Laura is incredible! She made our wedding day the most perfect day I could ask for. Throughout the planning process she had all the answers to my questions and made me feel at ease knowing she had everything under control the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend hiring her as your planner! She will truly make your day magical!

We couldn't have done it without Laura!

Laura was our day-of wedding coordinator, and she made our special day very stress-free! She was communicative, organized, professional, dependable, and overall a pleasure to work with. She was quick to answer questions and help us plan leading up to our wedding. She also attended site visits and communicated with our vendors and bridal parties. It was great to have Laura on our team to make sure everything ran smoothly! We truly had the best day ever thanks to Laura's help.

Laura is the Best!

Laura was wonderful! She answered our questions even outside of our official month of service, she was always so on top of everything quick to answer, and so accommodating of our every need! She made our wedding day go perfectly! Thank you Laura!

Life Saver

I worked with Laura for about 2 years (thanks Covid), but every moment was fantastic. Laura was my coordinator and I don't think I could have survived the week before my wedding without her. I barely feel like I did anything that one week before and it was amazing. She was so sweet and professional (and dealt with any problems with ease). I really cannot stress how fantastic she was. Plus, she helped me so much even before she was "supposed to." If you're searching for a planner/coordinator I cannot recommend her enough!

Excellent wedding planning and coordinating

We were so happy working with Soiree South! They made this stressful year so easy. We had to postpone our date for a few months later but they worked with us and were wonderful during the entire process. Highly recommend them!

Great service!

Thank you so much Laura for organizing our event and Sue for coordinating everything on our especial day. You were both amazing and made everything run smoothly. On the days building up to the wedding, the Coordinator meets with you and goes over every tiny detail of the wedding and add the day gets closer becomes the point of contact for all the vendors. Laura also helped with suggestions for different vendors and services and was always prompt to reply to all my questions. Due to covid and scheduling conflicts, our initial coordinator couldn't make it but instead she had an amazing person (Sue) coordinate our event on our actual wedding date! Sue did an amazing job and had every detail nailed down. Plus, she was so much fun!!! Thank you both!!

Helped me make sense of the chaos

Laura was great to work with. She helped me with everything from figuring out how many people per table to the timeline of the day. I used her services as a day-of coordinator. She helped me with whatever I had questions about and met with me as much as I needed her to. She gave me access to any references and resources she had available to her. I planned everything myself she just really helped to make everything run smoothly. She was amazing.

I would give them 10 stars if that were an option. We had great communication, good organization and a perfect wedding day. Laura was so calming and always so sweet when we talked on the phone or met in person. She gave us lots of great advice along the way - mentioning things we had never even thought of. Our wedding was pretty large so on our wedding day, we had an assistant, Erin working with Laura who was also very helpful! They were both keeping us on time and making sure things ran smoothly. Soiree South is 100% awesome! We recommend them highly.

From the father of the bride

I cannot thank Soiree South & Co. enough. My daughter's wedding day was very well put together. Our families got to sit back, soak all the joy in and have fun. As a dad, all I ever want is my daughter to be happy and her wedding day went exactly how she had hoped. I would recommend this company for any planning needs and I will be using them for our corp events in the future, as well as passing along their contact info to family and friends for any planning needs on future weddings out there.

So much great help

I thought I could handle all the wedding planning stuff myself and found myself getting overwhelmed and stressed after only a couple of weeks. I started looking around for a planner who could help me to be able to plan my own wedding. I found Soiree South via a friend from work who had worked with them for her own wedding. They had a package of services that fit exactly what I needed. I ended up having fun during the planning time leading up to our big day and on the day of, our ceremony and reception were managed flawlessly. I think as brides we view a planner or coordinator as an "option" but I would say now after having been through the "bride experience" that a planner or coordinator is a "must have" if you want to really enjoy yourself. There are so many little things that have to be managed on the day of and I know I would have been working so hard at my wedding had it not been for our planner. They were always kind, concerned and caring. Offered us tons of good advice and very professional.

This was the first vendor we hired after we booked our venue. I just knew I needed help with planning and ideas, etc. We used Soiree South for coordinating services and this was the smartest vendor hire on our list of vendors we had. Money well spent! They were 100% amazing. We are so grateful for all their help before and on our wedding day.

Professional, organized and so wonderful to work with

My mom hired Soiree South to plan our wedding and we were so glad she did. I live and work in Atlanta and my mom lives back home in Denver so she knew I'd need some guidance along the wedding planning way with her living so far away. I really enjoyed the process and our wedding was organized, very beautiful and everything went so well. We all got to enjoy our wedding day without worrying about things and it was the best day ever. We would definitely recommend Soiree South.

A necessity when wedding planning

These planners were amazing. As a parent hoping for the best day for my daughter, I can tell you working with this group of professional planners was a godsend. We knew nothing about wedding planning and they guided us through the entire process, and my daughter's wedding was everything she had always dreamed of. My wife and I got to enjoy the event as if we were a guest which meant so much for us - this is our one daughter/only child so we wanted to relish every second. We did just that thanks to Soiree South.

perfect for what we needed

They did a very nice job for us A+ - 10 stars! Our three coordinators on the day were magnificent! We worked with Laura for most the months leading up to our wedding, and she was terrific. She was so nice and never laughed at my silly questions or crazy off-beat ideas ha ha. I was referred to them by my neighbor and have since passed on Soiree South's information to other friends planning their wedding. So we definitely were happy (truly 100% happy). A good vendor to have on your team.

Just could not have made it through planning my wedding without Laura and her team. They all did a great job and we were over the moon happy with them. Thank you Soiree South! Planner and designer

So glad my co-worker recommended Soiree South & Co. She used them for her wedding 3 years ago that I went to and it was great! Fast forward - they did a great job planning our wedding and managing it from start to finish as well. We purchased our flowers from them also, so Soiree South & Co. not only planned our wedding but they also did our design. Everything was beautiful and just exactly what we wanted. The flowers were beautiful and high quality. The bouquets were fragrant and so pretty. My bridesmaids loved them and usually they just leave them behind at weddings but everyone wanted to keep theirs which made me happy. Our centerpieces were perfect. We were very pleased and will definitely use Soiree South again for other events and refer them to our friends. Our pictures came out so good and this was because everything was so pretty and the day was well-organized.

Good planning and coordinating services

Loved working with Laura and Krista. Laura did a great job leading up to the big day - getting us organized, planned out and helping us with answers to our questions all along the way (and we had so many) and Krista was onsite the day of to help manage our crowd and set up. We were very happy.

Second time working with Soiree South

We worked with Soiree South during my brother's wedding about 5 years ago in Atlanta and my mom's first advice to us was to contact them for help with our wedding this year. They were the first vendor we hired after we picked our date and booked our venue. We enjoyed working with Laura and I've no doubt we will be seeing her again at another family member's wedding or friend's wedding in the very near future. Paying for a coordinator is so worth the money.

The best thing to do is hire a planner - this one!

They were the best! This was my favorite vendor by far! I was going crazy before I hired them and almost canceled my wedding wanting to wait several months later because planning was harder than I thought it would be. Hired Soiree South & Co. and my mind was put to rest. We kept our original date and they got us on track. We had an absolutelblast on our wedding day! My venue recommended Soiree South to me - whew! - so grateful for that!

Recommendation

We worked with Laura through the months leading up to our wedding for full wedding planning services. Everything was great. She was very helpful and always nice and professional. Ae we approached the week of our wedding, we saw all the loose ends come together with Soiree South's organization and knowledge, and that weekend before our wedding week - I knew we were completely ready to enjoy a great week. On our wedding day, we had two Soiree South coordinators (Erin and Katherine) working with Laura to manage our crowd and our venue is pretty spread out so we needed the extra hands on deck. Our wedding day was perfect! We saw how hard these ladies were working for us and honestly could not have made it through the day with as much enjoyment as we had without them helping to manage our day. Our vendors we worked with also had nothing but good things to say about Laura and her team. I would recommend this company to anyone planning a big event or wedding (or even a small one!).

Honestly, five stars is not enough because Laura is absolutely amazing! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly disposition makes her the best-of-the-best. Nothing but a positive experience with this group. Hard working, helpful and useful service. Pleasant to work and plan with. They really cared about us and our wedding, and that we enjoyed our wedding day. We had a large wedding with 325 people and used two of their coordinators on the day of our wedding but worked with Laura throughout the many months before. Everything was great.

There are not enough words for the appreciation I have for Soiree South. I could not have survived my wedding week had it not be for Laura and her calming demeanor and organization. We were not going to hire a coordinator thinking it was not necessary; however, as I got nearer to our wedding date - panic starting setting in with my worrying and I wasn't sleeping well (major stress!). We found Laura via a co-worker's recommendation (she had used them for her wedding 3 years ago) and once I met with her - the weight was completely lifted off my shoulders and I knew we were in good hands. Our wedding was perfectly organized and we got to enjoy it without having to tell people what to do and worrying about times of things. The only mishap we had was my maid of honor's dress zipper broke but we had Laura (our coordinator) there and she sewed her into the gown in 5 minutes flat all while we girls enjoyed our last sips of our mimosa's in the green room of our venue. Instead of being in hyper-panic mode over that - we were all okay and calm. This was 10 minutes before our ceremony was to start. So, the fact that she did that alone was a lifesaver! I loved our wedding day.

Found Soiree South via word of mouth - my neighbor. They did a great job providing full planning for my daughter's wedding and reception. We also used them to plan our rehearsal dinner. We are already using them for another family event coming up in 2018. I would recommend this planner to anyone wanting good customer service and extra help with planning. We got so much great attention and help. Thank you.

Awesome help! Would not have survived the crazy wedding planning months without them. Definitely would say to hire Soiree South for wedding services. I would use them again for a big party and when my sister gets married - Soiree South will be my mom's first call! That might be soon ;-) ;-) we're thinking!

Very happy with services. I am the groom and kind of got thrown into the "planning thing" when my wife (my wonderful future bride at the time) had her work travel get amp'd up and was gone all week on marketing assignments. Laura with Soiree South walked me through everything for 8 months. We were very happy with all the help we got and would highly recommend her planning and event management services. It was totally worth the costs.

My wife was referred to Soiree South by an office co-worker who had been pleased with their work. We met our coordinator and signed up immediately. Until that day - we were a mess - so stressed out. All our worries immediately put to rest. Our plans were organized during the next weeks and the day played out just like we wanted. We just sent a second friend to our coordinator (already sent one a month ago) - they've both hired Soiree South and the chain of appreciation will continue I am sure.

Would give more stars if I could! Thank you Laura for all you did for us. YES - our wedding went off without any problems and was fabulous thanks to Laura Wright and Soiree South. We worked with Laura for seven months and then she orchestrated and made everything happen the way it supposed to. Perfect day. Very pleasant and friendly with a calming spirit. My mom passed away three years ago so it was nice having Laura with me to walk me through this "adventure". Thank you to Karen (her assistant) for being there on the big day as well. We also got our flowers from them which were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. and had been dreaming of for years LOL (yep, I am one of those girls! - planning my wedding since I was 8! haha!). The flowers were important to me and I was blown away by the prettiness and they smelled good too! All our decor was stunning. I preserved my bouquet and it is so beautiful. I never write reviews/ good or bad but I will in this case because the help I got from Soiree South was above and beyond. Honestly I could not have done this without Laura as our planner. I kind of got stuck (dreaded this) planning our wedding due to my fiance having to work out of the country during the majority of our engagement. Our friends recommended Soiree South to us and I cannot tell you what a godsend having a planner was! Laura helped me get through this - walking me through the process step by step. We had so much help and my wife was happy (whew!). It was a really nice wedding and party afterwards. All of the vendors she told us to look at to hire were top! We got lots of compliments on EVERYTHING. I am still on Cloud 9 and so proud (relieved) my wife is happy. I will refer Soiree South to anyone getting married or planning a big party. I will use them again for corporate events at my company for sure.

We used them for planning and got to work with Laura. She led us through the whole process with lots of great ideas, advice. Money and time saving tips were great and brought up so many things we never would have thought of to make our wedding day great. We had a very large wedding so on the day Laura brought an assistant coordinator with her (Katherine). They both were friendly, professional and hard working. The even arrived a couple of hours before and set up little personal things I had purchased for decor. This made it possible for our sisters to be able to enjoy the bridesmaid fun more instead of having to set up. Our vendors we all great and this was all due to the great suggestions we received. I will tell all of my engaged friends to consider using Soiree South.

Father of the bride here. I really wasn't interested in all the fluff and stuff of the wedding but more so with logistics, organization and planning (and budget - let's not forget that part). We were referred to Soiree South by our church friends and this was by far my favorite vendor we had. My nerves were constantly calmed and put to ease through this process (I have three daughters all around the same age - need I say more LOL!). For a year this wedding overtook our lives but I was glad to have the guidance and support Laura provided me and my family with throughout. We ended up hiring a coordinator last minute. I really had not planned on doing this and it was never part of my budget. My cake lady recommended Soiree South and then my florist recommended them too so I figured I might as well give them a call and see if it was even do-able with my left over wedding budget. After a few phone calls about the package we needed and one meeting in person I immediately felt relief that my day was going to be much less stressful and I was going to be able to enjoy it. Our coordinator worked out a great timeline and we got organized for our rehearsal. Our rehearsal was completed in a timely manner and she was good at wrangling everyone up and getting them to listen (which I know had to be difficult with our crowd). One of the extra tasks I had asked if she would mind doing for me was to set out some decor items which I was furnishing myself (candles, pictures, guest book and some vases for our bridesmaid bouquets on the piano). I made sure to give her a list/map of where I wanted everything and everything was set out exactly as I wished. She followed my instructions exactly! My mom was going to have to do this but thankfully with our coordinator adding this to her list of duties - my mom had a chance to be with me before the ceremony. My wedding day was perfect and thankfully so - and this was mainly due to our wonderful coordinator! I cannot speak highly enough of Soiree South and will recommend their services to anyone. Our coordinator was very kind, patient and organized. She was great with my older guests and helped them get food and even though some of our guests were on the wild side - she was always friendly with a smile. I was very happy and will be sending couples her way. I would give a 10 star rating if I could!

Laura and Kate were life savers! I had been trying to book a day of coordinator for months and hadn't received responses from most coordinating vendors. Our caterer, Sun in my Belly, directed us to Soiree South and we couldn't have been happier. Not only were they able to step in as our day of coordinators in the month leading up to our wedding, they provided flawless service. Our wedding was beautiful and seamless thanks to Laura and team. Soiree South was incredibly responsive which is key when you're within the month of the wedding. I never write reviews but have been meaning to do so in this case. Soiree South provided so much help for us. We hired them for coordinating our wedding and reception (everyone should have a wedding coordinator that they bring into the plans with them). I almost was settled on our venue coordinator and realized they manage the venue and not my plans, wants and needs. Soiree South handled so much for us during our wedding week and on the day (SO MUCH MORE!!!). I would have fallen apart emotionally and ran away (lol!) if I had to pull everything together on my wedding day and constantly worry if this or that was being done. So glad I found Soiree South on this website and so glad I hired them. She had all of my plans ironed out, rock solid and I was SO RELAXED on my wedding day.

I contacted Soiree South very late in the planning process. I hired Soiree South after working for several months with another planner (things were not getting done with the other planner and I was getting very stressed out). A friend of mine told me about Laura with Soiree South. My wedding was at the end of October and I first called Soiree South at the end of July! Yikes, I know - not much time. Laura was able to get me back on track, wrangle my crazy - out of control budget back on track and hire the many vendors that I still needing plus get my design work completed on such short notice. I would not have survived this whole thing without Laura by my side. Soiree South provided wedding planning, coordinating and our flowers and other decorations!! Our flowers were so beautiful! I was OVER THE MOON happy with them. I was able to get a mock up bouquet to approve before placing my final order and this helped me to know what I was actually going to end up with at the end of the day. I was very happy with Laura, her team and our wedding was planned in a very short amount of time (our first planner hardly did anything and Laura completely picked up the pieces and pulled everything together and right under budget too!). I would definitely recommend Soiree South for any bride. My beautiful October wedding happened as I had always dreamed and pictured it would and I am so grateful I ended up with Soiree South/Laura as my planner.

I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding last year and she used Soiree South so I made sure to pick a wedding date so Soiree South could help me with my planning. She did such a great job for my friend so it was a no brainer selecting them as my planner. Working with Laura is wonderful. Wasn't planning on hiring a coordinator but realized soon after I started planning my wedding how much I hated wedding planning (not for me at all). Laura and her team were wonderful to work with. She was recommended to me by two vendors (separately). First my cake baker mentioned her and then my photographer recommended her. Thankfully, she had my date free and II got lots of help, good advice and she took all my stress away. Our wedding was a success because of the work that Soiree South did for us! I live in California, and our wedding was in Savannah, GA, so Laura had to do all of the legwork without me.
When we were first picking a wedding planner, we spoke with a few and there were some who scoffed at our budget and said it was too low and wouldn't work with us. Then there were a few who said they would work with us, but that we would have to "find a way to increase our budget." However, Laura had our best interest at heart from the start and wanted to do the wedding our way! She really listened to our goals and expectations, and she understood my "vision" for the wedding, and she made it all come to life. She was so respectful of our budget as well, and she was able to stretch it and made our small budget look lavish and luxurious.
We really didn't have any problems with any of the vendors at the wedding because Laura vetted everyone, and she planned everything and made it all look like it was a piece of wedding cake!
Laura kept us on budget, and she made sure all of my DIY projects were happening on schedule so that I wasn't overwhelmed, and everything was complete before the week of the wedding so my fiancé and I could try to relax!
She also had really great suggestions about vendors and ways to tie everything together. She suggested a fabulous photographer, got us a beautiful cake stand and serving set, and she suggested the greatest caterer!!!! Seriously, my family is still complimenting me on the food!!!
Her advice ran the gamut from professional and budget related to dresses, and even personal stuff when I had a conflict with a bridesmaid. She calm, helpful and professional.
Soiree South also did our flowers, and they were BEAUTIFUL. I cannot tell you how outstandingly lovely the flowers were - simply gorgeous.
Laura Wright and Soiree South made our day beautiful, stress free, and memorable. Hire Her!

Very professional and affordable service. Always promptly returned calls and emails. Was willing to meet as many times face to face and for venue walk throughs as I wanted. A last minute decision to hire a planner for our rehearsal dinner for the wedding taking place the next day. Easily my daughter's planner added this on to her services (another event to be planned out) and seamlessly provided us with beautiful plans and took the work off of my shoulders.

Laura of Soiree South & Co. is extremely competent, responsive, professional, and overall just wonderful. We hired Laura for day-of coordination services, but she went way above and beyond to help me throughout the whole wedding process. She was always willing to meet with me, answer any questions or solve problems that I had, and always very quickly. Laura offers much more than any of the other wedding planners I researched and her rates are very reasonable. The day of our wedding went perfectly and everything was on time and beautiful. My mom and I kept saying how we didn't know how we would have pulled off the wedding without her! Laura is incredible, I highly recommend her!
