Awesome wedding video!

We worked with Marcela for our wedding video. She was there the entire day and spent the whole day with the photographer catching footage. She was wonderful to work with and most importantly, our video was amazing. It was over a full hour long (which we were super excited about)! And she also sent over 2 different 'teaser' videos, a 10 min video and a 5 min video. She let us pick the music that was played throughout the video which was special and kind of fun. She also caught a lot of great raw, candid footage that she included in the video which made it feel even more special because we were immersed watching it and it made us feel like we were truly re-living the day. We are so happy we made the decision to go with video and work with Solaris. Thank you!

Amazing to work with!

I am so very happy that we found Solaris when searching for our Wedding Photographer! Him and Marcela were quick and great to communicate with throughout planning and also very patient with my uncertainty of what specifics we were wanting in our photos. Solaris was amazing to work with on our wedding day and made the entire process feel natural. Our wedding photo's turned out amazing, I am so happy we chose Solaris to capture our Wedding day!

Amazing photographer!

It was not easy planning a wedding from afar. I was recommended going with Solaris for my wedding by another vender. Once I looked at his portfolio, I knew he did great work and wanted to see if he was available for our date. His wife responded to my first email almost immediately. They were quick and professional with all responses to my many questions throughout the planning process.
On the day of my wedding, Solaris was on time and well prepared for the day. He was kind, professional, and captured our day perfectly. We got our photos back within two weeks, which was great! I could not be happier with his work! I absolutely love all our photos and they’ll serve as beautiful memories of our special day for years to come.
I would highly recommend Solaris for any event in key West!!

Wonderful experience!

When I first started researching potential photographers for my destination wedding, I immediately knew I wanted to hire Solaris. The photos I saw were stunning and I reached out right away to inquire if he was available on my wedding date. His wife, Marcela, was also amazing. She always responded promptly to any questions/requests I had. Solaris and Marcela were truly a pleasure to work with and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am so happy with how my pictures came out, I still look at them all the time! Thank you, Solaris and Marcela, for making our wedding so special! :)

HIGHLY recommend!

I was in search of a photographer that I could hire just for the first couple hours of my wedding. I just didn't feel I needed a full night worth of pictures (that makes it harder to chose which ones I want printed!!). Solaris offered a great plan for two hours worth of photography services. From the day I reached out to them in regards to their services, I knew they would be great to work with. Marcela and Solaris are very professional and they kept in touch to the days leading up to my event to ensure me everything was set in place and would be smooth. It was. Solaris was at my wedding before I was even there! He took beautiful pictures and got them to me to view in only a couple of weeks, way sooner than expected. He was easy to get along with and fun to work with. I love my photos from my wedding day, they truly captured everything I love about Key West, including photos of us with a rooster! I will forever look back at these photos and instantly be taken back to this amazing day that we had. I beyond highly recommend Solaris!

So happy with our wedding photos!

My husband and I decided to elope in Key West, where we got engaged. We booked an elopement package, and the photography was included, so we didn't actually get a chance to meet Solaris until the day of our wedding. But it turns out, we had seen his work prior to that day and absolutely loved it, so we were very excited when we found out he was going to be our photographer. The photos of our wedding day turned out gorgeous! We couldn't be happier! Not to mention, he is a super nice guy, very chill, easy to talk to, and he made the whole process a breeze. If you're looking for a wedding photographer, I would highly recommend Solaris!

I cannot compliment this photographer enough. We had an outdoor wedding and after the ceremony we had a storm. Solaris took pictures with umbrellas in the rain. His ingenuity and personality made what could have been a terrible situation into a pleasurable one. His wife Marcela was also our officiant and did an amazing job. Highly recommend this vendor.

Solaris and Marcela were great to work with for our destination sunset wedding on April 5th at Ft Zachary Taylor. The first look session was a great recommendation and his dual camera setup was like getting two photographers in one. The beach and sunset pictures will bring back wonderful memories for a very long time.

We were so happy we chose Solaris as our photographer. From the beginning, Marcela was great to work with - pleasant, helpful, and very responsive. The day of our wedding, Solaris was wonderful. He was patient with my husband who was not fond of having his picture taken, had great ideas of locations and shots to take, and worked in all of our must-have pictures in addition to some last minute ideas that afternoon. In addition to the great experience leading up to and the day of the wedding, photos were shared with us very quickly. We would recommend Solaris to anyone!

We hired Solaris for our December 2nd wedding in Key West and WOW he is an incredible talent. We already received our initial pictures from him and we are blown away. He was everywhere and didn't miss a beat and captured the most beautiful Key West sunset. He was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Our pictures look amazing and our only problem is choosing from all the incredible shots. We can't wait to see his enhancements and our wedding book. Solaris did an incredible job with our wedding photos. Very professional and organized. Marcela was equally amazing as our videographer. Solaris and Marcela worked extremely well together as team to ensure that our wedding day was stress free. They are the total package for your wedding day photography and videography. We got married at the Marriott Beachside in Key West on 3.19.16. Solaris and Marcela were amazing throughout our entire process. They took time to talk to us and know exactly what we wanted before the wedding. Solaris was quick and our photos are beyond amazing. I can not thank them both enough for capturing our day perfectly.

Solaris was wonderful. we had our wedding on the beach at the casa Marina in Key West. There was intermittent rain which started right after we took the first large batch of photos. The rain didn't prevent Solaris from magnificently capturing our special day. the photographs were amazing, and Solaris was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. the post-wedding progression of compiling pics we selected has been smooth as Solaris and Marcella are extraordinary responsive.

When we were looking for a wedding photographer in Key West, I knew we wanted an amazing photographer, not just a “wedding” photographer. Solaris and his wife were great throughout the entire process. They were responsive, kept us in the loop and were open and friendly. To be honest, I hate taking pictures and he did a great job of making the entire process smooth, natural and none of the pictures felt awkward. Photographer met us at the church, offered photo suggestions and worked with our requests as well. Very personable and professional. We only had the photographer shoot photos at the church for an hour. It was a very pleasant experience.

Both Marcella and Solaris were so easy to work with. Trying to coordinate a wedding from out of state is a little stressful, but they made it so easy and the number of pictures sent to us to choose from was just unbelievable. They were all fantastic.

Choosing a good wedding photographer is so important – as time passes, the photographs of your wedding day preserve your memories. Solaris was the perfect choice. He did a great job of capturing all the key moments in vivid and artistic detail. Solaris was a pleasure to work with, and several of our guests even commented to us on how great he was. I have never seen anyone juggle cameras so quickly and efficiently – it was clearly not his first rodeo. :) His wife, Marcela, did our videography and they make a terrific team.

When we received the pictures, we were thrilled! Massive amounts of perfect, beautiful photos. The only hard part of the whole process with Solaris was narrowing down which pictures to choose for our album.

Thank you, Solaris, for the care, effort, and artistry you put into capturing our wedding day. You did an outstanding job and we could not be happier!

One of the best decisions we ever made was selecting Solaris photography and Southernmost bride video. Our pictures were absolutely amazing, sunsets, getting dressed, multiple locations handpicked by him around the island, all of them turned out perfect. He got some great shots of the Key West sunset with us, as well numerous shots of the reception. We got our pictures a few days after our wedding and they were more then we could have imagined. His enhancements to some of our originals turned out amazing. I am so glad we used Solaris for our photos (maybe the most important part of a wedding) and would highly highly recommend them to anybody!!!

From the moment I met with Solaris and his wife/business partner Marcela, I knew they were the best fit for us. They were very professional, easy to talk with and attentive to what we wanted. Solaris' work was beautiful! He was also easy to work with and made me feel comfortable, something thats important when you're getting dressed in your wedding gown! I felt like I did not even notice he was there during the ceremony (we all know those weddings where we can't even see the couple because the photographer is all over them). He allowed me to preview and pick pictures for editing, which held me over during the editing weeks until I could receive the final pics. I would highly recommend him!! Thank you Solaris!

Planning a wedding from 1,300 miles away seems an impossible and daunting task. Solaris and his wife, Marcela, not only made it easy, but made me feel as if I were planning right on the island. Leading up to my wedding, not only did Marcela and Solaris keep in contact with me but Solaris even took the time and looked at my Pinterst, he picked out all the photographs I wanted and then saved them to his phone to make sure he got the shots that were most important to me. He called me a few days before and made sure of where I was going to be and when. The day of (10-11-14), my bridesmaids and I were stranded at the salon and he offered to come pick us up since he has just finished the shots of my dress, shoes, ring, etc. he was able to get around the property and take all the photos I wanted (even while under a huge time crunch!) Throughout taking pictures, he showed me some of the shots and asked if I wanted to change anything or do something different. He moved quickly yet very efficiently. He remained professional yet comfortable and confidant. At no point did I ever question my choice in photographer. Solaris went above and beyond anything I could ever ask for in a photographer. If I ever need a photographer in Key West, I would never go to anyone else!!

Solaris was absolutely amazing! We used him the summer before our wedding for family photos, our rehearsal dinner, and our wedding day on June 14,2014 ! He was so easy to work with and had great ideas. The pictures came out AMAZING! All our friends were amazed by his pictures. They couldn't have come out more beautiful! His wife Marcela was awesome too. She had everything organized and was a delight to work with. I wouldn't have wanted any other photographer. We want to do photos next summer for our anniversary because he was just so wonderful! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a photographer!

Marcela & Solaris were great to work with and really helped make our wedding day a wonderful day.
The planning was all done over phone and email and we could not be more pleased with their service. We are beyond thrilled with our photos! The sunset shots are some of our favorites.

Marcela & Solaris did an amazing job capturing the essence and beauty of our special day!!! They not only agreed to videotape the event last second, but stayed later at our reception to take more photos to accomodate our reception schedule. Also, they went out of their way to personally escort us around the island to obtain better pictures with just the 2 of us prior to entering the reception. My wife and I could not have asked for a better photographer and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a second to none experience with AMAZING pictures/video to last a lifetime!!

I can say enough good things about Solaris Photography. My husband and I got married September 22, 2012 in Key West during sunset at the Hyatt . Since Key West is known for sunsets, not only did Solaris capture the beauty of our wedding but incorporated the beauty of the sunset, as well. He made it fun and was great to work with. He is very creative and takes his work serious and is extremely professional yet at the same time fun. He even went a little over his time to get more pictures of our reception so he was very flexible and accomodating. Also, we love love love our wedding album! We have been told it is by far the best wedding album anyone has seen. He didn't make into a traditional wedding album but more like a book. He used scenery pictures from our wedding and incorporated with the wedding pictures we picked out for the album. It is just AWESOME the way he put it together!Even my husband's eyes lit up looking at the album and he is a guy's guy that doesn't get too excited or emotional about things like this. He thought it was very cool and even showed it off! If you are looking for a photographer for you Key West wedding look no further than Solaris Photography. Solaris went above and beyond our expectations! He listened to our expectations and noted "special" shots we wanted taken and followed thru with all of them. Planning a destination wedding is stressful and Solaris made sure we were at ease during the whole planning process! Our pictures were relaxed and fun. We received over 800 pictures for review within 3 days of our wedding and once we selected the ones we wanted edited it only took a month! Solaris is an amazing photographer and a great professional! Our pictures are nothing short of stunning and we will be having photographs taken again next year when we visit Key West!

Solaris Gregory did a fantastic job on our wedding photos. We received over 2,000 images with dozens of them enhanced. Then we were able to request a few more to be enhanced. I was amazed at the speed of his work during the event and how quickly we received the photos. He carried around 2 cameras the day-of so we got several angles and styles of photography. Our album came out beautifully. We are so thankful we chose him because we have heard horror stories of other wedding photographers.

WE HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL WEDDING PHOTOS AND WERE SO PLEASED WITH MARCELA AND SOLARIS' WORK. Solaris was amazing and provided great photo's of our wedding. He took us around town to some very beautiful and unique locations prior to the ceremony and then was able to capture some really great moments during the event itself. He then followed us to the reception at a local restaurant and took more pictures. This was a fantastic and easy service and I would highly recommend them. Our photographer Solaris was the best part of our wedding!! His wife responded quickly to emails from the beginning, he was fun, professional and very flexible. We began with meeting on the beach where numerous photos were taken (photos were not being counted). He asked me if there were specific poses I'd like as well as suggesting poses. Then we were surprised that after the ceremony he suggested ideal spots in Key West that he knew would make excellent back drops. We stopped at several spots including Fort Zachary, Duval street, a beautiful fountain and an old building ( don't remember the name but found out later on a tour that it had sad history...but it was beautiful and made great photos!) Our photos arrived quickly on a disc and we had some choices on manipulating photos and/or enhancements. We were more than pleased with Solaris Photography and want to thank them for helping us preserve one of the most happiest days of our lives..:)

Marcela and Solaris are amazing. They are very professional and great at what they do. Marcela organized my wedding day and made things so easy for me. Solaris was my photographer and I can't say enough great things about his work. He took BEAUTIFUL pictures of my ceremony on Smathers Beach and took us to some great locations around Key West. They made us feel very comfortable. Solairs had my pictures to me before I left Key West so was able to enjoy looking at them on my honeymoon. We were planning a small wedding, just the two of us. Because we are from Tennessee and unfamiliar with Key West, Solaris created an efficient itinerary that optimized the number of photographs taken per hour. Being a Key West native he was extremely knowledgeable of the many scenic locations of the island, and he tailored a unique experience that yielded a fantastic wedding album. Despite the threat of a storm, Solaris provided us with images that are vibrant and beautiful. We are extremely happy with our photographs. Also, communication prior to the wedding was very responsive, and we felt very secure with Solaris being responsible for our wedding day memories. We plan on returning to Key West for future anniversaries, and we look forward to having this creative genius capture the celebration.

We used Solaris at our Key West wedding over labor day. He was fabulous and priced very reasonably. We had the CD of all of our images two days after our wedding. It was awesome to see all the pictures so quickly. Solaris was easy to work with, open to suggestions, and made lots of recommendations of good picture ideas. We are pretty laid back so it was very helpful having Solaris make suggestions and make sure we got lots of great shots of all aspects of the wedding. I would highly recommend Solaris Photography!!

We just recently had a shooting with Solaris in Key West. We got married in Germany and had our honeymoon in Key West and took our wedding gown with to have some nice shots at the beach. We arranged the shooting from Germany and it went all perfectly! Solaris and Marcela are super nice and absolutely professional. Solaris has good equipment and an amazing talent! Marcela is AMAZING! She was our wedding videographer and we absolutely love our video. Initially I wasn’t going to have a videographer but I am so glad I did. She was able to capture everything and you never knew she was there, which made everything so natural. You don’t realize as a bride how much of the day you miss trying to take it all in which is why having a video is imperative. She was so great to work with, she completed everything sooner than anticipated. I also recommend getting the video montage, it’s a 4 min. clip set to music you can send to friends/family. I highly recommend Marcela she is unbelievable.

Solaris did an amazing job photographing us at my sister's rehearsal dinner event on the Sebago catamaran in Key West. He was fun, friendly and accommodating. He promptly delivered us a CD with the photos from the boat and we were thrilled. From the pictures he took, I now have my family's christmas card picture. Solaris knew exactly where we should be on the boat for optimum sunset pictures. I would highly recommend him for any and all of your wedding events... We were very impressed with the photography provided by Solaris. We received a disk and rights to all of our pictures within a month of our wedding. He provided great professional photographs for a great valve. I would highly recommend using Solaris Photography.
