerfield into a magical wonderland with flowers and specialty linens. I had a vision of hanging flowers in glass balls from the ceiling in the ballroom and while Marion had never done that before, she was open to the idea. She researched how to do it and got it done. I had no idea how the ceiling would look until the wedding day and it was simply amazing and exceeded my expectations. The ceiling was so magical. It was so unique and transformed the ballroom. Marion is extremely creative and gifted at what she does. Once she understands your vision, she gets it and the things she creates and envisions for you are amazing and just what you dreamed of. Aside from her creative genius, she uses only the best high quality flowers that last - our flowers looked beautiful and fresh at the end of our wedding at 2AM! They were so fresh and amazing that we were able to use the centerpieces the next morning at our farewell brunch. Many of our guests also commented on our beautiful arrangements and the flower quality and everyone was simply blown away by the ceiling she created at Flowerfield. Marion was my favorite vendor for a reason – she is kind, talented and enriches your wedding with her creative energy and beautiful flowers.

The most beautiful flowers

Prices are on the higher side but Marion is a literal artist and a complete sweetheart and pleasure to work with. I told her my theme was elegant but not too much and a "soft garden-y feel" (clearly, I had no idea what I was talking about). I gave her a few inspiration photos and told her my colors and somehow she understood my vision exactly and made absolute magic happen on my wedding day. I did very little decor in the ballroom at Flowerfield besides flowers and had a mixture of highs, lows, and special manzanita tree centerpieces and Marion literally blew it out of the park. Every single flower from the petals my flower girl threw to the extremely ornate flowers around the gazebo were STUNNING. They stayed fresh for days after and I got a million compliments about them. One of my guests told me I should be an event planner because the wedding looked that beautiful. The bouquets were the most beautiful I have ever seen and when I saw them I almost cried. I would recommend Something Blue in a heartbeat. I know that most girls don't like to spend a lot on flowers but my whole theme was based on them so I definitely went all out and I would do it again. She hand delivered my bouquet, my girls bouquets, flower girl crown, and petals to me on my wedding day and her delivery boys and her were beyond professional and extremely kind. I did feel the need to oversee any of the set up because I knew Marion and her team know what they're doing and were going to set up my event in a way I could not even imagine. Would use her again and again.

Honestly having Marion do my flowers was probably the best vendor related decision I made throughout the wedding. I was afraid my personality was going to get lost among the opinions of my mom and our family friend (aka mom #2) and what a wedding 'should' look like but somehow, someway Marion managed to pull out the most beautiful arrangement and bouquets I have EVER seen. Most importantly, at least for me, was that I could see myself in them. It wasn't the run of the mill pomander ball on a stand or a solid color (which are all lovely, but not for me) but just full of life and texture and soft but striking colors. Our bouquets were just as striking and HEAVY! My girls had over 25 roses in each bouquet and my bouquet ruined me for all others to follow it. I wish I could attached pictures to the reviews! Her prices are comparable to other florists, but no one else was able to deliver this level of service or comfort. (Did I mention she was on site setting up the flowers the morning of??) What really struck me about Marion was how much she actually cared. She pays attention when you speak and never just yeses you to death. She met with me so many times about anything and everything, super quick to respond to emails and extremely creative. I plan on using her for any and every flower opportunity I have!! As a last note - the quality of her flowers are unsurpassed. We left on our honeymoon for two weeks and when we arrived home to my absolute shock they were STILL alive! (Because who expects cut flowers to last that long?!) If you use Marion, you will NOT be disappointed!!

Bayview Florist did an amazing job for my June 2015 wedding. Since I got married at Flowerfield I wanted simple but elegant centerpieces. I could not have been happier with my flowers. Marion was AMAZING from our first meeting all the way to my wedding day. I had a few issues with my venue, moving arrangements for me, and she came up with a solution immediately. Marion went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding a fairytale come true! From start to finish Something blue was not only professional but personable. We thought Our daughters dream bouquet of white peonies was out of reach since her wedding was mid August and peonies availability was not likely or impossible. To my surprise and my daughters sheer delight , Marion personally delivered 9 stunning bridesmaids bouquets and one MIRACULOUSLY GORGEOUS bride bouquet of WHITE PEONIES!! Dream Florals!

Marion is absolutely amazing. She is my wedding florist and I instantly connected with her at the expo at my venue. We hired her to do my bridal shower too and I cannot say enough good things. She was able to produce exactly what I was looking for based on my sketches and inspiration photos and worked with us to give me what I wanted. Her choice of florals together was absolutely perfect and just seeing the arrangements together bought tears to my eyes it was just so stunning. The favors were beautiful. We purchased the vases but she made the arrangements and they were arranged so lovely. Marion is naturally creative and has a flare for design. She helped to add a little touch of greens on my lingerie display too to help tie it all together. I cannot sing Marion’s praises enough! She is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet! I cannot wait to work with her for my wedding.

Marion was a dream to work with. Her knowledge, experience coupled with her openness to my suggestions allowed us to create and execute the wedding of my dreams. Marion is an amazing person with exceptional talent and understanding for a bride's vision. Without seeing her work, my mother and I knew we wanted to book her simply based off of her personality. She felt like a good friend that we had known forever. She understood our style and transformed the reception hall into a spectacular environment. My guests were floored and have not stopped talking about my flowers. In addition, she took care of all my linens, which were another WOW factor in the room. She was such a central component to my wedding as she created a space that represented my personality. She hit it out of the ballpark.

I can't say enough about how happy I was with my wedding flowers. Marion was amazing to work with and when she asked for my vision, I emailed her my pinterest board and she delivered exactly what I expected and beyond. She created bouquets for me, bridesmaids, boutonnieres for all the men, flower crowns for the flower girls, spectacular centerpieces and arrangements for the gazebo. Absolutely Phenomenal!

From the first look at my flowers while getting ready, to the grand ballroom reveal, we were blown away! Marion's work was unparalleled. My grandmother keeps staring at photos of my bouquet. Marion was even able to tie my grandfather's (who passed away) wedding ring into my bouquet. We have been inside Flowerfield (our venue) often during the planning stages. Considering we have had to move our date a year because of COVID, we had many meetings there! The way Marion decorated Flowerfield made it look like a brand new place.

My husband and I walked into the ballroom for the first time and were absolutely blown away. Between the table floral arrangements, uplighting, and the elaborate ceiling installation that Marion was able to pull off, it looked like an absolute fairytale. All of the little touches Marion added in were amazing! The flowers on the cake looked gorgeous, the sweetheart table display was adorable & the loose flowers around the ice sculpture made it pop! We had a banner from my shower that we wanted to display and Marion was able to hand it for us and provide stunning arrangements for around it!

Honestly the pictures should speak for themselves. Marion was a delight to work with and we would want to work with her in the future for any event we might host!

Magical Enchanted Forest

Something Blue took care of all of our flowers for my son's wedding on 6/21/19 at FlowerField Celebrations. My DIL wanted to have an enchanted forest look, and they provided the most amazing tall willow branches adorned with peach and blue roses, hydrangeas and other flowers both at the top and bottom to create a magical environment. They hung little candles from the 'trees' to make each table glow from on high. They were a delight to work with and I am still enjoying my bouquet today in a vase. Really they are artists at work!

Just see Marion

Our flowers were absolutely incredible. Marion did the flowers for my wedding and my bridal shower and she is a true artist. She made my vision for a secret garden wedding absolutely pop, and all of our guests can’t stop taking about the flowers. Everything from our breathtaking circle arch to the little bud vases on the mantels was perfection. Marion is an absolute joy to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Marion did an amazing job. We sat down and discussed concept and I sent her a few pictures and she was able to make my dream wedding come to life. She was always available for questions and answered my emails within a day, usually quicker. When it rained on my wedding day she made the indoor space so beautiful that I was almost happy it rained. Marion at Bayview Florist is AMAZING. I was thrilled with my flowers!! The bouquets were gorgeous and the centerpieces were breathtaking. When I arrived at my venue and walked into the ballroom, everyone GASPED the room was that beautiful. Marion really took the time to understand my vision and made it come to life. Wedding day aside, Marion was wonderful to work with - extremely accessible, approachable and warm throughout the entire process. Marion is fantastic-- kind, responsive, helpful, and very talented. She was patient with all of my color changing (and not knowing the difference between peach and coral!). Everything came out beautifully, especially the hanging flowers on the gazebo she designed. She even provided petals for tossing during the ceremony and floating candles for the aisle. Her office itself is beautiful too!

My husband & I got married in July and Marion from Bayview Florist Wedding Studio in Sayville did a beautiful job with our flowers, centerpieces & decorations! She was very friendly, professional, and really paid attention to details. We had a vision in mind and Marion had a lot of great ideas and worked hard to make sure that our vision was met. Marion listened to our ideas about how we wanted to decorate the gazebo & she did it EXACTLY how we wanted it. Everything was just perfect! Marion did a beautiful job for our wedding - and we were very picky with our requests! I wish I could have my wedding bouquet every day!!! My girls had gorgeous bouquets and the flower pieces for the winery (think blank space) and lawn were impeccable. We were so happy with our flowers and the way the entire days activities turned out.

Words cannot express how absolutely beautiful our flowers were for our wedding. We would highly recommend Something Blue Florists. Marion was wonderful, she saw my vision and was very excited to begin. I showed Marion some photos of my vision and I feel that she made my dream come true. I cannot say enough about Bayview Florist Wedding Studio! My daughters wedding was July 1, 2017 and the flowers that Marion created were truly works of art. She exceeded all of our expectations of what we thought everything
would look like. From the bouquets and boutonnière's, to the church flowers on the altar and pews, to the reception at Flowerfied that she transformed into the romantic vision that my daughter wanted. Bubble glass balls hanging from the ceiling with flowers and candles and centerpieces that were truly awe inspiring! I highly recommend Bayview Florist Wedding Studio. Marion and her team made my wedding day PERFECT!

We can't thank Marion and her team enough for creating such perfect flowers for my wedding. She designed our beautiful bouquets, chuppah, flowers for our wedding cake, and center pieces. They really elevated the event space and made our wedding feel extra special. Marion was so easy to work with and really has an eye for making our day as beautiful as can be. I really couldn't have made my day happen without her. She was fast at communicating with me and didn't give up on me despite the pandemic happening. Although there was doubt about having our wedding proceeding as planned, Marion supported me all the way as I didn't want to postpone.
I highly recommend Something Blue Florals (Marion and her team) for anyone needing flowers for any occasion. I will definitely keep her in mind for any events in the future!

If I had to do it all over again would I use Something Blue Floral Events again? YES!!!!! From the minute you walk into your appointment you are in the best hands. The craftsmanship, quality and detail on all their work is truly spectacular! Words can not describe how beautiful our daughters wedding was. Best florist on Long Island, easily!

Marion's work stood out to me from first glance. She has such an artistic eye, solid understanding of trends and color balance, and a keen interest in understanding her clients and representing them in the floral arrangements she puts together! Our flowers were stunning, and Marion worked with us to build something truly unique and memorable with a limited budget. Marion is also attentive to detail, reliable, and flexible. She runs a tight ship, and as a type-A bride, I thoroughly appreciated that. Above all, she is an artist. I've unfollowed most of my wedding vendors on Instagram because I don't care to keep seeing their content, but I keep following Something Blue because all their posts are so fabulous!

Marion is an Artist (and a Sweetheart!)

Blown away! She went so above and beyond. Everything was art, and my personal favorite was the flower arch. I saw it on her Instagram and it provided a magnificent backdrop for our ceremony and was later placed behind our sweetheart table. My wife’s bouquet popped in every shot (we had a very bright color palette and could not have been happier with that choice, as Marion really nailed the vivid colors). The centerpieces gave life to a large white ballroom. And when we told Marion that we were going to have two fewer centerpieces due to last minute dropouts, she repurposed the flowers and made gorgeous mantle pieces to place around the mansion. I have to say that while we did get some cheaper quotes, you cannot compare the quality of Something Blue with much lesser priced options; you truly get what you pay for. We met with three other florists and it was clear Marion was not only going to give us more personal attention than any other, but that she was legitimately excited to design arrangements with less traditional colors. Each time we reached out, she would call to go over any potential changes to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. And she is also the absolute sweetest person you will ever meet. You should have two takeaways from the pictures: 1) the arrangements are STUNNING; and 2) they are EXACTLY what we asked for. The second is more important because even if you don’t love what we chose, you should know that Marion will bring your vision to life precisely how you want it. For us, she showed us a beautiful sample, then asked which colors/flowers we wanted enhanced, which we wanted less of, etc. It was truly perfect. My only disappointment was I couldn’t take the arch home! Working with Marion and the final product were both better than anything I could have imagined.

The flowers Marion made for my wedding were absolutely breathtaking! I got married on Palm Sunday and wanted to do something that no one had seen before. I wanted to incorporate palms into my flowers somehow.
Marion incorporated palm into my flowers in the most beautiful way. Not too much but enough to be noticed!
Marion was so sweet and professional! She listened to my ideas and then gave me her feedback. She wasn't afraid to let me know if something was not going to look right and guided me in the right direction. Clueless to the wedding floral word, Marion helped me so much. She was honest and down to earth.
I am still getting complements on my wedding about how gorgeous and unique my floral arrangements were. From the church decoration, bouquets, to the venue.
She was affordable, honest, talented and extremely organized!

We met Lorraine at a bridal show that our hall was hosting and fell in love with the centerpieces she had on display. When we met with her, we were clueless as far as the small details but she appeared with flowers and started making things on the spot and we knew how great she was! While other's book with the same florists (we met with them too and weren't impressed) we knew we would get the personal attention we wanted from Bayview. Our wedding was early in the day and I called last minute to ask if the flowers could be delivered earlier (and I mean we went from early to EARLY) and Lorraine made sure they were there. When they arrived, they were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen! Everyone complimented us on the centerpieces and bouquets all day. If you want personal attention from your florist (and not just a salesman) and you want to know that the person you are booking is the one who is going to make your order for you based on what you both created (and not just some random workers in the back trying to figure out what someone wrote on the order) AND you want beautiful, fresh flowers that people will talk about, Bayview is the way to go!

Marion did (as always) an INCREDIBLE job on the flowers for our wedding. They were everything I wanted and more!! I've used Bayview's services for about 18 years, for get-wells, birthdays, and funerals. they always do a spectacular job. But nothing compared to seeing my vision come to life. Marion listened to my likes and wishes, looked at the pictures I cut out, and I gave her free reign on the actual flowers used, to keep costs down and creativity high. The end result? Absolutely gorgeous arrangements.

Since I got married at Land's End, I knew I wanted to check out Bayview Florist being that they are located on the same property. Marion's showroom is so eclectic and cute! I like how most of her materials and props are available right there so you can see them in person rather then in pictures during the consultation. My fiancé went in to use the bathroom and stated there were pink flower petals in the toilet. We all thought he was kidding but it was true!! Marion is easy to get along with and flexible to working with your budget. I showed her pictures of what I wanted in terms of the ceremony, centerpieces, and even the floral arrangement for my wedding cake and everything was executed beautifully. All personal flower arrangements were also delivered on time and in great shape. I would definitely recommend Marion at Bayview Florist for your wedding.

I have never in my life seen such stunning flowers. My bouquet took my breath away.
I knew from the second that we met Marion that she was a true talent and her flowers lived up to every expectation.
Our venue space was, in all honesty, kind of plain and drab - her flowers made it look like a 5 star venue. We received SO many compliments.

I was the bride that didn't think I needed all these floral arrangements for the wedding, thinking it was just a silly expense we could do without and wanted to opt for fake flowers - but when I met with Marion and spoke to her about what I wanted, and she told me (and showed me) what she could do, I was sold. Everything about the arrangements - from the centerpieces and bouquets to the boutonnieres, were absolutely gorgeous and I am so glad I spent the time and money working with her. It just upped the wow factor for the big day and everything came out stunning. She is the sweetest woman you could hope to work with, and she put up with me being very picky about what I wanted and it still came out beautiful. There wasn't an arrangement left after the wedding, so many people wanted to bring them home and keep them, and I don't blame them! When you're thinking about flowers, Marion and Bayview are the best you can hope for. And this is coming from a woman that doesn't even like big arrangements!

My oldest daughter was married 6 years ago, and we used Marion as our florist. When my younger daughter became engaged, the vendor we would use for flowers was a no brainer. We were so pleased with Marion the first time around, we knew we would use her again. We could not be more blown away! She did such an amazing job of realizing the vision my daughter had for all aspects of her day. From the bridal bouquet to the Chuppah to the reception centerpieces! The flowers were a major “WOW”!! Marion herself is a real doll and a complete pleasure to work with. She has the most enchanting work space, and I will miss meeting her there to talk flowers! I also called her to do something on a much smaller scale for the bridal shower, and she did exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Something Blue Florals. I know you won’t be disappointed.

Marion is beyond talented. She absolutely envisioned and executed my ideas. Our styles were very similar however I think Marion would do an incredible job regardless of the look. I went for a "nautical chic" look with a variety of white flowers and overflowing greenery. Guests loved the flowers. The centerpieces were exquisite and each one (17 tables) were unbelievable. I was so satisfied with Bayview Florist!!

Marion was amazing

We interviewed several florists, but Marion was the one who stood out. She was on our preferred vendor list, and it’s easy to see why. Marion is incredibly knowledgeable and has a keen eye for aesthetics. While we didn’t know much about flowers, I shared some inspiration photos and described the overall theme, look, and feel we wanted for our wedding—summer romantic florals.
I showed her the bridal party's attire and my dress, then gave her creative freedom to bring our vision to life. Marion absolutely hit it out of the park! The flowers were stunning and perfectly tied the entire wedding aesthetic together. I was genuinely sad that I couldn’t keep those beautiful arrangements forever

I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Marion! She went above and beyond to do all she could to make my dream wedding come true. She was a florist and a calming spirit! I put all of my trust in her and I didn't regret it one bit! From the centerpieces, to the hanging floral arrangements and the over the top chuppah - I wouldn't have changed one thing! Marion made several visits to the venue with me to plan out all of the arrangements and she began the set up the night before my wedding. She truly outdid herself and is she's the vendor I rave about constantly! I highly, highly reccomend her!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I don't know where to begin. I have to say I am not one of the easiest brides when it comes to my flowers. I didn't really know much about floral arrangements when I went to meet with Marion for my consultation. We decided on a design and set up our appointment to view the sample. When we got their I decided I wanted to do something else. We ended up leaving the design up to Marion. All I can say is that was the best decision we could've made!! Everyone raved about our flowers! They were beyond beautiful! The arrangements were very large and filled with beautiful flowers. The bouquets were also breathtaking. I would highly recommend Marion and her studio for your bridal needs!!!

Marion is awesome. She is so easy going and really understood what my husband and I wanted on our big day. She took our idea for a centerpiece and changed it to be even better than what we had in mind. We showed her pictures of what we wanted for our cocktail hour centerpieces and our low centerpieces in the ballroom and what she put together looked exactly like the photo. Marion put together a bamboo arch for our ceremony with white fabric. It was perfect for our beach ceremony. We wanted fuchsia roses for the centerpieces and the bridesmaids bouquets. The colors of the roses were so beautiful and vibrant. She made a custom piece for our escort table. Marion also hung paper lanterns for us for our cocktail hour area. She did a tremendous amount of work and everything was beautiful. Our wedding cake had roses cascading down each tier. We also rented lanterns from her the day of the wedding and they helped to transform our venue. She has a great personality and I enjoyed collaborating with her.

Marion and the team at bayview florist did an amazing job with the flowers for my wedding. It was a little pricy but well worth every penny. Everything was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! The centerpieces, bridesmaids and my flowers where even more beautiful them I could have dreamt up. Marion was an amazing person to work with from the very first day. She stayed closely in touch through the whole process, making sure everything was just the way we wanted it. All of our bouquets are still look beautiful and my wedding was a week ago.

I would highly recommend Bayview florist to anything in need of flowers for their wedding.

Compliments For Dayzzzz

Marion is super sweet and really listens to your vision. When I described to her what kind of vibe I wanted to go for, it seemed like my thoughts were all over the place. She was able to hone into what I was saying, analyze it, and execute my vision beautifully. It did seem to be on the pricier side compared to other florists, but not outrageous. Regardless, you won't be unhappy with the results. I received so many compliments on our flowers. Beautiful!

I ordered flowers for me and the bridal party. They were so beautiful! Bayview Florist and Montage took the time to listen to what I wanted. They knew exactly what to show me. They have many in stock and pictures to show you if you don't see what you want. They gave me so many options and all of them were perfect. The employees have great knowledge of flowers. You have to go and see for yourself. You can make an appointment too.

would recommend bayview florist to anyone that is getting married! they are friendly, helpful and so creative! i gave them a photo of what i wanted my bouquet to look like and they matched it exactly like the picture! i still have my bouquet after almost 3 months! they do such beautiful work and they are fun & a blast to work with. they delivered all flowers on time and made my receptions hall look like my fairy tale wedding. again, they are absolutely amazing to work with and i would use them again for whenever i need flowers! xoxo

Something Blue Floral

Flowers were extremely important to me and I had seen Marion’s work at some of my friends and extended family’s weddings. I was also extremely indecisive on what feel and type of flowers I wanted – so I was able to book Marion a year in advance with a deposit – which allowed me to have additional time to think through my vision and ultimate wants/needs list. We also appreciated Marion’s extensive experience at Flowerfield – we felt she truly understood the venue and what worked, as well as what didn’t work in the cocktail, ceremony and reception areas.

Marion was incredibly helpful in ensuring my vision came to life. She was vocal and honest when she thought I was sacrificing cost for my “dream design” and equally as honest in areas where she thought I could cut costs or skip over entirely. I also used Marion for my linens and bubble ball ceiling – which helped the entire vision come together and added to the unique offerings the Something Blue had against other florists. These additional options allowed me to create a space of my own – and those that had been to a wedding at Flowerfield before had mentioned it felt different and unique – thanks to Marion’s special touch.

The week of our wedding, Marion called me because she was concerned over my bouquets. I am so thankful she called, because we were able to amend the final outcome to totally exceed my expectations. My bouquets were delivered to the hotel we were getting ready at and they were out of this world (large and full of beautiful roses – exactly the color and feel I had hoped and asked for.) As soon as I saw how perfect the bouquets were, I was able to feel even more confident in the ultimate venue design. While I felt Marion was a little on the pricier-side, I thought she met my expectations and I felt that my arch, centerpieces and other special touches, were all worth the cost in the end.

We used Bayview for our flowers for our wedding and they were gorgeous! Marion was great to work with. She was so easy to reach via email or phone and responded immediately to any questions. I highly recommend them! I had high and low centerpieces and lots of other flowers and everything was gorgeous!!!

Marion was great to deal with, she had such great ideas and really turned my wedding into what I wanted. Marion at Bayview was amazing!!! She was so easy to work with, and our flowers were STUNNING! We only met once, and during that meeting she was friendly, had great suggestions, and really tried to get to know our vision for the wedding in the short time we had together. She definitely succeeded! Throughout the rest of the process Marion was always accessible to answer questions by email or phone, and was very communicative and flexible with various aspects of the planning process. I was a little worried because I had no idea what to expect after our initial meeting...we had only briefly discussed color schemes and design elements...but Marion hit the nail on the head. The bouquets were breathtaking, the centerpieces were EXACTLY what I had envisioned, our ceremony looked like a movie set. Marion I can't thank you enough for making our day so beautiful!

The flowers for both the ceremony and reception were beautifully done. Marion exceeded my expectations for my bouquet. The spray for the ceremony was truly amazing and beautiful. It is definitely more expensive than most florists. Her work was wonderful but a bit overpriced for what we had.

We did not want to go with the traditional floral centerpieces and Marion created something different for us. One of the guests described the centerpieces as urban. We also were worried that Reckson would have a very industrial feel so Marion warmed it up with candles and a lot of glass. The centerpieces incorporated many different sizes, textures, and shades of aqua.

Our personal flowers were gorgeous. She created a kissing ball for our flower girl and small hairpieces for the bridesmaids. She made one for me too but I never wore it! So much happens that night that you forget to do things that you thought you would! I planned to take out my veil and put it in but never did it.

Marion also created pew arrangements which doubled as banister arrangements at Reckson. They were gorgeous. At the church, they incorporated white feathers. She got aqua feathers for us from one of her suppliers, and our coordinator integrated them into the pew arrangements, draped tulling on the banister, and attached the arrangements. It came out GREAT!

Marion is really friendly and has a great personality. She is great to work with and has a lot of creative ideas. She helped me with so many ideas on other parts of the wedding, on things I could DIY.
