Soho Catering did an incredible job for our wedding. From the very beginning, they were communicative, kind, and truly attentive to what we envisioned. They invited my husband and me in for a tasting to make sure we were happy with our selections and were willing to work within our budget. With their thoughtful recommendations and suggestions, we were able to craft a menu we were genuinely excited about.
Throughout the planning process, they remained consistently helpful and easy to reach. Tabby, in particular, was wonderful to work with—warm, organized, and dedicated to making our day special. On the wedding day itself, everything was beautiful. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food, and the cocktails they served were a huge hit. Some staff even brought me my own personal hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while taking our photos during cocktail hour as they know I look forward to that part of weddings!
One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was the way Tabby went above and beyond to incorporate a few special details in honor of my husband’s sister. It meant so much to us and showed just how much care they put into their work.
Despite having to switch to plan B due to the rain, the Soho team handled the space flip seamlessly. The staff was courteous, respectful, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the value was absolutely worth the price.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Soho Catering to anyone hosting an event. They truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable. -

I used Kari the Girl for the Joseph and Victoria Jividen's wedding at Two Streams One Heart venue. She knocked it out of the ballpark. She worked with the Bride's vision and gave the BEST advice!!!! I would be willing to talk to anyone if they wanted to talk to someone she created such a gorgeous event for. -

Soho was the perfect caterer for our wedding! Our food was one of the absolute most important things for us to get right and Rebekah and the team at Soho delivered perfect results – our guests were raving for weeks afterwards. We opted for a family style meal, and it was out of this world! Great portions, amazing flavor, perfect timing of everything so that no course felt too close together or too far apart. Not only was our dinner perfect, but the passed apps and grazing table we added for cocktail hour were huge hits as well. Rebekah herself was a huge highlight to our experience, providing prompt communication and stellar behind the scenes work. She was attentive during our tasting and made every necessary change without ever having to be reminded. Our guests with dietary restrictions were well taken care of, being provided with separate meals with no errors made. Mac was our bartender for our wedding, and he was also a big highlight! He had amazing energy, and the drinks were absolutely incredible. We had created our own cocktails, and they were executed perfectly. Soho is definitely worth the investment and delivers a seamless experience. -

Their food is absolutely amazing!!! SoHo catered for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party and did an outstanding job. Rebekah was great to work with, and the food and service were impeccable. SoHo provided several different passed apps, and a plated meal with 3 different entrée options for our 100 rehearsal dinner guests. Then they handled the liquor and desserts for approximately 170 guests at our welcome party. Everything looked beautiful and tasted fantastic! -

Soho Catering provided a fantastic service for our wedding. The food was delicious and the personnel were professional and attentive. When we had our initial tasting with them we struggled to finalize our menu because everything was so good. Rebekah helped guide us through the process and we were able to put our trust in her. We received many compliments from guests regarding the food. Additionally, our venue was BYOB and Rebekah was able to help us in figuring out the proper amount of drinks to bring. We would recommend SoHo catering to anyone that enjoys good food and professional staff. -

Soho was incredibly easy to work with. Every single change we requested over the year of working with them planning our wedding, they remembered and executed on wedding day. Rebekah was so helpful with any question we had. Guests raved about the food for our dinner. In addition, the waitstaff came to the ceremony site after we finished the ceremony and as photos were happening to offer food and water to our family members waiting around. They went above and beyond in every aspect! -

Over a week after our wedding and guests are STILL raving about the incredible food from SoHo Catering! I cannot speak highly enough about the level of service and hospitality provided for our big day in Austin, TX. Additionally, we were fortunate to work with Tabi for almost a year leading up to the wedding day. She responded quickly and made our wedding food dreams come true. The range of options available from SoHo Catering can meet any preference or budget and I guarantee is the highest quality. We added late night food to our package and I don't think I have ever seen so many happy guests dancing with Breakfast Tacos and Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits. SoHo provided outstanding food and service for our daughter's wedding.
Tabi was a tremendous help throughout helping us plan the perfect menu for our guests.
From appetizers thru the main course; we had so many options to choose from and settled in on two stations with several delicious options for our guest. Their staff provided responsive, attentive service throughout the event. Guests were served with a smile. We're still receiving kind notes from guests about the wedding and everyone mentions the fantastic food prepared by SoHo. I recommend SoHo for any event but don't miss the opportunity to book them for your wedding. Thank you to Tabi and the entire SoHo team for a job well done and food very much enjoyed !!! -

We worked with Tabitha as our catering manager and she was very friendly, organized, and made everything so seamless for us. The food and drinks were EXCEPTIONAL! We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Everything was fresh and flavorful, including the drinks. It tasted like I as at a nice restaurant instead of tasting like typical "wedding food". -

Choosing SoHo as our catering team was the best decision we could've made. From the initial planning through the big day, everything felt seamless. Rebekah and Tabi are incredibly helpful and responsive, and the food itself was unbelievable.
Many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. It can sometimes be a gamble to do buffet style as there's concerns on whether you drop a little quality with quantity, but WOW has SoHo perfected it. Seriously - I have friends still talking about our short ribs weeks after the wedding.
The catering staff was amazing - a well-oiled machine in their setup and distribution. With buffets, you can worry about the guests sitting for too long before they eat, but again, SoHo knows how to work this and keep it efficient. They're also great with accommodating allergies.
Both the food and the employees are amazing - you can't go wrong if they choose them as your food vendor for the big day! -

From the very start Rebekah and SoHo were absolutely amazing. They were there to accommodate and really leaned in to all of our requests for our big wedding day. I wanted a roaming oyster bar during cocktail hour, done. I really wanted confetti cannons to go off on the dance floor and the venue said only if the catering company agreed to clean up, done. I requested specific recipes for our signature cocktails, done. We even ran out of vodka…. And Rebekah ran to the liquor store and stocked up on more. Truly they went above and beyond. The food itself, nothing short of perfect. I still have guests telling me “that was the best wedding food I’ve ever had”. I am so thankful to have hired the best in the business to cater our wedding. They were so good we are using them again next year for my sisters wedding and I can’t wait to try the different menu items. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere and just book SoHo they are amazing! Thank yall for being a part of our big day! -

I am a planner in the area and recently had my first wedding with SOHO as my clients' caterer. I cannot say enough amazing things about SOHO's team during pre-booking, throughout the final catering planning, and on the day of the wedding. The food was phenomenal, services was great, and they were so wonderful when it came to taking care of our long list of dietary restrictions. Tabi was the manager we worked with, and she was always prompt & positive with her responses to our catering questions which put this planner's mind at ease. The wedding was at Ma Maison and Tabi & the SOHO team know the venue so well which was such an amazing asset when it comes to knowing the "ins and outs" of the venue and knowing the inventory the venue provides. In addition to Tabi, our night-of catering lead David was amazing and very friendly. They didn't miss a thing throughout the evening, and I cannot thank them enough for providing my couple and their loved ones with the best food and service. They quickly have moved up to the top of my preferred caterer list and I cannot wait to work with them again in the future. Thank you again SOHO! SoHo catered our wedding and was fantastic! The food at our wedding was incredible - all of the appetizers, especially, were hits, but everything was top tier. The staff was professional and very nice, and the service went off without a hitch. Before the wedding, their team was communicative and organized, making the experience very easy on us. They were flexible with last minute changes to tablecloths/napkins that I requested and were so polite about it. We highly recommend SoHo for your wedding! -

Soho catered our wedding in Dripping Springs for 200 people and did a great job. We did a family style meal which worked out great, there was plenty of food for everyone. People were raving about it the next day. We went with short rib and pecan chicken. Would recommend using them again. -

Soho catered and bar tended at our wedding. We had passed apps for the cocktail hour and a buffet style dinner; everything was delicious. Rebekah was great to work with and accommodated all of our requests for the menu. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting on the food. The bar tenders kept the drinks going and were really fun to interact with. So grateful for all the staff that were there to keep everyone full and happy. -

Soho Catering provided delicious food and excellent service for our wedding! During dinner, my husband stood up to speak with some of our friends at various tables. As soon as we stood up, several people simultaneously asked us where the food was from because it was so delicious. On the day of our wedding, SoHo made sure we had drinks in our hands, food on our plates, and even gave us two to-go boxes to have the next day. While planning our wedding, Rebekah was excellent to work with and coordinated all of our rentals on our behalf through Premiere Events. The entire process was smooth, simple, and I have no negative feedback or constructive criticism to provide. -

We tried a few different caterers and decided on SoHo purely based on taste. It was only later that we found out that they were the most reasonably priced! All of our guests loved the food and SoHo was accommodating through the whole process. If we ever have another event that we need catered in the Austin area, we will be sure to use them again! -

I do not have enough kind words to give SoHo catering. Planning a wedding during covid was hard. Our venue had a catering vendor list which we had to choose from (no outside caterers). We picked a caterer, but they unfortunately went under due to covid and we were left scrambling. Our venue let us know they added SoHo to their vendor list, but we were so bummed because they were not in our radar at all. We took a leap of faith and started contacting SoHo, and they curated a menu for us and brought us in for a tasting. Chef Joe and Carly were amazing and so welcoming. Our meals were just insanely good, but we fully expected the wedding day meal quality to not be as good for our 260 person guest count. We were so wrong!!! The food was soooo good and fresh. Our guests literally still talk about how our wedding had the best food. We've had several friends even recreate our butternut squash soup and steak and chimichurri sauce and apps when they went back home because they missed our food... what a compliment! We got married 9 months ago by the way. My husband and I are planning on a private catered meal with Soho for our 1 year anniversary because we want to eat our wedding meal again.
Our only negative was that our guests did not receive their meal at the same time. We found out this is because they were making the food fresh in the back. Our guests didn't complain- we just happened to notice. They said they didn't care it was late because the amazing food made up for any lateness.
I said I wouldn't have enough words, but clearly I did. SoHo was the best surprise vendor for us. We're so glad we went with them. -

I was out of state trying to put a wedding reception together, for my daughter, in a very short period time. I had contacted several vendors asking for information and quotes, and was very frustrated with the unprofessionalism in the industry when I came upon SoHo catering and Tabithia. I am so grateful I found them both. Because I was from out of state, I needed to find someone who I not only trusted, but who I also felt extremely comfortable with. I immediately felt comfortable with Tabithia. Tabithia was a great communicator and did everything she said she would do. When she said she would call me, she called. When she said she would get me information, she got me that information (in an extremely timely manner). From the beginning she promised that she would take care of me and that my reception would go off seamlessly. She kept her promise. My reception was a success in a large part due to SoHo and Tabithia. They were timely, professional, and had a great crew! Everyone was smiling and polite and so helpful. The food was amazing! I had so many people comment on how good the food it was. I also had so many people comment on how great the staff was. I’m so VERY grateful I found Tabithia and SOHO! I’ve already recommended them, and I would definitely use them again! 10/10 -

We used SoHo catering for our wedding on May 13th, 2022 and we were absolutely blown away. Not only was Rebekah incredibly professional and kind the entire time, but she accommodated our requests up until the week before our wedding and helped us make the dinner and dessert portion of our wedding perfect! We loved the food when we tasted it, but we were even more blown away on the day of our wedding. Not to mention, SoHo was definitely the most affordable option for us. A few of our guests texted us the next day and said the dinner was the best meal they have had in a few years, that's how good it was! They helped us pull off our dream of a "Texas bbq, yet formal" meal and even added a brownie and ice cream bar during dancing! We can't recommend SoHo enough!! -

Soho provided the catering for my daughter’s December 2021 wedding and they exceeded our expectations! We worked with Carly and she did a fantastic job coordinating the event. From scheduling our initial tasting to sending information on pricing and answering our many questions, she was very professional and timely in her communications with us. When the weather forecast changed a few days before our wedding, she went above and beyond and reached out to our coordinator to discuss a back up seating arrangement in case of rain. The food was elegant but not stuffy- chicken and waffles and pork tostadas for appetizers, pecan chicken, short ribs, four cheese macaroni and cheese- my nephews are still talking about the mac & cheese!! (Seriously- when do teenage boys comment on wedding food?? It was that good!!) We had many guests comment on how great the food was, many saying it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding. We had a large guest count- around 300- and the service Carly and her team provided was seamless. The bartenders provided by Soho did a great job- the specialty cocktail looked and tasted exactly as we wanted, and the hot cocoa bar was a hit with the guests as well! The staff was professional and courteous and attentive as they served our guests. They did an incredible job with the set up and tear down of the ceremony and reception, and everything looked amazing. The staff paid attention to detail, and the tables and place settings looked beautiful. I can’t imagine a better experience than what we had. A caterer can make or brake the experience of an event and I would definitely recommend them to others. I would most certainly use them again- I’m hoping I’ll have an opportunity to have their mac & cheese again! 😊 -

I booked SoHo for my December 2021 wedding as a recommendation from my venue - now I would not recommend anyone else for catering needs. The booking process was easy and the food was INCREDIBLE. Carly was so flexible in terms of finalizing total guest count, payment, and communication. She was an amazing person to work with leading up to the event. We had a self-serve buffet style for the wedding and all the guests raving about the food. There was a hiccup during the event though (NOTE HOW IM STILL GIVING THEM A FIVE STAR RATING!!) Since the buffet was self-serve, we ran out of chicken for our last 2 tables. SoHo was able to serve some chicken tenders as a substitute but the real customer service gold star was that late-night pizza was ordered since we ran out of food. It was such a nice surprise. We also had used their bartending service for beer and wine, no complaints at all. SoHo is a great catering service with incredible workers, would recommend to everyone! -

My venue required that we select a caterer from a list of about seven catering companies. My husband and I hired SoHo Catering to cater our wedding. It was reasonably priced and the food is DELICIOUS!
We had a longer engagement than planned (due to COVID) so we got to know the catering coordinator quite well. Rebekah was an absolute delight to work with. She is extremely professional, responsive, and punctual. Everything went seamlessly on our wedding day. It’s been several weeks since our wedding and our guests are still raving about the food! HIGHLY recommend Soho Catering! -

SoHo Catering helped me have the most non-stressful, wonderful wedding! I worked with Carly and she emailed with me for months as I asked her millions of questions. She double and triple checked with me throughout the planning process. The day of, the staff was so pleasant and fun. They were timely. They set up and cleaned up so quickly and efficient. After leaving the wedding, they all yelled congratulations at us and it was so nice and fun. The food was TO DIE FOR delicious. We had bbq and spinach artichoke dip for appetizer. The whole wedding was in awe of the deliciousness and high quality of the food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. absolutely zero complaints. -

I don’t write many online reviews, but I feel like I need to for SoHo because they did such an amazing job.
Background: We used SoHo for our 120 person wedding at the end of May. SoHo provided bar tending, appetizers at cocktail hour, and buffet style dinner service.
Pre-Wedding Service: Before hiring a caterer, I figured execution on the day the wedding would be the most important piece. Looking back though, what I appreciate most about SoHo was their extremely helpful and attentive support through the planning process. We worked with Rebekah. I can’t overstate how helpful she was or how important she was to the wedding’s success. Wedding planning involves so much detail, and details change. Every time we had a change Rebekah was there for us. She provided answers and advice, updated proposal pricing (many times), accommodated last minute guest-specific dietary preference updates, and coordinated with other vendors (rentals) all while maintaining such a calming, friendly, and customer-centric attitude.
Service at Wedding: The SoHo team members were extremely friendly and professional. We had to activate the rain plan for the reception and the SoHo team sprang into action and executed on the changes flawlessly.
Food quality: We had tastings with SoHo and Rosemary’s. The food quality was excellent at both. Our tasting group was evenly split in choosing which they preferred, but everyone agreed that they were both excellent. The food at the wedding itself was similarly excellent and our guests had unanimously positive feedback.
Value: Weddings are so expensive, and catering is one of the largest line items. We sourced quotes from several vendors and found SoHo to be the best value by a surprisingly large margin. At the time, I remember wondering if this implied reduced or inattentive service but from my comments above this clearly was not the case.
Conclusion: Of the gazillion decisions we made in planning this wedding, choosing to hire SoHo catering was perhaps the best and most impactful one.
PS: I remember one doubt I had when we were choosing was that SoHo has a relatively small number of online reviews—fewer than other caterers we were considering. SoHo didn’t request a review from us after the wedding. Maybe SoHo is putting a smaller percentage of their time and effort into marketing than other competitors? Maybe this review will help close the gap?
TLDR; Emphatic praise for SoHo. You should hire them for your wedding. -

SOHO was so INCREDIBLE to work with! I cannot say enough positive things. Our original caterer went out of business due to the pandemic and we were so unsure of how to move forward. Luckily we were able to link up with the fantastic Rebekah, with whom we had worked previously via the other caterer, and she was able to recreate our entire original menu. She was very thoughtful and professional and really took the time to work with us on everything.
We needed the entire wedding to be gluten free, as well as have vegan options, and they came through! They were really willing to work with us to make sure all the gluten free recipes were perfect. We had all our favorite foods made into delicious little tiny sized gluten free treats. We had tiny arepas, tiny tacos, mini corn dog bites, individual bowls of korma curry, crispy potato skins - ALL GLUTEN FREE. And we also had some wonderful wagyu beef with a nice salad and cheesy grits with veggies. Everything tasted incredible. Several people texted me the next day to ask who did the catering.
Oh, and they were also able to make my requested cocktail - FROZEN APEROL SPRITZ! :)
The service and value was wonderful as well. Like I said, can't say enough wonderful things about SOHO. -

My husband and I talk big game about loving to cook and eat good food, so having food and drinks that reflected our taste was important to us. Having a big crowd (180+ ppl) to feed, we knew that we would have to cater to a wide array of pallette but were weary of a basic buffet selection. We booked SoHo Catering before doing a tasting due to travel/covid reasons and picked a beef-chicken-potato-veg-salad-bread spread as well as a few passed appetizers. When we were able to go to their tasting room, we were BLOWN AWAY!!!
First of all. Carly was extremely helpful and communicative from the initial quote all the way through post-event check-ins. She dealt with last minute additions (desserts + late night snacks), indecision regarding our signature cocktails, and fluctuating numbers due to covid. Secondly, the food was absolutely incredible!!! The passed appetizers (burrata caprese/crab cake/mini chicken + waffle**) were our favorite!! The entrees (wagyu beef w. Horseradish cream/green chile goat cheese stuffed chicken**/sour cream whipped potatoes/seasonal veggies/southwest salad/focaccia) were praised by our guests as the best wedding food they’ve ever had and some went back for thirds. Honestly, they could have a successful restaurant and I’m so glad they satisfied our large guest count.
Lastly, SoHo Catering is almost a one-stop-shop. They set up tables, provide standard dishware/glassware/flatware, rent linens/napkins (included in cost), tray pass food + drinks, bartend (with us being able to provide our own alcohol!!), and clean/clear tables. They worked so well with our venue, planner, and us as the couple.
Book them!!! Your tummy and your guests will thank you!

Soho catering was AMAZING. I had *so many* guests tell me this was "the best food they've ever had at a wedding" - including my husband who was blown away by their brisket. I couldn't believe how great the food was. Their staff & team were also incredibly professional, arrived early, worked well with us every day leading up to the event to make sure things were planned out. They exceeding expectations. SoHo Catering was amazing to work with! Once the pandemic hit, my husband and I went back and forth on guest count and made changes to the menu. They were extremely accommodating and even allowed us to come back in for another tasting. They were always so kind, so responsive, and made planning a wedding during a pandemic so much easier. And the food? OMG the food is incredible! They have so many amazing choices to choose from, and my husband and I struggled to even finalize the menu because everything we tasted was that good! Our guests were raving about dinner all night. I hope to use SoHo for future events and recommend them to anyone looking for catering services. They’re top notch! -

Our guests just raved about the food at our daughter's wedding reception. Even our relative who is a BBQ expert complimented the BBQ. The servers were very polite and attentive. Soho Catering went above and beyond for our wedding, even upgrading us to China day of when I could originally only fit plasticware in my budget due to downsizing. It was an amazingly elevated experience. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they LOVED the food. "Best wedding food I've ever had" My uncle is the worlds biggest Texas BBQ critic (competes in competitions) and was RAVING about the brisket. I also witnessed non salad eaters going back for just the wedge salad because it was that good. I could eat their mac and cheese for breakfast lunch and dinner. From the tasting with Carly to the day of service their staff is top notch, bringing us appetizers during wedding party shots after so we didn't starve and bringing drinks to higher risk guests. Day of we were running slightly behind schedule (due to my impossible bustle!!) and they worked their magic to speed up the service and get us back on track so we had plenty of time to enjoy dancing and the rest of the evening after dinner! They sent my husband and I out in the getaway with 2 giant boxes of food which we very much enjoyed in our hotel suite. We could not recommend this team more! -

I don't have enough words to say how incredible SOHO Catering is, they are truly amazing! Tiffany, the Catering Director, immediately made us feel excited, prepared, and informed during the planning process. She took her time to go through logistics, ideas, and more. Before, during, and after, their team was flawless, professional, positive, flexible, and exceptional. During the wedding, the staff was prompt, polite, and diligent in their duties. EVERYONE raved about how incredible their service was. Now the food... AMAZING. I can't tell you how many of our guest told us, " That's the best wedding food I've ever had, I've never cleared a plate at a wedding before." Soho did an absolutely incredible job for our wedding, and we could not have been happier with our experience. From the very beginning, their team was communicative, kind, and genuinely attentive to our vision. They invited my husband and me in for a tasting to make sure we felt confident and excited about our menu, and they were more than willing to work within our budget. They even modified dishes to accommodate gluten and peanut allergies, which meant so much to us and made all our guests feel included. With their thoughtful recommendations and guidance, we were able to create a menu that felt perfect for us.
Throughout the planning process, Soho remained consistently helpful and easy to reach. Tabi, in particular, was such a joy to work with. She was warm, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. She even helped me with additional items beyond the food, like linens and tableware, which made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free. On the wedding day itself, everything was beautiful. Our guests could not stop talking about how amazing the food was.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Soho Austin Catering to anyone hosting an event. They played such a huge role in making our wedding day unforgettable. -

Foundation Foods then, what is now SoHo Catering will be talked about as our wedding dinner by all of our guests forever. We we're looking for a unique dinner for ourselves and guests to experience in central Texas and knew immediately we wanted that Cajun flare. SoHo came recommended as a preferred catering company through our venue and they did not disappoint. Tiffany team are polite, attentive, experienced and The Chef know's his way around Louisiana. As our wedding day was just at the 2nd phase of Texas reopening, SoHo was able to accommodate the constant change within state legislature to keep us and our guests safe and within regulation all while doing it with a smile (behind masks of course). Our passed appetizers, duck breast gumbo and crab cakes are still talked about as the second Favorited dishes next to the grits bar. Tiffany and her team went above and beyond with their service and even made sure the bride and I had a late night meal post reception. Every BBQ shrimp eaten from now until forever will be compared to this meal. Well done SoHo. -
